Description

放熱構造体
 本発明は、放熱構造体に関する。
 筐体の内部に発熱体およびヒートシンク様式部品を有し、発熱体から発せられた熱を、ヒートシンク様式部品を介して筐体に伝え、さらに筐体から外部の空気へと放熱させる放熱構造体が知られている。このような放熱構造体では、発熱体から発せられた熱をいかに効率よく外部の空気へと放熱させるか、が重要になる。
 特許文献1には、発熱体(発熱部品)に対向する第1平面部と、第2平面部とを有し、第1平面部が第2平面部より発熱部品側へ突出している熱伝導シートを備え、第1平面部における発熱部品側の面は発熱部品に熱結合し、第2平面部における発熱部品とは逆側の面は収納体の内面に熱結合している放熱構造体(電子機器)が開示されている。

 ところで、発熱体から発せられた熱がヒートシンク様式部品を介して筐体に伝えられると、筐体の温度は上昇する。放熱構造体において、一般的に、筐体の外表面における上限温度(例えば、放熱構造体の表面温度の規格値)が規定されている。つまり、筐体の外表面の全ての領域において、上限温度以下になるようにする必要がある。
 図8は、本発明が解決しようとする課題にかかる放熱構造体について説明する模式図(断面図)である。なお、図8に示した右手系xyz座標は、構成要素の位置関係を説明するための便宜的なものである。図8に示すように、放熱構造体910は、発熱体901を収容する筐体904と、発熱体901から直接的または間接的に熱を吸熱し、筐体904の内部空間903に存在する空気を介して筐体904に伝えるヒートシンク様式部品902と、を備えている。ヒートシンク様式部品902は、筐体904とは非接触に対向している。
 内部空間903において、鉛直方向上方の空気は相対的に温度が高く、鉛直方向下方の空気は相対的に温度が低くなる。例えば、図8において、X軸方向が鉛直方向であるとする。内部空間903において、発熱体901や、発熱体901の熱を吸収したヒートシンク様式部品902により温められた空気は膨張して密度が小さくなるため、その密度差により浮力が生じて上昇(以降、この状態を自然対流と表記)する。このため、内部空間903における、鉛直方向上方(X軸方向のプラス側)の領域903aにおける空気の温度が相対的に高く、鉛直方向下方(X軸方向のマイナス側)の領域903bにおける空気の温度が相対的に低くなる。このような状態の内部空間903に接触し、その空気を介して熱が伝えられる筐体904においても、同様に、鉛直方向上方の部位904aの温度が相対的に高く、鉛直方向下方の部位904bの温度が相対的に低くなる。
 放熱構造体910の筐体904において温度分布が不均一な状態となっている場合、筐体904における最も温度の高い鉛直方向上方の部位904aが上限温度以下になるようにしなければならない。このため、筐体904における相対的に温度の低い鉛直方向下方の部位904bでは、温度が上限温度よりもずっと低い。つまり、筐体904における相対的に温度の低い鉛直方向下方の部位904bでは、まだ放熱することができる余地を残しており、放熱性能を十分に使い切れていない。
 このように、筐体において温度分布が不均一な状態となっている場合、放熱構造体910の放熱効率は悪い。よって、放熱構造体において、筐体の温度分布が均一な状態に近づくように、ヒートシンク様式部品から筐体へ熱移動させることが望まれる。
 本発明は、以上の背景に鑑みなされたものであり、筐体の温度分布が均一な状態に近づくように、ヒートシンク様式部品から筐体へ熱移動させることができる放熱構造体を提供することを目的とする。
 本発明は、放熱構造体であって、発熱体を収容する筐体と、前記発熱体から直接的または間接的に熱を吸熱し、前記筐体とは非接触に対向し、前記筐体の内部空間に存在する空気を介して前記筐体に伝えるヒートシンク様式部品と、を備え、前記発熱体から熱が発せられたときに、前記内部空間における温度が相対的に上昇し難い領域では、前記内部空間における温度が相対的に上昇しやすい領域よりも、前記ヒートシンク様式部品と前記筐体との間の距離が近くなるように、前記ヒートシンク様式部品および前記筐体の少なくとも一方が構成されている、ものである。
 また、本発明は、発熱体を収容する筐体と、前記発熱体から直接的または間接的に熱を吸熱し、前記筐体の内部空間に存在する空気を介して前記筐体に伝えるヒートシンク様式部品と、を備える放熱構造体の製造方法であって、前記発熱体から熱が発せられたときに、前記内部空間における温度が相対的に上昇しやすい領域では、前記内部空間における温度が相対的に上昇し難い領域よりも、前記ヒートシンク様式部品と前記筐体との間の距離が近くなるように、前記ヒートシンク様式部品および前記筐体の少なくとも一方を形成するものである。
 本発明によれば、筐体の温度分布が均一な状態に近づくように、ヒートシンク様式部品から筐体へ熱移動させることができる。

 以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態について説明する。説明の明確化のため、以下の記載及び図面は、適宜、省略、及び簡略化がなされている。各図面において、同一の要素には同一の符号が付されており、必要に応じて重複説明は省略されている。また、図面に示した右手系xyz座標は、構成要素の位置関係を説明するための便宜的なものである。
[本発明の特徴]
 本発明の実施の形態の説明に先立って、本発明の特徴についてその概要をまず説明する。なお、本発明にかかる放熱構造体は、ヒートシンク様式部品を用いた自然空冷式のもので、特定分野の機器に限定されるものではなく、例えば、電子機器など、内部に発熱体を含む任意の機器である。このため、以下の説明では、放熱構造体の構造を可能な限り簡略化した形態としている。
 図1は、本発明の概要について説明する図である。図1に示すように、放熱構造体10は、発熱体1を収容する筐体4と、発熱体1から直接的または間接的に熱を吸熱し、筐体4の内部空間3に存在する空気を介して筐体4に伝えるヒートシンク様式部品2と、を備えている。ヒートシンク様式部品2は、筐体4とは非接触に対向している。
 筐体4は、装置の外装である。筐体4は、通常複数の部品で構成・組立されているが、ここでは便宜上一体の構成要素として示す。また、効率的に自然空冷を行うため、筐体4には吸気および排気用の穴を形成するのが一般的であるが、本発明にかかる放熱構造体においては穴の有無に依らず所望の効果を発揮することが出来るため、以下では筐体4に吸気および排気用の穴が形成されていない場合について説明する。
 発熱体1は、筐体4の内部に収納され、自ら発熱する部品であり、基板上の電子部品やモータなど多岐に渡る。電子機器などの装置では、一般的に、筐体4の内部には複数の発熱体が存在するが、簡略化のため、以下の説明では発熱体が1つとして説明する。ヒートシンク様式部品2は、形態に拠らず、熱の伝導・拡散・放熱の機能・役割を有する構造物全般を指す。
 放熱構造体10において、発熱体1とヒートシンク様式部品2との接触は、直接的な接触よりも、伝熱性のシートやグリス等の伝熱媒介部材を間に挟んだ間接的な接触の方が一般的である。しかしながら、本発明を説明する上で、発熱体1とヒートシンク様式部品2との接触が直接的であるか、間接的であるか、は特に影響しないため、伝熱媒介部材についての図示や説明は省略する。筐体4の内部空間3は、敷居や構造物などにより複数に分割されている場合も多いが、以下の説明および図では、便宜上、一体であるとして示す。
 自然空冷式の放熱構造体10では、一般的に、内部空間3において温度分布が不均一な状態になっている。内部空間3において温度差が生じる要因は様々であるが、例えば、空気の自然対流が考えられる。すなわち、自然対流により、内部空間3における、相対的に温度の高い空気は上方に、相対的に温度の低い空気は下方に移動する。
 放熱構造体10において、発熱体1から熱が発せられたときに、内部空間3における温度が相対的に上昇し難い領域を低温領域3b、内部空間3における温度が相対的に上昇しやすい領域を高温領域3aとする。放熱構造体10において、低温領域3bでは、高温領域3aよりも、ヒートシンク様式部品2と筐体4との間の距離が近くなるように、ヒートシンク様式部品2および筐体4の少なくとも一方が構成されている。すなわち、低温領域3bにおけるヒートシンク様式部品2と筐体4との間の距離L2が、高温領域3aにおけるヒートシンク様式部品2と筐体4との間の距離L1よりも近くなるように、ヒートシンク様式部品2および筐体4の少なくとも一方の形状が調整されている。
 放熱構造体10の製造において、発熱体1から熱が発せられたときに、内部空間3における温度が相対的に上昇し難い領域では、内部空間3における温度が相対的に上昇しやすい領域よりも、ヒートシンク様式部品2と筐体4との間の距離が近くなるように、ヒートシンク様式部品2および筐体4の少なくとも一方を形成する。
 これにより、筐体の温度分布が均一な状態に近づくように、ヒートシンク様式部品から筐体へ熱移動させることができる。
[実施の形態1]
 以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態1について説明する。
 まず、本発明の実施の形態1にかかる放熱構造体の構成について説明する。
 図2は、実施の形態1にかかる放熱構造体110の概略構成を示す平面図である。図3は、図2のIII-III線に沿う断面図である。ここで、X軸方向が鉛直方向である(X軸方向において、プラス側が上方、マイナス側が下方)。図2および図3に示すように、放熱構造体110は、発熱体1と、筐体4と、ヒートシンク様式部品102と、を備えている。
 発熱体1の熱は部品間の熱伝導によりヒートシンク様式部品102に移動する。筐体4の内部空間103の空気は、発熱体1からの熱を吸収したヒートシンク様式部品102から熱が伝わって温められる。筐体4は、ヒートシンク様式部品102から、内部空間103の空気を介した熱伝達および輻射により熱を受けて温度上昇し、さらに外部の空気へと放熱する。
 内部空間103において、自然対流により、相対的に温度の高い空気は上方に、相対的に温度の低い空気は下方に移動する。このため、図3に示す、筐体4の内部空間103において、鉛直方向上方が相対的に高温になる高温領域103aに、鉛直方向下方が相対的に低温になる低温領域103cになる。また、鉛直方向中央部分は高温領域103aと低温領域103cとの間の温度域である中温領域103bになる。
 ヒートシンク様式部品102には、内部空間103における温度が相対的に上昇し難い領域(低温領域103c)と接する表面において、筐体4に向かって延出し、先端部分が筐体4と非接触に対向する第1凸部105が形成されている。また、ヒートシンク様式部品102には、内部空間103における温度が相対的に上昇しやすい領域(高温領域103a)と接する表面において第1凹部106が形成されている。ヒートシンク様式部品102と筐体4との間の距離を、高温領域103aではL3、中温領域103bではL4、低温領域103cではL5とすると、それらの大小関係はL3>L4>L5となる。つまり、ヒートシンク様式部品102は、発熱体1から熱が発せられたときに、内部空間103における温度が相対的に上昇し難い領域では、内部空間103における温度が相対的に上昇しやすい領域よりも、ヒートシンク様式部品102と筐体4との間の距離が近くなるように構成されている。
 ヒートシンク様式部品102と筐体4との間における熱移動量には、ヒートシンク様式部品102と筐体4との間の距離が関係しており、ヒートシンク様式部品102と筐体4との間の距離が、相対的に短い場合、相対的に長い場合よりも熱移動量が大きくなる。つまり、ヒートシンク様式部品102と筐体4との間の距離を近づけると、ヒートシンク様式部品102から筐体4への熱移動量が増加する。
 上述したように、内部空間103において、高温領域103aでは相対的に温度が高く、低温領域103cでは相対的に温度が低く、中温領域103bでは高温領域103aと低温領域103cの間の温度域になっている。一方、ヒートシンク様式部品102と筐体4との間の距離は、上述したようにL3>L4>L5なので、高温領域103aでは筐体4における接触部位(部位4a)に相対的に熱が伝わりにくく、低温領域103cでは筐体4における接触部位(部位4c)に相対的に熱が伝わりやすい。また、中温領域103bでは筐体4における接触部位(部位4b)への熱の伝わりやすさは、高温領域103aの場合と低温領域103cの場合との中間である。よって、内部空間103における温度が相対的に上昇し難い領域では、内部空間103における温度が相対的に上昇しやすい領域よりも、ヒートシンク様式部品102と筐体4との間の距離を近づけて熱移動し難くすることにより、筐体4における温度分布を均一化することができる。
 以上より、本実施の形態にかかる放熱構造体110に拠れば、筐体の温度分布が均一な状態に近づくように、ヒートシンク様式部品から筐体へ熱移動させることができる。
[実施の形態2]
 以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態2について説明する。実施の形態1にかかる放熱構造体では、発熱体から熱が発せられたときに、内部空間における温度が相対的に上昇し難い領域では、内部空間における温度が相対的に上昇しやすい領域よりも、ヒートシンク様式部品と筐体との間の距離が近くなるように、ヒートシンク様式部品の形状が調整されている。これに対し、実施の形態2にかかる放熱構造体では、ヒートシンク様式部品の形状ではなく、筐体の形状が調整されている。
 図4は、実施の形態2にかかる放熱構造体210の概略構成を示す断面図である。なお、図4は、図3に示す実施の形態1における放熱構造体110の断面図に対応する。図4に示した右手系xyz座標は、図3と一致しており、X軸方向が鉛直方向である。図4に示すように、放熱構造体210は、発熱体1と、筐体204と、ヒートシンク様式部品2と、を備えている。
 内部空間203において、自然対流により、鉛直方向上方が、相対的に温度が上昇しやすい高温領域203aに、鉛直方向下方が、相対的に温度が上昇し難い低温領域203cに、鉛直方向中央が、高温領域203aと低温領域203cとの間の温度域である中温領域203bになる。筐体204には、内部空間203における温度が相対的に上昇し難い領域(低温領域203c)と接する表面において、ヒートシンク様式部品2に向かって延出し、先端部分がヒートシンク様式部品2と非接触に対向する第2凸部207が形成されている。また、筐体204には、内部空間203における温度が相対的に上昇しやすい領域(高温領域203a)と接する表面において第2凹部208が形成されている。
 ヒートシンク様式部品2と筐体204との間の距離を、高温領域203aではL6、中温領域203bではL7、低温領域203cではL8とすると、L6>L7>L8となる。つまり、筐体204は、発熱体1から熱が発せられたときに、内部空間203における温度が相対的に上昇し難い領域では、内部空間203における温度が相対的に上昇しやすい領域よりも、ヒートシンク様式部品2と筐体204との間の距離が近くなるように構成されている。ヒートシンク様式部品2と筐体204との間の距離を、内部空間203における温度が相対的に上昇し難い領域の方が、内部空間203における温度が相対的に上昇しやすい領域よりも近くなるようにすることで、実施の形態1にかかる放熱構造体110と同様に、筐体4における温度分布を均一化することができる。
 以上より、本実施の形態にかかる放熱構造体210に拠れば、筐体の温度分布が均一な状態に近づくように、ヒートシンク様式部品から筐体へ熱移動させることができる。
[実施の形態3]
 以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態3について説明する。実施の形態2にかかる放熱構造体と同様に、実施の形態3にかかる放熱構造体では、発熱体から熱が発せられたときに、内部空間における温度が相対的に上昇し難い領域では、内部空間における温度が相対的に上昇しやすい領域よりも、ヒートシンク様式部品と筐体との間の距離が近くなるように、筐体の形状が調整されている。
 図5は、実施の形態3にかかる放熱構造体310の概略構成を示す断面図である。なお、図5は、図3に示す実施の形態1における放熱構造体110の断面図に対応する。図5に示した右手系xyz座標は、図3と一致しており、X軸方向が鉛直方向である。図5に示すように、放熱構造体310は、発熱体1と、筐体304と、ヒートシンク様式部品2と、を備えている。
 内部空間303において、自然対流により、鉛直方向上方に向かうに従って温度が高くなる。筐体304におけるヒートシンク様式部品2と対向する壁面304aは、ヒートシンク様式部品2と筐体4との間の距離が鉛直方向上方に向かうに従って末広がりになるように形成されている。これにより、ヒートシンク様式部品2と筐体304との間の距離を、内部空間303における温度が相対的に上昇し難い領域の方が、内部空間303における温度が相対的に上昇しやすい領域よりも近くなるようにすることができる。以上より、本実施の形態にかかる放熱構造体310に拠れば、筐体の温度分布が均一な状態に近づくように、ヒートシンク様式部品から筐体へ熱移動させることができる。
[実施の形態4]
 以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態4について説明する。本実施の形態にかかる放熱構造体は、実施の形態1にかかる放熱構造体のヒートシンク様式部品と実施の形態2にかかる放熱構造体の筐体とを組み合わせた構造を有する。
 図6は、実施の形態4にかかる放熱構造体410の概略構成を示す断面図である。なお、図6は、図3に示す実施の形態1における放熱構造体110の断面図に対応する。図6に示した右手系xyz座標は、図3と一致しており、X軸方向が鉛直方向である。図6に示すように、放熱構造体410は、発熱体1と、筐体204と、ヒートシンク様式部品102と、を備えている。
 上述したように、ヒートシンク様式部品102における、低温領域403cと接する部分には第1凸部105が形成され、高温領域403aと接する部分には第1凹部106が形成されている。また、筐体204における、低温領域403cと接する部分には第2凸部207が形成され、高温領域403aと接する部分には第2凹部208が形成されている。
 ヒートシンク様式部品102と筐体204との間の距離を、高温領域403aではL9、中温領域403bではL10、低温領域403cではL11とすると、L9>L10>L11となる。つまり、ヒートシンク様式部品102および筐体204は、発熱体1から熱が発せられたときに、内部空間403における温度が相対的に上昇し難い領域では、内部空間403における温度が相対的に上昇しやすい領域よりも、ヒートシンク様式部品102と筐体204との間の距離が近くなるように構成されている。以上より、本実施の形態にかかる放熱構造体210に拠れば、筐体の温度分布が均一な状態に近づくように、ヒートシンク様式部品から筐体へ熱移動させることができる。
 本実施の形態にかかる放熱構造体410において、ヒートシンク様式部品102と筐体204との材質が異なる場合、より調整の幅が広がるという副次的な効果が得られる。これは、部材の熱伝導率は材質によって異なるからである。例えば、ヒートシンク様式部品102に設けた第1凸部105の長さを筐体204の方に1mm延ばす場合と、筐体204に設けた第2凸部207をヒートシンク様式部品102の方に1mm延ばす場合と、では、低温領域403cにおけるヒートシンク様式部品102と筐体204との間の距離L11は同じであるが、実現される筐体204の表面温度がそれぞれ異なる。
[実施の形態5]
 以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態5について説明する。実施の形態1から実施の形態4にかかる放熱構造体では、ヒートシンク様式部品が筐体と対向する一の方向のみにおいて、ヒートシンク様式部品と筐体との間の距離を調整しているが、これに限るものではない。ヒートシンク様式部品が筐体と対向する複数の方向のそれぞれにおいて、ヒートシンク様式部品と筐体との間の距離が温度の大小に応じて調整されていてもよい。
 図7は、実施の形態5にかかる放熱構造体510の概略構成を示す断面図である。なお、図7は、図3に示す実施の形態1における放熱構造体110の断面図に対応する。図7に示した右手系xyz座標は、図3と一致しており、X軸方向が鉛直方向である。図7に示すように、放熱構造体510は、発熱体1と、筐体4と、ヒートシンク様式部品502と、を備えている。ここで、放熱構造体510の内部空間503において、自然対流の影響などによりX軸方向およびY軸方向に温度差が生じており、X軸方向ではプラス側がマイナス側よりも温度が高く、Y軸方向ではマイナス側がプラス側よりも温度が高いとする。放熱構造体510では、ヒートシンク様式部品502が筐体4と対向する複数の方向(図中矢印P1、P2、P3、P4で示す方向)のそれぞれにおいて、ヒートシンク様式部品502と筐体4との間の距離が温度の大小に応じて調整されている。
 ヒートシンク様式部品502が筐体4と対向する矢印P1の方向(Y軸方向プラス側)に存在する内部空間503において、相対的に温度の高い領域を高温領域503aa、相対的に温度の低い領域を低温領域503ac、高温領域503aaと低温領域503acとの間の温度域である領域を中温領域503abとする。ヒートシンク様式部品502は、高温領域503aaと接する部分に凹部506a、低温領域503acと接する部分に凸部505aが設けられている。これにより、筐体4における矢印P1の方向と垂直な面の温度分布が均一化される。
 同様に、ヒートシンク様式部品502が筐体4と対向する矢印P2の方向(Y軸方向マイナス側)に存在する内部空間503において、相対的に温度の高い領域を高温領域503ba、相対的に温度の低い領域を低温領域503bc、高温領域503baと低温領域503bcとの間の温度域である領域を中温領域503bbとする。ヒートシンク様式部品502は、高温領域503baと接する部分に凹部506b、低温領域503bcと接する部分に凸部505bが設けられている。これにより、筐体4における矢印P2の方向と垂直な面の温度分布が均一化される。
 同様に、ヒートシンク様式部品502が筐体4と対向する矢印P3の方向(X軸方向プラス側)に存在する内部空間503において、相対的に温度の高い領域を高温領域503ca、相対的に温度の低い領域を低温領域503cc、高温領域503caと低温領域503ccとの間の温度域である領域を中温領域503cbとする。ヒートシンク様式部品502は、高温領域503caと接する部分に凹部506c、低温領域503ccと接する部分に凸部505cが設けられている。これにより、筐体4における矢印P3の方向と垂直な面の温度分布が均一化される。
 同様に、ヒートシンク様式部品502が筐体4と対向する矢印P4の方向(X軸方向マイナス側)に存在する内部空間503において、相対的に温度の高い領域を高温領域503da、相対的に温度の低い領域を低温領域503dc、高温領域503daと低温領域503dcとの間の温度域である領域を中温領域503dbとする。ヒートシンク様式部品502は、高温領域503daと接する部分に凹部506d、低温領域503dcと接する部分に凸部505dが設けられている。これにより、筐体4における矢印P4の方向と垂直な面の温度分布が均一化される。
 以上より、本実施の形態にかかる放熱構造体510に拠れば、筐体の温度分布が均一な状態に近づくように、ヒートシンク様式部品から筐体へ熱移動させることができる。
 なお、本実施の形態において、当然ながら、実施の形態2のように筐体の形状を調整するようにしても良く、実施の形態4のようにヒートシンク様式部品および筐体の形状を調整するようにしても良い。また、ヒートシンク様式部品502が筐体4と対向する複数の方向が4方向より多くても良いのはもちろんである。
 なお、本発明は上記実施の形態に限られたものではなく、趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で適宜変更することが可能である。例えば、本発明にかかる放熱構造体おいて、筐体やヒートシンク様式部品などの構成要素の材質は任意である。構成要素の材質が変わると熱伝導率や輻射率などの熱移動に関わる物性値が変わるが、筐体の温度分布を均一化することを可能にする本発明のメカニズムにおいて、これらの熱移動に関わる物性値の変更は関係していない。従って、本発明は、放熱構造体おける構成要素の材質によらず適用が可能である。
 上記実施の形態において、ヒートシンク様式部品の、内部空間における温度が相対的に上昇し難い領域と接する部分は、内部空間における温度が相対的に上昇しやすい領域と接する部分よりも熱伝導率が高い材質で形成されていてもよい。このようにすることで、筐体の温度分布をより均一に近づけるような調整もできる。
 本発明にかかる放熱構造体おいて、ヒートシンク様式部品または筐体に設けた凸部の形状は縦リブ、箱型といった一般的な形状のみに限定されるものではない。例えば、横リブ、十字リブ、円柱、半円注などの任意の凸形状とすることができる。また、ヒートシンク様式部品または筐体に設けた凹部の形状は直方体溝といった一般的な形状のみに限定されるものではない。例えば、十字溝、円柱溝、半円注溝などの任意の凹形状とすることができる。また、凸部、凹部のサイズについても任意である。これらの数・形状・サイズにより、より細かい範囲や温度帯で調整することももちろん可能である。
 本発明の放熱構造体を入れ子にした構造としてもよい。すなわち、放熱構造体Aが放熱構造体Bの筐体の内部にあり、放熱構造体Aが放熱構造体Bにおける発熱体となるような構造である。
 上記実施の形態においては、発熱体を収容する筐体の内部空間において、空気の自然対流によって温度差が生じている場合について説明したが、本発明の適用対象は必ずしもそのような場合に限定するものではない。発熱体を収容する筐体の内部空間において、空気の自然対流以外の理由で温度差が生じている場合についても、本発明にかかる放熱構造体を適用することで筐体の温度分布を均一な状態に近づけることができるのはもちろんである。

Claims (7)

  1.  発熱体を収容する筐体と、
     前記発熱体から直接的または間接的に熱を吸熱し、前記筐体とは非接触に対向し、前記筐体の内部空間に存在する空気を介して前記筐体に伝えるヒートシンク様式部品と、を備え、
     前記発熱体から熱が発せられたときに、前記内部空間における温度が相対的に上昇し難い領域では、前記内部空間における温度が相対的に上昇しやすい領域よりも、前記ヒートシンク様式部品と前記筐体との間の距離が近くなるように、前記ヒートシンク様式部品および前記筐体の少なくとも一方が構成されている、放熱構造体。
  2.  前記ヒートシンク様式部品には、前記内部空間における温度が相対的に上昇し難い領域と接する表面において、前記筐体に向かって延出し、先端部分が前記筐体と非接触に対向する第1凸部が形成されている、請求項1に記載の放熱構造体。
  3.  前記ヒートシンク様式部品には、前記内部空間における温度が相対的に上昇しやすい領域と接する表面において第1凹部が形成されている、請求項1または2に記載の放熱構造体。
  4.  前記筐体には、前記内部空間における温度が相対的に上昇し難い領域と接する表面において、前記ヒートシンク様式部品に向かって延出し、先端部分が前記ヒートシンク様式部品と非接触に対向する第2凸部が形成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の放熱構造体。
  5.  前記筐体には、前記内部空間における温度が相対的に上昇しやすい領域と接する表面において第2凹部が形成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の放熱構造体。
  6.  前記ヒートシンク様式部品の、前記内部空間における温度が相対的に上昇し難い領域と接する部分は、前記内部空間における温度が相対的に上昇しやすい領域と接する部分よりも熱伝導率が高い材質で形成されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の放熱構造体。
  7.  発熱体を収容する筐体と、前記発熱体から直接的または間接的に熱を吸熱し、前記筐体の内部空間に存在する空気を介して前記筐体に伝えるヒートシンク様式部品と、を備える放熱構造体の製造方法であって、
     前記発熱体から熱が発せられたときに、前記内部空間における温度が相対的に上昇し難い領域では、前記内部空間における温度が相対的に上昇しやすい領域よりも、前記ヒートシンク様式部品と前記筐体との間の距離が近くなるように、前記ヒートシンク様式部品および前記筐体の少なくとも一方を形成する、放熱構造体の製造方法。
