本实用新型提供一种行李箱装置,其适用于汽车的行李箱,该装置包括:行李箱承载空间,以及设于所述行李箱承载空间的多个行李箱盖板以及支撑部;其中,多个所述行李箱盖板沿所述承载空间的纵深方向排布,每个行李箱盖板对应一个所述支撑部;所述支撑部包括沿所述行李箱承载空间的高度方向间隔排布的多个支撑结构,对应的所述行李箱盖板可以选择支撑在任一所述支撑结构上。该行李箱盖板装置能够提供分层式多种组合方式,使行李的摆放更加灵活,同时能够实现单手操作行李箱盖板。

一种行李箱装置 技术领域

本发明涉及汽车技术领域,特别是指一种行李箱装置。
背景技术
现有技术中的SUV(运动型多用途汽车)上的行李箱设计存在以下两个普遍特点:1)第二排座椅靠背向前折叠时,行李箱盖板与折叠的座椅靠背平齐;2)行李箱盖板位置固定不可调节;3)行李箱盖板下方设有用EPP(聚丙烯塑料发泡材料)泡沫制成的储物盒,该储物盒盖在备胎上方或环绕在备胎周围,甚或没有设计额外的储物盒。这样的设计看似存在盖板以下的储物空间,但该储物空间的实用性不强,利用率不高,也无法适用于大件行李的放置。此外,盖板只能放置在一个位置,不利于行李箱储物的多功能性,因此,需要一种能够适应多种类型行李的放置也同时满足不同客户的使用需求,并且同时兼顾用户操作的方便性的行李箱装置。

有鉴于上述,本发明遂针对上述现有技术的缺点,提出一种行李箱装置,以有效克服上述的这些问题。

发明内容

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种行李箱装置,通过在行李箱空间的垂直方向上设置三挡盖板支撑部,并将盖板进行分片设计,增加储物方式,使行李的摆放更加灵活,优化行李箱容积,同时实现单手操作行李箱盖板。

本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。

为达上述目的,本发明提出一种行李箱装置,其包括:行李箱承载空间,以及设于所述行李箱承载空间的多个行李箱盖板以及支撑部;其中,所述多个行李箱盖板沿所述承载空间的纵深方向排布,并对应一个所述支撑部;所述支撑部包括沿所述行李箱承载空间的高度方向间隔排布的多个支撑结构;其中,对应的所述行李箱盖板可以选择支撑在任一所述支撑结构上。

下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。

本发明提供了一种行李箱装置。参见图1至图6所示,本发明的一个优选实施例提供了一种行李箱装置,包括行李箱承载空间,行李箱承载空间的纵深方向定义为汽车的长度方向,承载空间的宽度方向定义为汽车的宽度方向,承载空间的高度方向定义为垂直地面的方向。行李箱承载空间设有多个行李箱盖板以及支撑部,多个行李箱盖板沿承载空间的纵深方向排布,每个行李箱盖板对应一个支撑部;支撑部包括沿行李箱承载空间的高度方向间隔排布的多个支撑结构,其中,对应的行李箱盖板可以选择支撑在任一支撑结构上。
在本实施例中,行李箱盖板包括第一行李箱盖板31及第二行李箱盖板32,支撑部包括第一支撑结构a(低档)、第二支撑结构b(中间档)及第三支撑结构c(高档),第二支撑结构b的安装位置使得处于第二支撑结构b上的行李箱盖板与折叠后的第二排座椅靠背1及行李箱门槛板5齐平,本实施例中处于第二支撑结构b上的行李箱盖板还与座椅转轴饰板2上端齐平。
第一支撑结构a安装于第二支撑结构b的下方,靠近行李箱承载空间内的备胎盖板4设置,第三支撑结构c安装于第二支撑结构b的上方,第三支撑结构c靠近第二排座椅靠背1设置,用于支撑第一行李箱盖板31或第二行李箱盖板32。
本实施例中的三个支撑结构安装于行李箱侧饰板6上,第三支撑结构c仅单独支撑第一行李箱盖板31或第二行李箱盖板32,这样,可以更加优化行李箱的使用空间,第一行李箱盖板31及第二行李箱盖板32可选择地组合或独立支撑于第一支撑结构a或第二支撑结构b。
为了方便取放,第一行李箱盖板31及第二行李箱盖板32分别设有第一行李箱盖板提手71及第二行李箱盖板提手72。在本实施例中第二行李箱盖板32的一边具有与行李箱门槛板5轮廓相适应的弧形边缘。
该行李箱盖板通过分层式多种组合方式,提高了行李箱空间的垂向利用率,在二排座椅不放倒的情况下能够最大化行李箱容积(第一行李箱盖板31、第二行李箱盖板32都置于第一支撑结构a时),使行李的摆放更加灵活,该行李箱盖板由于每块独立的盖板尺寸和重量都比较小,因此单手即可实现上下高度档位之间的调节,方便客户的使用,能够实现单手操作行李箱盖板。除了本实施例的三个支撑结构,该行李箱盖板装置还可根据行李箱空间大小设置二个或三个以上支撑结构,以适应于不同的载物需要,其组合方式可参照三个支撑结构的组合方式。
本实施例提供的行李箱装置将传统的位置不可调节的行李箱盖板高度分层处理,并将盖板分片处理,实现六种形式的盖板放置组合。当第二排座椅处于正常使用状态,高度可调兼可拆分的盖板设计使得行李箱的储物功能更强大,更灵活。
参阅图1所示,图1示出了第一行李箱盖板31及第二行李箱盖板32在三档高度位置的一种组合方式。该组合方式中,第一行李箱盖板31及第二行李箱盖板32组合支撑于第二支撑结构。整车在出厂状态时,行李箱盖板31和32可以处于中间档,在该档位时,当第二排座椅靠背1放倒后,第二排座椅靠背1与第一行李箱盖板31及第二行李箱盖板32以及行李箱门槛板5基本构成一个平面,该档位适合用车运输较大较长的行李或较多的行李,该档位也是使用频率最高的常规位置。
参阅图2所示,图2示出了第一行李箱盖板及第二行李箱盖板在三档高度位置的另一种组合方式。该组合方式中,第一行李箱盖板31及第二行李箱盖板32组合支撑于第一支撑结构a。行李箱盖板31和行李箱盖板32处于最低档时,第二排座椅靠背1不能放倒的情况下,行李箱容积能够实现最大化。
参阅图3所示,图3示出了第一行李箱盖板及第二行李箱盖板在三档高度位置的另一种组合方式。该组合方式中,第一行李箱盖板31及第二行李箱盖板32交错支撑于第一支撑结构及第三支撑结构,第二行李箱盖板32支撑于第一支撑结构。该组合可以满足客户摆放不同类型行李的需求。
参阅图4所示,图4示出了第一行李箱盖板31及第二行李箱盖板32在三档高度位置的另一种组合方式。该组合方式中,第一行李箱盖板31及 第二行李箱盖板32交错支撑于第二支撑结构b及第三支撑结构c,第二行李箱盖板31支撑于第二支撑结构b。该组合可以满足客户摆放不同类型行李的需求。
参阅图5所示,图5示出了第一行李箱盖板31及第二行李箱盖板32在三档高度位置的另一种组合方式。该组合方式中,第一行李箱盖板31及第二行李箱盖板32交错支撑于第一支撑结构a及第二支撑结构b,第二行李箱盖板32支撑于第二支撑结构b。该组合可以满足客户摆放不同类型行李的需求。
参阅图6所示,图6示出了第一行李箱盖板31及第二行李箱盖板32在三档高度位置的另一种组合方式。该组合方式中,第一行李箱盖板31及第二行李箱盖板32交错支撑于第一支撑结构及第二支撑结构,第二行李箱盖板32支撑于第一支撑结构。
在本实施例中,第一行李箱盖板31及第二行李箱盖板32可由具有抗弯曲、变形的硬质材料制成,使其在使用过程中不易损坏。
在本实施例中,第一行李箱盖板31的四角通过采用缺角结构,在第一行李箱盖板31两侧形成凸缘,将凸缘搭接在支撑结构上,可使第一行李箱盖板31的取放更加方便。
本实施例提供的行李箱装置能够提高行李箱空间的垂向利用率,优化行李箱容积,在二排座椅不放倒的情况下能够最大化行李箱容积(第一、第二行李箱盖板置于低档时),第一、第二行李箱盖板有六种组合方式,使行李摆放更加灵活,同时能够实现单手操作行李箱盖板。

  1. 一种行李箱装置,包括:行李箱承载空间,以及设于所述行李箱承载空间的多个行李箱盖板和支撑部;其中:
    所述多个行李箱盖板,沿所述承载空间的纵深方向排布,并对应一个所述支撑部;
    所述支撑部,包括沿所述行李箱承载空间的高度方向间隔排布的多个支撑结构;其中,对应的所述行李箱盖板可以选择支撑在任一所述支撑结构上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的行李箱装置,其特征在于,多个所述支撑结构中,其中一个所述支撑结构的安装位置使得处于所述支撑结构上的行李箱盖板与折叠后的座椅靠背和/或行李箱门槛板齐平。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的行李箱装置,其特征在于,多个所述支撑结构中,其中一个所述支撑结构设于使得所述行李箱盖板与折叠后的所述座椅靠背和/或所述行李箱门槛板齐平的所述支撑结构的上方。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的行李箱装置,其特征在于,多个所述支撑结构中,其中一个所述支撑结构设于使得所述行李箱盖板与折叠后的所述座椅靠背和/或所述行李箱门槛板齐平的所述支撑结构的下方。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的行李箱装置,其特征在于,所述行李箱盖板设有行李箱盖板提手。
  6. 如权利要求2至4任一项所述的行李箱装置,其特征在于,所述行李箱盖板与所述行李箱门槛板相对的一边具有与所述行李箱门槛板轮廓相适应的弧形边缘。
