进一步的,每个椅体之间设有可拆卸的挡板,位于椅体组两侧的椅体的靠外侧面上设有可拆卸的挡板,可拆卸的挡板由椅体上的竖直向的滑槽和挡板组成,挡板插入到滑槽内,并由位于竖直向的滑槽插入口处的固定块锁定,固定块一端与滑槽的槽底面铰接,另一端与滑槽插入口扣合保持固定。
进一步的,桌板通过一端与挡板铰接固定,且桌板内设有感应桌板是否收起的传感器,传感器与处理器连接,并传递信号,桌板没有 收起时,处理器不会传递信号给转动装置并启动转动装置。
进一步的,所述两个椅体并排设置并固定形成椅体组,两个椅体之间设有挡板,两个椅体之间的挡板下端设有位置传感器,传递信号给恢复坐姿时的处理器,当转动装置位于位置传感器时转动停止。
本发明的有益效果是:通过旋转座椅达到多层卧躺的效果,合理解决空间,提高舒适度,降低疲劳,而且安全可靠。

实施例1,参照图1-2,一种具有座卧两用的座位组,包括若干并排设置的椅体1、挡板2和驱动椅体在竖直方向旋转的转动装置3,所述若干椅体1并排设置并固定形成椅体组,每个椅体1之间设有挡板2,位于椅体组两侧的椅体的靠外侧面上设有挡板2,椅体组两侧的椅体的靠外侧面及椅体组下端共同形成一个圆弧面,且圆弧面上设有驱动椅体组在竖直方向旋转的转动装置3,转动装置连接电机。
一种具有座卧两用的座位组,所述圆弧面的外侧面上设有与转动装置咬合的齿牙。
一种具有座卧两用的座位组,圆弧面的内侧面上设有与转动装置咬合的齿牙,且圆弧面的内侧面上设有固定板,固定板和圆弧面的内 侧面之间形成容纳转动装置的空腔。

桌板设置有可随桌板折叠的安全气囊,安全气囊至少一侧表面设置有供乘客趴在上面睡觉时方便呼吸的凹槽结构,安全气囊采用手捏式进出气结构。
一种具有座卧两用的座位组,所述两个椅体并排设置并固定形成椅体组,两个椅体之间设有挡板,两个椅体之间的挡板下端设有位置传感器,传递信号给恢复坐姿时的处理器,当转动装置位于位置传感器时转动停止。
一种具有座卧两用的座位组,每个椅体之间的挡板,和位于椅体组两侧的挡板为伸缩挡板,包括伸缩基座和伸缩板,伸缩基座内设有开口的空腔,伸缩板插入到空腔内,并在空腔内保持滑动,且空腔的开口处将伸缩板底部卡合,避免其脱离伸缩基座。伸缩板的两侧面上设有内凹面,伸缩基座两侧面上设有卡合件,通过卡合件卡合不同高度的内凹面达到伸缩板的位置确定。
椅体上设有高度调整机构包括剪式机构、弹簧、机械锁止装置,剪式机构设置有上支架和下支架,剪式机构的下部与下支架之间设置弹簧,弹簧能驱动上支架向上运动而升高,上支架受到向下的力作用时,能克服弹簧的拉力,使上支架向下运动而降低。
所述的机械锁止装置是由上固定板、下锁止板、锁销、回位弹簧、拨叉和拨杆构成,上固定板固定在上支架上,下锁止板固定在下支架上,锁销设置在上固定板中,下锁止板具有一排销孔,锁销具有挡环,锁销上均套设有回位弹簧,回位弹簧位于上固定板与挡环之间,回位弹簧推动锁销插在下锁止板的销孔中而锁止,拨杆穿设在上固定板 中,拨叉固定在拨杆上,拨叉的拨片插在锁销挡环的后端,拨杆转动能带动拨叉将锁销从下锁止板的销孔中抽出而解除锁止。
座椅上设有电源系统,包括母板、处理器板、多个管理板、电源输入接口和多个电源输出接口,电源输入接口与母板电连接,母板与处理器板电连接,母板包括多个插槽,多个管理板分别通过一个插槽与母板可拆卸地电连接,每个管理板均包括多个用于检测电源的功能模块,多个管理板分别与一个电源输出接口电连接,处理器板包括微控制模块,其中,电源输入接口用于引入飞机电网电源;母板用于将飞机电网电源分配至多个管理板;
管理板用于监控母板分配的飞机电网电源并将飞机电网电源输出至电源输出接口;
电源输出接口用于将管理板输出的飞机电网电源输送至飞机座椅电源模块;处理器板通过所述微控制模块监控所述母板和管理板。
椅体上设有扶手,扶手邻近与椅盘的横向侧定位,扶手限定顶表面,顶表面安置在椅盘顶表面上方的预定高度处,扶手设有储物托盘,储物托盘的底部设有可移动装置可滑入和滑出所述扶手,其中储物托盘限定所述储物隔室,其中储物托盘在从扶手伸展出来时在座椅前方是可触及的并且其中储物托盘在返回到扶手内的位置时是不可触及的。
储物托盘在扶手的前部滑入和滑出扶手。
扶手上设有按摩开关,按摩开关与按摩器相连接,按摩器设在椅背上,按摩器上设有可移动装置。
机械限位装置安装在靠背的两侧位置,位置在扶手上方,机械限位装置由两节环式机械手臂、侧安全气囊以及连动杆传动驱动部分组成,此连动杆可以在系统的控制下实现环抱动作;环式机械手臂安装在传动杆驱动部分的尾部,侧安全气囊安装在环式机械手臂的内侧,侧安全气囊通过导线与碰撞传感器、控制模块相连接,侧安全气囊可在碰撞传感器和控制模块的共同作用下实现瞬间充气弹出。
在座椅和底架的连接处安装了滑动缓冲装置,滑动缓冲装置由滑轨式支撑架、滑槽式底架、尼龙减震片组成,滑槽式底架为方形结构,其中间设置有一滑槽,滑轨式支撑架安装在滑槽的上方,滑槽式底架与滑轨式支撑架接触处设置有尼龙减震缓冲装置,滑轨式支撑架左右两侧有四个支撑小平面,可支撑来自座椅的荷载。
机械限位装置是主要的保护装置,能够避免发生突发状况时,由于乘客所处空间的不稳定性及车体内部变形挤压对乘客造成的伤害;气囊保护装置是辅助机械限位装置其保护作用,防止发生突发性剧烈碰撞时乘客发生剧烈碰撞以及机械限位装置对乘客的二次伤害;滑动缓冲装置能减缓发生事故时产生的巨大冲击力带来的伤害,进而辅助机械限位装置和气囊保护装置,故此系统中的每一项措施都互相关联,缺一不可。
嵌入式屏幕安装在头枕的后部,屏幕的另一侧安装着后安全气囊,后安全气囊通过导线与碰撞传感器、控制模块相连接,后安全气囊可在碰撞传感器和控制模块的共同作用下实现瞬间充气弹出
座椅中设有压力传感器或者(重量传感器),当压力传感器检测 数值为小于50磅时座椅停用,以使得不管操控哪个控制件都无法从其初始位置移动所述座椅。
当压力传感器检测数值为大于50磅时激活,其中所以的所有控制件都可以供乘坐者利用。
应注意本发明的座椅质量较轻并且因此不会缩短飞机的行程。如本领域的技术人员应清楚明白的是,飞机重量越大,飞机到达目的所需的燃料越多。因此重量传感器能够了解乘坐者的重量来了解飞机在燃料箱满容量时的行程(可飞行的距离)。
动态体验系统装置,包括可折叠、移动、旋转式支架,一个小型蓝牙耳机和一个能够提供视频信息播放显示装置,支架一端固定在座椅靠背顶部,另一端连接视频信息播放显示器;扶手上装有计算机监控音频播放和视频信息播放显示装置进程状态的触屏开关按钮和场景或影片的选择按钮,计算机监控装置连接到飞机上4D中央处理系统,4D中央处理系统实施控制每个座椅上的动态体验系统设备,乘客可根据个人喜好通过扶手上的选择按钮选择场景和影片。
小型蓝牙耳机装置在扶手的储物托盘内,蓝牙耳机内采用均衡点声源扬声器技术,五个分立的音频通道播放声音,经过声学处理,能够以最大动态范围,准确真实地呈现声音形象,使观众能够听出每个声音的所在。
视频信息播放显示装置是一个头盔式显示器,头盔式显示器内设置有识别人体感官系统和动态滚环装置,让人体获得视觉、听觉、触觉、嗅觉体验,人体可通过旋转头盔式显示器内头部的旋转实现空间 旋转;头盔式显示器内可模拟出设定的各个场景设计出烟雾、雨、光电、气泡、气味等效果或4D影片的观看。
座椅通风装置,在座椅的靠背内和坐垫内装置风扇,风扇的转轴两侧分别设置带有圆孔的金属隔板;座椅表面设置若干均匀排布的微小细孔,风扇的驱动机构设置在座椅底部,扶手上设置有手动控制风扇转速的触屏按钮,乘客在座椅上时,臀部和背部与椅面紧密连接,接触部分空气不流通,不利于汗液的排除,风扇向座椅内注入空气,空气从椅面上的小孔中流出,有效的改善人体与椅面接触部分的空气流通环境,而使长时间垂坐也会干爽舒适。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具有实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有座卧两用的座位组,包括若干并排设置的椅体、挡板和驱动椅体在竖直方向旋转的转动装置,其特征在于:所述若干椅体并排设置并固定形成椅体组,每个椅体之间设有挡板,位于椅体组两侧的椅体的靠外侧面上设有挡板,椅体组两侧的椅体的靠外侧面及椅体组下端共同形成一个圆弧面,且圆弧面上设有驱动椅体组在竖直方向旋转的转动装置,转动装置连接电机。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有座卧两用的座位组,其特征在于:所述圆弧面的外侧面上设有与转动装置咬合的齿牙。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有座卧两用的座位组,其特征在于:所述圆弧面的内侧面上设有与转动装置咬合的齿牙,且圆弧面的内侧面上设有固定板,固定板和圆弧面的内侧面之间形成容纳转动装置的空腔。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种具有座卧两用的座位组,其特征在于:圆弧面的两侧设有用以感应椅体是否转动到位的限位感应块,且圆弧面的外侧还设有固定锁紧装置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有座卧两用的座位组,其特征在于:椅体组的每个椅体上设有对应旋转按钮,且椅体组上设有连接旋转按钮的处理器,当所有旋转按钮处于旋转时,处理器发出信号控制驱动椅体组在竖直方向旋转的转动装置转动带动椅体组达到躺卧状态。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有座卧两用的座位组,其特征在于: 椅体上包括座位、靠背、桌板和踏板,座位通过一端与靠背铰接并且座位底面与靠背之间设有支撑条,桌板通过一端与挡板铰接固定,踏板一端与座位底面铰接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种具有座卧两用的座位组,其特征在于:踏板包括脚踏部位和若干相互卡合的伸缩段,伸缩段一端套住另一伸缩段一端,若干伸缩段相互卡合形成伸缩杆,伸缩杆下部固定脚踏部位,上部与座位底面铰接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有座卧两用的座位组,其特征在于:每个椅体之间设有可拆卸的挡板,位于椅体组两侧的椅体的靠外侧面上设有可拆卸的挡板,可拆卸的挡板由椅体上的竖直向的滑槽和挡板组成,挡板插入到滑槽内,并由位于竖直向的滑槽插入口处的固定块锁定,固定块一端与滑槽的槽底面铰接,另一端与滑槽插入口扣合保持固定。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种具有座卧两用的座位组,其特征在于:桌板通过一端与挡板铰接固定,且桌板内设有感应桌板是否收起的传感器,传感器与处理器连接,并传递信号,桌板没有收起时,处理器不会传递信号给转动装置并启动转动装置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有座卧两用的座位组,其特征在于:所述两个椅体并排设置并固定形成椅体组,两个椅体之间设有挡板,两个椅体之间的挡板下端设有位置传感器,传递信号给恢复坐姿时的处理器,当转动装置位于位置传感器时转动停止。
