进一步地,所述的人参提取物通过以下方法制得:取人参适量,经粉碎后,加入6~12倍重量的75~95%乙醇进行提取,提取液经减压浓缩后,得到人参膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的人参提取物。
进一步地,所述的玛咖提取物通过以下方法制得:取玛咖适量,经粉碎后,加入6~12倍重量的75~95%乙醇进行提取,提取液经减压浓缩后,得到玛咖膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的玛咖提取物。
进一步地,所述的蛹虫草提取物通过以下方法制得:取蛹虫草适量,经粉碎后,加入6~12倍重量的75~95%乙醇进行提取,提取液经减压浓缩后,得到蛹虫草膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的蛹虫草提取物。
进一步地,所述的辣木籽提取物通过以下方法制得:取辣木籽适量,经粉碎后,加入6~12倍重量的75~95%乙醇进行提取,提取液经减压浓缩后,得到辣木籽膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的辣木籽提取物。

本发明所述的养生补肾的人参含片,通过各成分之间的协同作用,能够提升各成分的功效作用。本配方中,人参被誉为“百草之王”,为“滋阴补生,扶正固本”佳品,其含有多种人参皂苷和多糖类活性成分,具有促进血液循环、降血压、恢复心脏功能、抑制糖尿病、提高免疫力、抗疲劳、提高记忆力、改善神经衰弱等功效。玛咖,其富含蛋白质、亚麻酸、亚油酸、纤维素、维生素及多种矿物质等营养成分,并含有玛咖酰胺、玛咖烯植物活性成分,对平衡人体荷尔蒙分泌有显著作用,被誉为“天然荷尔蒙发动机”,具有改善内分泌、促进新陈代谢、抗氧化、补血、补肾、补钙、提高免疫力、恢复体力等功效。蛹虫草,又称为“北冬虫夏草”,其含有虫草素、虫草酸、虫草多糖、虫草SOD和硒(Se)等活性成分,虫草素能够抑制癌细胞的生长,并有降血糖作用;虫草酸能够显著降低颅内压,促进新陈代谢;虫草多糖能够促进淋巴细胞转化,提高血清IgG抗体含量,提高机体免疫力;虫草SOD能够清除机体内的超氧自由基,具有抗癌、抗衰老的作用;硒元素则能刺激免疫球蛋白和抗体的产生,增强机体免疫和抗氧化能力。中医研究发现,蛹虫草具有良好的养肺、补肾作用,对肾虚、腰膝酸痛、病后虚弱、盗汗等均有疗效,同时还能够提高肝脏解毒能力。辣木籽,为辣木树的种子,其富含油酸、蛋白质、多糖和钾、钙、铁等营养成分,能够促进机体新陈代谢,并具有降血脂、降血压、调节肠胃、增强人体免疫力、改善睡眠等功效。黄芪含有多种皂苷、多糖、氨基酸、叶酸等活性成分,以及硒、锌等多种微量元素,能够增强机体免疫功能,并具有保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激和降血压等作用,实验证明,黄芪能消除肾炎蛋白尿,增强心肌收缩力和调节血糖含量。黄精富含甾体皂苷、黄精多糖等成分,具有补气、健脾、润肺、益肾等功效。绞股蓝含有绞股蓝皂苷、绞股蓝糖苷、氨基酸、黄酮、多种纤维素、矿物质等活性成分,具有降血脂、降血压、调节血糖、改善睡眠、延缓衰老、提高免疫力、调节人体生理机能等作用,并能保护肾上腺和胸腺,维持内分泌系统的机能。菊花含有菊苷、菊花酮、龙脑及多种维生素,具有清肝明目、镇静、解热、增强毛细血管抵抗力等作用。
本发明所述的养生补肾的人参含片,采用人参、玛咖、蛹虫草、辣木籽、黄芪、黄精、绞股蓝和菊花进行协同复配,利用各成分之间的协同作用,具有良好的免疫提升、促进新陈代谢、补肾养肺作用,从而起到补气、补肾、增强免疫力、保护心脑血管、滋养五脏六腑的功效。配方中的菊花提取物,具有清香气味,能够掩盖玛咖、蛹虫草、辣木籽和绞股蓝等成分的不良气味。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例一:制备本发明所述的养生补肾的人参含片
人参提取物的制备:取人参1kg,经粉碎后,加入75%乙醇10kg,经浸泡后,进行压差提取3次,合并提取液,经减压浓缩后,得到人参膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的人参提取物。
玛咖提取物的制备:取玛咖1kg,经粉碎后,加入95%乙醇10kg,经浸泡后,进行压差提取3次,合并提取液,经减压浓缩后,得到玛咖膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的玛咖提取物。
蛹虫草提取物的制备:取蛹虫草1kg,经粉碎后,加入75%乙醇10kg,经浸泡后,进行压差提取3次,合并提取液,经减压浓缩后,得到蛹虫草膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的蛹虫草提取物。
辣木籽提取物的制备:取辣木籽1kg,经粉碎后,加入95%乙醇10kg,经浸泡后,进行压差提取3次,合并提取液,经减压浓缩后,得到辣木籽膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的辣木籽提取物。
黄精提取物的制备:取黄精1kg,经粉碎后,加入75%乙醇10kg,经浸泡后,进行压差提取3次,合并提取液,经减压浓缩后,得到黄精膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的黄精提取物。
菊花提取物的制备:取菊花1kg,经粉碎后,加入蒸馏水10kg,进行加热浸提,提取液经减压浓缩后,得到菊花膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的菊花提取物。
分别称取人参提取物25g、玛咖提取物15g、蛹虫草提取物20g、辣木籽提取物15g、黄精提取物10g和菊花提取物20g,充分混合均匀后,用粉碎机进行粉碎,经过100目筛后,进行制粒,再经干燥后,进行压片成型,得到所述的人参含片。
实施例二:制备本发明所述的养生补肾的人参含片
人参提取物的制备:取人参1kg,经粉碎后,加入75%乙醇10kg,经浸泡后,进行压差提取3次,合并提取液,经减压浓缩后,得到人参膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的人参提取物。
玛咖提取物的制备:取玛咖1kg,经粉碎后,加入95%乙醇10kg,经浸泡后,进行压差提取3次,合并提取液,经减压浓缩后,得到玛咖膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的玛咖提取物。
蛹虫草提取物的制备:取蛹虫草1kg,经粉碎后,加入75%乙醇10kg,经浸泡后,进行压差提取3次,合并提取液,经减压浓缩后,得到蛹虫草膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的蛹虫草提取物。
辣木籽提取物的制备:取辣木籽1kg,经粉碎后,加入95%乙醇10kg,经浸泡后,进行压差提取3次,合并提取液,经减压浓缩后,得到辣木籽膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的辣木籽提取物。
黄芪提取物的制备:取黄芪1kg,经粉碎后,加入75%乙醇10kg,经浸泡后,进行压差提取3次,合并提取液,经减压浓缩后,得到黄芪膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的黄芪提取物。
黄精提取物的制备:取黄精1kg,经粉碎后,加入75%乙醇10kg,经浸泡后,进行压差提取3次,合并提取液,经减压浓缩后,得到黄精膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的黄精提取物。
绞股蓝提取物的制备:取绞股蓝1kg,经粉碎后,加入95%乙醇10kg,经浸泡后,进行压差提取3次,合并提取液,经减压浓缩后,得到绞股蓝膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的绞股蓝提取物。
菊花提取物的制备:取菊花1kg,经粉碎后,加入蒸馏水10kg,进行加热浸提,提取液经减压浓缩后,得到菊花膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的菊花提取物。
分别称取人参提取物25g、玛咖提取物15g、蛹虫草提取物20g、辣木籽提取物15g、黄芪提取物10g、黄精提取物10g、绞股蓝提取物10g和菊花提取物20g,充分混合均匀后,用粉碎机进行粉碎,经过100目筛后,进行制粒,再经干燥后,进行压片成型,得到所述的人参含片。
实施例三:效果测试
招募150名患有免疫力低下并伴有肾功能问题的志愿者,随机分为3组,其中,样品组分别服用实施例一、实施例二制得的人参含片,对照组服用市场上购买的人参含片,空白组服用市场上购买的维生素含片。受试者每天服用试验产品两次,连续服用60天。
试验60天后,对每位受试者作问卷调查,分别就产品口感、机体免疫力改善度、肾功能改善度以及睡眠质量改善度进行评分,以10分为最高分,分值越高则代表满意度越高。每组受试者的评分平均值如下表1所示。

试验结果表明,服用本发明制得的人参含片,能显著改善食用者的机体免疫力以及肾功能,并有助于改善食用者的睡眠质量。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种养生补肾的人参含片,其特征在于,包括以下组分:人参提取物、玛咖提取物、蛹虫草提取物、辣木籽提取物、黄精提取物和菊花提取物。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的人参含片,其特征在于,按重量份计算包括以下组分:

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的人参提取物通过以下方法制得:取人参适量,经粉碎后,加入6~12倍重量的75~95%乙醇进行提取,提取液经减压浓缩后,得到人参膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的人参提取物;所述的玛咖提取物通过以下方法制得:取玛咖适量,经粉碎后,加入6~12倍重量的75~95%乙醇进行提取,提取液经减压浓缩后,得到玛咖膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的玛咖提取物。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的蛹虫草提取物通过以下方法制得:取蛹虫草适量,经粉碎后,加入6~12倍重量的75~95%乙醇进行提取,提取液经减压浓缩后,得到蛹虫草膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的蛹虫草提取物;所述的辣木籽提取物通过以下方法制得:取辣木籽适量,经粉碎后,加入6~12倍重量的75~95%乙醇进行提取,提取液经减压浓缩后,得到辣木籽膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的辣木籽提取物。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的黄精提取物通过以下方法制得:取黄精籽适量,经粉碎后,加入6~12倍重量的75~95%乙醇进行提取,提取液经减压浓缩后,得到黄精膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的黄精提取物;所述的菊花提取物通过以下方法制得:取菊花适量,经粉碎后,加入6~12倍重量的蒸馏水进行加热浸提,提取液经减压浓缩后,得到菊花膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的菊花提取物。
  9. 权利要求3或4所述的人参含片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:分别称取人参提取物、玛咖提取物、蛹虫草提取物、辣木籽提取物、黄芪提取物、黄精提取物、绞股蓝提取物和菊花提取物,充分混合均匀后,采用粉碎机进行粉碎,经过筛后,进行制粒,再经干燥后,进行压片成型。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的黄芪提取物通过以下方法制得:取黄芪适量,经粉碎后,加入6~12倍重量的75~95%乙醇进行提取,提取液经减压浓缩后,得到黄芪膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的黄芪提取物;所述的绞股蓝提取物通过以下方法制得:取绞股蓝适量,经粉碎后,加入6~12倍重量的75~95%乙醇进行提取,提取液经减压浓缩后,得到绞股蓝膏体,再经真空干燥后,得到所述的绞股蓝提取物。
