背景技术
辣木是一种具有丰富营养和独特经济价值的热带植物,在国际市场上很受欢迎;据印度泰米尔纳都农业大学园艺学院报道,辣木根部外皮因含有两种生物碱而不可使用,除此之外,辣木全株均可食用,其味微辛、微温、且无毒。辣木不仅是素食者的理想食物,更是解决贫穷地区营养缺乏问题的天然营养库。具有消炎、止痛、降压、护肝、强心、利尿、催乳等功效,因其功效之多,经常用其制药,以预防和治疗消化器官肿瘤、免疫力低下、高血压、坏血病、贫血、皮肤病、糖尿病、肥胖症等疾病。
清香木(学名:Pistacia weinmannifolia J. Poisson ex Franch.)漆树科灌木或小乔木,高2-8米,稀达10-15米;树皮灰色,小枝具棕色皮孔,幼枝被灰黄色微柔毛。小叶叶柄被微柔毛;革质,长圆形或倒卵状长圆形,较小;小叶柄极短。花序腋生,与叶同出,被黄棕色柔毛和红色腺毛;花小,紫红色,无梗,苞片卵圆形,外面被棕色柔毛,雄花、长圆形或长圆状披针形,膜质,半透明,花丝极短,花药长圆形,雌花无毛,花柱极短,柱头外弯。核果球形,成熟时红色,先端细尖。产于中国云南、西藏、四川、贵州、广西;生于海拔580-2700米的石灰山林下或灌丛中。分布于缅甸掸邦。叶可提芳香油,民间常用叶碾粉制“香”。叶及树皮供药用,有消炎解毒、收敛止泻之效。
现有报道中,将辣木籽和清香树叶提取物两者作为极具经济价值的食品原料单独被使用,目前尚未检索到任何将二者共同使用制备的食品。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种含有辣木籽的保健含片及其制备方法,其充分运用辣木籽和清香树叶提取物的主要营养保健成分,通过特定的加工工艺,在加工中尽量保持其营养成分,消除过敏性物质,同时通过两者的合理配伍,最大的发挥其协同增效的作用。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种含有辣木籽的保健含片及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:辣木籽30-45份,清香树叶提取物2-5份,木糖10-20份,微晶纤维素10-15份,水溶性淀粉5-8份,纯净水6-12份;
其制备方法由以下步骤组成:
(1)按重量份称取原料,将称取的清香树叶洗净后碎解,水蒸汽蒸馏法提取清香树叶挥发油,提取后待用;
(2)将辣木籽干燥至含水率≤8%,然后粉碎,过80目筛,得到粉末状辣木籽,再将辣木籽进行超微粉碎,粉碎成300-340目的粉末,而后将超微粉碎后的辣木籽粉在100-115℃下蒸30-120min,蒸后待用;
(3)将木糖、微晶纤维素、纯净水、水溶性淀粉加入清香叶提取物中,搅拌均匀待用;
(4)向步骤(2)制得的辣木籽粉中加入上述步骤(3)的复合粉末,搅拌均匀制得含片混合物;
(5)采用高压灭菌的方式对步骤(4)制得的含片混合物进行灭菌,而后按照常规的含片生产工艺制备成1g或2g的含片,包装后即制得保健含片。
优选地,本发明由以下重量份的原料制成:辣木籽35份,清香树叶提取物2份,木糖15份,微晶纤维素12份,水溶性淀粉6份,纯净水7份。
优选地,本发明中所述的木糖为低聚木糖。
本发明具有如下优点和有益效果:
(1)本发明以辣木籽和清香树叶提取物为主要原料,充分利用两种原料中的营养成分,制备得到保健效果优良的保健含片,本保健含片风味独特,而且营养成分丰富,具有良好的保健功效,可固齿祛口臭,安神,定心,并有消炎解毒、收敛止泻之效,具有补气、补肾、增强免疫力、保护心脑血管、滋养五脏六腑的功效。以上配料的复配使用能够获得良好的风味和口感。
(2)在甜味调节方面,本发明选用了低聚木糖,其能够帮助获得足够的甜度,且低聚木糖是小分子糖类,在口腔内扩散速度快,还能获得预想不到的清凉口感,稳定性非常好,能促进肠道双歧杆菌的增殖活性。另外,低聚木糖几乎都不能被各种消化液分解,它的能量值几乎为零,既不影响血糖浓度,也不增加血糖中胰岛素水平,并且不会形成脂肪沉积,故可在低能量食品中发挥作用,最大限度地满足了那些喜爱甜品而又担心糖尿病和肥胖的人的要求,因此糖尿病人、肥胖病人和低血糖病人均可放心食用。
(3)本发明在加工过程中未使用任何化学合成的添加剂,不会对人体产生任何伤害,且整个过程中将辣木籽和清香树叶提取物的全部营养成分都充分的利用,没有浪费。
总之,本发明中由辣木籽和清香树叶提取物制备的保健含片不但风味独特,而且营养成分丰富,具有良好的保健功效,适合各类人群服用,其具有极佳的补气、补肾、增强免疫力、保护心脑血管、滋养五脏六腑的功效。并且在生产中遵循天然、安全的原则,不添加任何化学添加剂成分,对人体不构成健康威胁。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种含有辣木籽的保健含片及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:辣木籽30份,清香树叶提取物2份,木糖10份,微晶纤维素10份,水溶性淀粉5份,纯净水8份;
其制备方法由以下步骤组成:
(1)按重量份称取原料,将称取的清香树叶洗净后粉碎机碎解,水蒸汽蒸馏法提取清香树叶挥发油,提取后待用;
(2)将辣木籽干燥至含水率≤8%,然后粉碎,过80目筛,得到粉末状辣木籽,再将辣木籽进行超微粉碎,粉碎成300目的粉末,而后将超微粉碎后的辣木籽粉在100℃下蒸120min,蒸后待用;
(3)将木糖、微晶纤维素、纯净水、水溶性淀粉加入清香叶提取物中,搅拌均匀待用;
(4)向步骤2)制得的辣木籽粉中加入上述步骤(3)的复合粉末,搅拌均匀制得含片混合物;
(5)采用高压灭菌的方式对步骤4)制得的含片混合物进行灭菌,而后按照常规的含片生产工艺制备成1g的含片,包装后即制得保健含片。
实施例2
一种含有清香树叶提取物和辣木籽的保健含片及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:清香树叶提取物5份,辣木籽45份,木糖20份,微晶纤维素15份,水溶性淀粉8份,纯净水12份;
其制备方法由以下步骤组成:
(1)按重量份称取原料,将称取的清香树叶洗净后用粉碎机碎解,水蒸汽蒸馏法提取清香树叶挥发油,提取后待用;
(2)将辣木籽干燥至含水率≤8%,然后粉碎,过80目筛,得到粉末状辣木籽,再将辣木籽进行超微粉碎,粉碎成340目的粉末,而后将超微粉碎后的辣木籽粉在115℃下蒸30min,蒸后待用;
(3)将木糖、微晶纤维素、纯净水、水溶性淀粉加入清香叶提取物中,搅拌均匀待用;
(4)向步骤2)制得的辣木籽粉中加入上述步骤(3)的复合粉末,搅拌均匀制得含片混合物;
(5)采用高压灭菌的方式对步骤4)制得的含片混合物进行灭菌,而后按照常规的含片生产工艺制备成2g的含片,包装后即制得保健含片。
实施例3
一种含有清香树叶提取物和辣木籽的保健含片及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:清香树叶提取物3份,辣木籽35份,木糖12份,微晶纤维素12份,水溶性淀粉6份,纯净水10份;
其制备方法由以下步骤组成:
(1)按重量份称取原料,将称取的清香树叶洗净后用粉碎机碎解,水蒸汽蒸馏法提取清香树叶挥发油,提取后待用;
(2)将辣木籽干燥至含水率≤8%,然后粉碎,过80目筛,得到粉末状辣木籽,再将辣木籽进行超微粉碎,粉碎成320目的粉末,而后将超微粉碎后的辣木籽粉在105℃下蒸40min,蒸后待用;
(3)将木糖、微晶纤维素、纯净水、水溶性淀粉加入清香叶提取物中,搅拌均匀待用;
(4)向步骤2)制得的辣木籽粉中加入上述步骤(3)的复合粉末,搅拌均匀制得含片混合物;
(5)采用高压灭菌的方式对步骤4)制得的含片混合物进行灭菌,而后按照常规的含片生产工艺制备成1g的含片,包装后即制得保健含片。
实施例4
安全性试验
小鼠急性毒性试验:采用本发明实施例1-3的产品部分替代小鼠的饲料进行饲喂,每天饲喂含片8g,连续观察28天,试验期间未见死亡和异常毒性反应,试验结束,解剖试验小鼠,观察肝、肾、脾、胃、心、肺和肠,均未见异常改变。按急性毒性标准,该样品属于无毒级。
慢性毒性试验:采用本发明实施例1-3的产品部分替代小鼠的饲料进行饲喂,每天饲喂含片4g,连续饲喂120天,结果显示:饲喂本发明实施例1-3的产品的小鼠皮毛光滑,行为活动正常,体重正常增加,摄食饮水正常,血液学和血液生化指标均在正常范围内波动,骨髓和尿常规指标均在正常范围内波动,组织脏器未见异常,整体而言未见毒理反应。
由以上实验可知,本发明的产品是安全、无毒的。
Claims (4)
1.一种含有辣木籽的保健含片及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:辣木籽30-45份,清香树叶提取物2-5份,木糖10-20份,微晶纤维素10-15份,水溶性淀粉5-8份,纯净水6-12份;
其制备方法由以下步骤组成:
(1)按重量份称取原料,将称取的清香树叶洗净后碎解,水蒸汽蒸馏法提取清香树叶挥发油,提取后待用;
(2)将辣木籽干燥至含水率≤8%,然后粉碎,过80目筛,得到粉末状辣木籽,再将辣木籽进行超微粉碎,粉碎成300-340目的粉末,而后将超微粉碎后的辣木籽粉在100-115℃下蒸30-120min,蒸后待用;
(3)将木糖、微晶纤维素、纯净水、水溶性淀粉加入清香树叶提取物中,搅拌均匀待用;
(4)将步骤(2)制得的辣木籽粉中加入上述步骤(3)的复合粉末中,搅拌均匀制得含片混合物;
(5)采用高压灭菌的方式对步骤(4)制得的含片混合物进行灭菌,而后按照常规的含片生产工艺制备成1g或2g的含片,包装后即制得保健含片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有辣木籽的保健含片及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:辣木籽35份,清香树叶提取物2份,木糖15份,微晶纤维素12份,水溶性淀粉6份,纯净水7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有辣木籽的保健含片及其制备方法,其特征在于,含有辣木籽和清香树叶提取物。
4.根据权利要求1和权利要求2中所述的一种含有辣木籽的保健含片及其制备方法,其特征在于,本发明中所述的木糖为低聚木糖。
