Description

双色低弹涤纶丝与粗支棉交织大提花家纺面料的生产工艺 技术领域
本发明涉及一种双色低弹涤纶丝与粗支棉交织大提花家纺面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
家纺面料中利用面料浮雕化,根据面料质地与材料进行花样选择,并在此基础上进行适当变化,将能生产出花式更为丰富的面料。面料浮雕化为纺织品增加了不一样的立体美感,也得到了设计师们的青睐。使花型有强烈的立体感,花型优美雅致,给人以新颖醒目的感觉。其花型设计与生产工艺可应用到多种家纺产品面料中。浮雕花纹织物具有较强的凹凸感、立体感,给人视觉极强的美感,在家纺产品中有着广泛的用途面料浮雕化处理的方法多种多样,而不同的浮雕面料也为时尚和生活带来了不一样的惊喜。
其中选择低弹涤纶丝的两个颜色的差异及较粗的煮白棉纱作为纬纱,开发一种花型层次立体饱满,有一种浮雕感的面料,与普通的涤棉面料相比,相当大程度上改善面料的手感及舒适性且花型层次丰富饱满,增加产品的档次。但是生产双色低弹涤纶丝与粗支棉交织大提花家纺面料的技术难点是:1)原料的选择与经纬密配置,经纱的两个颜色的选择,经纬原料与经纬密配置的选择;2)花型的构想和设计,以突出花型的立体浮雕感为设计理念,设计合适的花型;3)准备、织造工艺的调整。需要我们进行及时的改进和创新。
发明内容
本发明提供一种双色低弹涤纶丝与粗支棉交织大提花家纺面料的生产工艺,具有强力高、耐磨性好、耐光性好,透气性好、柔软光滑等性能优势,集实用性、舒适性与功能性于一体。既满足了人们对家纺面料品味的追求,又能进一步扩张公司的产业规模,提升核心竞争优势,并带来较好的社会与经济效益,市场前景广阔。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种双色低弹涤纶丝与粗支棉交织大提花家纺面料的生产工艺,包括
(1)原料:即经纱采用T 75D/36F低弹重网半消光长丝,纬纱选择83.3tex/OEC7S气流纺棉纱;其中经密为681根/10cm;纬纱为83.3tex气流纺棉纱,纬密为189根/10cm,宽幅位254cm;
(2)织造工序:
A:分条整经工艺:整经根数为304*56+112*1根;478*43+454*1根;条宽*条数为47.19*56+17.39*1;位移为0.74;
B:织造:采用剑杆340/173装造大提花织机进行织造;织造车速为260转/分钟;
C:修整:下机布要及时检验;
D:后整理:柔软拉幅定型→预缩→轧光→浸/轧。
其中轧余率75%→140℃*35m/min。
其中所述柔软拉幅工艺中的硅油柔软剂5g/l。
本发明采用粗纬纱,低纬密的方法,经纱采用两个颜色的75D低弹涤纶丝,纬纱采用较粗的OEC7S,采用大提花组织进行交织,借助于底部破斜纹组织和经纱两个颜色的错乱排列,使面料底部达到一种明暗交替渐变的效果。采用细经粗纬以体现织物的厚实丰满,为使花型立体,通过双色经纱的既杂乱无章又有规可循的排列,结合花型不同部位配置不同的组织,可达到不同的颜色效果,花型具有较强的凹 凸感、立体感,为面料增加了不一样的立体美感,从而使织物更具有特色和市场竞争力。该产品经整理后,朴实中不失时尚,简洁中带着细腻,凹凸分明,基本上符合了现今社会人们的需求,具有十分可观的市场前景。
具体实施方式
本实施例的一种双色低弹涤纶丝与粗支棉交织大提花家纺面料的生产工艺,包括
(1)原料:即经纱采用T 75D/36F低弹重网半消光长丝,纬纱选择83.3tex/OEC7S气流纺棉纱;其中经密为681根/10cm;纬纱为83.3tex气流纺棉纱,纬密为189根/10cm,宽幅位254cm;
(2)织造工序:
A:分条整经工艺:整经根数为304*56+112*1根;478*43+454*1根;条宽*条数为47.19*56+17.39*1;位移为0.74(cm吗);此整经工序必须做好如下几点:①做好设备的保养工作,做到设备完好;②做好清洁工作,保证纱线通道光滑干净无毛刺,纱线退绕时无受阻,张力均匀;③挡车工严格按操作规程操作;④根据经纱原料的特性,整经长度不宜太长,24小时内必须倒成织轴,以减少条与条之间的压条现象。
B:织造:采用剑杆340/173装造大提花织机进行织造;织造车速为260转/分钟;其中必须给提花回综弹簧做好清理工作,不能有绞扭,以保证下机一等品率。
C:修整:下机布要及时检验;整修不用梳子刮布,以防止布面起毛。
D:后整理:柔软拉幅定型→预缩→轧光→浸/轧;其中轧余率75%→140℃*35m/min;其中所述柔软拉幅工艺中的硅油柔软剂5g/l。
本实施例的生产成本及效益计算如下:

    (2)织造工序:
    A:分条整经工艺:整经根数为304*56+112*1根;478*43+454*1根;条宽*条数为47.19*56+17.39*1;位移为0.74;
    B:织造:采用剑杆340/173装造大提花织机进行织造;织造车速为260转/分钟;
    C:修整:下机布要及时检验;
