本实用新型涉及车架装置,具体涉及一种用于电动自行车的车架管。
背景技术
锂电自行车是一款极具创意的革命性交通工具,时尚、轻盈、简约的车身设计,锂电自行车拥有折叠和内置锂电池,高达30公里的连续续航里程,可放进汽车后尾箱,可谓集千万宠爱于一身,彻底颠覆了人们对传统电动车的印象。
现有车架因零件上设有缺口,强度较弱,且锂电自行车在骑行过程中出现摔车、侧面碰撞时,电池受力严重变形会引起的电池爆炸发生二次事故,存在安全隐患。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型旨在提供一种保护电池盒、降低事故发生的用于电动自行车的车架管。
为实现该技术目的,本实用新型的方案是:一种用于电动自行车的车架管,包括管体,该管体的横截面为一封口的U字型结构单一腔体,由底部、两侧壁和顶部封闭构成,其底部为圆弧形,两侧壁相互平行设置,侧壁与顶部之间通过弧形连接;管体的中段去掉顶部和弧形连接而开设有一用于放置电池盒的开口槽,该开口槽的横截面保留有两侧壁和底部;所述管体腔体内,于底部轴向设置有至少一条凸起的加强筋。
作为优选,所述加强筋为两条,相对平行设置,两加强筋之间形成有一U形凹槽,该凹槽的中心轴线与管体底部的中心轴线重合。
本实用新型的有益效果,通过在增加底部的加强筋,既可以增加管体的机械强度,有效解决因零件上部缺口造成强度减弱的问题,又可以作为电池盒的固定支架使用,有效固定住电池盒,防止电池盒左右晃动;管体顶部和底部的圆弧形结构抗冲击能力更强,抗弯性强;同时加强筋之间设置有弧形凹槽,弧形凹槽与电池盒之间形成一个缓冲空间,大幅增加整体的抗冲击能力

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。
如图1-5所示,本实用新型所述的具体实施例为一种用于电动自行车的车架管,包括管体1,该管体1的横截面为一封口的U字型结构单一腔体,由底部、两侧壁和顶部封闭构成,其底部为圆弧形,两侧壁相互平行设置,侧壁与顶部之间通过弧形连接;管体1的中段去掉顶部和弧形连接而开设有一用于放置电池盒2的开口槽3,该开口槽3的横截面保留有两侧壁和底部;所述管体1腔体内,于底部轴向 设置有至少一条凸起的加强筋4。其中加强筋与电池盒底部相匹配,可以固定电池盒。电池盒可以通过管体内侧顶部设置的固定孔5与管体1固定连接,通过固定孔使得两者之间结合更加紧密,不易摇动。
管体1顶部和底部的圆弧形结构相对于直角结构抗冲击能力更强,抗弯性能强。
为了增加安全性能,所述加强筋4为两条,相对平行设置,两加强筋4之间形成有一U形凹槽6,该凹槽6的中心轴线与管体1底部的中心轴线重合。凹槽与电池盒之间形成一个缓冲空间,防止电池受到挤压。无需在车骨架内设置多个腔体,本设计的带弧形凹槽的单腔体结构可减少材料消耗,降低整车重量,减少加工时间,能够大幅降低生产成本。
通过在增加底部的加强筋,既可以增加管体的机械强度,有效解决因零件上部缺口造成强度减弱的问题,又可以作为电池盒的固定支架使用,有效固定住电池盒,防止电池盒左右晃动;管体顶部和底部的圆弧形结构抗冲击能力更强,抗弯性强;同时管体的中段去掉顶部和弧形连接而开设有一用于放置电池盒的开口槽,开口槽能够方便放置电池盒,由于该开口槽的横截面保留有两侧壁和底部,稳定性更好;同时加强筋之间设置有弧形凹槽,弧形凹槽与电池盒之间形成一个缓冲空间,大幅增加整体的抗冲击能力。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于电动自行车的车架管,其特征在于:所述加强筋为两条,相对平行设置,两加强筋之间形成有一U形凹槽,该凹槽的中心轴线与管体底部的中心轴线重合。
