本发明涉及船舶制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种船舶支撑工装以及该船舶支撑工装拆除墩木的方法。
背景技术
目前船舶维修建造时常规使用的是水泥坞墩和墩木的组合体支撑,墩木放置在坞墩上方与船舶分段接触,在这些区域需要临时拆除坞墩上面的墩木的时候,需要进行破坏性的墩木拆除,墩木拆除后不能够重复使用。
因此,如何提出一种船舶支撑工装,能够解决现有技术中墩木拆除过程中为破坏性拆除,墩木不能重复使用,是本领域技术人员需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种船舶支撑工装,能够解决现有技术中墩木拆除过程中为破坏性拆除,墩木不能重复使用的问题。
本发明的目的还在于提出一种船舶支撑工装拆除墩木的方法,能够解决现有技术中墩木拆除过程中为破坏性拆除,墩木不能重复使用的问题。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
提供一种船舶支撑工装,包括由上到下依次接触设置的墩木、沙箱和水泥坞墩,所述沙箱与所述墩木之间还设置有沙箱盖,所述沙箱内用于填充沙料,所述沙箱盖能够随沙料高度下降或上升。
作为优选,所述沙箱包括底板、设置在所述底板上的两侧面板以及两端面板,两所述端面板相对设置,且两所述侧面板相对设置,每个所述端面板均与两所述侧面板可拆卸连接。
作为优选,每个所述侧面板上均设置有第一加强板和第二加强板。
作为优选,所述侧面板两侧还设置有插销耳板,所述插销耳板上设置有用于将所述端面板与所述侧面板连接的插销。
作为优选,还包括链条,所述链条用于将所述端面板、所述侧面板分别与所述插销连接。

本发明提供的拆除墩木的方法,能够实现墩木拆除后反复利用。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1-4所示,本实施例中提供了一种船舶支撑工装,具体包括由上到下依次接触设置的墩木1、沙箱2和水泥坞墩4,其中墩木1位于沙箱2顶部,而沙箱2位于水泥坞墩4的顶部,沙箱2与墩木1、水泥坞墩4之间接触设置,所述沙箱2与所述墩木1之间还设置有沙箱盖3,所述沙箱2内用于填充的固体沙料,沙箱盖3能够随沙料高度下降或上升;每个所述侧面板22上均设置有不少于一个的矩形孔221,矩形孔221上设置有侧封板26用于在填充沙料时防止沙料流出,侧面板22上位于矩形孔221的两侧分别设置有第二加强板25;侧封板 26位于两第二加强板25之间;并通过插接在第二加强板25上的所述插销27固定。所述侧封板26通过第二加强板25与插销固定能够便于侧封板26后期打开。
需要说明的是,矩形孔221的数量根据需要设定,当墩木长度为1.8m时,矩形孔数量一般为一个,此时第二加强板25设置在侧面板22的中部,而第一加强板24设置在两个第二加强板25的远离其相对另一个第二加强板25的两侧,但是当墩木长度大于2m时,矩形孔221数量可以为两个或者更多,此时第二加强板25与第一加强板24间隔设置。
上述沙箱2包括底板21、设置在底板21上的两侧面板22以及两端面板23,两所述端面板23相对设置,且两所述侧面板22相对设置,每个所述端面板23均与两侧面板22可拆卸式连接,具体为端面板23插接在两侧面板22之间。其中,每个所述侧面板22上均设置有第一加强板24、第二加强板25。设置第一加强板24以及第二加强板25的目的在于增强侧面板22的强度,当沙料填充在沙箱中时,沙料被夯实的过程中会给侧面板22挤压力,而设置有第一加强板24和第二加强板25的侧面板22则能够承受挤压力,增强该沙箱2的使用寿命。
本实施例中,为了能够便于将端面板23从侧面板22上拆除,所述侧面板22两侧还设置有插销耳板29(参考图3),所述插销耳板29上设置有用于将端面板23与所述侧面板22紧固连接的插销27。
本实施例中还包括链条28(参考图4),所述链条28用于将端面板23、侧面板22分别与插销27连接,进而能够防止插销27掉落的情况下不会丢失。
如图5-7所示,沙箱盖3包括沙箱盖顶板34、位于沙箱盖顶板34靠近所述沙箱2的一侧的沙箱盖中间腹板31、位于沙箱盖中间腹板31远离所述沙箱盖顶板34的一侧的沙箱盖底板32,所述沙箱盖中间腹板31侧面上还设置有多个沙箱盖肋板33。其中,沙箱盖3的沙箱盖中间腹板31与沙料接触的一端的面积小 于沙箱2靠近沙箱盖3一端开口面积,该种设置方式能够使所述墩木1与所述沙箱盖3相互接触的侧壁小于所述沙箱盖3与所述墩木1相互接触的侧壁。如图7所示,沙箱盖中间腹板31与沙箱盖顶板34相接触的一端的面积大于另一端远离沙箱盖顶板34的面积,沙箱盖中间腹板31横截面为梯形;或者还可以是沙箱盖中间腹板31两侧开设有凹槽用以减小沙箱盖中间腹板31底端的面积;沙箱盖顶板34四周还设置有沙箱盖侧板35。
上述船舶支撑工装安装步骤如下:
先放置水泥坞墩4,然后放置沙箱2,将侧封板26安装在在矩形孔221的位置处,使用第二加强板25和插销27将侧封板26紧固;将端面板23插于侧面板22两端,使用插销耳板29、插销27紧固,然后将沙料(一般是建筑沙料)填充于沙箱2的箱体内,并夯实;然后将沙箱盖3放置于沙箱2的正上方,然后根据船舶分段外底板与沙箱盖3的距离,放置合适厚度的墩木1,并打紧墩木1,此时船舶支撑工装完成安装。
本实施例中还提供了一种拆除墩木的方法,应用于本实施例中提供的船舶支撑工装;该方法具体包括:将侧封板26、和端面板23从沙箱2中拆除,然后使用高压水柱从端面板23拆除处冲水使沙料流出,沙料流出到能够使沙箱盖3随沙料减少而下降的量时,停止冲水;当墩木1与船舶分段外底板21脱离接触后,将墩木1移出,完成墩木1拆卸。
当然,当侧封板26不存在时,只需要去除端面板23即可。
上述方法能够快速的实现墩木下降,进而能够实现非破坏性拆卸墩木,使拆卸后的墩木能够重复使用,节约成本。
通过将当需要拆除墩木1时,将插销27从第二加强板25和插销耳板29中取出,然后将侧封板26和端面板23取出,然后使用高压水柱往沙箱2两端面 冲水或者从矩形孔221处冲水,使沙料(即黄沙)流出,一定量的沙料流出后,停止冲水,此时沙箱盖3整体随着沙料的减少流出而下降,最上方的墩木1也随着沙箱盖3的下降而下降,墩木1从而与船舶分段外底板脱离接触,即可用人力用锤子敲击将墩木1移除。
