Abstract

本发明属于汽车技术领域,特别是涉及一种行李箱装置,其安装于机动车辆的前机舱,包括行李箱本体及行走机构,所述行李箱本体与所述行走机构连接,可在所述行走机构的带动下伸出车辆前端。本发明通过在后驱车的前机舱空间设置可伸出车辆前端的前行李箱,满足了用户的个性化需求,同时提高了操作的便利性。

一种行李箱装置 技术领域
本发明属于汽车技术领域,特别是涉及一种行李箱装置。
背景技术
随着技术的进步,汽车行业正在发生着日新月异的变化。越来越多传统的中置后驱汽车进入了普通家庭,后置后驱的电动车也正迅速崛起中。消费者不再满足于汽车的基本功能需求,他们关注了更多的性能要求。其中储物空间便是非常重要的一项。由于机舱内有很多高压元器件,出于安全的考虑,多为固定式发动机盖,因此,需要一种在不打开发动机盖的情况下更好的利用机舱增加储物空间的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种行李箱装置,充分利用后驱车的前机舱空间,将行李箱置于前机舱内,同时考虑人机操作便利性,满足用户的个性化需求,提高用户体验。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种行李箱装置,安装于机动车辆的前机舱,包括行李箱本体及行走机构,所述行李箱本体与所述行走机构连接,可在所述行走机构的带动下伸出车辆前端。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施进一步实现。
前述的行李箱装置,其中所述行李箱本体为上端开口的矩形箱体,所述行李箱本体的开口端设有行李箱盖板帘。
前述的行李箱装置,其中所述行李箱盖板帘设有盖板帘把手。
前述的行李箱装置,其中所述行李箱本体内设有行李箱内衬。
前述的行李箱装置,其中所述行李箱本体伸出车辆端设有行李箱饰板。
前述的行李箱装置,其中所述行走机构包括固定导轨及滑动导轨,所述固定导轨与车身支架固定连接;所述滑动导轨与所述行李箱本体固定连接,并与所述固定导轨滑动连接。
前述的行李箱装置,其中所述行走机构还包括驱动装置,所述驱动装置与所述滑动导轨连接,用于驱动所述滑动导轨沿所述固定导轨作往复运动。
前述的行李箱装置,其中所述驱动装置包括驱动电机、涡轮、蜗杆及丝杆,所述丝杆与所述滑动导轨固定连接,所述驱动电机与所述蜗杆连接,所述蜗杆与所述涡轮连接,所述涡轮与所述丝杆连接。
前述的行李箱装置,所述固定导轨通过行李箱支架与车身支架固定连接,所述行李箱支架包括行李箱主支架及行李箱转接支架,所述固定导轨通过所述行李箱转接支架与所述行李箱主支架固定连接,所述行李箱主支架与车身支架固定连接。
前述的行李箱装置,其中所述行李箱支架还包括用于支撑行李箱本体的行李箱前支架,所述行李箱前支架与车身支架固定连接。
本发明的优点及其效果,在后驱车的前机舱空间设置可伸出车辆前端的前行李箱,满足了用户的个性化需求,同时提高了操作的便利性。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
参图1所示,本实施例提供了一种行李箱装置,安装于机动车辆的前机舱,包括行李箱本体1及行走机构,行李箱本体1与行走机构连接,可在行走机构的带动下伸出车辆前端。该行李箱装置可在发动机盖不打开的情况下,充分利用前机舱内的空间,将行李箱置于前机舱内,并通过行走机构带动行李箱前后运动,实现物品的取放,该行李箱装置满足了用户的个性化需求,同时兼具物品取放的便利性。
参图2所示,行李箱本体1为上端开口的矩形箱体,行李箱本体1的开口端设有行李箱盖板帘2,行李箱盖板帘2可保证行李箱本体1不受某些特殊货物的影响,可以顺畅地进出,从而避免用户误把过大的货物,如较大的背包,放入行李箱本体1内,导致无法开闭的情况发生。为了方便物 品取放,可将行李箱盖板帘2设计为推拉结构。行李箱盖板帘2上可设置盖板帘把手18,以方便对行李箱盖板帘2进行推拉操作。为了保护行李箱本体内部不被物品划伤,可在行李箱本体内设置行李箱内衬3,行李箱内衬3可采用柔性材料,增加缓冲效果,减缓物品与行李箱本体1内部的碰撞力。行李箱本体1伸出车辆端设有行李箱饰板17,行李箱饰板17的作用是与车辆前端结构相适应,形成统一的外观结构,并通过弧面结构减小风阻。
参图3所示,本实施例中行走机构优选滑轨行走方式,包括固定导轨15及滑动导轨16,固定导轨15与车身支架固定连接,滑动导轨16通过第一紧固螺栓8与行李箱本体固定连接,并与固定导轨15滑动连接。滑动导轨16在驱动电机7(驱动装置)的驱动下可沿固定导轨15作往复运动,从而带动行李箱本体伸出或缩回车辆前机舱。采用滑轨行走方式不仅结构简单,而且驱动/操作方便。当然,除了本实施例优选的滑轨结构,该行走机构还可采用其它行走机构,如滑轮、输送带、齿轮链条等能够实现行走功能的结构。
参图4及图5所示,除了上述驱动电机7,驱动装置还包括涡轮14、蜗杆13及丝杆10,丝杆10与滑动导轨16固定连接,沿动力传递方向,驱动电机7、蜗杆13、涡轮14、丝杆10依次传动连接。本实施例中丝杆10通过丝杆前固定支架9及丝杆后固定支架12与滑动导轨16固定连接,前固定支架9及丝杆后固定支架12与滑动导轨16连接。滑动导轨16通过第一紧固螺栓8与行李箱本体固定连接,第二紧固螺栓11连接固定导轨及行李箱主支架6。在驱动电机7的驱动下通过涡轮14、蜗杆13将圆周运动转换为直线运动,从而带动滑动导轨16沿固定导轨15作直线往复运动,该驱动装置结构简单,可通过车辆的中控台控制电机的启动及停止,操控方便。
参图6所示,固定导轨15通过行李箱支架与车身支架固定连接,行李箱支架包括行李箱主支架6、行李箱转接支架5、行李箱前支架4,行李箱主支架6位于前舱左右两侧,行李箱转接支架5与行李箱主支架6连接,行李箱前支架4位于前舱前端,固定导轨15通过行李箱转接支架5与行李箱主支架6固定连接,行李箱主支架6与位于前舱左右两侧的车身主支架19固定连接,车身前支架20支撑行李箱本体1。滑动导轨16通过第一紧固螺栓8与行李箱本体1固定连接。
参图7所示,驱动电机启动后,通过蜗轮蜗杆将圆周运动转化为直线运动,带动行李箱本体1沿滑动导轨16向前运动,伸出车辆前端,实现了物品的取放。
本实施例在后驱车的前机舱空间设置滑轨式前行李箱,满足了用户的个性化需求,同时提高了操作的便利性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种行李箱装置,其特征在于:安装于机动车辆的前机舱,包括行李箱本体及行走机构,所述行李箱本体与所述行走机构连接,可在所述行走机构的带动下伸出车辆前端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种行李箱装置,其特征在于:所述行李箱本体为上端开口的矩形箱体,所述行李箱本体的开口端设有行李箱盖板帘。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种行李箱装置,其特征在于:所述行李箱盖板帘设有盖板帘把手。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种行李箱装置,其特征在于:所述行李箱本体内设有行李箱内衬。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种行李箱装置,其特征在于:所述行李箱本体伸出车辆端设有行李箱饰板。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种行李箱装置,其特征在于:所述行走机构包括固定导轨及滑动导轨,所述固定导轨与车身支架固定连接;所述滑动导轨与所述行李箱本体固定连接,并与所述固定导轨滑动连接。
  7. 根据根据权利要求6所述的一种行李箱装置,其特征在于:所述行走机构还包括驱动装置,所述驱动装置与所述滑动导轨连接,用于驱动所述滑动导轨沿所述固定导轨作往复运动。
  8. 根据根据权利要求7所述的一种行李箱装置,其特征在于:所述驱动装置包括驱动电机、涡轮、蜗杆及丝杆,所述丝杆与所述滑动导轨固定连接,所述驱动电机与所述蜗杆连接,所述蜗杆与所述涡轮连接,所述涡轮与所述丝杆连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种行李箱装置,其特征在于:所述固定导轨通过行李箱支架与车身支架固定连接,所述行李箱支架包括行李箱主支架及行李箱转接支架,所述固定导轨通过所述行李箱转接支架与所述行李箱主支架固定连接,所述行李箱主支架与车身支架固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种行李箱装置,其特征在于:所述行李箱支架还包括用于支撑行李箱本体的行李箱前支架,所述行李箱前支架与车身支架固定连接。
