本公开涉及显示产品制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种边框和显示装置。
背景技术
铝合金工艺操作简单,外观容易处理,越来越受到消费者喜爱,整机与铝合金外框相结合,使整机外观更精美,与塑料等其它外观相比,更显优美和时尚。目前,大尺寸显示屏主要使用铝合金外框,然而相关技术中的铝合金外框存在漏光问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本公开提供一种边框和显示装置,解决显示面板的边框的漏光问题。
为了实现上述目的,本公开提供了一种边框,应用于显示面板,包括:
第一子边框,包括第一连接片材和第三连接片材,所述第一连接片材和所述第三连接片材连接并形成第一夹角,所述第一连接片材和所述第三连接片材分别包括第一卡合区域和第三卡合区域;
第二子边框,包括第二连接片材和第四连接片材,所述第二连接片材和所述第四连接片材连接并形成第二夹角,所述第二连接片材和所述第四连接片材分别包括第二卡合区域和第四卡合区域;
所述第一卡合区域与所述第二卡合区域相咬合连接,所述第三卡合区域与所述第四卡合区域相咬合连接,以使所述第一子边框和所述第二子边框连接。
可选地,所述第一连接片材和所述第三连接片材之间的夹角与所述第二 连接片材和夹角第四连接片材的夹角相等。

本公开的技术方案具有如下有益效果。第一子边框和第二子边框的分体连接解决了大尺寸边框组装成本高和稳定性低的问题,且第一卡合区域和第二卡合区域咬合连接,使得第一子边框和第二子边框连接处无缝隙。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本公开的特征和原理进行详细说明,所举实施例仅用于解释本公开,并非以此限定本公开的保护范围。
大显示屏通常采用三边分段式设计的外框,其拐角结合处存在间隙,进 而有漏光风险。
为了解决上述问题,本公开实施例提供一种边框和显示装置,解决显示面板的边框的漏光问题。
参考图1,图1是本公开实施例中边框的第一侧的结构示意图。所述边框包括:
第一子边框1,包括在与显示面板连接时与显示面板正面对应的第一连接片材11和与显示面板的一侧面对应的第三连接片材12,所述第一连接片材11和所述第三连接片材12连接并形成第一夹角,所述第一连接片材11和所述第三连接片材12分别包括第一卡合区域和第三卡合区域;
第二子边框2,包括在与显示面板连接时与显示面板正面对应的第二连接片材21和与显示面板的另一侧面对应的第四连接片材22,所述第二连接片材21和所述第四连接片材22连接并形成第二夹角,所述第二连接片材21与所述第一连接片材11相对应,所述第二连接片材21和所述第四连接片材22分别包括第二卡合区域和第四卡合区域;
其中,所述第一卡合区域与所述第二卡合区域相咬合连接,所述第三卡合区域与所述第四卡合区域相咬合连接,以使所述第一子边框1和所述第二子边框2连接。
可选地,所述第一连接片材11和所述第三连接片材12之间的第一夹角与所述第二连接片材21和第四连接片材22之间的第二夹角相等。
可选地,所述第一连接片材11与所述第二连接片材21在同一平面上,即在与显示面板连接时两者同在与显示面板正面对应且平行的平面上。
所述第一连接片材11和第二连接片材21也可以不在同一平面上,两者之间可以有个小的夹角。可选地,所述小夹角小于30度。所述夹角可根据实际的设计情况而定。所述第一子边框1与所述第二子边框2通过所述第一卡合区域和所述第二卡合区域咬合连接,实现所述第一子边框1和所述第二子边框2的拼接式连接,在所述边框用于大尺寸的显示产品时,可降低成本,以及提升产品稳定性。所述第一卡合区域与所述第二卡合区域相咬合连接,使得所述第一卡合区域和所述第二卡合区域紧密连接,且连接处无缝隙,从而实现所述第一子边框1和所述第二子边框2之间的无缝隙连接,防止漏光。
所述第一卡合区域和所述第二卡合区域的具体结构以及具体的连接方式均可以有多种,只要实现所述第一子边框1与所述第二子边框2的无缝隙连接即可,在本实施例中,所述第一卡合区域设有第一卡槽111;所述第二卡合区域设有与所述第一卡槽111相对应的第一卡接件211。所述第一卡接件211与所述第一卡槽111相配合以使得两者紧密连接。
所述第一卡槽111的具体结构以及所述第一卡接件211的具体结构可以有多种。在一个实施例中,所述第一卡合区域位于所述第一连接片材11与所述第二连接片材21对应连接的第一边,所述第一卡槽111是由所述第一边沿着与所述第一连接片材11相垂直的方向向内凹陷而形成。
所述第二卡合区域位于所述第二连接片材21上与所述第一连接片材11对应连接的第二边,所述第一卡接件211是由所述第二边沿着与所述第二连接片材21相垂直的方向向外弯折而形成。所述第一卡槽111和所述第一卡接件211可卡合连接。
所述第一卡接件211插入所述第一卡槽111,在与所述第一连接片材11相垂直的方向上,所述第一卡接件211与所述第一卡槽111是重叠设置的,即在与显示面板组装后,在垂直于显示面板的方向上,所述第一卡接件211与所述第一卡槽111至少部分重叠,使得所述第一连接片材11与所述第二连接片材21的连接处无缝隙,防止漏光。
所述第一连接片材包括所述第一边和与所述第一边相邻的第三边。在一实施例中,所述第三连接片材12是由所述第一连接片材11沿着所述第三边延伸并向垂直于所述第一连接片材11的方向弯折而形成的。
所述第二连接片材包括所述第二边和与所述第二边相邻的第四边。所述第四连接片材22是由所述第二连接片材21沿着所述第四边延伸并向垂直于所述第二连接片材21的方向弯折而形成的。
所述第三卡合区域和所述第四卡合区域相咬合连接,以使所述第三连接片材12和第四连接片材22紧密连接。
可选地,所述第三连接片材12与所述第四连接片材22所在的平面相互垂直。
所述第三卡合区域与所述第四卡合区域的具体结构形式可以有多种,只 要实现所述第三卡合区域和所述第四卡合区域咬合连接,以实现连接处无缝隙连接即可,在本实施例中,所述第三卡合区域设有第二卡槽221,所述第四卡合区域设有与所述第二卡槽221对应的第二卡接件121。
所述第二卡槽221与所述第二卡接件121的具体结构可以有多种,在本实施例中,所述第二卡槽221的结构与所述第一卡槽111的结构相同,所述第二卡接件121的结构与所述第一卡接件211的结构相同。当然,所述第二卡槽221的结构也可以与所述第一卡槽111的结构不同,所述第二卡接件121的结构也可以与所述第一卡接件211的结构不同,只要所述第二卡槽221和所述第二卡接件121的形状相互匹配且咬合以实现无缝连接即可,本公开对比不作具体限定。
参考图3,图3是本公开实施例中第一子边框的结构示意图。在本实施例中,所述第一子边框1还包括第五连接片材13,所述第三连接片材12包括所述第三连接片材12与所述第一连接片材11对应连接的第五边和与所述第五边相对的第七边,所述第五连接片材13是由所述第三连接片材12沿着所述第七边延伸并向垂直于所述第三连接片材12的方向弯折而形成。相应的,如图3所示,所述第一连接片材11、所述第三连接片材12和所述第五连接片材13合围形成

可选地,所述第一连接片材11、所述第三连接片材12和所述第五连接片材13相邻俩片材之间的夹角是90°,也可以是其他角度。所述夹角可根据显示面板的边缘处的具体形状来设计,以使所述边框能较好地容纳所述显示面板。

可选地,所述第二连接片材21、所述第四连接片材22和所述第六连接片材23相邻俩片材之间的夹角是90°,也可以是其他角度。所述夹角可根据显示面板的边缘处的具体形状来设计,以使所述边框能较好地容纳所述显示面板。
可选地,所述第五连接片材13和所述第六连接片材23在同一平面上,即在与显示面板连接时两者同在与显示面板反面对应且平行的平面上。
所述第五连接片材13和所述第六连接片材23也可以不在同一平面上,两者之间可以有个小的夹角。可选地,所述小夹角小于30度。所述夹角可根据实际的设计情况而定。所述第一至第六连接片材可由铝合金材料制成,也可由塑钢材料制成。

所述第五卡合区域和所述第六卡合区域的具体结构可以有多种,在本实施例中,所述第五卡合区域包括第三卡槽131,所述第六卡合区域包括与所述第三卡槽131对应的第三卡接件231。
具体地,所述第五卡合区域位于所述第五连接片材13上与所述第六连接片材23对应连接的第九边,所述第五连接片材13的所述第九边与所述第五边和所述第七边相邻,所述第九边上间隔设有向内凹陷的锯齿状凹槽,所述锯齿状凹槽为所述第三卡槽131;
所述第六卡合区域位于所述第六连接片材23与所述第五连接片材13对应连接的第十边,所述第六连接片材23的所述第十边与所述第六边和所述第 八边相邻,所述第十边上对应于所述第三卡槽131的位置设有向外突出的锯齿状凸起,所述锯齿状凸起为所述第三卡接件231。如图4和6所示,图4是本公开实施例中第一子边框的第三卡槽131的结构示意图,而图6是本公开实施例中第二子边框的第三卡接件231的结构示意图。所述第五连接片材13上的所述锯齿状凹槽与所述第六连接片材23上的所述锯齿状凸起的形状互补匹配。
所述锯齿状凸起和所述锯齿状凹槽的卡接设置防止了所述第一子边框1和所述第二子边框2之间的移动。
为了进一步的防止漏光,本实施例的一个实施方式中,如图4所示,所述锯齿状凹槽包括第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁中的一个侧壁上设有第一子卡槽1311。所述锯齿状凸起包括分别与所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁对应设置的第一侧面和第二侧面,所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面中的一个侧面上设有与所述第一子卡槽1311相卡接的第一子卡接件2311。
第一子卡槽1311和第一子卡接件2311的卡接设置,使得所述第一子边框1和第二子边框2即使受到震动等剧烈运动也不会发生移动等现象,有效的防止漏光。
本实施例的另一实施方式中,所述锯齿状凹槽包括第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁上分别设有第一子卡槽1311和第二子卡槽1312。
如图6所示,所述锯齿状凸起包括分别与所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁对应设置的第一侧面和第二侧面,所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面上分别设有与所述第一子卡槽1311相卡接的第一子卡接件2311、与所述第二子卡槽1312相卡接的第二子卡接件2312。
第一子卡槽1311和第一子卡接件2311相配合,第二子卡槽1312和第二子卡接件2312相配合,进一步的保证第一子边框1和第二子边框2的紧密连接,而不会由于震动等原因使得第一子边框1与第二子边框2连接处发生变化,避免出现漏光,保证所述边框的牢固。
所述第一子卡槽1311、所述第一子卡接件2311、所述第二子卡槽1312 和所述第二子卡接件2312的具体结构可以有多种,本实施例中,所述第一子卡槽1311为横截面为梯形的梯形卡槽,所述第一子卡接件2311为与所述梯形卡槽相卡接的梯形凸起。所述第一子卡槽1311和所述第一子卡接件2311的横截面也可以为圆形、椭圆形、或三角形等其他形状,只要所述第一子卡槽1311和所述第一子卡接件2311相互匹配即可,本公开对比不作具体限定。所述第二子卡槽1312为横截面为椭圆形的椭圆形卡槽,所述第二子卡接件2312为与所述椭圆形卡槽相卡接的椭圆形凸起。所述第二子卡槽1312和所述第二子卡接件2312的横截面也可以为圆形、梯形、或三角形等其他形状,只要所述第二子卡槽1312和所述第二子卡接件2312相互匹配即可,本公开对此不作具体限定。
图7是本公开实施例中第一子边框和第二子边框连接结构的第一侧的立体示意图。所述第一子边框1和所述第二子边框2连接。所述第一连接片材11和所述第二连接片材21通过所述第一卡槽111和所述第一卡接件211咬合连接,且所述第一连接片材11和所述第二连接片材21在同一平面上。所述第三连接片材12和所述第四连接片材22(未示出)通过所述第二卡槽121和所述第二卡接件221咬合连接,分别在垂直于所述第一连接片材11和所述第二连接片材21所在平面的两侧面上,且两者之间的夹角为90°。所述第五连接片材13(未示出)和所述第六连接片材23(未示出)通过所述第三卡槽131和所述第三卡接件231咬合连接,所述第五连接片材13和所述第六连接片材23同在一个平面上,且与所述第一连接片材11和所述第二连接片材21所在平面相平行。如图7所示,由于相应的片材之间的无缝隙连接,所述六个连接片材连接的结构可无缝隙地包围所述显示面板的一个边角,可有效地防止漏光。
图8是本公开实施例中第一子边框和第二子边框连接结构的第二侧的立体示意图。图8和图7是第一子边框和第二子边框连接结构在相对侧的立体示意图,两者包含的元件是相同,因此不再赘述。
本公开还提供一种显示装置,包括上述的边框和显示面板。所述边框包围所述显示面板。上述实施例详细介绍了所述边框,在此不再赘述。

    第一子边框,包括第一连接片材和第三连接片材,所述第一连接片材和所述第三连接片材连接并形成第一夹角,所述第一连接片材和所述第三连接片材分别包括第一卡合区域和第三卡合区域;
    第二子边框,包括第二连接片材和第四连接片材,所述第二连接片材和所述第四连接片材连接并形成第二夹角,所述第二连接片材和所述第四连接片材分别包括第二卡合区域和第四卡合区域;
    所述第一卡合区域与所述第二卡合区域相咬合连接,所述第三卡合区域与所述第四卡合区域相咬合连接,以使所述第一子边框和所述第二子边框连接。

  5. 根据权利要求4所述的边框,其中,所述第一卡合区域位于所述第一连接片材与所述第二连接片材对应连接的第一边,所述第一卡槽是由所述第一边沿着与所述第一连接片材相垂直的方向向内凹陷而形成;
    所述第二卡合区域位于所述第二连接片材上与所述第一连接片材对应连接的第二边,所述第一卡接件是由所述第二边沿着与所述第二连接片材相垂直的方向向外弯折而形成。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的边框,其中,所述第一连接片材包括所述第一 边和与所述第一边相邻的第三边,所述第三连接片材是由所述第一连接片材沿着所述第三边延伸并向垂直于所述第一连接片材的方向弯折而形成的;
    所述第二连接片材包括所述第二边和与所述第二边相邻的第四边,所述第四连接片材是由所述第二连接片材沿着所述第四边延伸并向垂直于所述第二连接片材的方向弯折而形成的。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的边框,其中,所述第三卡合区域设有第二卡槽,所述第四卡合区域设有与所述第二卡槽相卡接的第二卡接件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的边框,其中,所述第二卡槽的结构与所述第一卡槽的结构相同,所述第二卡接件的结构与所述第一卡接件的结构相同。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的边框,其中,所述第三连接片材包括所述第三连接片材与所述第一连接片材对应连接的第五边和与所述第五边相对的第七边,所述第五连接片材是由所述第三连接片材沿着所述第七边延伸并向垂直于所述第三连接片材的方向弯折而形成的,所述第五连接片材包括第五卡合区域;
    所述第四连接片材包括所述第四连接片材与所述第二连接片材连接的第六边和与所述第六边相对的第八边,所述第六连接片材是由所述第四连接片材沿着所述第八边延伸并向垂直于所述第四连接片材的方向弯折而形成的,所述第六连接片材包括第六卡合区域;
    所述第五卡合区域与所述第六卡合区域相咬合连接,以使所述第五连接片材和所述第六连接片材咬合连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的边框,其中,所述第五卡合区域包括第三卡槽,所述第六卡合区域包括与所述第三卡槽相卡接的第三卡接件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的边框,其中,所述第五卡合区域位于所述第五连接片材与所述第六连接片材对应连接的第九边,所述第五连接片材的所述第九边与所述第五边和所述第七边相邻,第三卡槽包括所述第九边上间隔设置的向内凹陷的锯齿状凹槽;
    所述第六卡合区域位于所述第六连接片材与所述第五连接片材对应连接的第十边,所述第六连接片材的所述第十边与所述第六边和所述第八边相邻,所述第三卡接件包括所述第十边上对应于所述第三卡槽的位置设置的向外突 出的锯齿状凸起;
    所述第五连接片材上的所述锯齿状凹槽与所述第六连接片材上的所述锯齿状凸起的形状互补匹配。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的边框,其中,所述锯齿状凹槽包括第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁中的一个侧壁上设有第一子卡槽;
    所述锯齿状凸起包括第一侧面和第二侧面,所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面中的一个侧面上设有与所述第一子卡槽相卡接的第一子卡接件。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的边框,其中,所述锯齿状凹槽包括第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁上分别设有第一子卡槽和第二子卡槽;
    所述锯齿状凸起包括第一侧面和第二侧面,所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面上分别设有与所述第一子卡槽相卡接的第一子卡接件、与所述第二子卡槽相卡接的第二子卡接件。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的边框,其中,所述第一子卡槽为横截面为梯形的梯形卡槽,所述第一子卡接件为与所述梯形卡槽相卡接的梯形凸起。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的边框,其中,所述第二子卡槽为横截面为椭圆形的椭圆形卡槽,所述第二子卡接件为与所述椭圆形卡槽相卡接的椭圆形凸起。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的边框,其中,所述第一连接片材与所述第二连接片材位于同一平面上。
  17. 根据权利要求3所述的边框,其中,所述第一连接片材、所述第三连接片材和所述第五连接片材的相邻俩片材之间的夹角是90°,所述第二连接片、所述第四连接片材和所述第六连接片材的相邻俩片材之间的夹角是90°。
  18. 根据权利要求3所述的边框,其中,所述第三连接片材和所述第四连接片材之间的夹角为90°,所述第五连接片材和所述第六连接片材位于同一平面上。
  19. 一种显示装置,包括显示面板和边框,其中,所述边框包围所述显示面板,所述边框包括:
    第一子边框,包括第一连接片材和第三连接片材,所述第一连接片材和所述第三连接片材连接并形成第一夹角,所述第一连接片材和所述第三连接片材分别包括第一卡合区域和第三卡合区域;
    第二子边框,包括第二连接片材和第四连接片材,所述第二连接片材和所述第四连接片材连接并形成第二夹角,所述第二连接片材和所述第四连接片材分别包括第二卡合区域和第四卡合区域;
    所述第一卡合区域与所述第二卡合区域相咬合连接,所述第三卡合区域与所述第四卡合区域相咬合连接,以使所述第一子边框和所述第二子边框连接。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一卡合区域设有第一卡槽;所述第二卡合区域设有与所述第一卡槽相卡接的第一卡接件。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的显示装置,其中,所述第三连接片材是由所述第一连接片材延伸并向垂直于所述第一连接片材的方向弯折而形成的,所述第三连接片材包括第三卡合区域;
    所述第四连接片材是由所述第二连接片材延伸并向垂直于所述第二连接片材的方向弯折而形成的,所述第四连接片材包括第四卡合区域;
    所述第三卡合区域和所述第四卡合区域相咬合连接,以使所述第三连接片材和第四连接片材连接。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一子边框还包括第五连接片材,所述第五连接片材是由所述第三连接片材延伸并向垂直于所述第三连接片材的方向弯折而形成的,所述第一子边框的所述第一连接片材、所述第三连接片材、所述第五连接片材合围形成
