2、本发明用于电子烟的周向加热式烘烤针的烘烤针头的外部镀有不粘涂层,通过不粘涂层能够有效防止烘烤加热过程中烟草等雾化介质及其烘烤残余物会和烘烤发热元件粘连,从而避免在反复烘烤规程中会容易产生积碳以及产生焦油和尼古丁等有害物质,具有烟支口味更加香醇,降低烟支中的焦油和尼古丁,健康卫生、使用无积碳、节能环保的优点。
本发明的电子烟包含本发明用于电子烟的周向加热式烘烤针,同样也具有本发明用于电子烟的周向加热式烘烤针的前述优点,故在此不再赘述。

【具体实施方式】
实施例一:
如图1和图2所示,本实施例用于电子烟的周向加热式烘烤针包括内置发热元件的烘烤针头3,烘烤针头3的外部镀有不粘涂层。本实施例用于电子烟的周向加热式烘烤针通过烘烤针头3实现周向加热,具有烘烤发热均匀、安装简单快捷的优点;烘烤针头3的外部镀有不粘涂层,通过不粘涂层能够有效防止烘烤加热过程中烟草等雾化介质及其烘烤残余物会和烘烤发热元件粘连,从而避免在反复烘烤规程中会容易产生积碳以及产生焦油和尼古丁等有害物质,具有烟支口味更加香醇,降低烟支中的焦油和尼古丁,健康卫生、使用无积碳、节能环保的优点。
本实施例中,不粘涂层具体采用铁氟龙不粘涂层,毫无疑问,本实施例的特点就在于烘烤针头3的外部镀有不粘涂层来实现烘烤针头3的外部的不粘特性,因此在上述技术启示下,本领域技术人员可以毫无疑义地确定,本实施例的不粘涂层并不局限于特定材料,只要其能够实现耐高温烘烤且不会产生有害物质,均可以在不粘涂层的考虑之列。
如图1和图2所示,烘烤针头3上还设有固定支架1和陶瓷座2,陶瓷座2固定于固定支架1内,烘烤针头3插设固定于陶瓷座2内,通过固定支架1和陶瓷座2两者来实现烘烤针头3的集成安装,使得烘烤针头3的安装更方便,而且通过固定支架1和陶瓷座2两者双重隔热,能够有效地防止热量传递到电子烟外部,能够提高发热效率、防止电子烟烫手。
本实施例中,固定支架1采用PEEK塑胶制成,PEEK塑胶具有隔热性能好的优点,能够进一步提高发热效率、防止电子烟烫手。
如图1和图2所示,烘烤针头3包括金属外管31和陶瓷管32,金属外管31插设固定于陶瓷座2内,陶瓷管32插设于金属外管31内,且陶瓷管32中设有多个空心管,空心管内分别设有热电偶34以及作为发热元件的发热丝33,且金属外管31的外部镀有不粘涂层。
通过外部的金属外管31,能够确保外部热量均匀,使得烘烤发热均匀;通过陶瓷管32中设有多个空心管,并分别安装热电偶34以及作为发热元件的发热丝33,一方面能够简化发热丝33和热电偶34的安装,另一方面也能够提高发热效率以及温度检测的准确度,以防止由于温度检测不准确而过热烘烤产生焦油和尼古丁等有害物质。
本实施例中,固定支架1为空心圆柱状,陶瓷座2呈管状,陶瓷座2插设固定于固定支架1一端的内孔中,金属外管31插设固定于陶瓷座2的内孔中,通过上述结构,采用插拔式安装即可实现本实施例用于电子烟的周向加热式烘烤针的快速安装。
本实施例中,金属外管31为304不锈钢管,具有物理化学性能温度、环保健康的优 点。
本实施例中,热电偶34为K型热电偶,尤其适合空心管的结构安装。
需要说明的是,本实施例用于电子烟的周向加热式烘烤针既可单独出售,也可集成电子烟的部件或整机中出售,例如集成在带有本实施例用于电子烟的周向加热式烘烤针的电子烟中出售。
如图3和图4所示,应用本实施例用于电子烟的周向加热式烘烤针的电子烟包括电子烟本体41,电子烟本体41上设有插接连接的烟弹42,电子烟本体41的一侧设有滑槽,且滑槽中设有推烟弹组件43,推烟弹组件43包括滑动钮431和滑动支架432,滑动钮431滑动布置于滑槽中且布置于电子烟本体41的外部,滑动钮431和滑动支架432固定连接,滑动支架432的顶部抵触在烟弹42的下侧。采用可更换的烟弹42的方式,通过推烟弹组件43可快速推出烟弹42以更换烟弹42,具有更换烟弹操作快捷、结构简单、使用方便的优点。
如图3和图4所示,滑动支架432的顶部设有环形部4321,烟弹42的外壁上设有环形受力凸棱421,环形部4321套设于烟弹42的外部且位于环形受力凸棱421的下侧。通过环形受力凸棱421能够确保可靠地推出烟弹42以更换烟弹42,而且环形部4321和环形受力凸棱421均采用环形结构,确保推动烟弹42时推力均匀,阻力小、不容易卡住。
如图3和图4所示,推烟弹组件43还包括弹簧433,滑动支架432的一端设有环形部4321、另一端通过弹簧433与电子烟本体41的内部结构相连。通过弹簧433能够实现滑动支架432的自动复位,每次推出烟弹42即可恢复原来的状态(安装烟弹42插入即可),操作更加方便。
如图3和图4所示,滑动钮431和滑动支架432之间设有安装支架434,滑动钮431通过安装支架434与滑动支架432相连。本实施例中,电子烟本体41包括外壳411和设于外壳411内的电池44、控制模块和带有发热针的发热针组件45,发热针组件45的发热针插设于烟弹42底部的插孔内,电池44、发热针组件45的发热针分别与控制模块电连接。烟弹42由相互连接的烟嘴和烟杯组成,烟杯内设烟丝且底部设有插孔,发热针组件45的发热针即可将烟杯中的烟丝进行烘烤产生烟雾,从烟弹42的烟嘴中即可吸食该烟雾。
如图4所示,外壳411上设有主按键,主按键包括按键帽435和按键电路板436,按键电路板436上焊接有带有光源的FPC组件437,FPC组件437的外侧和电子烟本体41之间分别设有遮光片4371和导光柱4372,按键电路板436与控制模块相连。主按键的按键电路板436上焊接有带有光源的FPC组件437,FPC组件437为柔性电路板,适应性更好,更加节约空间,而且通过遮光片4371和导光柱4372可以方便地了解电子烟的工作状 态。
如图4所示,发热针组件45固定在安装支架434上,且发热针组件45和安装支架434之间还连接有固定盖4341。本实施例中,控制模块具体是设置在发热针组件45中,且固定盖4341分别通过自攻螺丝与发热针组件45和安装支架434连接固定。
如图4所示,外壳411内还设有USB充电接口438,USB充电接口438与控制模块相连,便于对电池44充电。本实施例中,电池44采用18650软包电池。
实施例二:
本实施例中,不粘涂层为铁氟龙不粘纳米涂层。铁氟龙不粘纳米涂层相对普通的铁氟龙不粘涂层而言,具有表面更细滑、附着力更强、艺更先进的优点,能够进一步增强防止烘烤加热过程中烟草等雾化介质及其烘烤残余物会和烘烤发热元件粘连的性能,增强避免在反复烘烤规程中会容易产生积碳以及产生焦油和尼古丁等有害物质的效能,使得烟支口味更加香醇,降低烟支中的焦油和尼古丁效果更好。
如图5所示,本实施例的烟弹包括烟杯51,烟杯51内装设有烟丝,烟杯51的底部设有用于插入发热针的插孔511。通过上述结构可支持底部于插入发热针来对烟草进行周向加热式烘烤,有效地解决了烟丝较多时烘烤效果差、雾化烟雾量少的技术问题,能够实现高效率的烘烤,烘烤效率高、烟雾量大,清理和更换方便快捷;在烟杯51的底部设有用于插入发热针的插孔511,支持周向加热式烘烤,具有烘烤发热均匀、安装简单快捷、烟支口味更加香醇,降低烟支中的焦油和尼古丁,健康卫生、使用无积碳、节能环保的优点。如图5所示,烟杯51的外壁上设有用于推动烟杯51的受力凸出部512,通过受力凸出部512来推动烟杯51将烟弹推出时更加省力和可靠。如图5所示,烟杯51的开口端还套接有烟嘴513,从而更换时烟弹将烟嘴513一起更换,更加卫生可靠。
如图6和图7所示,本实施例的推烟弹式烘烤发热组件包括带有发热针组件520的烘烤发热组件本体52,烘烤发热组件本体52的一端设有烟弹插孔位521,发热针组件520的发热针根部固定在烟弹插孔位521的底部,烟弹插孔位521中插设有烟弹,发热针组件520的发热针插设于插孔511内。通过上述结构可支持烟弹的推拉使用,有效地解决了烟丝较多时烘烤效果差、雾化烟雾量少的技术问题,同样可支持底部于插入发热针来对烟草进行周向加热式烘烤,有效地解决了烟丝较多时烘烤效果差、雾化烟雾量少的技术问题,能够实现高效率的烘烤,烘烤效率高、烟雾量大,清理和更换方便快捷,支持周向加热式烘烤,具有烘烤发热均匀、安装简单快捷、烟支口味更加香醇,降低烟支中的焦油和尼古丁,健康卫生、使用无积碳、节能环保的优点。
如图6和图7所示,烘烤发热组件本体52包括外环管522和插设于外环管522内的 连接环523,发热针组件520固定在连接环523上,连接环523的一端设有插接头5231,插接头5231上插接有密封管524,密封管524的内腔形成烟弹插孔位521,且发热针组件520的发热针插设布置于密封管524内。
如图6和图7所示,密封管524的开口端的内壁处设有密封圈525和压圈526,压圈526布置于密封圈525外侧将密封圈525固定在密封管524的内壁上,烟弹的烟杯51外壁与密封圈525过盈配合。通过密封圈525和压圈526的结构,实现了烟弹的烟杯51和密封管524的内壁之间的可靠密封。参见图6可知,本实施例中密封圈525为管状结构,且密封圈525的管状结构内壁上设有一条凸棱,且凸棱伸出布置于密封管524的内壁上,以确保烟弹的烟杯51和密封管524的内壁之间的可靠密封。
如图6和图7所示,连接环523的另一端设有后盖5232,可以防止外部杂物通过连接环523进入内部,可以有效保护电子烟内部的器件,更加安全可靠。本实施例中,连接环523插设于外环管522一端的内腔中,外环管522的另一端的内腔中插设有固定支架527,固定支架527中设有控制模块528,发热针组件520和控制模块528电连接。本实施例中,固定支架527中设有柔性固定套5271,控制模块528布置于柔性固定套5271中。本实施例中柔性固定套5271具体采用硅胶制成,能够有效缓冲外部冲击对控制模块528的影响,以增强控制模块528的可靠性以及延长控制模块528的使用寿命。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于电子烟的周向加热式烘烤针,其特征在于:包括内置发热元件的烘烤针头(3),所述烘烤针头(3)的外部镀有不粘涂层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于电子烟的周向加热式烘烤针,其特征在于:所述不粘涂层为铁氟龙不粘涂层。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于电子烟的周向加热式烘烤针,其特征在于:所述不粘涂层为铁氟龙不粘纳米涂层。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于电子烟的周向加热式烘烤针,其特征在于:所述烘烤针头(3)上还设有固定支架(1)和陶瓷座(2),所述陶瓷座(2)固定于固定支架(1)内,所述烘烤针头(3)插设固定于陶瓷座(2)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于电子烟的周向加热式烘烤针,其特征在于:所述固定支架(1)采用PEEK塑胶制成。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于电子烟的周向加热式烘烤针,其特征在于:所述烘烤针头(3)包括金属外管(31)和陶瓷管(32),所述金属外管(31)插设固定于陶瓷座(2)内,所述陶瓷管(32)插设于金属外管(31)内,且所述陶瓷管(32)中设有多个空心管,所述空心管内分别设有热电偶(34)以及作为发热元件的发热丝(33),且所述金属外管(31)的外部镀有不粘涂层。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于电子烟的周向加热式烘烤针,其特征在于:所述固定支架(1)为空心圆柱状,所述陶瓷座(2)呈管状,所述陶瓷座(2)插设固定于固定支架(1)一端的内孔中,所述金属外管(31)插设固定于陶瓷座(2)的内孔中。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的用于电子烟的周向加热式烘烤针,其特征在于:所述金属外管(31)为304不锈钢管。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的用于电子烟的周向加热式烘烤针,其特征在于:所述热电偶(34)为K型热电偶。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟中设有权利要求1~9中任意一项所述的用于电子烟的周向加热式烘烤针。
