一种智能烟斗 技术领域
本公开属于电子烟领域,例如涉及一种智能烟斗。
背景技术
智能烟斗为电子烟的一种,通过电子技术将电能转化为热能,从而将传统的香烟烤出烟雾进行吸食,这样不产生明火,达到安全的需求,且其不燃烧,不会产生有毒气体和二手烟即可获得醇正的烟味,满足了吸烟者的需求。
但是,由于智能烟斗需要产生大量的热能才能烘烤出香烟的烟雾,从而使智能烟斗的外壳温度升高,给用户造成不便。
因此,现有技术还有待改进和提高。
公开内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足之处,本公开的目的在于提供一种智能烟斗,旨在公开一种隔热性能良好的智能烟斗。
为了达到上述目的,本公开采取了以下技术方案:
一种智能烟斗,其包括:隔热外壳;设置于所述隔热外壳内的控制板、电源及烘烤装置;及设置所述隔热外壳的上端且与所述烘烤装置连通的烟嘴组件;
所述隔热外壳由两个镜像对称的壳板卡接组成,并限制出一电源腔与烘烤腔,所述电源腔与烘烤腔均设置有若干隔热筋;
所述烘烤装置包括一呈中空的双层隔热管,所述双层隔热管内安装有一中空的、用于插入香烟的陶瓷发热管,所述陶瓷发热管的外径小于所述双层隔热管的内径。
优选的,所述隔热外壳的下端面对应所述电源及烘烤装置处分别开设有第一通孔与第二通孔。
优选的,所述智能烟斗还包括一卡接在所述隔热外壳下端面的底座,所述底座对应所述第一通孔处设置有电源盖,所述底座对应所述第二通孔处设置有烟管盖。
优选的,所述智能烟斗还包括一显示面板与功能按键,所述显示面板与功能按键均设置于所述隔热外壳的侧壁且与所述控制板连接。
优选的,所述控制板还连接有一贯穿所述隔热外壳的USB接口;所述电源为可充电电源。
优选的,所述双层隔热管包括一呈中空的连接头,所述连接头的上端贯穿所述隔热外壳的上端面,所述连接头的下端连接有第一隔热管,及设置在所述第一隔热管内的第二隔热管,所述第二隔热管的外径小于所述第一隔热管的内径。
优选的,所述陶瓷发热管的内径为8mm;所述陶瓷发热管的侧壁设置有发热片,所述发热片分段设置在所述陶瓷发热管的侧壁上;

与现有技术相比,本公开的有益效果:本公开将陶瓷发热管安装在双层隔热管内,其中双层隔热管包括第一隔热管与第二隔热管,所 述陶瓷发热管安装在第二隔热管内,所述陶瓷发热管的外径小于第二隔热管的内径,所述第二隔热管的外径小于第一隔热管的内径,从而使陶瓷发热管在工作过程中,形成两层空气隔热层;此外,所述隔热外壳的内侧设置有多条隔热筋,以避免双层隔热管直接与所述隔热外壳接触;通过上述方案可进行最大限度的隔热,避免隔热外壳的温度对用户造成不适;
另一实施例中,本公开所述的智能烟斗可将整根香烟插入,其中香烟的过滤嘴处于连接头处,香烟的烟丝部处于陶瓷发热管内;
再一实施例中,本公开的上盖设置有第一斜面,烟嘴处设置有第二斜面,通过第一斜面与第二斜面的配合,可转动所述烟嘴,将烟嘴进行收拢。

本公开提供的一种智能烟斗,其包括:隔热外壳100;设置于所述隔热外壳100内的控制板500、电源200及烘烤装置300;及设置所述隔热外壳100的上端且与所述烘烤装置300连通的烟嘴组件400;
所述隔热外壳100由两个镜像对称的壳板卡接组成,并限制出一电源腔1022与烘烤腔1021,所述电源腔1022与烘烤腔1021均设置有若干隔热筋102a;
所述烘烤装置300包括一呈中空的双层隔热管301,所述双层隔热管301内安装有一中空的、用于插入香烟的陶瓷发热管303,所述陶瓷发热管303的外径小于所述双层隔热管301的内径。
本公开实施例中,通过将烟嘴组件400取下,将香烟插入烘烤装置300中,所述电源200为烘烤装置300中的陶瓷发热管303供电,从而使陶瓷发热管303发热对香烟进行高温烘烤,使用户可通过烟嘴组件洗出烟雾;
其中所述陶瓷发热管303与双层隔热管301之间具有一空气隔热层,且所述双层隔热管301本身自带有一空气隔热层,另外所述烘烤装置300通过隔热筋102a固定在所述隔热外壳100内,从而可避免烘烤装置300直接与隔热外壳接触;通过上述方案可进行最大限度的隔热,避免隔热外壳的温度对用户造成不适;

进一步的,所述隔热外壳100的下端面对应所述电源200及烘烤装置300处分别开设有第一通孔106与第二通孔107。
本公开实施例中,所述第一通孔106可便于更换电池;所述第二通孔107可便于将香烟残渣排出。
进一步的,所述智能烟斗还包括一卡接在所述隔热外壳100下端面的底座600,所述底座600对应所述第一通孔106处设置有电源盖602,所述底座600对应所述第二通孔107处设置有烟管盖603。
本公开实施例中,所述底座600包括底座本体601,所述底座本体601卡接于所述隔热外壳100的下端面,所述底座本体601上开设有两个用于所述电源盖602与烟管盖603通过的孔;
当需要排出陶瓷发热管303内的香烟残渣时,可打开所述烟管盖603,当需要对电源200进行维护时,可打开所述电源盖602。
进一步的,所述智能烟斗还包括一显示面板103与功能按键104,所述显示面板103与功能按键104均设置于所述隔热外壳100的侧壁且与所述控制板500连接。
本公开实施例中,所述功能按键104可用于开启与关闭所述智能烟斗,以及可通过旋转可调节所述陶瓷发热管303的温度;所述显示面板103可将所述智能烟斗的状态信息进行显示,其中,状态信息包括但不限于陶瓷发热管303的当前温度、当前电量等。

所述烟嘴403靠近所述上盖402的一端设置有与所述第一斜面4021相契合的第二斜面4031,所述第二斜面4031上设置有与所述卡接口4022相适配的卡接扣4032;
所述烟嘴403可转动的卡接于所述上盖402。
本公开实施例中,所述烟嘴组件400与陶瓷发热管303相连通,使用户可通过烟嘴400吸出烟雾;
并且,通过所述第一斜面4021与第二斜面4031的相互配合,可将烟嘴403转动收拢。
进一步的,所述烟嘴403与上盖402的卡接处设置有一密封圈4033。
本公开实施例中,所述密封圈4033用于将烟嘴403与上盖402的卡接处密封,避免吸烟时吸入外界的空气。
综上所述,本公开提供一种智能烟斗,其包括:隔热外壳;设置于所述隔热外壳内的控制板、电源及烘烤装置;及设置所述隔热外壳的上端且与所述烘烤装置连通的烟嘴组件;所述隔热外壳由两个镜像对称的壳板卡接组成,并限制出一电源腔与烘烤腔,所述电源腔与烘烤腔均设置有若干隔热筋;所述烘烤装置包括一呈中空的双层隔热管,所述双层隔热管内安装有一中空的、用于插入香烟的陶瓷发热管,所述陶瓷发热管的外径小于所述双层隔热管的内径。本公开为无明火型智能烟斗,可将整根香烟插入,进行分段或整段加热,且其隔热性能良好,烟嘴也可转动收拢。
可以理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据本公开的技术方案及其公开构思加以等同替换或改变,而所有这些改变或替换都应属于本公开所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能烟斗,其特征在于,所述智能烟斗包括:隔热外壳;设置于所述隔热外壳内的控制板、电源及烘烤装置;及设置所述隔热外壳的上端且与所述烘烤装置连通的烟嘴组件;
    所述隔热外壳由两个镜像对称的壳板卡接组成,并限制出一电源腔与烘烤腔,所述电源腔与烘烤腔均设置有若干隔热筋;
    所述烘烤装置包括一呈中空的双层隔热管,所述双层隔热管内安装有一中空的、用于插入香烟的陶瓷发热管,所述陶瓷发热管的外径小于所述双层隔热管的内径。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能烟斗,其特征在于,所述隔热外壳的下端面对应所述电源及烘烤装置处分别开设有第一通孔与第二通孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能烟斗,其特征在于,所述智能烟斗还包括一卡接在所述隔热外壳下端面的底座,所述底座对应所述第一通孔处设置有电源盖,所述底座对应所述第二通孔处设置有烟管盖。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能烟斗,其特征在于,所述智能烟斗还包括一显示面板与功能按键,所述显示面板与功能按键均设置于所述隔热外壳的侧壁且与所述控制板连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能烟斗,其特征在于,所述控制板还连接有一贯穿所述隔热外壳的USB接口;所述电源为可充电电源。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能烟斗,其特征在于,所述双层隔热管包括一呈中空的连接头,所述连接头的上端贯穿所述隔热外壳的上端面,所述连接头的下端连接有第一隔热管,及设置在所述第一隔热管内的第二隔热管,所述第二隔热管的外径小于所述第一隔热管的内径。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的智能烟斗,其特征在于,
    所述陶瓷发热管的内径为8mm;
    所述陶瓷发热管的侧壁设置有发热片,所述发热片分段设置在所 述陶瓷发热管的侧壁上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的智能烟斗,其特征在于,所述烟嘴组件包括依次设置在所述隔热外壳上端的安装座与上盖,以及与所述上盖卡接的烟嘴,所述烟嘴背离所述上盖的一端、其内部设置有过滤芯。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能烟斗,其特征在于,所述安装座上开设有一与所述烘烤装置同轴的开口;
    所述上盖对应所述开口处设置有第一斜面,所述第一斜面上贯穿设置有卡接口;
    所述烟嘴靠近所述上盖的一端设置有与所述第一斜面相契合的第二斜面,所述第二斜面上设置有与所述卡接口相适配的卡接扣;
    所述烟嘴可转动的卡接于所述上盖。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能烟斗,其特征在于,所述烟嘴与上盖的卡接处设置有一密封圈。
