一种推烟弹式烘烤电子烟 【技术领域】
本发明涉及烘烤电子烟,具体涉及一种推烟弹式烘烤电子烟。
【背景技术】
目前的烘烤电子烟一般为采用固定的发热杯来盛装烟丝,主要有下述两种烘烤方式:(1)通过在烟杯外部的发热元件来烘烤烟丝。上述使用方式由于烟丝在烟杯中盛放较少时,会存在每次的使用时间短的问题,如果盛放较多时,则需要将烟丝压紧,又会导致烟丝的烘烤效果差、雾化烟雾量少。(2)通过插入烟杯中的发热棒来烘烤烟丝。上述使用方式的发热棒放在烟杯顶部,使得烟草放置比较麻烦,而且盛放较多时容易损坏发热棒。除了上述问题以外,目前的烘烤式电子烟还普遍存在烟杯更换以及清理非常麻烦的问题。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题:针对现有技术的上述问题,提供一种采用可更换的烟弹的方式,通过推烟弹组件可快速推出烟弹以更换烟弹,更换烟弹操作快捷、结构简单、使用方便的推烟弹式烘烤电子烟。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种推烟弹式烘烤电子烟,包括电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体上设有插接连接的烟弹,所述电子烟本体的一侧设有滑槽,且滑槽中设有推烟弹组件,所述推烟弹组件包括滑动钮和滑动支架,所述滑动钮滑动布置于滑槽中且布置于电子烟本体的外部,所述滑动钮和滑动支架固定连接,所述滑动支架的顶部抵触在烟弹的下侧。
优选地,所述滑动支架的顶部设有环形部,所述烟弹的外壁上设有环形受力凸棱,所述环形部套设于烟弹的外部且位于环形受力凸棱的下侧。
优选地,所述推烟弹组件还包括弹簧,所述滑动支架的一端设有环形部、另一端通过弹簧与电子烟本体的内部结构相连。
优选地,所述滑动钮和滑动支架之间设有安装支架,所述滑动钮通过安装支架与滑动支架相连。

如图1和图2所示,本实施例的推烟弹式烘烤电子烟包括电子烟本体1,电子烟本体1上设有插接连接的烟弹2,电子烟本体1的一侧设有滑槽,且滑槽中设有推烟弹组件3,推烟弹组件3包括滑动钮31和滑动支架32,滑动钮31滑动布置于滑槽中且布置于电子烟本体1的外部,滑动钮31和滑动支架32固定连接,滑动支架32的顶部抵触在烟弹2的下侧。采用可更换的烟弹2的方式,通过推烟弹组件3可快速推出烟弹2以更换烟弹2,具有更换烟弹操作快捷、结构简单、使用方便的优点。
如图1和图2所示,滑动支架32的顶部设有环形部321,烟弹2的外壁上设有环形受力凸棱21,环形部321套设于烟弹2的外部且位于环形受力凸棱21的下侧,通过环形受力凸棱21能够确保可靠地推出烟弹2以更换烟弹2,而且环形部321和环形受力凸棱21均采用环形结构,确保推动烟弹2时推力均匀,阻力小、不容易卡住。
如图1和图2所示,推烟弹组件3还包括弹簧33,滑动支架32的一端设有环形部321、另一端通过弹簧33与电子烟本体1的内部结构相连,通过弹簧33能够实现滑动支架32 的自动复位,每次推出烟弹2即可恢复原来的状态(安装烟弹2插入即可),操作更加方便。
如图1和图2所示,滑动钮31和滑动支架32之间设有安装支架34,滑动钮31通过安装支架34与滑动支架32相连。
如图1和图2所示,电子烟本体1包括外壳11和设于外壳11内的电池4、控制模块和带有发热针的发热针组件5,发热针组件5的发热针(图中省略)插设于烟弹2底部的插孔内,电池4、发热针组件5的发热针分别与控制模块电连接。烟弹2由相互连接的烟嘴和烟杯组成,烟杯内设烟丝且底部设有插孔,发热针组件5的发热针即可将烟杯中的烟丝进行烘烤产生烟雾,从烟弹2的烟嘴中即可吸食该烟雾。
如图1和图2所示,外壳11上设有主按键,主按键包括按键帽35和按键电路板36,按键电路板36上焊接有带有光源的FPC组件37,FPC组件37的外侧和电子烟本体1之间分别设有遮光片371和导光柱372,按键电路板36与控制模块相连。主按键的按键电路板36上焊接有带有光源的FPC组件37,FPC组件37为柔性电路板,适应性更好,更加节约空间,而且通过遮光片371和导光柱372可以方便地了解电子烟的工作状态。
如图2所示,发热针组件5固定在安装支架34上,且发热针组件5和安装支架34之间还连接有固定盖341,通过上述结构确保发热针组件5安装牢固稳定。本实施例中,控制模块具体是设置在发热针组件5中,且固定盖341分别通过自攻螺丝与发热针组件5和安装支架34连接固定。
如图2所示,外壳11内还设有USB充电接口38,USB充电接口38与控制模块相连,便于对电池4充电。本实施例中,电池4采用18650软包电池。
