背景技术
常见的液晶电视主要包含有电视前框、液晶显示面板、背光模块、后壳以及若干驱动/系统电路板,该前框为液晶显示面板提供固定的功能且可以遮盖液晶显示面板上的端子区以美化其外观,然而因为此前框需覆盖至液晶显示屏的上方,所以整机的薄型化设计受到一定的局限,且无法进行无前框外观设计。
目前,为了进行无边框外观设计,通常将第一基板(薄膜晶体管基板、TFT(Thin Film Transistor薄膜晶体管)基板设置在第二基板(彩色滤光片、CF(color filter)基板的前面,即面对观看的一侧,金属线路(bonding pad)设置在第一基板的非显示区中(第一基板与第二基板相对的一侧表面),从而是第一基板上位于非显示区中的线路矩阵通过金属线路与柔性印刷电路板连接,当将金属线路设置在第一基板的非显示区(NA)中时,由于TFT基板上本身设置有大量的导电的线路矩阵,会产生反光,从而影响观感,因此还需要在第一基板的非显示区中印刷一层遮光油墨(INK)以遮盖非显示区(Dead area)的金属反光,而对液晶显示面板的显示区(Active area)则采用成本高昂的低反射率偏光片(POL)进行遮盖,此设计增加了材料成本,还新增了INK印刷工艺,不仅需要对设备进行投入,同时还加长了产品加工周期,使产品生产效率降低。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种液晶显示面板及液晶显示模组,无需对第二基板与第一基板进行相反设置以及印刷遮光油墨,解决第一基板的非显示区中线路矩阵反光的问题。
本发明提供了一种液晶显示面板,包括,

如图1所示,本发明的液晶显示面板包括第一基板2,在所述第一基板2上限定有具有多个像素区域的显示区域(AA)和非显示区域(NA),所述非显示区域设置在所述显示区域外部;设置在第一基板2上的线路矩阵5,所述线路矩阵5包括彼此交叉的栅极线和数据线,以界定出所述像素区域;形成在每个像素区域中的薄膜晶体管(图中未示出);形成在每个像素区域中并与所述薄膜晶体管连接的像素电极(图中未示出);与第一基板2相对设置的第二基板1;形成在所述第二基板1的内侧表面上的滤色器层(图中未示出);用于与所述像素电极产生电场的公共电极;在所述第一基板2和第二基板1之间的液晶层12;与位于所述第二基板1一侧上的所述非显示区域连接的柔性印刷电路板,所述柔性印刷电路板向所述第一基板2的外侧表面弯曲,和第二基板1的非显示区的长度大于所述第一基板2的非显示区的长度,所述第二基板1的非显示区上铺设有一金属线路3,所述金属线路3与所述柔性印刷电路板4连接,所述线路矩阵5与所述金属线路3连接导通。
在第二基板1与第一基板2的表面上分别设有偏光片11,本发明中偏光片 11采用现有技术中用于基板上的偏光片,其反射率无特殊要求,在此不作具体限定;具体地,金属线路3铺设于第二基板1与第一基板2相对的一侧表面并且位于第二基板1的非显示区上,第二基板1的非显示区(NA)与第一基板2的非显示区通过封框胶8相互连接,线路矩阵5置于封框胶8中,在第二基板1的非显示区与金属线路3之间设有遮光层6,遮光层6用于遮挡金属线路3、柔性印刷电路板4以及线路矩阵5,从而避免线路的金属反光,而且也使柔性印刷电路板4置于第二基板1之下;本发中遮光层6可采用具有遮光作用的材料制成,具体为,遮光层6为黑色矩阵遮光层。
本发明中,第二基板1的非显示区将第一基板2的非显示区以及柔性印刷电路板4完全遮挡,以实现无前框的整机设计,具体地,遮光层6布满第二基板1的非显示区,这样能够更好的对第一基板2的非显示区以及柔性印刷电路板4的遮挡。
作为本发明的液晶显示面板的一种实施方式,如图1所示,所述金属线路3延伸至封框胶8外形成裸露部7,用于与柔性印刷电路板4接合,所述柔性印刷电路板4与裸露部7连接导通。
如图1所示,本发明的液晶显示面板还包括设置在所述金属线路3与线路矩阵5之间的转移电极层9,所述转移电极层9位于所述第一基板2的非显示区域,所述转移电极层9与金属线路3以及线路矩阵5连接。所述转移电极层9设于封框胶8中,通过设置转移电极层9与CF基板1上的金属线路3实现电性导通,从而实现信号的传输,具体地,转移电极层9与线路矩阵5的形状以及走向相适配;所述金属线路3可由Cu或Al材料制成;转移电极层9可以采用导电金球或是直接在第一基板2的非显示区中上沉积出Al或Cu的凸出部位,使其与第二基板1上的金属线路3导通。
如图2所示,本发明还公开了一种液晶显示模组,包括背光组件10及上述的液晶显示面板,所述背光组件10与第一基板2相对设置;第二基板1为观看面,从而无需改变现有的液晶显示模组的位置关系,所述背光组件10可采用侧入式的光源模块拼接而成,具体地,每个光源模块包括一导光板13以及与导光板相对的LED光源14,在光源模块上放置有扩散板15以及光学膜片组16;
液晶显示面板包括第一基板2,在所述第一基板2上限定有具有多个像素区域的显示区域(AA)和非显示区域(NA),所述非显示区域设置在所述显示区域外部;设置在第一基板2上的线路矩阵5,所述线路矩阵5包括彼此交叉的栅极线和数据线,以界定出所述像素区域;形成在每个像素区域中的薄膜晶体管(图中未示出);形成在每个像素区域中并与所述薄膜晶体管连接的像素电极(图中未示出);与第一基板2相对设置的第二基板1;形成在所述第二基板1的内侧表面上的滤色器层(图中未示出);用于与所述像素电极产生电场的公共电极;在所述第一基板2和第二基板1之间的液晶层12;与位于所述第二基板1一侧上的所述非显示区域连接的柔性印刷电路板,所述柔性印刷电路板向所述第一基板2的外侧表面弯曲,和第二基板1的非显示区的长度大于所述第一基板2的非显示区的长度,所述第二基板1的非显示区上铺设有一金属线路3,所述金属线路3与所述柔性印刷电路板4连接,所述线路矩阵5与所述金属线路3连接导通。
在第二基板1与第一基板2的表面上分别设有偏光片11,本发明中偏光片11采用现有技术中用于基板上的偏光片,其反射率无特殊要求,在此不作具体限定;具体地,金属线路3铺设于第二基板1与第一基板2相对的一侧表面并且位于第二基板1的非显示区上,第二基板1的非显示区(NA)与第一基板2的非显示区通过封框胶8相互连接,线路矩阵5置于封框胶8中,在第二基板1的非显示区与金属线路3之间设有遮光层6,遮光层6用于遮挡金属线路3、柔性印刷电路板4以及线路矩阵5,从而避免线路的金属反光,而且也使柔性印刷电路板4置于第二基板1之下;本发中遮光层6可采用具有遮光作用的材料制成,具体为,遮光层6为黑色矩阵遮光层。
第二基板1的非显示区将第一基板2的非显示区以及柔性印刷电路板4完全遮挡,以实现无前框的整机设计,具体地,遮光层6布满第二基板1的非显示区,这样能够更好的对第一基板2的非显示区以及柔性印刷电路板4的遮挡,实现无前框的整机设计。
作为本发明的液晶显示模组的一种实施方式,如图2所示,所述金属线路3延伸至封框胶8外形成裸露部7,用于与柔性印刷电路板4接合,所述柔性印刷电路板4与裸露部7连接导通。
如图2所示,本发明的液晶显示面板还包括设置在所述金属线路3与线路矩阵5之间的转移电极层9,所述转移电极层9位于所述第一基板2的非显示区域,所述转移电极层9与金属线路3以及线路矩阵5连接。所述转移电极层9设于封框胶8中,通过设置转移电极层9与第二基板1上的金属线路3实现电性导通,从而实现信号的传输,具体地,转移电极层9与线路矩阵5的形状以及走向相适配;所述金属线路3可由Cu或Al材料制成;转移电极层9可以采用导电金球或是直接在第一基板的非显示区中上沉积出Al或Cu的凸出部位,使其与第二基板1上的金属线路3导通。
本发明通过设置金属线路3,使得柔性印刷电路板4可以直接与第一基板形成电性导通,从而避免了金属反光的问题,也不需要特别的偏光片设计以及印刷INK制程,降低产品成本。
虽然已经参照特定实施例示出并描述了本发明,但是本领域的技术人员将理解:在不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可在此进行形式和细节上的各种变化。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种液晶显示面板,其中:包括,
    第一基板,在第一基板上限定有具有多个像素区域的显示区域和非显示区域,所述非显示区域设置在所述显示区域外部;
    设置在第一基板上的线路矩阵,所述线路矩阵包括彼此交叉的栅极线和数据线,以界定出所述像素区域;
    形成在每个像素区域中的薄膜晶体管;
    形成在每个像素区域中并与薄膜晶体管连接的像素电极;
    与第一基板相对设置的第二基板;
    形成在第二基板的内侧表面上的滤色器层;
    用于与像素电极产生电场的公共电极;
    在第一基板和第二基板之间的液晶层;
    与位于第二基板一侧上的所述非显示区域连接的柔性印刷电路板,所述柔性印刷电路板向第一基板的外侧表面弯曲,和
    所述第二基板的非显示区的长度大于第一基板的非显示区的长度,所述第二基板的非显示区上铺设有一金属线路,所述金属线路与柔性印刷电路板连接,所述线路矩阵与金属线路连接导通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示面板,其中,还包括设置在金属线路与线路矩阵之间的转移电极层,所述转移电极层位于第一基板的非显示区域,所述转移电极层与金属线路以及线路矩阵连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的液晶显示面板,其中:所述第二基板的非显示区与第一基板的非显示区通过封框胶相互连接,所述线路矩阵置于封框胶中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的液晶显示面板,其中:所述第二基板的非显示 区与金属线路之间设有遮光层。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的液晶显示面板,其中:所述金属线路延伸至封框胶外形成裸露部,所述柔性印刷电路板与裸露部连接导通。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的液晶显示面板,其中:所述遮光层布满第二基板的非显示区。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的液晶显示面板,其中:所述金属线路由Cu或Al材料制成。
  8. 一种液晶显示模组,包括背光组件,其中:还包括液晶显示面板,所述液晶显示面板包括,
    第一基板,在第一基板上限定有具有多个像素区域的显示区域和非显示区域,所述非显示区域设置在所述显示区域外部;
    设置在第一基板上的线路矩阵,所述线路矩阵包括彼此交叉的栅极线和数据线,以界定出所述像素区域;
    形成在每个像素区域中的薄膜晶体管;
    形成在每个像素区域中并与薄膜晶体管连接的像素电极;
    与第一基板相对设置的第二基板;
    形成在第二基板的内侧表面上的滤色器层;
    用于与像素电极产生电场的公共电极;
    在第一基板和第二基板之间的液晶层;
    与位于第二基板一侧上的所述非显示区域连接的柔性印刷电路板,所述柔性印刷电路板向第一基板的外侧表面弯曲,和
    所述第二基板的非显示区的长度大于第一基板的非显示区的长度,所述第二基板的非显示区上铺设有一金属线路,所述金属线路与柔性印刷电路板连接,所述线路矩阵与金属线路连接导通;
    所述背光组件与第一基板相对设置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的液晶显示面板,其中,还包括设置在金属线路与线路矩阵之间的转移电极层,所述转移电极层位于第一基板的非显示区域,所述转移电极层与金属线路以及线路矩阵连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的液晶显示面板,其中:所述第二基板的非显示区与第一基板的非显示区通过封框胶相互连接,所述线路矩阵置于封框胶中。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的液晶显示面板,其中:所述第二基板的非显示区与金属线路之间设有遮光层。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的液晶显示面板,其中:所述金属线路延伸至封框胶外形成裸露部,所述柔性印刷电路板与裸露部连接导通。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的液晶显示面板,其中:所述遮光层布满第二基板的非显示区。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的液晶显示面板,其中:所述金属线路由Cu或Al材料制成。
  15. 根据权利要求8所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于:所述背光组件采用侧入式的光源模块相互拼接构成。
