Description

一种简易砖坯堆垛机 技术领域
本发明涉一种简易砖坯堆垛机。
背景技术
砖坯在制坯完成后需要晾干或烘干去除部分水分,以保证最后的成砖质量,烘干或晾干都需要将砖坯堆垛以节约空间,现在的堆垛方法是靠人工手工堆垛,效率底下。
发明内容
本发明目的在于:为了解决上述背景技术中的现有技术存在的问题,提供一种效率高的简易砖坯堆垛机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种简易砖坯堆垛机,包括主梁及支撑腿,还包括:
起吊电机:设于所述主梁中部;
夹持装置:通过钢缆连接至所述起吊电机;
滚轮:设于所述支撑腿底部;
所述夹持装置包括:
固定座:连接至所述钢缆;
夹爪:有两个,所述夹爪包括驱动部和夹持部,所述驱动部活动连接至所述固定座;所述夹持部呈平板状,两块所述夹持部呈正对设置;
夹持液压缸:其两端分别活动连接至两之所述夹爪的驱动部。
进一步的:所述支撑腿包括上杆及下杆,所述上杆活动套接在所述下杆内;
位于所述主梁同一端的两根上杆之间设有上连接横杆,两根下杆之间设有 下连接横杆;
还包括升降液压缸,所述升降液压缸呈竖直状态,其缸体低端固定在所述下连接横杆的中心,其活塞杆的顶端连接至所述上连接横杆的中心。
进一步的:还包括摩擦垫,所述摩擦垫分别设于两只所述夹爪的夹持部的相对面。
进一步的:还包括辅助夹板,所述辅助夹板设于所述夹持部的两侧,其所在平面与所述夹持部所在平面垂直。
进一步的:所述滚轮为万向滚轮,其上设有锁死机构。
本发明的有益效果是:本堆垛机结构简单,一次可以夹取整排砖坯,并且堆垛高度高,移动方便,大大提升了效率。
只有钢缆连接夹持装置,无需精准定位,可通过手动调节找准位置,省去了定位的麻烦,也简化了机械结构。
可以通过升降液压缸辅助实现机器整体升高和降低,提高灵活性,适用范围也更广。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示,一种简易砖坯堆垛机,包括主梁1及支撑腿2,还包括:起吊 电机3:设于所述主梁1中部;夹持装置4:通过钢缆31连接至所述起吊电机3;滚轮5:设于所述支撑腿2底部;所述夹持装置4包括:固定座41:连接至所述钢缆31;夹爪42:有两个,所述夹爪42包括驱动部421和夹持部422,所述驱动部421活动连接至所述固定座41;所述夹持部422呈平板状,两块所述夹持部422呈正对设置;夹持液压缸43:其两端分别活动连接至两之所述夹爪42的驱动部421。还包括摩擦垫6,所述摩擦垫6分别设于两只所述夹爪42的夹持部422的相对面。还包括辅助夹板7,所述辅助夹板7设于所述夹持部422的两侧,其所在平面与所述夹持部422所在平面垂直。所述滚轮5为万向滚轮,其上设有锁死机构51。
如图2所示,所述支撑腿2包括上杆21及下杆22,所述上杆21活动套接在所述下杆22内;位于所述主梁1同一端的两根上杆21之间设有上连接横杆23,两根下杆22之间设有下连接横杆24;还包括升降液压缸25,所述升降液压缸25呈竖直状态,其缸体低端固定在所述下连接横杆24的中心,其活塞杆的顶端连接至所述上连接横杆23的中心。
万向滚轮极大的方便了机器的移动,人工将机器转移到需要夹取砖坯的地方,利用锁死机构51锁死滚轮5防止移动,启动起吊电机3放下夹持装置4,因为只有钢缆31连接,所以无需很精确的定位,可以手动调整夹持装置4的位置,将夹持装置4放到待夹取的砖坯的上方,启动夹持液压缸43,张开夹爪42,夹爪42的夹持部422紧贴整排砖坯的两端,启动夹持液压缸43,收紧夹爪42,摩擦垫6可以增大摩擦,防止砖坯滑落,辅助夹板6可以防止砖坯朝两侧移动造成滑落,此时启动起吊电机3收紧钢缆31,将砖坯提升起来,打开锁死机构51,将机器移动到砖坯堆垛的地方,通过起吊电机3和升降液压缸25将砖坯升 高到足够高的高度,移动机器到现有砖坯垛的上方,将砖坯放下,实现砖坯的堆垛。

  1. 一种简易砖坯堆垛机,包括主梁(1)及支撑腿(2),其特征在于,还包括:
    起吊电机(3):设于所述主梁(1)中部;
    夹持装置(4):通过钢缆(31)连接至所述起吊电机(3);
    滚轮(5):设于所述支撑腿(2)底部;
    所述夹持装置(4)包括:
    固定座(41):连接至所述钢缆(31);
    夹爪(42):有两个,所述夹爪(42)包括驱动部(421)和夹持部(422),所述驱动部(421)活动连接至所述固定座(41);所述夹持部(422)呈平板状,两块所述夹持部(422)呈正对设置;
    夹持液压缸(43):其两端分别活动连接至两之所述夹爪(42)的驱动部(421)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种简易砖坯堆垛机,其特征在于:所述支撑腿(2)包括上杆(21)及下杆(22),所述上杆(21)活动套接在所述下杆(22)内;
    位于所述主梁(1)同一端的两根上杆(21)之间设有上连接横杆(23),两根下杆(22)之间设有下连接横杆(24);
    还包括升降液压缸(25),所述升降液压缸(25)呈竖直状态,其缸体低端固定在所述下连接横杆(24)的中心,其活塞杆的顶端连接至所述上连接横杆(23)的中心。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种简易砖坯堆垛机,其特征在于:还包括摩擦垫(6),所述摩擦垫(6)分别设于两只所述夹爪(42)的夹持部(422)的相 对面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种简易砖坯堆垛机,其特征在于:还包括辅助夹板(7),所述辅助夹板(7)设于所述夹持部(422)的两侧,其所在平面与所述夹持部(422)所在平面垂直。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种简易砖坯堆垛机,其特征在于:所述滚轮(5)为万向滚轮,其上设有锁死机构(51)。
