一种蒸汽锅喷头,包括喷头基座(200)以及安装在喷头基座(200)上的设有喷气通道(120)的喷头盖(100),喷头基座(200)包括限位连接头(210)以及设置在限位连接头(210)上的固定连接头,固定连接头包括非螺纹连接部(220)以及设置在非螺纹连接部(220)上的螺纹连接部(230),固定连接头通过非螺纹连接部(220)设置在限位连接头(210)上,通过螺纹连接部(230)与喷头盖(100)连接;限位连接头(210)、非螺纹连接部(220)和螺纹连接部(230)三者内部形成贯通的蒸汽通道(201)与喷头盖(100)的喷气通道(120)连通,蒸汽通道(201)内设有止回件(250);非螺纹连接部(220)外套设有密封垫(240)。该蒸汽锅喷头能适应不同厚度的锅底,密封性能较好,噪音低,拆卸清洗方便。
Description
本实用新型涉及餐具技术领域,尤其涉及一种蒸汽锅喷头。
随着经济社会的发展,出现了一种利用蒸汽加热食物的烹饪器具——蒸汽锅。蒸汽锅是一种通过蒸汽加热煮制食物的烹饪用具,使用时,将需要煮制的食物放置在蒸盘或蒸片中,再将蒸盘或蒸片放入内锅,用锅盖将内锅封闭住,往内锅通入高压蒸汽,从而对锅内的食物进行煮制。
蒸汽锅中的蒸汽通常由蒸汽发生器产生,通过喷头往内锅喷射蒸汽。现有技术中的喷头适应性差,只能单独配置锅体,且噪音较大。因此,有必要对现有技术中的喷头进行改进。
发明概述
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种适应不同锅体厚度的蒸汽锅喷头。
问题的解决方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下方案实现:
一种蒸汽锅喷头,包括喷头基座以及安装在喷头基座上的设有喷气通道的喷头盖,所述喷头基座包括限位连接头以及设置在限位连接头上的固定连接头,所述固定连接头包括非螺纹连接部以及设置在非螺纹连接部上的螺纹连接部,固定连接头通过非螺纹连接部设置在限位连接头上,通过螺纹连接部与喷头盖连接;所述限位连接头、非螺纹连接部和螺纹连接部三者内部形成贯通的蒸汽通道与喷头盖的喷气通道连通,所述蒸汽通道内设有止回件;所述非螺纹连接部外套设有密封垫。
本实用新型的蒸汽锅喷头,使用的时候,安装在锅底。锅底设置安装孔,喷头 基座的限位连接头与锅底的下表面相抵,喷头基座的固定连接头通过安装孔露出锅底上表面,喷头盖连接于固定连接头的螺纹连接部上,喷头盖的下表面与锅底的上表面相抵。通过限位连接头和喷头盖的作用将蒸汽锅喷头固定在锅底上。固定连接头的非螺纹连接部与锅底的安装孔相对应,由于非螺纹连接部表面不需要设置外螺纹,因此其与锅底的安装孔之间不发生螺纹紧固作用。当应用于厚度稍大或稍小的锅底时,由于不需要通过螺纹与安装孔进行匹配,只需要将喷头盖与固定连接头的螺纹连接部紧固即可将蒸汽锅喷头夹紧在锅底上。
螺纹连接部与喷头盖连接,非螺纹连接部与锅底的安装孔相对应。由于非螺纹连接部与安装孔不起固定连接作用,安装孔的内壁也不需要设置内螺纹,因此即使液体渗入安装孔,事后也容易对安装孔和非螺纹连接部进行清洗。若安装孔设置内螺纹,则不容易对渗入的液体进行处理。本实用新型中更通过将喷头盖的下表面与锅底的上表面相抵,能进一步的防止安装孔内渗入液体。
所述限位连接头上设有环绕非螺纹连接部的凹槽,所述密封垫设有与凹槽相对应的突出部。优选的,所述凹槽的截面呈倒角状。要想实现密封,必须挤压密封垫,但是过于方正的密封垫在挤压的时候容易出现横向变形,密封性会大打折扣,通过设置凹槽,增大了密封垫与限位连接头的接触面积,因此,可防止出现密封疏漏。优选的,当凹槽的截面呈倒角状时,由于倒角尖端的限制,密封垫不会发生横向变形和纵向变形,而是紧压于倒角部位,使得密封性更好。密封垫可采用硅胶、橡胶等材料。
所述螺纹连接部上设有由上而下的至少两个缺口使得螺纹连接部上形成至少两个呈环形相间设置的连接壁,所述连接壁的底部对应的蒸汽通道形成倾斜状台阶以活动承接止回件。当蒸汽通过限位连接头的下方输入时,蒸汽压力把止回件顶开,蒸汽随即通过缺口流出,固定连接头可以做得更短。
进一步的,所述缺口的深度小于螺纹连接部的高度使得螺纹连接部的地步形成不间断的螺纹。下部形成不间断的螺纹,使得喷头盖可以紧固覆盖缺口,从缺口流出的蒸汽不会泄露到外界。
所述止回件为止回柱,所述止回柱成圆柱体状,其边角部位圆滑过渡。传统的止回部件采用止回珠,止回珠容易在蒸汽乱流的作用下出现窜动,其撞击部件 发出噪音。当采用圆柱体状的止回部件时,其能克服蒸汽乱流的作用,防止碰撞发出噪音。
所述喷头盖上设有连接凹腔与螺纹连接部连接,所述喷气通道呈圆周分布设置在喷头盖上,且其与蒸汽通道连通。进一步的,所述喷头盖上、紧邻连接凹腔设有蒸汽空间,所述喷气通道与蒸汽空间连通,所述蒸汽空间通过缺口与蒸汽通道连通。若将喷头盖上的蒸汽通道直接与喷头基座中的蒸汽通道连通,那么螺纹连接部上的缺口则需要与喷气通道相对应,这对零件的加工精度要求较高。若通过设置蒸汽空间,从缺口流出的蒸汽先进入到蒸汽空间,再进入喷气通道,这能降低零件的加工精度要求。
所述限位连接头的下端设有套接口,所述套接口呈锥形与喷头基座的蒸汽通道连通。套接口用于与提供蒸汽的其他部件相接。
发明的有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:本实用新型中,通过喷头基座和喷头盖的设置,使得喷头适应不同厚度的锅底;非螺纹连接部与锅底的安装孔相对应,非螺纹连接部不需要设置螺纹,方便对渗入的液体进行清洗;密封垫进行结构改进,使得密封功能更好;止回件由传统的圆珠状更改为圆柱体状,防止出现异响;本实用新型密封性能高,噪音低,拆卸清洗方便。

如图1~4所示,一种蒸汽锅喷头,包括喷头基座200以及安装在喷头基座200上的设有喷气通道120的喷头盖100,所述喷头基座200包括限位连接头210以及设置在限位连接头210上的固定连接头,所述固定连接头包括非螺纹连接部220以及设置在非螺纹连接部220上的螺纹连接部230,固定连接头通过非螺纹连接部220设置在限位连接头210上,通过螺纹连接部230与喷头盖100连接;所述限位连接头210、非螺纹连接部220和螺纹连接部230三者内部形成贯通的蒸汽通道201与喷头盖100的喷气通道120连通,所述蒸汽通道201内设有止回件250;所述非螺纹连接部220外套设有密封垫240。
所述限位连接头210上设有环绕非螺纹连接部220的凹槽211,所述密封垫240设有与凹槽211相对应的突出部;所述凹槽211的截面呈倒角状。
所述螺纹连接部230上设有由上而下的四个缺口232使得螺纹连接部230上形成四个呈环形相间设置的连接壁231,所述连接壁231的底部对应的蒸汽通道201形成倾斜状台阶233以活动承接止回件250。
所述缺口232的深度小于螺纹连接部230的高度使得螺纹连接部230的底部形成不间断的螺纹。
所述止回件250为止回柱,所述止回柱成圆柱体状,其边角部位圆滑过渡。
所述喷头盖100上设有连接凹腔130与螺纹连接部230连接,紧邻连接凹腔130设有蒸汽空间110,所述喷气通道120呈圆周分布设置在喷头盖100上,所述喷气通道120与蒸汽空间110连通,所述蒸汽空间110通过缺口132与蒸汽通道201连通。
所述限位连接头210的下端设有套接口,所述套接口呈锥形与喷头基座200的蒸汽通道201连通。

- 一种蒸汽锅喷头,包括喷头基座以及安装在喷头基座上的设有喷气通道的喷头盖,其特征在于,所述喷头基座包括限位连接头以及设置在限位连接头上的固定连接头,所述固定连接头包括非螺纹连接部以及设置在非螺纹连接部上的螺纹连接部,固定连接头通过非螺纹连接部设置在限位连接头上,通过螺纹连接部与喷头盖连接;所述限位连接头、非螺纹连接部和螺纹连接部三者内部形成贯通的蒸汽通道与喷头盖的喷气通道连通,所述蒸汽通道内设有止回件;所述非螺纹连接部外套设有密封垫。
- 根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽锅喷头,其特征在于,所述限位连接头上设有环绕非螺纹连接部的凹槽,所述密封垫设有与凹槽相对应的突出部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的蒸汽锅喷头,其特征在于,所述凹槽的截面呈倒角状。
- 根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽锅喷头,其特征在于,所述螺纹连接部上设有由上而下的至少两个缺口使得螺纹连接部上形成至少两个呈环形相间设置的连接壁,所述连接壁的底部对应的蒸汽通道形成倾斜状台阶以活动承接止回件。
- 根据权利要求4所述的蒸汽锅喷头,其特征在于,所述缺口的深度小于螺纹连接部的高度使得螺纹连接部的底部形成不间断的螺纹。
- 根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽锅喷头,其特征在于,所述止回件为止回柱,所述止回柱成圆柱体状,其边角部位圆滑过渡。
- 根据权利要求4所述的蒸汽锅喷头,其特征在于,所述喷头盖上设有连接凹腔与螺纹连接部连接,所述喷气通道呈圆周分布设置在喷头盖上,且其与蒸汽通道连通。
- 根据权利要求7所述的蒸汽锅喷头,其特征在于,所述喷头盖上、紧邻连接凹腔设有蒸汽空间,所述喷气通道与蒸汽空间连通,所 述蒸汽空间通过缺口与蒸汽通道连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽锅喷头,其特征在于,所述限位连接头的下端设有套接口,所述套接口呈锥形与喷头基座的蒸汽通道连通。
