Abstract
本申请公开了一种文件扫描方法,该方法包括:在收到批量扫描指令时,按照文件叠放顺序依次扫描批量文件得到文件影像;在所述文件影像中查找索引条码和类别条码,并根据扫描顺序确定所述类别条码对应的文件影像;根据所述索引条码和所述类别条码,为所述类别条码对应的文件影像配置影像条码。本申请还公开了一种文件扫描系统、装置以及一种计算机可读存储介质。本申请实现了批量文件的扫描和条码标记,提高了批量文件的扫描效率。

本申请要求于2017年6月21日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710479074.1、发明名称为“文件扫描方法、装置和计算机可读存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及保险领域,尤其涉及一种文件扫描方法、系统、装置和计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
目前,在保险理赔、核保等案件中,客户会提交大量的文件资料,由工作人员逐张扫描资料文件,对扫描得到的文件影像进行分类后才能上传到业务系统中,以供使用。但是,随着保险市场的扩大,案件量也在逐年爆增,导致工作人员在扫描环节上工作量十分巨大,且在文件影像的分类上容易出现错误,效率也很低,从而制约了整个案件作业流程,影响案件作业时效。因此,如何减少批量文件扫描的工作量成为了一个亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种文件扫描方法、装置和计算机可读存储介质,旨在解决在批量文件扫描工作的效率低的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种文件扫描方法,所述文件扫描方法包括以下步骤:
在收到批量扫描指令时,按照文件叠放顺序依次扫描批量文件得到文件影像;
在所述文件影像中查找索引条码和类别条码,并根据扫描顺序确定所述类别条码对应的文件影像;
根据所述索引条码和所述类别条码,为所述类别条码对应的文件影像配置影像条码。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种文件扫描系统,所述文件扫描系统包括:
扫描模块,用于在收到批量扫描指令时,按照文件叠放顺序依次扫描批量文件得到文件影像;
分类模块,用于在所述文件影像中查找索引条码和类别条码,并根据扫描顺序确定所述类别条码对应的文件影像;
条码模块,用于根据所述索引条码和所述类别条码,为所述类别条码对应的文件影像配置影像条码。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种文件扫描装置,所述文件扫描装置包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的文件扫描程序,所述文件扫描程序被所述处理器执行时实现如上任一项所述的文件扫描方法的步骤。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有文件扫描程序,所述文件扫描程序被处理器执行时实现如上任一项所述的文件扫描方法的步骤。
本申请通过批量扫描完成了批量文件影像的一次性录入,在得到文件影像后,抓取文件影像中的索引条码从而获取批量文件的索引信息;抓取文件影像中的类别条码,并确定类别条码对应的文件影像,从而自动将本次扫描的文件对应进行分类。然后,为各类别条码对应的文件影像配置影像条码,影像条码能够将不同类别的文件影像进行区分和标识,便于文件影像的索引信息和类别的快速读取,无需用户再逐张检查各文件影像进行人工分类,由此,本申请减少了批量文件扫描和影像分类环节的工作量,并且降低了人工失误造成的影像重复扫描、分类错误等情况,提高了批量文件的扫描效率。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
如图1所示,图1是本申请实施例方案涉及的硬件运行环境的装置结构示意图。本申请实施例文件扫描装置可以是配置了扫描仪的PC,也可以是配置了扫描功能的智能手机、便携计算机等装置设备。如图1所示,该装置可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,通信总线1002,用户接口1003,存储器1004,扫描仪1005。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选的用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。存储器1004可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile
memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1004可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。扫描仪1005,用于扫描批量资料文件,获取影像数据。本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的装置结构并不构成对装置的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。如图1所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1004中可以包括操作系统、用户接口模块以及文件扫描程序。在图1所示的终端中用户接口1003主要用于连接用户端,与用户端进行数据通信;而处理器1001可以用于调用存储器1004上存储的文件扫描程序,控制扫描仪1005进行批量文件的扫描,并执行本发明任一实施例所述的文件扫描方法。本申请文件扫描装置的具体实施例与下述文件扫描方法各实施例基本相同,在此不作赘述。
参照图2,本申请自动智能分类影像第一实施例提供一种文件扫描方法,所述文件扫描方法包括:
步骤S10、在收到批量扫描指令时,按照文件叠放顺序依次扫描批量文件得到文件影像。
当有大量的纸质文件需要扫描时,用户将需要扫描的文件整理后,放入扫描仪。然后,用户可以通过客户端等终端,输入批量扫描指令。当文件扫描装置收到批量扫描指令后,控制扫描仪启动,按照文件的叠放顺序依次扫描批量文件,得到各张文件的影像。其中,文件扫描装置可以部署在扫描仪中,也可以部署在服务器中,可以根据实际需要灵活配置。
步骤S20、在所述文件影像中查找索引条码和类别条码,并根据扫描顺序确定所述类别条码对应的文件影像。
在得到批量文件的影像后,文件扫描装置在文件影像中查找本批文件的索引条码和类别条码。需要说明的是,索引条码和类别条码可以是二维码等条码。其中,索引条码中包含有条码类别和索引信息。条码类别标识了本条码的类别;索引信息包含了批量文件对应的案件信息,例如业务流水号、业务类别、被保人身份等信息,其中业务类别包括理赔、人寿、车险等业务。当然,索引条码中也可以仅包括条码类别及索引信息的链接,文件扫描装置可以根据索引信息的链接获取索引信息。类别条码中包含有条码类别和影像类别。影像类别包括身份证、事故证明、挂号费单据、手术单据、医药单据、发票等等。
具体的,作为一种实施方式,用户可以将索引条码、类别条码贴在批量文件的页面上,供扫描仪扫描录入;当然,用户也可以将印有或贴有索引条码、类别条码的文件,放入批量文件中,供扫描仪扫描录入。通常,为了保障批量文件的全部文件影像都能被配置准确影像条码,用户将索引条码贴在文件首页,使的扫描得到的文件影像中第一张影像就包含有索引条码。进一步地,为了保障文件影像分类正确,用户将同一类别的文件叠放在一起,并将此类别的条码贴在此类别文件的首页。
文件扫描装置在扫描得到的文件影像中检测是否有条码;若文件影像中有条码,则识别此条码,根据条码中的条码类别或是索引信息、影像类别,判断条码是否为索引条码、类别条码。由此,实现了索引条码和类别条码的查找。
由于客户申请理赔时,可能一次提供多个类别的资料,例如身份证、发票、事故证明等等,为了标识不同类别的资料,批量文件中可能有多个类别条码,因此,需要确定各类别条码对应的文件影像。若文件扫描装置在本次扫描得到的文件影像中仅找到一个类别条码,则确定本次扫描得到的文件影像为此类别条码对应的文件影像。若文件扫描装置在本次扫描得到的文件影像中找到两个或以上的类别条码,则根据扫描顺序确定各类别条码对应的文件影像。具体的,作为一种实施方式,文件扫描装置根据批量文件的扫描顺序,将类别条码所在的影像,以及扫描顺序在此类别条码所在的影像之后、下一个类别条码所在的影像之前的影像,作为此类别条码对应的文件影像。扫描顺序在最后的类别条码对应的文件影像,包括此类别条码所在的影像,以及扫描顺序在此类别条码所在的影像之后的全部文件影像。由此,得到各类别条码对应的文件影像。
步骤S30、根据所述索引条码和所述类别条码,为所述类别条码对应的文件影像配置影像条码。
在得到索引条码、类别条码,以及类别条码对应的文件影像后,对文件影像配置影像条码,以便于标识各文件影像。作为一种实施方式,文件扫描装置根据索引条码和各类别条码,分别为各类别条码对应的文件影像配置影像条码。具体的,文件扫描装置获取索引条码的索引信息,和类别条码中的影像类别,配置对应的影像条码。影像条码中包含有索引信息和影像类别,由此,可以通过影像条码获取业务流水号、业务类别、用户身份等信息,以及影像类别。然后,文件扫描装置将影像条码作为此类别条码对应的文件影像的影像条码,进行存储。由此,文件扫描装置分别为各类别条码对应的文件影像配置对应的影像条码。然后,文件扫描装置将各文件影像及其对应的影像条码对应存储,或是将影像条码添加到对应的文件影像中,便于快速提取得到文件影像的相关信息。
例如,参照图9,本次扫描的批量文件共10张,对应10张文件影像。其中,根据扫描顺序,第一张文件上贴有索引条码和第一类别条码,第五张文件上贴有第二类别条码。则文件扫描装置根据扫描顺序,确定第一张至第四张文件影像为第一类别条码对应的文件影像,第五张至第十张文件影像为第二类别条码对应的文件影像。然后,文件扫描装置根据索引条码和第一类别条码配置得到第一影像条码,第一影像条码即为第一张至第四张文件影像的影像条码;文件扫描装置根据索引条码和第二类别条码配置得到第二影像条码,第二影像条码即为第五张至第十张文件影像的影像条码。由此,得到各文件影像的影像条码。
本实施例通过批量扫描完成了批量文件影像的一次性录入,在得到文件影像后,抓取文件影像中的索引条码从而获取批量文件的索引信息;抓取文件影像中的类别条码,并确定类别条码对应的文件影像,从而自动将本次扫描的文件对应进行分类。然后,为各类别条码对应的文件影像配置影像条码,影像条码能够将不同类别的文件影像进行区分和标识,便于文件影像的索引信息和类别的快速读取,无需用户再逐张检查各文件影像进行人工分类,由此,本实施例减少了批量文件扫描和影像分类环节的工作量,并且降低了人工失误造成的影像重复扫描、分类错误等情况,提高了批量文件的扫描效率。
进一步地,参照图3,本申请文件扫描方法第二实施例提供一种文件扫描方法,基于上述本申请文件扫描方法第一实施例,所述文件影像中包括多个索引条码,所述步骤S20包括:

步骤S22、分别在所述各索引条码对应的文件影像中查找类别条码,得到所述各索引条码下属的类别条码;
步骤S23、根据扫描顺序及所述各索引条码对应的文件影像,分别确定所述各索引条码下属的类别条码所对应的文件影像;

为了进一步提升文件的扫描效率,用户可以将多个案件的资料放在一起扫描,例如理赔案件的资料、核保案件的资料。作为一种实施方式,用户将多个案件的文件分别整理、叠放好后,贴上索引条码和类别条码。通常,为了保障批量文件的全部文件影像都能被配置准确影像条码,用户将有索引条码贴在各案件的文件首页,使的扫描得到的文件影像中第一张影像就包含有索引条码。进一步地,为了保障文件影像分类正确,用户将同一案件中同一类别的文件叠放在一起,并将此类别的条码贴在此类别文件的首页。然后,用户将各案件的文件叠放在一起,放入扫描仪,通过客户端输入批量扫描指令。文件扫描装置在收到批量扫描指令后,控制扫描仪按照文件叠放顺序依次扫描批量文件,得到文件影像。然后,文件扫描装置在文件影像中查找索引条码。若在文件影像中找到多个索引条码,则文件扫描装置确定本批文件中有多个案件的资料。然后,文件扫描装置根据扫描顺序,将文件影像进行划分,确定各索引条码对应的文件影像。具体的,文件扫描装置根据扫描顺序,将索引条码所在的影像,以及扫描顺序在此索引条码所在的影像之后、下一索引条码所在的影像之前的影像作为此索引条码对应的文件影像。扫描顺序在最后的索引条码对应的文件影像,包括此索引条码所在的影像,以及扫描顺序在此索引条码所在的影像之后的全部文件影像。由此,得到各索引条码对应的文件影像。然后,文件扫描装置分别在各索引条码对应的文件影像中查找类别条码。然后,文件扫描装置将在各索引条码对应的文件影像中找到的类别条码,对应作为各索引条码下属的类别条码。然后,文件扫描装置分别在各索引条码对应的文件影像中,根据文件影像的扫描顺序,确定其下属类别条码对应的文件影像。具体的,文件扫描装置根据扫描顺序,将类别条码所在的影像,以及扫描顺序在此类别条码所在的影像之后、下一类别条码所在的影像之前的影像作为此类别条码对应的文件影像。扫描顺序在最后的类别条码对应的文件影像,包括此类别条码所在的影像,以及扫描顺序在此类别条码所在的影像之后的全部文件影像。由此,得到各类别条码对应的文件影像。在得到各索引条码下属的类别条码所对应的文件影像后,文件扫描装置分别根据各索引条码及其下属的类别条码,为各索引条码下属的类别条码所对应的文件影像配置影像条码。
例如,参照图10,本次扫描的批量文件共10张,对应10张文件影像。其中,根据扫描顺序,第一张文件上贴有索引条码和第一类别条码,第三张文件上贴有第二类别条码,第五张文件上贴有第二类别条码和第三类别条码。则文件扫描装置根据扫描顺序,确定第一张至第四张文件影像为第一索引条码对应的文件影像,第五张至第十张文件影像为第二索引条码对应的文件影像。然后,文件扫描装置在第一张至第四张文件影像中查找第一索引条码下属的类别条码,找到第一类别条码和第二类别条码;并确定第一类别条码对应的文件影像为第一张至第二张文件影像,第二类别条码对应的文件影像为第三张至第四张文件影像。文件扫描装置在第五张至第十张文件影像中查找第二索引条码下属的类别条码,找到第三类别条码;并确定第三类别条码对应的文件影像为第五张至第十张文件影像。然后,文件扫描装置根据第一索引条码和第一类别条码配置得到第一影像条码,第一影像条码即为第一张至第二张文件影像的影像条码;根据第一索引条码和第二类别条码配置得到第二影像条码,第二影像条码即为第三张至第四张文件影像的影像条码;文件扫描装置根据第二索引条码和第三类别条码配置得到第三影像条码,第三影像条码即为第五张至第十张文件影像的影像条码。由此,得到各文件影像的影像条码。
本实施例实现了同时扫描不同案件的资料文件,并且通过索引条码自动将不同案件的文件影像区分开来,进而根据各索引条码下属的类别条码将各案件的文件影像进行自动分类,然后,对应的为文件影像配置影像条码,大大减少了扫描工作量,并且保障了批量文件影像分类的正确性,提高了文件扫描效率。
进一步地,参照图4,本申请文件扫描方法第三实施例提供一种文件扫描方法,基于上述本申请文件扫描方法第一实施例或第二实施例(本实施例以本申请文件扫描方法第一实施例为例),所述步骤S30之后,还包括:
步骤S41、识别所述文件影像的影像条码得到所述文件影像的业务类别,根据所述业务类别确定所述文件影像对应的业务数据库;
步骤S42、将所述文件影像上传至对应的业务数据库。
在得到文件影像及影像条码后,文件扫描装置读取各文件影像的影像条码进行识别,得到各文件影像的业务类别。然后,文件扫描装置分别根据各文件影像的业务类别,获取各影像文件对应的业务数据库。例如,若文件影像的业务类别为寿险,则文件扫描装置确定文件影像对应的业务数据库为寿险数据库;若文件影像的业务类别为理赔,则文件扫描装置确定文件影像对应的业务数据库为理赔数据库。在得到各文件影像对应的业务数据库后,文件扫描装置分别将各文件影像上传到其对应的业务数据库,以供使用。
由于本实施例是根据影像文件的影像条码自动确定业务数据库的,减少了人工识别的错误,加快了上传速度,提高了用户体验。
进一步的,参照图5,本申请文件扫描方法第四实施例提供一种文件扫描方法,基于上述本申请文件扫描方法第一实施例、第二实施例或第三实施例(本实施例以本申请文件扫描方法第一实施例为例),所述步骤S30之后,还包括:
步骤S51、识别所述文件影像的影像条码得到所述文件影像的业务类别和影像类别,根据所述文件影像的业务类别和影像类别确定所述文件影像对应的业务节点;
步骤S52、向所述业务节点发送推送消息,通知文件影像已录入。
在得到文件影像及其影像条码后,文件扫描装置分别读取各文件影像的影像条码进行识别,得到文件影像的业务类别和影像类别。然后,文件扫描装置分别根据各文件影像的业务类别确定各文件影像对应的业务系统。具体的,文件扫描装置分别根据各文件影像类别,及其对应的业务系统中各业务节点预设的资料需求,确定各文件影像对应的业务节点。例如,文件影像的业务类别为理赔,影像类别为事故证明,则对应的业务系统为理赔系统,对应的业务节点为理赔系统中的调查节点,以供调查人调查事故使用。需要说明的是,一个文件影像可以对应多个业务节点。在得到文件影像对应的业务节点后,文件扫描装置向文件影像对应的业务节点发送推送消息,通知此业务节点其相应的文件影像已经录入,可以使用。业务节点可以到数据库中调用其所需的文件影像。
在本实施例中,识别文件影像的影像条码得到文件影像的业务类别和影像类别,根据文件影像的业务类别和影像类别确定文件影像对应的业务节点;向业务节点发送推送消息,通知文件影像已录入,以供业务节点及时进行业务处理。
进一步地,参照图6,本申请文件扫描方法第五实施例提供一种文件扫描方法,基于上述本申请文件扫描方法第一至第四实施例(本实施例以本申请文件扫描方法第一实施例为例),所述步骤S30之后,还包括:
步骤S61、识别所述影像条码得到所述文件影像的影像类别,根据所述影像类别判断所述文件影像是否需要进行文本识别;

Recognition,光学字符识别)技术,识别得到文本影像对应的文本信息。由此,文件扫描装置分别对各文件影像进行检测,对需要进行文本识别的文件影像进行文本识别,得到对应的文本信息。然后,文件扫描装置可以将文件影像的文本信息上传到其对应的业务数据库中,以供业务节点调用。进一步地,还可以自动将文本信息上传到文件影像对应的业务系统或业务节点中,节省人工调用的工作量。
本实施例通过对文件影像进行文本识别,使得业务节点可以快速调用文件中的文本信息,无需手动录入,大大提高了业务处理效率。
进一步地,参照图7,本申请文件扫描方法第六实施例提供一种文件扫描方法,基于上述文件扫描方法第五实施例,所述步骤S62包括:
步骤S621、若所述文件影像需要进行文本识别,则根据所述影像类别确定所述文件影像需要进行文本识别的区域;
步骤S622、对所述区域中的影像进行文本识别,得到文本信息。
若判定文件影像需要进行文本识别,则文件扫描装置需确定影像需要进行文本识别的区域,仅对需要进行文本识别的区域进行识别。具体的,作为一种实施方式,文件扫描装置根据预设的文本识别需求,获取此类别的影像需要进行文本识别的区域的位置,并在当前文本影像中找到对应的区域,从而剔除干扰区域和未包含当前所需信息的区域。然后,文件扫描装置对文本影像中此区域内的影像进行文本识别,得到文本信息。
例如,参照图11,影像类别为发票的文件影像,若文本识别需求为发票金额,则此类别的影像需要进行文本识别的位置为发票金额区域位置。因此,可以根据发票票面,预先设置需要进行文本识别的发票金额区域的位置。则在对影像类别为发票的文件影像进行文本识别时,首先根据影像类别确定发票金额区域的位置;然后,对发票金额区域进行文本识别,得到的文本信息包括发票金额。
本实施例仅对影像中的部分区域进行文本识别,既减少了文本识别的工作量,又能去除冗余信息,保障了影像中的关键信息能够被识别出来,便于使用。
进一步地,参照图8,本申请文件扫描方法第七实施例提供一种文件扫描方法,基于上述文件扫描方法第五实施例或第六实施例(本实施例以本申请文件扫描方法第五实施例为例),所述步骤S30之后,还包括:
步骤S63、识别所述影像条码得到被保人身份,根据所述被保人身份查询所述被保人的征信信息和保险业务记录;
步骤S64、根据所述文本信息及所述被保人的征信信息、保险业务记录,分析所述被保人的业务风险并配置风险分析结果。
在识别得到文件影像的文本信息,或是文件影像中部分区域的文本信息后,文件扫描装置可以进一步根据得到的文本信息,对案件进行风险分析预警。具体的,作为一种实施方式,文件扫描装置识别文件影像的影像条码,得到被保人身份,例如被保人的姓名、证件号码、客户号码等信息。然后,文件扫描装置根被保人身份,在数据库中查找被保人的征信信息和保险业务记录。其中,被保人的征信信息包括信贷逾期风险、行政负面风险、欺诈风险失信被执行人(法院判决拒不执行)、被执行人(存在法院判决需要执行)、交通严重违章(拘留、吊销执照等)、手机号存在欺诈风险、卡号存在欺诈风险、身份证号存在欺诈风险、存在欺诈风险等等。被保人的保险业务记录包括投保、理赔等保险业务的记录。投保记录中包括被保人保单的险种、保额等信息;理赔记录包括被保人就诊的时间、医院、药品、金额等信息。然后,文件扫描装置根据文件影像的文本信息及被保人的征信信息、保险业务记录,分析被保人的业务风险。需要说明的是,在进行风险分析时,文件扫描装置可以将同一索引条码对应的文件影像的文本信息结合起来,进行综合分析。以当前批量文件的业务类别为理赔进行举例说明,文件影像的文本信息中包括本次申请理赔的保单,以及就诊的医院、时间、药品、金额等等。则文件扫描装置提取被保人征信信息中的风险项,作为被保人的业务风险,配置到风险分析结果中。并且,文件扫描装置根据被保人的理赔记录,对本次申请理赔就诊的医院、时间进行查重处理,判断是否已经申请过理赔;对被保人的理赔频率进行计算,判断理赔频率是否超过预设的阈值,过于频繁而存在骗保的可能;对被保人的疾病类型进行检测,判断是否在保单的理赔协议范围内,根据被保人的性别、年龄判断疾病类型是否被保人当前情况下常见的疾病等;对被保人就诊的医院进行检测,判断被保人就诊的医院是否在保单的理赔协议范围内,是否为定点医院等。然后,文件扫描装置将各项信息的检测结果作为被保人的业务风险,配置到风险分析结果中。由此,得到风险分析结果。进一步地,在得到风险分析结果后,文件扫描装置可以将风险分析结果上传到文件影像对应的业务数据库,或是将风险分析结果推送给文件影像对应的业务节点,以提示审核人本案的风险。
本实施例实现了在批量扫描文件时,能够初步对文件进行业务风险分析,得到的风险分析结果为后续的业务审核提供了风险提示,降低了业务风险。
此外,本申请实施例还提出一种文件扫描系统,所述文件扫描系统包括:
扫描模块,用于在收到批量扫描指令时,按照文件叠放顺序依次扫描批量文件得到文件影像;
分类模块,用于在所述文件影像中查找索引条码和类别条码,并根据扫描顺序确定所述类别条码对应的文件影像;
条码模块,用于根据所述索引条码和所述类别条码,为所述类别条码对应的文件影像配置影像条码。
可选地,所述文件影像中包括多个索引条码,所述分类模块还用于,根据扫描顺序,确定所述各索引条码对应的文件影像;分别在所述各索引条码对应的文件影像中查找类别条码,得到所述各索引条码下属的类别条码;根据扫描顺序及所述各索引条码对应的文件影像,分别确定所述各索引条码下属的类别条码所对应的文件影像;
所述条码模块还用于,根据所述各索引条码及其下属的类别条码,分别为所述各索引条码下属的类别条码所对应的文件影像配置影像条码。
可选地,所述文件扫描系统还包括:上传模块,用于识别所述文件影像的影像条码得到所述文件影像的业务类别,根据所述业务类别确定所述文件影像对应的业务数据库;将所述文件影像上传至对应的业务数据库。
可选地,所述文件扫描系统还包括:通知模块,用于识别所述文件影像的影像条码得到所述文件影像的业务类别和影像类别,根据所述文件影像的业务类别和影像类别确定所述文件影像对应的业务节点;向所述业务节点发送推送消息,通知文件影像已录入。
可选地,所述文件扫描系统还包括:识别模块,用于识别所述影像条码得到所述文件影像的影像类别,根据所述影像类别判断所述文件影像是否需要进行文本识别;若所述文件影像需要进行文本识别,则对所述文件影像进行文本识别得到文本信息。
可选地,所述识别模块还用于,若所述文件影像需要进行文本识别,则根据所述影像类别确定所述文件影像需要进行文本识别的区域;对所述区域中的影像进行文本识别,得到文本信息。
可选地,所述文件扫描系统还包括:风险模块,用于识别所述影像条码得到被保人身份,根据所述被保人身份查询所述被保人的征信信息和保险业务记录;根据所述文本信息及所述被保人的征信信息、保险业务记录,分析所述被保人的业务风险并配置风险分析结果。
本申请文件扫描系统的具体实施例与上述文件扫描方法各实施例基本相同,在此不作赘述。
此外,本申请实施例还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有文件扫描程序,所述文件扫描程序被处理器执行时实现本发明任一实施例所述的文件扫描方法。本申请计算机可读存储介质的具体实施例与上述文件扫描方法各实施例基本相同,在此不作赘述。

- 一种文件扫描方法,其特征在于,所述文件扫描方法包括以下步骤:在收到批量扫描指令时,按照文件叠放顺序依次扫描批量文件得到文件影像;在所述文件影像中查找索引条码和类别条码,并根据扫描顺序确定所述类别条码对应的文件影像;根据所述索引条码和所述类别条码,为所述类别条码对应的文件影像配置影像条码。
- 如权利要求1所述的文件扫描方法,其特征在于,所述文件影像中包括多个索引条码,所述在所述文件影像中查找索引条码和类别条码,并根据扫描顺序确定所述类别条码对应的文件影像的步骤包括:根据扫描顺序,确定所述各索引条码对应的文件影像;分别在所述各索引条码对应的文件影像中查找类别条码,得到所述各索引条码下属的类别条码;根据扫描顺序及所述各索引条码对应的文件影像,分别确定所述各索引条码下属的类别条码所对应的文件影像;所述根据所述索引条码和所述类别条码,为所述类别条码对应的文件影像配置影像条码的步骤包括:根据所述各索引条码及其下属的类别条码,分别为所述各索引条码下属的类别条码所对应的文件影像配置影像条码。
- 如权利要求1所述的文件扫描方法,其特征在于,在根据所述索引条码和所述类别条码,为所述类别条码对应的文件影像配置影像条码之后,所述文件扫描方法还包括:识别所述文件影像的影像条码得到所述文件影像的业务类别,根据所述业务类别确定所述文件影像对应的业务数据库;将所述文件影像上传至对应的业务数据库。
- 如权利要求1所述的文件扫描方法,其特征在于,在根据所述索引条码和所述类别条码,为所述类别条码对应的文件影像配置影像条码之后,所述文件扫描方法还包括:识别所述文件影像的影像条码得到所述文件影像的业务类别和影像类别,根据所述文件影像的业务类别和影像类别确定所述文件影像对应的业务节点;向所述业务节点发送推送消息,通知文件影像已录入。
- 如权利要求1所述的文件扫描方法,其特征在于,在根据所述索引条码和所述类别条码,为所述类别条码对应的文件影像配置影像条码之后,所述文件扫描方法还包括:识别所述影像条码得到所述文件影像的影像类别,根据所述影像类别判断所述文件影像是否需要进行文本识别;若所述文件影像需要进行文本识别,则对所述文件影像进行文本识别得到文本信息。
- 如权利要求5所述的文件扫描方法,其特征在于,所述若所述文件影像需要进行文本识别,则对所述文件影像进行文本识别得到文本信息的步骤包括:若所述文件影像需要进行文本识别,则根据所述影像类别确定所述文件影像需要进行文本识别的区域;对所述区域中的影像进行文本识别,得到文本信息。
- 如权利要求5所述的文件扫描方法,其特征在于,在根据所述索引条码和所述类别条码,为所述类别条码对应的文件影像配置影像条码之后,所述文件扫描方法还包括:识别所述影像条码得到被保人身份,根据所述被保人身份查询所述被保人的征信信息和保险业务记录;根据所述文本信息及所述被保人的征信信息、保险业务记录,分析所述被保人的业务风险并配置风险分析结果。
- 一种文件扫描系统,其特征在于,所述文件扫描系统包括:扫描模块,用于在收到批量扫描指令时,按照文件叠放顺序依次扫描批量文件得到文件影像;分类模块,用于在所述文件影像中查找索引条码和类别条码,并根据扫描顺序确定所述类别条码对应的文件影像;条码模块,用于根据所述索引条码和所述类别条码,为所述类别条码对应的文件影像配置影像条码。
- 如权利要求8所述的文件扫描系统,其特征在于,所述文件影像中包括多个索引条码,所述分类模块还用于,根据扫描顺序,确定所述各索引条码对应的文件影像;分别在所述各索引条码对应的文件影像中查找类别条码,得到所述各索引条码下属的类别条码;根据扫描顺序及所述各索引条码对应的文件影像,分别确定所述各索引条码下属的类别条码所对应的文件影像;所述条码模块还用于,根据所述各索引条码及其下属的类别条码,分别为所述各索引条码下属的类别条码所对应的文件影像配置影像条码。
- 如权利要求8所述的文件扫描系统,其特征在于,所述文件扫描系统还包括:上传模块,用于识别所述文件影像的影像条码得到所述文件影像的业务类别,根据所述业务类别确定所述文件影像对应的业务数据库;将所述文件影像上传至对应的业务数据库。
- 如权利要求8所述的文件扫描系统,其特征在于,所述文件扫描系统还包括:通知模块,用于识别所述文件影像的影像条码得到所述文件影像的业务类别和影像类别,根据所述文件影像的业务类别和影像类别确定所述文件影像对应的业务节点;向所述业务节点发送推送消息,通知文件影像已录入。
- 如权利要求8所述的文件扫描系统,其特征在于,所述文件扫描系统还包括:识别模块,用于识别所述影像条码得到所述文件影像的影像类别,根据所述影像类别判断所述文件影像是否需要进行文本识别;若所述文件影像需要进行文本识别,则对所述文件影像进行文本识别得到文本信息。
- 一种文件扫描装置,其特征在于,所述文件扫描装置包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的文件扫描程序,所述文件扫描程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:在收到批量扫描指令时,按照文件叠放顺序依次扫描批量文件得到文件影像;在所述文件影像中查找索引条码和类别条码,并根据扫描顺序确定所述类别条码对应的文件影像;根据所述索引条码和所述类别条码,为所述类别条码对应的文件影像配置影像条码。
- 如权利要求13所述的文件扫描装置,其特征在于,所述文件影像中包括多个索引条码,所述文件扫描程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:根据扫描顺序,确定所述各索引条码对应的文件影像;分别在所述各索引条码对应的文件影像中查找类别条码,得到所述各索引条码下属的类别条码;根据扫描顺序及所述各索引条码对应的文件影像,分别确定所述各索引条码下属的类别条码所对应的文件影像;根据所述各索引条码及其下属的类别条码,分别为所述各索引条码下属的类别条码所对应的文件影像配置影像条码。
