Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de finition d'un tissu tricoté, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : 1 à 5 parties en masse d'hydroxypropylméthylcellulose, 3 parties en masse d'un agent antibactérien à base de guanidine, 5 parties en masse d'une polyoxyéthylène-polyamine et 2 parties en masse d'hydroxyde de magnésium nanométrique sont placées dans 20 à 50 parties en masse d'eau déminéralisée, mélangées et agitées uniformément; ensuite, 1 partie en masse d'un ester d'acide gras de sorbitane, 2 parties en masse d'une huile volatile de Schizonepeta, 3 parties en masse de chlorure de tétrakis(hydroxyméthyl)phosphonium et 1 partie en masse d'aloès-émodine sont lentement ajoutées à celles-ci, et celles-ci sont agitées en continu jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient complètement mélangées et uniformes pour préparer une solution de finition; et ensuite, celles-ci sont soumises à un traitement antibactérien. Au moyen du procédé de post-finition d'un tissu de chapeau tricoté de la présente invention, le tissu fini présente ainsi d'excellentes propriétés ignifuges, antibactériennes, antifroissement et antistatiques, et présente une résistance élevée au lavage. Les propriétés antibactériennes du tissu peuvent être améliorées, et celui-ci présente un bon effet antibactérien et une longue durée de vie.
