Description

一种预约泊车的方法及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及智能交通技术领域,尤其涉及一种预约泊车的方法及系统。
背景技术
随着经济水平的不断提高,私家车的拥有量激增,随之而来的问题就是停车困难。而有些业主购买了车位拥有停车权,但车主往往是早出晚归,在其车位闲置时段无车停放,无疑是车位的一大浪费。
因此,如何有效的提高私人拥有的车位的使用率是本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种预约泊车的方法及系统,通过从多个停车请求中确定出符合车位空闲消息的停车请求,并向其对应的终端发送车位预约信息,可以有效的提高空闲车位的使用率,进而缓解停车困难的问题。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明公开了一种预约泊车的方法,包括:
服务器接收来自第一终端的车位空闲消息和来自至少一个第二终端的至少一个停车请求;
根据所述车位空闲消息,从至少一个所述停车请求中确定第一停车请求;
向所述第一停车请求对应的第三终端发送车位预约信息;
接收所述第三终端发送的预约车位确认信息;
向所述第一终端发送所述预约车位确认信息,以便所述第一终端根据所述预约车位确认信息核对所述第一停车请求和所述第三终端的信息。
本发明的有益效果是:通过从多个停车请求中确定出符合车位空闲消息的停车请求,并向其对应的终端发送车位预约信息,以及接收该终端发送的预约车位确认信息,可以有效的提高空闲车位的使用率,进而缓解停车困难的问题。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。

上述实施例中的预约泊车的方法,通过根据每个停车请求的需停车时长的起始停车时刻和终止停车时刻对确定出的符合车位空闲消息的多个停车请求进行筛选和排序,并根据相邻两个第一停车请求包括的需停车时长的起始停车时刻和终止停车时刻之间的时差,确定向第三终端发送车位预约信息的时段,且在该时段内向第三终端发送车位预约 信息,可以有效的提高车辆停靠至空闲车位的准时性和可靠性。

例如:车辆实时位置信息对应的位置为“乙路3号”,获取车辆所行驶环境的路况信息为“前方5公里内行驶畅通”,车速信息为“85km/h”。而,车辆目的地位置信息对应的位置为“甲路1号A区”,服务器可以根据上述具体信息确定从“乙路3号”到达“甲路1号A区”的所有行车路径,以及每个行车路径对应的时长,然后将行车路径以其对应的时长信息发送给第三终端,方便第三终端的持有者了解和选择行车路径,同时,还可以提供行车导航服务,引导车辆迅速到达目的地。
需要说明的是,在该实施例中,也可以包括如图2中的步骤160-180,为了描述的简洁,在此不再赘述。
应理解,在该实施例中,步骤160-180与步骤185、190和105之间没有严格的执行顺序,可以并列执行,也可以依次执行,执行顺序应以其内在逻辑确定,本发明实施例对此并不做任何限定。
上述实施例中的预约泊车的方法,通过根据车况信息、第一停车请求包括的车辆实时位置信息和车辆目的地位置信息确定车辆的行车路径,且将行车路径发送给第三终端,从而可以为发出停车请求的车辆提供更加便捷和更人性化的服务,同时,可以为请求停车的车主节省时间成本,进而提高停车效率。

也就是说,当有用户要取消预约车位时,通过其持有的终端向服务器发送取消预约车位信息,服务器则根据该终端对应的停车请求中的需停车时长的起始停车时刻和终止停车时刻重新确定出符合条件的第二停车请求。
例如:用户c要取消预约车位,则通过该第三终端c向服务器发送取消预约车位信息,服务器根据第三终端c对应的停车请求中的需停车时长的起始停车时刻“14:00”和终止停车时刻“15:30”,以及空闲车位消息中的空闲车位位置信息对应的车位是“甲路1号A区2号车位”,从接收到的停车请求中重新确定第二停车请求。该第二停车请求中的车辆目的地位置信息对应的目标地为“甲路1号”或“甲路1号A区”;且需停车时长在“14:00-15:30”时段之内且小于或者等于1.5小时。然后向该第二停车请求对应的第四终端发送车位预约信息。
具体的,在该实施例中,还可以包括:步骤103、104、140和150。即:当第四终端接收到服务器发送的车位预约信息后,可以接收用户输入的操作指令,以确定预约车位确认信息,并且将预约车位确认信息发送给服务器。服务器接收第四终端发送的预约车位确认信息并将其发送给第一终端,以便第一终端的持有者获知车位已被预约的信息。
在一个实施例中,还可以包括如图2中的步骤160-180,为了描述的简洁,在此不再赘述。

上述实施例中的预约泊车的方法,通过根据取消预约车位的第一停车请求包括的需停车时长的起始停车时刻和终止停车时刻和车位空闲消息,重新确定符合该车位空闲消息的第二停车请求,并向第二停车请求对应的第四终端发送车位预约信息,可以有效的缩短车位的空闲时间,提高空闲车位的使用率。
可选地,作为本发明的另一个实施例,如图5所示,在步骤150之后,方法100还可以包括:

具体的,在该实施例中,服务器根据第一停车请求包括的车辆实时位置信息,确定车辆与空闲车位的距离是否小于预设值,例如:预设值可以取20-100cm,当确定车辆与空闲车位的距离小于预设值时,控制车位锁打开,并当检测到车辆驶入空闲车位时,向第一终端发送车位已占用信息,同时也可以控制车位锁关闭。
也就是说,第一停车请求对应的车辆已经达到目的地并准备将车辆停靠到车位里时,服务器要控制空闲车位的车位锁开启,确保车辆可以正常驶入空闲车位。
另外,可以通过车位检测设备检测车辆是否驶入空闲车位,例如:利用地磁传感器和超声波传感器来实现,具体的,地磁传感器检测空闲车位地面上的地磁场是否发生变化,当地磁传感器检测到空闲车位地面上的地磁场发生变化时,启动超声波传感器对空闲车位地面进行检测,当超声波传感器检测到空闲车位地面上有车时,确定空闲车位地面上有车;当超声波传感器检测到空闲车位地面上无车时,确定空闲车位地面上无车。
或者,可以利用地磁传感器和射频识别器来实现,具体的,地磁传感器检测空闲车位地面上的地磁场是否发生变化,当地磁传感器检测到空闲车位地面上的地磁场发生变化时,启动射频识别器对空闲车位地面进行检测,当射频识别器检测到空闲车位地面上无车时,确定空闲车位地面上无车;当射频识别器检测到空闲车位地面上有车时,确定空闲车位地面上有车。
在该实施例中,当检测到车辆驶入空闲车位时,服务器向第一终端发送车位已占用信息,同时根据需停车时长计算停车费用,然后将所述费用对应的缴费信息同时发送给第一终端和第三终端。其中,缴费信息包括:第三终端对应的车辆的车牌信息,缴费金额信息,缴费时间信息。
第一终端可以根据预约车位确认信息可以包括车辆的车牌信息核对缴费信息。第三终端的持有者则需要根据该缴费信息规定的缴费时间完成缴费操作。
上述实施例中的预约泊车的方法,当第一停车请求对应的车辆已经达到目的地并准备将车辆停靠到车位里时,通过控制空闲车位的车位锁开启,确保车辆可以正常驶入空闲车位,且当检测到车辆驶入空闲车位时,向第一终端发送车位已占用信息,使得车位的所有者及时获知车位的使用状态,并对车位的使用情况进行管控。
应理解,在本发明各实施例中,上述各过程的序号的大小并不意味着执行顺序的先后,各过程的执行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定,而不应对本发明实施例的实施过程构成任何限定。
上文结合图1至图5详细描述了本发明提供的预约泊车的方法,下面结合图6和图7对本发明提供的预约泊车的系统进行详细的描述。
图6给出了本发明实施例提供的一种预约泊车的系统的示意性框架图。如图6所示 的系统包括:服务器、第一终端和至少一个第二终端。
其中,第一终端用于向服务器发送车位空闲消息。至少一个第二终端用于向服务器发送至少一个停车请求。服务器接收来自第一终端的车位空闲消息和来自至少一个第二终端的至少一个停车请求,并根据车位空闲消息,从至少一个停车请求中确定第一停车请求,向第一停车请求对应的第三终端发送车位预约信息,以便第一终端根据该预约车位确认信息核对第一停车请求和第三终端的信息。
第三终端为至少一个第二终端中的一个终端,用于接收服务器发送的车位预约信息,并根据用户输入的操作指令确定预约车位确认信息,且向服务器发送预约车位确认信息。服务器还用于接收第三终端发送的预约车位确认信息,并向第一终端发送预约车位确认信息。
在该实施例中,预约车位确认信息可以包括车辆的车牌信息,以便第一终端根据该车的车牌信息核对第三终端的信息,以及当第三终端对应的车辆停靠到空闲车位里时,核对服务器发送的缴费信息,确保交易的顺利完成。
上述实施例中的预约泊车的系统,通过服务器从多个停车请求中确定出符合车位空闲消息的停车请求,并向其对应的终端发送车位预约信息,可以有效的提高空闲车位的使用率,进而缓解停车困难的问题。
应理解,在本发明实施例中,根据本发明实施例的预约泊车的系统,可对应于根据本发明实施例的预约泊车的方法100的执行主体,并且该系统中的各个设备器件的上述和其它操作和/或功能分别为了实现图1至图5中的各个方法的相应流程,为了简洁,在此不再赘述。
可选地,作为本发明的一个实施例,服务器具体用于根据车位空闲消息包括的空闲车位位置信息和空闲时长,从至少一个停车请求中确定第一停车请求。其中,第一停车请求包括的车辆目的地位置信息与空闲车位位置信息相匹配,且第一停车请求包括的需停车时长小于或者等于空闲时长。
也就是说,服务器可以根据车位空闲消息包括的空闲车位位置信息和空闲时长,从至少一个停车请求中确定出符合条件的一个或者多个第一停车请求。该条件为:第一停车请求包括的车辆目的地位置信息与空闲车位位置信息相匹配,且第一停车请求包括的需停车时长小于或者等于空闲时长。
上述实施例中的预约泊车的系统,通过服务器根据车位空闲消息包括的空闲车位位置信息和空闲时长,多个停车请求中确定出符合车位空闲消息的停车请求,可以有效的提高空闲车位预约的准确性。
可选地,作为本发明的另一个实施例,第一停车请求为多个时,服务器还用于确定每个第一停车请求包括的需停车时长的起始停车时刻和终止停车时刻,根据每个需停车时长的起始停车时刻和终止停车时刻的先后顺序,对多个第一停车请求进行筛选并排序,根据前一个第一停车请求包括的需停车时长的终止停车时刻与后一个第一停车请求包括 的需停车时长的起始停车时刻之间的时差,确定向每个第三终端发送车位预约信息的时段,在每个时段内向每个第一停车请求对应的每个第三终端发送车位预约信息。
也就是说,当第一停车请求为多个第一停车请求时,服务器还需要根据每个第一停车请求中需停车时长的起始停车时刻和终止停车时刻,从多个第一停车请求中筛选出停车时间不冲突,且能保证车位使用率最高的第一停车请求。并将筛选后的第一停车请求根据其的需停车时长的起始停车时刻和终止停车时刻进行排序。
服务器还可以根据排序后的第一停车请求中相邻两个第一停车请求包括的需停车时长的起始停车时刻和终止停车时刻之间的时差,以及结合第一停车请求的车辆实时位置信息对应的位置,路况等信息,确定向第三终端发送车位预约信息的时段,并在该时段内向第三终端发送车位预约信息。

具体的,在该实施例中,服务器具体可以用于根据车辆实时位置信息,获取车辆所行驶环境的路况信息和车速信息,并根据车况信息、路况信息、车速信息和车辆目的地位置信息,确定车辆到达停车位的时长及对应的行车路径。
也就是说,服务器具体可以根据车辆实时位置信息对应的位置,获取车辆所行驶环境的路况信息和车速信息,并根据车辆目的地位置信息、路况信息和车速信息,确定从“车辆实时位置信息对应的位置”到达“车辆目的地位置信息的位置”的所有行车路径,以及每个行车路径对应的时长,然后将行车路径以其对应的时长信息发送给第三终端,方便第三终端的持有者了解和选择行车路径,同时,还可以提供行车导航服务,引导车辆迅速到达目的地。
上述实施例中的预约泊车的系统,通过服务器根据车况信息、第一停车请求包括的 车辆实时位置信息和车辆目的地位置信息确定车辆的行车路径,且将行车路径发送给第三终端,从而可以为发出停车请求的车辆提供更加便捷和更人性化的服务,同时,可以为请求停车的车主节省时间成本,进而提高停车效率。
可选地,作为本发明的另一个实施例,如图7所示,服务器还用于接收第三终端发送的取消预约车位信息,确定第三终端对应的第一停车请求包括的需停车时长的起始停车时刻和终止停车时刻,根据车位空闲消息和需停车时长的起始停车时刻和终止停车时刻,从至少一个停车请求中确定第二停车请求,向第二停车请求对应的第四终端发送车位预约信息。其中,第四终端为至少一个第二终端中除第三终端之外的一个终端。
也就是说,当有用户要取消预约车位时,通过其持有的终端向服务器发送取消预约车位信息,服务器则根据该终端对应的停车请求中的需停车时长的起始停车时刻和终止停车时刻重新确定出符合条件的第二停车请求。该条件为:第二停车请求包括的车辆目的地位置信息与空闲车位位置信息相匹配,且第二停车请求包括的需停车时长小于或者等于第三终端对应的第一停车请求包括的需停车时长。
另外,当第四终端接收到服务器发送的车位预约信息后,可以接收用户输入的操作指令,以确定预约车位确认信息,并且将预约车位确认信息发送给服务器。服务器接收第四终端发送的预约车位确认信息并将其发送给第一终端,以便第一终端的持有者获知车位已被预约的信息。
上述实施例中的预约泊车的系统,通过服务器根据取消预约车位的第一停车请求包括的需停车时长的起始停车时刻和终止停车时刻和车位空闲消息,重新确定符合该车位空闲消息的第二停车请求,并向第二停车请求对应的第四终端发送车位预约信息,可以有效的缩短车位的空闲时间,提高空闲车位的使用率。

也就是说,服务器根据第一停车请求包括的车辆实时位置信息,确定该第一停车请求对应的车辆已经达到目的地并准备将车辆停靠到车位里时,服务器要控制空闲车位的车位锁开启,确保车辆可以正常驶入空闲车位。并且,当检测到车辆驶入空闲车位时,服务器可以向第一终端发送车位已占用信息,同时根据需停车时长计算停车费用,然后将所述费用对应的缴费信息同时发送给第一终端和第三终端。其中,缴费信息包括:第三终端对应的车辆的车牌信息,缴费金额信息,缴费时间信息。
而第一终端可以根据预约车位确认信息可以包括车辆的车牌信息核对缴费信息。第三终端的持有者则需要根据该缴费信息规定的缴费时间完成缴费操作。
上述实施例中的预约泊车的系统,通过当第一停车请求对应的车辆已经达到目的地并准备将车辆停靠到车位里时,通过服务器控制空闲车位的车位锁开启,确保车辆可以正常驶入空闲车位,且当检测到车辆驶入空闲车位时,向第一终端发送车位已占用信息, 使得车位的所有者及时获知车位的使用状态,并对车位的使用情况进行管控。

  1. 一种预约泊车的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    服务器接收来自第一终端的车位空闲消息和来自至少一个第二终端的至少一个停车请求;
    根据所述车位空闲消息,从至少一个所述停车请求中确定第一停车请求;
    向所述第一停车请求对应的至少一个所述第二终端中的第三终端发送车位预约信息;
    接收所述第三终端发送的预约车位确认信息;
    向所述第一终端发送所述预约车位确认信息,以便所述第一终端根据所述预约车位确认信息核对所述第一停车请求和所述第三终端的信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述车位空闲消息,从至少一个所述停车请求中确定第一停车请求,包括:
    根据所述车位空闲消息包括的空闲车位位置信息和空闲时长,从至少一个所述停车请求中确定第一停车请求,其中,所述第一停车请求包括的车辆目的地位置信息与所述空闲车位位置信息相匹配,且所述第一停车请求包括的需停车时长小于或等于所述空闲时长。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一停车请求为多个时,在向所述第一停车请求对应的第三终端发送车位预约信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    确定每个所述第一停车请求包括的需停车时长的起始停车时刻和终止停车时刻;
    根据每个需停车时长的起始停车时刻和终止停车时刻的先后顺序,对多个所述第一停车请求进行筛选并排序;
    根据前一个第一停车请求包括的需停车时长的终止停车时刻与后一个第一停车请求包括的需停车时长的起始停车时刻之间的时差,确定向每个所述第三终端发送所述车位预约信息的时段,
    其中,所述向所述第一停车请求对应的第三终端发送车位预约信息,包括:
    在每个所述时段内向每个所述第一停车请求分别对应的所述第三终端发送所述车位预约信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述第一停车请求对应的车辆的车况信息;
    根据所述车况信息、所述第一停车请求包括的车辆实时位置信息和车辆目的地位置信息确定车辆的行车路径,并将所述行车路径发送给所述第三终端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述车况信息、所述第一停车请求包括的车辆实时位置信息和车辆目的地位置信息确定车辆的行车路径,包括:
    根据所述车辆实时位置信息,获取车辆所行驶环境的路况信息和车速信息;
    根据所述车况信息、所述路况信息、所述车速信息和所述车辆目的地位置信息,确 定车辆到达停车位的时长及对应的行车路径。
  6. 一种预约泊车的系统,其特征在于,包括:服务器、第一终端和至少一个第二终端,其中,
    所述第一终端用于向所述服务器发送车位空闲消息;
    至少一个所述第二终端用于向所述服务器发送至少一个停车请求;
    所述服务器接收来自所述第一终端的车位空闲消息和来自至少一个所述第二终端的至少一个停车请求,并根据所述车位空闲消息,从至少一个所述停车请求中确定第一停车请求,向所述第一停车请求对应的第三终端发送车位预约信息;
    所述第三终端为至少一个所述第二终端中的一个终端,用于接收所述服务器发送的所述车位预约信息,并根据用户输入的操作指令确定预约车位确认信息,且向所述服务器发送所述预约车位确认信息;
    所述服务器还用于接收所述第三终端发送的预约车位确认信息,并向所述第一终端发送所述预约车位确认信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述服务器具体用于,根据所述车位空闲消息包括的空闲车位位置信息和空闲时长,从至少一个所述停车请求中确定第一停车请求,其中,所述第一停车请求包括的车辆目的地位置信息与所述空闲车位位置信息相匹配,且所述第一停车请求包括的需停车时长小于或等于所述空闲时长。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一停车请求为多个时,所述服务器还用于,确定每个所述第一停车请求包括的需停车时长的起始停车时刻和终止停车时刻;根据每个需停车时长的起始停车时刻和终止停车时刻的先后顺序,对多个所述第一停车请求进行筛选并排序;根据前一个第一停车请求包括的需停车时长的终止停车时刻与后一个第一停车请求包括的需停车时长的起始停车时刻之间的时差,确定向每个所述第三终端发送所述车位预约信息的时段;在每个所述时段内分别向每个所述第一停车请求对应的所述第三终端发送所述车位预约信息。
  9. 根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述服务器还用于,获取所述第一停车请求对应的车辆的车况信息;根据所述车况信息、所述第一停车请求包括的车辆实时位置信息和车辆目的地位置信息确定车辆的行车路径,并将所述行车路径发送给所述第三终端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的系统,其特征在于,所述服务器具体用于,根据所述车辆实时位置信息,获取车辆所行驶环境的路况信息和车速信息,并根据所述车况信息、所述路况信息、所述车速信息和所述车辆目的地位置信息,确定车辆到达停车位的时长及对应的行车路径。
