目前,城市公共自行车系统主要包括数据中心、分区运营中心和停车点等部分,停车点一般包括一个操作台以及若干具有锁定功能的停车桩。
停车点一般布置在居住区、办公区、公交站点以及地铁站点附近,供人们就近使用。但是由于城市中的人口流动具有“潮汐性”,即早高峰的主要人口流向是生活区向工作区,晚高峰的主要人口流向是工作区向生活区。由此会导致部分停车点出现没有多余自行车、或没有多余停车位的情况。
在确定哪些停车点需要增加停车桩前,需要进行前期数据统计。在增加停车桩之前,如果自行车还车人希望就近还车,目前主要是寻找下一停车点,使用较不方便。
发明内容
为了能够在公共自行车停车点固定车桩已停满的情况下,让自行车归还者可以临时停车从而停止计费,并为停车点扩容进行前期数据统计,提高公共自行车停车点的使用效率,以及自行车使用者的满意度与舒适度,本发明提供了一种公共自行车临时锁定方法和装置。
第一方面,本发明提供了一种公共自行车临时锁定方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
接收操作台发送的还车请求,向所述操作台反馈固定车桩查询指令,所述固定车桩查询指令用于查询与所述操作台对应的停车点的固定车桩的使用情况,并接收所述操作台发送的固定车桩使用情况信息;
当所述固定车桩使用情况信息指示所述固定车桩已停满时,则向所述操作台反馈临时车锁查询指令,所述临时车锁查询指令用于查询所述停车点对应的临时车锁的使用情况,并接收所述操作台发送的临时车锁使用情况信息;

固定车桩130,用于在固定位置锁定公共自行车,供市民借用与归还,市民可以使用电子卡,也可以通过二维码进行借还。
临时车锁仓140受操作台120转发的服务器110相应指令控制以开启和关闭仓门。临时车锁仓140可设置于现有站点容纳各种装置的机柜的内部。

具体地,由于自行车使用者在借用公共自行车时,需要对使用者身份进行验证,而在使用固定车桩还车时,一般不需要再次进行身份确认,只要将自行车在固定车桩中停放好即可。但是由于临时车锁位于临时车锁仓内,在打开仓门之后,自行车归还者就可取用,为了避免对临时车锁的恶意损坏,使用临时车锁的自行车使用者需要进行身份验证。如果自行车使用者使用电子卡还车,身份标识为电子卡身份信息,如果自行车使用者使用二维码还车,身份标识为二维码身份信息,在进行身份信息确认后,服务器会生成身份确认信息发送至操作台,使自行车使用者知晓身份已确认,然后进行后续的开仓操作。
本发明的第三实施例提供的公共自行车临时锁定方法,使自行车归还者在停车点的固定车桩已停满的情况下,通过停车点的操作台提交还车请求及使用临时车锁请求,服务器在确定停车点还有临时车锁可用的情况下,并且在接收到自行车归还者通过操作台提交的身份标识信息并进行确认后,发出指令打开停车点的临时车锁仓,使自行车归还者可以使用临时车锁进行锁车、还车,并停止计费,在早晚高峰为自行车归还者提供了一个还车的临时解决办法,提高了自行车归还者的满意度和停车点的使用效率,同时也可为后续停车桩调整进行前期数据积累。

具体地,自行车归还者在取用临时车锁并完成锁车后,若手动关闭仓门,操作台生成仓门关闭反馈信息,并将其发送至服务器,用以指示临时车锁仓的仓门已经关闭,但是如果将开仓指令发送至操作台后达预设时长,预设时长可以是半分钟或一分钟,可根据临时车锁的使用情况进行设定,若预设时长内还未收到仓门关闭反馈信息,说明仓门没有被手动关闭,则生成临时车锁仓的关仓指令,并将其发送至操作台,控制临时车锁仓仓门关闭,从而保护仓内的临时车锁。
本发明的第四实施例提供的公共自行车临时锁定方法,使自行车归还者在停车点的固定车桩已停满的情况下,通过停车点的操作台提交还车请求及使用临时车锁请求,服务器在确定停车点还有临时车锁可用的情况下,使自行车归还者可以使用临时车锁进行锁车、还车,并停止计费,同时,临时车锁仓在预设时间内没有被手动关闭时,发送关仓指令控制其自动关闭,保护仓内临时车锁,在早晚 高峰为自行车归还者提供了一个还车的临时解决办法,提高了自行车归还者的满意度和停车点的使用效率,同时也可为后续停车桩调整进行前期数据积累。

本发明的第六实施例提供的公共自行车临时锁定方法,通过定时统计已经使用的临时车锁的数量可以确定临时车锁所在停车点的临时车锁使用率,一方面,可以根据临时车锁使用情况,安排工作人员在非高峰期间进行移车与收回临时车锁的操作,另一方面,可以根据每一月或每一季的临时车锁使用情况确定哪些站点需要增加固定车桩。

具体地,如果自行车归还者希望归还自行车,但发现固定车桩已停满,无法通过固定车桩归还自行车,则可通过操作台提交还车请求。由接收模块接收,并由发送模块向操作台反馈固定车桩查询指令,以查询与操作台对应的停车点的固定车桩的使用情况,操作台根据反馈信息确定固定停车桩使用情况,并将其发送至接收模块。当固定车桩已经停满时,再去查询是否还有临时车锁可供使用,此时发送模块向操作台反馈临时车锁查询指令,以查询与停车点对应的临时车锁使用情况,操作台根据反馈信息确定临时车锁使用情况,并将其发送至接收模块。如果临时车锁有剩余,则处理模块生成临时车锁可用信息,并由发送模块将其发送至操作台,告知自行车归还者当前停车点具有临时车锁供其完成临时锁车。自行车归还者在知晓所在停车点具有可用临时车锁后,通过操作台提交使用临时车锁请求,并由操作台将使用临时车锁请求发送至接收模块。在接收到临时车锁请求后,由处理模块生成临时车锁车锁仓开仓指令,并由发送模块将其发送至操作台,由于临时车锁仓位于操作台对应的站点,临时车锁位于临时车锁仓内,故开仓指令用于控制打开所述临时车锁仓的仓门,供自行车归还者取用临时车锁。
优选地,自行车归还者在取用临时车锁并完成还车后,若手动关闭仓门,操作台生成仓门关闭反馈信息,并将其发送至接收模块,用以指示临时车锁仓的仓门已经关闭。

具体地,处理模块在查询停车点是否还具有可用的临时车锁时,如果临时车锁使用情况信息指示临时车锁没有剩余,为了使自行车归还者有其他途径尽快归还自行车,将查询临时车锁对应的当前停车点在预设范围内所有的附近停车点,预设范围可以是一公里、两公里,或者根据布置停车点时的站点间平均距离确定,以保证预设范围内具有至少一个附近停车点。处理模块生成附近停车点的地理位置信息,地理位置信息包括当前停车点和附近停车点的所在位置。为了使地理位置信息更加直观,地理位置信息以电子地图的形式表示,电子地图的显示内容包括每个附近停车点的固定车桩使用情况信息和临时车锁使用情况信息。因此,通过电子地图,不仅可以看到附近的停车点位置,也可以看到每个停车点的固定车桩和临时车锁的使用情况,方便自行车归还者自主选择最方便的停车点进行停车。如果在附近停车点中,还有固定车桩可用,或者附近停车点均没有固定车桩可用,但是有临时车锁可用,则确定和当前停车点最为接近的具有可用固定车桩或临时车锁的附近停车点,并在电子地图上生成当前停车点至距离最近的附近停车点的导航路线,方便自行车归还者尽快到达可以归还自行车的站点。

声光单元,用于根据所述锁车完成信号发出完成声光信号。
具体地,声光单元根据锁车完成信号发出完成声光信号,用于提示自行车归还者还车完成。
红外通信单元,用于发送所述锁车完成信号。
具体地,红外通信单元将锁车完成信号发送至操作台。

具体地,红外通信单元还将接收操作台发送的锁车反馈信号。由于采用红外通信方式,一方面,使用临时车锁锁定的公共自行车具有更大的停放面积,同时可以增加临时车锁的储量;另一方面,如果超出一定距离范围,临时车锁将收不到操作台的锁车反馈信号,说明临时车锁可能被盗,可以保证操作台监视一定范围内的临时车锁。
处理单元,还用于在红外通信单元未接收到所述锁车反馈信号时,生成锁车警告信号。
具体地,如果红外通信单元未接收到所述锁车反馈信号,说明临时车锁可能被盗,或者自行车还车者可能不规范使用临时车锁,从而生成锁车警告信号。
声光单元,还用于根据所述锁车警告信号发出警告声光信号。
具体地,声光单元根据锁车警告信号发出警告声光信号,用于提示自行车归还者规范使用临时车锁。
本发明实施例提供的公共自行车临时锁定系统的临时车锁可以和操作台通过红外通信,一方面,可以使通过临时车锁锁定的公共自行车具有更大的停放面积,并增加临时车锁的储量;另一方面,超出一定距离范围后,临时车锁将收不到操作台的锁车反馈信号,从而站点操作台监视一定范围内的临时车锁。

  1. 一种公共自行车临时锁定方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    接收操作台发送的还车请求,向所述操作台反馈固定车桩查询指令,所述固定车桩查询指令用于查询与所述操作台对应的停车点的固定车桩的使用情况,并接收所述操作台发送的固定车桩使用情况信息;
    当所述固定车桩使用情况信息指示所述固定车桩已停满时,则向所述操作台反馈临时车锁查询指令,所述临时车锁查询指令用于查询所述停车点对应的临时车锁的使用情况,并接收所述操作台发送的临时车锁使用情况信息;
    当所述临时车锁使用情况信息指示所述临时车锁有剩余时,则生成临时车锁可用信息,将所述临时车锁可用信息发送至所述操作台;
    根据所述操作台发送的使用临时车锁请求,生成临时车锁仓的开仓指令,将所述开仓指令发送至所述操作台,所述开仓指令用于控制打开所述临时车锁仓的仓门。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的公共自行车临时锁定方法,其特征在于,在所述接收所述操作台发送的临时车锁使用情况信息后,所述方法还包括如下步骤:
    当所述临时车锁使用情况信息指示所述临时车锁没有剩余时,则查询所述临时车锁对应的当前停车点在预设范围内所有的附近停车点,并生成所述附近停车点的地理位置信息,所述地理位置信息以电子地图的形式表示,所述电子地图的显示内容包括每个所述附近停车点的所述固定车桩使用情况信息和所述临时车锁使用情况信息;
    当所述附近停车点对应的所述固定车桩或所述临时车锁有剩余时,所述电子地图的显示内容还包括所述当前停车点至距离最近的所述附近停车点的导航路线;
    将所述附近停车点地理位置信息发送至所述操作台。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的公共自行车临时锁定方法,其特征在于,在所述生成临时车锁仓的开仓指令前,所述方法还包括如下步骤:
    接收所述操作台发送的身份标识;
    根据所述身份标识确认自行车归还者的身份信息,并生成身份确认信息;
    将所述身份确认信息发送至所述操作台。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的公共自行车临时锁定方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括如下步骤:
    当将所述开仓指令发送至所述操作台后达预设时长时,且没有收到仓门关闭反馈信息,生成所述临时车锁仓的关仓指令;
    将所述关仓指令发送至所述操作台,所述关仓指令用于控制关闭所述临时车锁仓的仓门。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的公共自行车临时锁定方法,其特征在于,该方法 还包括如下步骤:
    接收所述操作台发送的退锁请求;

    所述处理模块,还用于根据所述退锁请求再次生成所述临时车锁仓的所述开仓指令;
    所述发送模块,还用于将所述开仓指令发送至所述操作台,所述开仓指令用于控制打开所述临时车锁仓的仓门。
