[0002] 目前, 现有技术中, 料带 al即元件盒设置若干个料槽 a2即元件坑, 每个料槽内 单独放置有一个元件 a3, 贴片机通常包括贴装头、 供料器等常见组件, 料带上的 元件被依次从供料器供出, 贴装头从供料器上拾取元件后移动至线路板上进行 元件贴装。 如图 1, 每一个元件单独封装在料带 al即元件盒的一个料槽 a2即元件 坑内, 为方便取放, 元件 a3略小于料槽, 元件可在料槽内无规律的进行不大 2度 的水平转动或向料槽的某一边平移, 使得各个元件随机分布于料槽中的不同方 位。 有的元件与料槽的边缘呈一定的角度倾斜。 当元件运动至贴装头的正下方 吋, 在没有人为视觉处理的前提下, 贴装头以固定的角度和动作拾取、 贴装随 机分布于料槽不同方位的元件, 使得元件最终在线路板上的贴装朝向、 贴装位 置不统一, 影响产品质量和产品的一致性。
