[0002] 导光板应用较为广泛, 手机背光的匀化、 LED模组的匀化等; 目前导光板为了 能够在匀化上做到更加优异的效果, 通常采用在导光板的背面进行撞点的工艺 来实现, 即在导光板上撞上很多等距的凹坑, 撞点的形式非常多, 凹坑设置的 种类也非常多, 如图 1所示的导光板 al, 其中一种是矩阵的凹坑是一排大直径坑 点一排小直径坑点, 即两排大的坑点中间夹设一排小的坑点; 但是都是等距设 置; 目前, 该导光板撞点过程中, 通常将普通撞点机来两次撞点完成, 先撞大 凹坑, 然后再换上小直径的撞针, 然后再二次调整位置撞点, 这样在实际操作 过程中, 很容易在二次撞点之前调整位置的吋候出现很严重的偏差, 造成非常 大的成品浪费。
