Abstract

一种导光板撞点机,包括有第一定位气缸(a1),第一定位气缸(a1)动力端连接有平台板(a2),平台板(a2)下方设有多个撞点头机构,每个撞点头机构包括有主撞针(31)和多个环绕主撞针设置的副撞针(32);能够有效实现,先对大点进行撞击,然后可以不移动大点的针头,直接其他小点的一起撞击,有效解决移动错位以及两点之间凸起不均匀的问题。本撞点头可以撞点一组梅花后移动到下一位置进行第二次撞点,也可以连接几个本撞点头来形成矩阵式的撞点,方便快捷。

导光板撞点机 技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种导光板撞点机。
背景技术
[0002] 导光板的种类很多, 主要区别是在导光板表面为形成更好更均匀的漫反射而制 造的纹路或点状坑。 有一种导光板其表面是布满梅花状的点, 即一个大点周围 有若干个小点, 这样来提高匀光度, 提升导光板品质。 目前, 这种导光板的制 做方式主要依靠传统的撞点机来完成, 传统撞点机有一个普通的撞针, 该撞点 头来回移动, 为了达到该导光板的效果, 需要先撞一个大点, 才能撞然后再依 次撞出小点, 不能同吋进行撞点, 否则造成大点和小点之间导光出问题, 而这 样做的有两个缺点, 1、 容易错位, 造成小点的分布不均匀, 影响导光板品质。 2、 因为是依次撞点, 每个小点撞完后在撞下一个点之前, 两点之间的凸起不均 匀, 造成导光板品质下降。

[0007] 初始位置吋, 主撞针和副撞针的低端均位于贴面定位板和载板之间, 且主撞针 的长度短于副撞针的长度; 还包括有位于贴面定位板两侧、 连接贴面定位板和 载板的两个连接杆; 连接杆上设有幵窗; 还包括有从幵窗穿过的调节杆, 还包 括有位于幵窗内、 用于支撑调节杆的 U型架, U型架与幵窗内底面之间连接有支 撑弹簧; 调节杆中间套结有一个调节板; 还包括有位于调节板上方的、 用于下 压撞针的压板, 所述压板被一个驱动装置驱动下压。

[0026] 具体撞点方式和原理如下: 首先第一定位气缸将平台板调整到导光板的上方相 应位置, 每个撞点头机构的调节杆 51依次相互连接, 统一被一个旋转装置 a3驱动 。 初始位置吋, 主撞针 31和副撞针 32的低端均位于贴面定位板 11和载板 21之间 , 移动本撞点头, 将撞点头下压至导光板对应的地方, 将贴面定位板 11与导光 板抵靠在一起, 旋转调节杆 51, 将调节板 54调节成竖直状态, 即调节板 54垂直 于压板 61 ; 然后压板 61下压, 由于调节板 54的竖直高度加上主撞针 31的长度大 于副撞针 32, 因此压板 61下压只能通过调节板 54施加力向主撞针 31上的沿盖 34 , 然后主撞针 31的底部穿出贴面定位板 11, 对导光板进行一个撞击。 然后压板 6 1上升, 旋转调节杆 51, 调节板 54旋转成水平位置, 此吋, 压板 61下压, 可以直 接压到副撞针 32的沿盖 34上, 此吋副撞针 32集体下沉撞击导光板, 而主撞针 31 由于不受力, 不下撞, 从而形成了先主撞针 31撞击后, 其余所有副撞针 32同吋 下撞、 而且贴面定位板 11的作用以及副撞针 32的同吋下撞, 可以有效实现两点 之间坑的凸起均匀。 提高精确度。
