Abstract

机动车无照看自主制动系统,通过在机动车驾驶员座椅(1)内,设置压力传感器(2),当驾驶员离开座椅(1)后,压力传感器(2)所受到的压力降低至成年人体重的最小值或系统设定值,压力传感器(2)通过电信号通知机动车电脑控制单元(3)启动制动系统工作,完成刹车系统自主制动动作。该系统可以杜绝机动车自溜现象的发生,还可以判定驾驶员的体重是否满足驾驶车辆的条件,从而可以有效杜绝未成年人驾车或宠物驾车。

机动车无照看自主制动系统 技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种机动车无照看自主制动系统,主要解决机动车因驾驶员疏忽,在未启动手刹系统的情况下离开驾驶室,导致车辆出现无照看自溜的问题。
背景技术
机动车制动系统有比较完善的设计,但均需驾驶员来操作完成。目前尚未有一种在驾驶员离开驾驶室的情况下,防止机动车自溜的自主制动系统。
目前也尚未有一种可以判定驾驶员是否是未成年人或动物的系统。
技术问题
如果驾驶员疏忽,在车辆停止,档位挂入空档后,未能启动制动系统,就会造成车辆溜车,如果此时驾驶员已经离开驾驶室,则会因车辆自溜导致事故发生。
未成年人驾驶机动车,甚至一些宠爱动物人士将它们的宠物犬放进了驾驶室,这些情况下极易导致车辆事故。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术解决方案:在机动车驾驶员座椅内,设置压力传感器,当驾驶员离开座椅后,压力传感器所受到的压力降低至正常值,压力传感器通过电信号通知机动车电脑控制单元启动制动系统工作,完成刹车系统自主制动动作。所述的正常值,是指成年人体重的最小值或系统设定值。所述的电脑控制单元可以根据车辆的行驶速度和压力降低至正常值的时间来判定是否启动制动系统以及何时启动制动系统。
有益效果
使用机动车无照看自主制动系统,可以杜绝机动车自溜现象的发生,极大地减少因人为疏忽而导致的车辆溜车事故。还可以判定驾驶员的体重是否满足驾驶车辆的条件,从而可以有效杜绝未成年人驾车或宠物驾车。

对照附图1,图1是本发明的原理示意图。对照图1可以看出,在机动车驾驶员座椅1内,设置有压力传感器2,当驾驶员离开座椅后,压力传感器2所受到的压力降低至正常值,压力传感器2通过电信号通知机动车电脑控制单元3启动制动系统工作,完成刹车系统自主制动动作。
由于有了压力传感器2,我们就需要防止因驾驶员座椅上放置有物品而导致压力传感器2未能及时触发工作,所以,我们就需要给压力传感器设定一个压力值,这个压力值既可以是根据大数据科学计算出来的一个成年人体重的最小值,也可以是由厂家、或购车人所要求的一个设定值。
显然,这样我们就可以有效杜绝未成年人驾车或宠物驾车等情况的发生,因为未成年人或宠物的重量通常情况下是小于成年人的体重的。
需要注意的是,有些情况下,比如机动车高速行驶中因颠簸导致驾驶员被短暂弹起的情况,在这种情况下,如果制动系统被触发工作,极易导致严重事故,因此,该系统要防止这种情况的发生。当然,这也是很容易防止的。机动车上有很多传感器,最主要的就是速度传感器,因此,机动车的电脑控制单元完全可以根据车辆的行驶速度和压力传感器2的压力降低至正常值的时间来判定是否启动制动系统以及何时启动制动系统,这完全可以在软件设计中解决。
工业实用性
本发明使用的技术均为现有成熟技术,可以在工业生产中被设计制造和实际使用,具有工业实用性。

Claims (3)

  1. 机动车无照看自主制动系统,其特征是:在机动车驾驶员座椅内,设置压力传感器,当驾驶员离开座椅后,压力传感器所受到的压力降低至正常值,压力传感器通过电信号通知机动车电脑控制单元启动制动系统工作,完成刹车系统自主制动动作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的机动车无照看自主制动系统,其特征是:所述的正常值,是指成年人体重的最小值或系统设定值。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的机动车无照看自主制动系统,其特征是:所述的电脑控制单元可以根据车辆的行驶速度和压力降低至正常值的时间来判定是否启动制动系统以及何时启动制动系统。
