Description

自动售货方法、装置及系统 技术领域
本申请实施例涉及自动化设备领域,特别是涉及一种自动售货方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
自动售货装置一般用来销售食品、饮料、生活用品等小物品,由于其能实现无人自动售货,无需人工现场管理,降低了销售成本,提高了效率,因此得到了越来越广泛的应用。
目前市面上的自动售货装置很多,最常见的是自动售货机,用户根据自动售货机的指示进行对应的购买操作后(如投币、扫描二维码等),所购买的商品由自动售货机从出货口送出。然而采用这种售货方式,用户在选择物品时,只能根据物品的图片或者隔着柜门进行挑选,并不能像超市购物一样拿取实物来查看。
申请人在实现本申请的过程中发现,自动售货装置的柜门如果可以打开,使用户能拿取实物进行挑选,用户的购物体验更好,但是可能存在用户将商品利用完之后再放回货柜的不文明行为。
申请内容
本申请实施例主要解决的技术问题是提供一种自动售货方法、装置及系统,能够使用户拿取实物进行挑选,保证货柜里商品的完整性,购物体验更好。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种自动售货装置,包括货柜、柜门和智能锁,还包括:
身份验证模块,用于对用户进行身份验证;
主控模块,用于如果用户通过身份验证则控制智能锁开启、柜门打开;
标签扫描模块,用于在主控模块的控制下,定时扫描商品上的电子 标签;
重量检测模块,用于检测货柜上商品的重量变化,并将重量变化的检测结果发送至主控模块;
其中,主控模块,还用于根据对电子标签的扫描结果确定用户挑选的商品,根据用户挑选的商品的重量和重量变化判断用户挑选的商品是否完好。
可选地,主控模块,还用于:
在柜门关闭之后,控制智能锁锁上,以及控制标签扫描模块扫描商品上的电子标签,根据重量变化计算货柜上商品的最终重量变化;
根据对电子标签在柜门关闭之后的扫描结果确定用户的购物清单,判断购物清单上商品的总重量和最终重量变化是否匹配。
可选地,该装置还包括:
报警模块,用于如果商品不完好,或者购物清单上商品的总重量和最终重量变化不匹配,发出报警提示。
可选地,货柜包括多层货架和多块隔板,多层货架和隔板将货柜分隔成多个售货区,每个售货区的底部均设置有重量检测模块。
本申请实施例还提供一种自动售货方法,应用于一种自动售货装置,装置包括货柜、柜门和智能锁,该方法包括:
对用户进行身份验证;
如果用户通过身份验证则开启智能锁、打开柜门;
定时扫描商品上的电子标签;
检测货柜上商品的重量变化;
根据对电子标签的扫描结果确定用户挑选的商品,根据用户挑选的商品的重量和重量变化判断用户挑选的商品是否完好。
可选地,该方法还包括:
在柜门关闭之后,锁上智能锁,以及扫描商品上的电子标签,根据重量变化计算货柜上商品的最终重量变化;
根据对电子标签在柜门关闭之后的扫描结果确定用户的购物清单,判断购物清单上商品的总重量和最终重量变化是否匹配。
可选地,该方法还包括:
如果商品不完好,或者购物清单上商品的总重量和最终重量变化不匹配,发出报警提示。

本申请实施例的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本申请实施例的自动售货装置通过设置标签扫描模块定时扫描商品上的电子标签,设置重量检测模块检测货柜上商品的重量变化,主控模块根据对电子标签的扫描结果确定用户挑选的商品,根据用户挑选的商品的重量和货柜上商品的重量变化判断商品是否完好,既能方便用户拿取实物进行挑选,也保证了货柜里商品的完整性,购物体验更好。。

下面将结合附图对本申请的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
此外,下面所描述的本申请不同实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互结合。
请参阅图1,图1是本申请各个实施例涉及的一种实施环境的结构示意图。如图1所示,该实施环境包括自动售货装置10、服务器20以及用户30,其中,自动售货装置包括柜门101、智能锁102和货柜103,该自动售货装置上设有显示屏11、用户信息采集装置12、输入装置13。
其中,自动售货装置10可以是一种无人售货柜,自动售货装置10内部划分多个售货区,多个售货区用于盛放不同类别的商品。
用户信息采集装置12包括人脸识别装置、指纹识别装置以及声音识别装置、二维码扫描装置等,可以通过人脸识别装置、指纹识别装置、声音识别装置中以及二维码扫描装置的一种或多种对用户进行识别,以获取该用户的用户信息。
在自动售货装置10上设置的显示屏11可以是LED显示屏或者LCD显示屏等,该显示屏11用于显示商品信息,该商品信息包括根据用户信息采集装置12的识别结果向用户20推荐的商品信息(比如用户喜好的商品信息、商品打折信息等),该显示屏11还可以用于显示天气信息,以使购买商品的用户能够方便的获取天气信息,该显示屏11还可以显示其他一些广告信息等。
该输入装置13可以是键盘、触摸屏或者麦克风等。用户20可以通过输入装置13向自动售货装置10输入信息(比如商品查找信息等)。
其中,服务器20与自动售货装置10通过有线或无线网络连接,服务器20可以是云服务器,包括一台服务器或者服务器集群。服务器20与自动售货装置10进行数据通信,其可用接收用户信息采集装置12采集的信息,以及输入装置13输入的信息,通过分析确定用户的身份信 息、商品位置信息、商品打折信息等等,并通过显示屏11进行信息反馈。
其中,用户30即购买商品的自然人。
需要说明的是,图1中仅示出了一个自动售货装置10、显示屏11、用户信息采集装置12、输入装置13、服务器20以及用户30,本领域技术人员可以理解的是,还可以包括任意数量的售货柜、显示屏、用户信息采集装置、输入装置、服务器以及用户。
请参阅图2,图2为本申请实施例的一种自动售货装置的功能结构图,如图2所示,该装置包括:
身份验证模块110,用于对用户进行身份验证;
主控模块120,用于如果用户通过身份验证则控制智能锁开启、柜门打开;
标签扫描模块130,用于在主控模块的控制下,定时扫描商品上的电子标签;
重量检测模块140,用于检测货柜上商品的重量变化,并将重量变化的检测结果发送至主控模块;
其中,主控模块120,还用于根据对电子标签的扫描结果确定用户挑选的商品,根据用户挑选的商品的重量和货柜上商品的重量变化判断用户挑选的商品是否完好。
可选地,主控模块120,还用于:
在柜门关闭之后,控制智能锁锁上,控制标签扫描模块扫描商品上的电子标签,根据重量变化计算货柜上商品的最终重量变化;
根据对电子标签在柜门关闭之后的扫描结果确定用户的购物清单,判断购物清单上商品的总重量和最终重量变化是否匹配。
可选地,该装置还包括:
报警模块150,用于如果商品不完好,或者购物清单上商品的总重量和货柜上商品的最终重量变化不匹配,发出报警提示。
其中,如图3所示,货柜103包括多层货架104和多块隔板105, 多层货架104和多块隔板105将货柜103分隔成多个售货区106,每个售货区106的底部均设置有重量检测模块。
需要说明的是,本实施例的主控模块120包括至少一个处理器,以及与至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,存储器存储有可被至少一个处理器执行的指令,指令被至少一个处理器执行,以使至少一个处理器能够执行如上所述的步骤。
本实施例的自动售货装置通过设置标签扫描模块定时扫描商品上的电子标签,设置重量检测模块检测货柜上商品的重量变化,主控模块根据对电子标签的扫描结果确定用户挑选的商品,根据用户挑选的商品的重量和货柜上商品的重量变化判断商品是否完好,既能方便用户拿取实物进行挑选,也保证了货柜里商品的完整性,购物体验更好。
请参阅图4,图4为本申请实施例的一种自动售货方法的流程图,该方法可运用于上述的自动售货装置,如图4所示,该方法包括:
步骤201:对用户进行身份验证。
在本实施例中,需要在自动售货装置购买商品的用户都是预先进行注册了的用户,在服务器上存储有用户信息。自动售货装置的身份验证模块可为人脸识别装置、指纹识别装置、二维码扫描装置、蓝牙模块、红外模块或4G模块等的一种或多种,通过上述装置/模块可获取用户的相关用户信息,再将相关用户信息上传至服务器,待服务器验证该用户是否为注册用户,验证通过后,发送验证通过指令给自动售货装置。
或者用户也可向服务器直接请求身份验证,待服务器验证通过后,用户将验证通过信息发送给自动售货装置,自动售货装置通过上述装置/模块接收验证通过指令。在其他实施例中,自动售货装置本地存储有用户信息,通过上述装置/模块获取用户的相关用户信息后,可直接验证该用户是否为注册用户。
步骤202:如果用户通过身份验证则开启智能锁、打开柜门。
用户通过身份验证后,自动售货装置的主控模块控制智能锁开启、柜门打开,以方便用户拿取实物进行挑选,全面了解商品,如观看商品 的生产日期、营养成分表、注意事项等。
步骤203:定时扫描商品上的电子标签。
在本实施例中,货柜上的每一件商品都配置有固定的、不可拆卸的电子标签,货柜上安装有标签扫描模块,当柜门打开后,以及用户在整个购物过程中柜门为打开模式时,主控模块控制标签扫描模块定时扫描商品上的电子标签,以监测用户对商品的动作,如拿取商品的动作、放回商品的动作。为了保证能监测到用户对商品的动作,设置标签扫描模块的扫描频率较快,如每秒扫描200次或更多。
步骤204:检测货柜上商品的重量变化。
货柜上商品的底部设置有重量检测模块,用于检测货柜上商品的重量变化,在柜门打开之前,重量检测模块为清零模式,检测到货柜上商品的重量变化后,将检测结果发送至主控模块。
可选地,货柜包括多层货架和多块隔板,多层货架和多块隔板将货柜分隔成多个售货区,每个售货区的底部均设置有重量检测模块,当用户拿取或放回售货区的商品,重量检测模块均可检测到该售货区内商品的重量变化,并将每一次检测到的检测结果发送至主控模块。重量感应装置可以是重量传感器,也可以是电子秤等,在此不做限定。
需要说明的是,步骤203和步骤204的顺序是同时进行的,无先后之后。
步骤205:根据对电子标签的扫描结果确定用户挑选的商品,根据用户挑选的商品的重量和货柜上商品的重量变化判断用户挑选的商品是否完好。
在实际应用中,用户挑选商品的动作包括:拿取商品和放回商品。当用户拿取商品后,标签扫描模块无法扫描到该商品上的电子标签,主控模块根据标签扫描模块的反馈结果,可确定用户所拿取的商品和该商品的重量;另一方面,重量检测模块检测到货柜上或货柜上某个售货区内商品的重量变化,将检测结果发送至主控模块。主控模块根据用户拿取的商品的重量和重量检测模块的检测结果判断用户拿取的商品是否完好。
当用户放回商品后,标签扫描模块扫描到的电子标签有增加,主控模块根据标签扫描模块的反馈结果,可确定用户所放回的商品和该商品的重量;另一方面,重量检测模块检测到货柜上或货柜上某个售货区内商品的重量变化,将检测结果发送至主控模块。主控模块根据用户放回的商品的重量和重量检测模块的检测结果判断用户放回的商品是否完好。
其中,主控模块根据用户挑选的商品的重量和货柜上商品的重量变化判断商品是否完好时,允许一定数值上的误差,如,一件商品重量为100g,重量检测模块检测到的变化量为减少或增加95g-105g,该商品仍然认为是一件完好的商品。
本实施例通过定时扫描商品上的电子标签,检测货柜上商品的重量变化,根据对电子标签的扫描结果确定用户挑选的商品,根据用户挑选的商品的重量和货柜上商品的重量变化判断商品是否完好,既能方便用户拿取实物进行挑选,也保证了货柜里商品的完整性,购物体验更好。
请参阅图5,图5为本申请另一实施例的一种自动售货方法的流程图,该方法可运用于上述的自动售货装置,如图5所示,该方法包括:
步骤301:对用户进行身份验证。
步骤302:如果用户通过身份验证则开启智能锁、打开柜门。
步骤303:定时扫描商品上的电子标签。
步骤304:检测货柜上商品的重量变化。
步骤305:根据对电子标签的扫描结果确定用户挑选的商品,根据用户挑选的商品的重量和货柜上商品的重量变化判断商品是否完好。
步骤301-步骤305请参考上述实施例,其在本领域技术人员容易理解的范围内,在此不做赘述。
步骤306:如果商品不完好,发出报警提示。
在本实施例中,当柜门为打开模式时,用户可自由挑选商品,主控模块根据标签扫描模块的扫描结果确定用户对商品的动作:拿取或放回,如果用户放回商品,可根据用户挑选的商品的重量和重量检测模块 的检测结果判断商品是否完好,如果商品不完好,则发出报警提示,防止出现用户将商品利用后再放回的情况。
报警提示可为语音提示、振动提示或灯光提示的一种或多种,以对用户的不文明行为产生震慑作用。进一步,还可将报警信息记录至用户的诚信档案。
步骤307:在柜门关闭之后,锁上智能锁,扫描商品上的电子标签,根据重量变化计算所述货柜上商品的最终重量变化,根据对电子标签在柜门关闭之后的扫描结果确定用户的购物清单,判断购物清单上商品的总重量和货柜上商品的最终重量变化是否匹配。
当用户购物完成后,关上柜门,主控模块控制智能锁锁上,以及控制标签扫描模块扫描商品上的电子标签,根据预存的标签扫描模块的扫描结果,以及对电子标签在柜门关闭之后的扫描结果可确定用户的购物清单。可以理解,预存的标签扫描模块的扫描结果,即为上一位用户购物时标签扫描模块的最后一次扫描结果,或工作人员进行补货后标签扫描模块的扫描结果。
主控制器还根据每一重量检测模块每一次的重量变化计算货柜上商品的最终重量变化,判断购物清单上商品的总重量和货柜上商品的最终重量变化是否匹配。在本实施例中,在用户购物前,每一个售货区的重量检测模块均为清零模式,在用户购物的过程中,重量检测模块会将检测的每一次重量变化发送至主控模块,主控模块进行记录并计算。
例如,用户在整个购物过程中的动作为:拿取一瓶水(200g)-放回这瓶水-拿取一包烟(50g)-拿取一包瓜子(100g),在主控模块根据接收到的重量变化为:-200、+200、-50、-100,其中,-200、+200是同一重量检测模块的检测结果,-50、-100可以是不同重量检测模块的检测结果,也可以是跟上述重量检测模块的检测结果,主控模块计算后得到货柜上商品的最终重量变化:-150g。根据标签扫描模块的最后扫描结果确定用户的购物清单为一包烟和一包瓜子,货柜上商品的最终重量变化为-150g,判断购物清单上商品的总重量和货柜上商品的最终重量变化匹配。
同样地,判断购物清单上商品的总重量和货柜上商品的最终重量变化是否匹配,允许一定数值上的误差。因单次重量检测也允许出现一定的误差,若用户对商品所做的动作过小,可能有时检测不出用户将商品利用后再放回的情况,通过判断购物清单上商品的总重量和货柜上商品的最终重量变化是否匹配,可进一步确认商品的完整性。
步骤308:如果购物清单上商品的总重量和货柜上商品的最终重量变化不匹配,发出报警提示。
如果购物清单上商品的总重量和货柜上商品的最终重量变化不匹配,可能是用户遗留了东西在售货区,或者也存在用户将商品利用后再放回的情况。出现上述情况后,发出报警提示,以提醒用户。
本实施例在柜门关闭之后锁上智能锁,再次扫描商品上的电子标签,计算货柜上商品的最终重量变化,根据对电子标签在柜门关上之后的扫描结果确定用户的购物清单,判断购物清单上商品的总重量和货柜上商品的最终重量变化是否匹配,如果不匹配,发出报警提示,防止用户遗留东西在货柜内或杜绝不文明行为。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动售货装置,包括货柜、柜门和智能锁,其特征在于,还包括:
    身份验证模块,用于对用户进行身份验证;
    主控模块,用于如果所述用户通过身份验证则控制所述智能锁开启、柜门打开;
    标签扫描模块,用于在所述主控模块的控制下,定时扫描商品上的电子标签;
    重量检测模块,用于检测货柜上商品的重量变化,并将所述重量变化的检测结果发送至所述主控模块;
    其中,所述主控模块,还用于根据对所述电子标签的扫描结果确定用户挑选的商品,根据所述用户挑选的商品的重量和所述重量变化判断所述用户挑选的商品是否完好。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述主控模块,还用于:
    在所述柜门关闭之后,控制所述智能锁锁上,以及控制所述标签扫描模块扫描商品上的电子标签,根据所述重量变化计算所述货柜上商品的最终重量变化;
    根据对所述电子标签在所述柜门关闭之后的扫描结果确定所述用户的购物清单,判断所述购物清单上商品的总重量和所述最终重量变化是否匹配。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    报警模块,用于如果所述商品不完好,或者所述购物清单上商品的总重量和所述最终重量变化不匹配,发出报警提示。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述货柜包括多层货架和多块隔板,所述多层货架和多块隔板将所述货柜分隔成多个售货区,所述每个售货区的底部均设置有所述重量检测模块。
  5. 一种自动售货方法,应用于一种自动售货装置,所述装置包括货柜、柜门和智能锁,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    对用户进行身份验证;
    如果所述用户通过身份验证则开启智能锁、打开柜门;
    定时扫描商品上的电子标签;
    检测货柜上商品的重量变化;
    根据对所述电子标签的扫描结果确定所述用户挑选的商品,根据所述用户挑选的商品的重量和所述重量变化判断所述用户挑选的商品是否完好。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述柜门关闭之后,锁上所述智能锁,以及扫描商品上的电子标签,根据所述重量变化计算所述货柜上商品的最终重量变化;
    根据对所述电子标签在所述柜门关闭之后的扫描结果确定所述用户的购物清单,判断所述购物清单上商品的总重量和所述最终重量变化是否匹配。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    如果所述商品不完好,或者所述购物清单上商品的总重量和所述最终重量变化不匹配,发出报警提示。
  8. 根据权利要求5-7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述货柜包括多层货架和多块隔板,所述多层货架和多块隔板将所述货柜分隔成多个售货区,所述每个售货区的底部均设置有重量检测模块。
  9. 一种自动售货系统,其特征在于,包括:
    服务器;以及
    如权利要求1-4任一项所述的自动售货装置。
  10. 一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于使自动售货装置执行如权利要求5-8任一项所述的方法。
