Abstract
Description
- The present invention relates to vendors, and in particular to an automatic vendor which can make the goods to be outputted successfully and the burden of the motor is reduced.
- With reference to Fig. 1, the prior art vendor is illustrated. The prior art vendor has a small size and an irregular shape. The goods can be outputted from the vendor to the customer. The goods are packaged by an egg-like or a ball-like structure for being sold.
- Referring to Figs. 1 and 2, the prior art vendor has the following elements.
- A
body 10 is included. A lower side of thebody 10 has a good output opening 11 and a lower side of thebody 10 has a receivingchamber 12 for receiving goods. Acover 13 is installed at an upper side of thereceiving chamber 12. - A
groove 20 is installed below thereceiving chamber 12. A bottom of thegroove 20 is anoutlet 21. A lower side of theoutlet 21 is connected to one end of atransfer tube 22 and another end of thetransfer tube 22 is connected to the output opening 11 of thebody 10. - A
rotary disk 30 is installed in thegroove 20. A center of therotary disk 30 has aconvex portion 31. A top of the convexportion 31 is installed with a plurality of strip likeelastic rods 32. Therotary disk 30 is formed with a plurality of receivingholes 33 for receiving goods. Therotary disk 30 is driven by amotor 34 so as to rotate in thegroove 20. - By above mentioned structure, like the prior art vendors, in the present invention, the
cover 13 can be opened for placing goods into thereceiving chamber 12 for selling. When the customer buys the goods by inputting coins, therotary disk 30 will be driven by themotor 34 to rotate within thegroove 20. Arod 32 in therotary disk 30 will be driven simultaneously and the goods are driven to fall into the receivingholes 33 of therotary disk 30. The good 40 in therotary disk 30 is driven to displace by therotary disk 30 to drop out from theoutlet 21 and then moves along thetransfer tube 22 to the output opening 11 so that the customer can take out the good 40 from the output opening 11. - However, in the prior art, the
rotary disk 30 is installed below thereceiving chamber 12 and the weight of the goods is directly applied to therotary disk 30. If too much goods are drew into therotary disk 30 one time, the burden of themotor 34 for driving therotary disk 30 is too heavy to take out thegoods 40 successfully. To overcome this defect, it must take care about the number of the goods being placed into the rotary disk. However it is an inconvenient way. - Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide An automatic vendor comprises a body; a lower side of the body having a good output opening and an lower side of the body having a receiving chamber for receiving goods; a groove installed below the receiving chamber; a rotary disk installed in the groove; a first spacer in receiving chamber of the body; the first spacer installed in the receiving chamber; the first spacer being connected to a driving element; the driving element being driven by a driving machine; a second spacer fixedly installed in the receiving chamber and at an opposite side of the first spacer; a third spacer installed on the rotary disk; the third spacer being a right triangular plate which is obliquely installed an upper edge of the groove above the rotary disk so that the third spacer shields part of the rotary disk and at least partially shields an upper side of the outlet.
- By the first spacer and second spacer, all the weight of the goods in the receiving chamber will not directly apply to the rotary disk so as to reduce the burden of the motor and thus to avoid the destroy of the motor by over-heating. Moreover the operation of the rotary disk is more successfully and thus the goods are outputted successfully. Furthermore, by using a circuit to properly control the actuation of the driving machine, the driving element will drive the first spacer to move upwards and downwards so as to move the goods in the receiving chamber so that the goods in the receiving chamber will not interfere one another. Thus the goods in the receiving chamber may be fallen into the receiving chamber and then to the receiving holes to be sold. By the installation of the third spacer, all the weight of the goods will not directly apply upon the rotary disk and the burden of the motor as the rotary disk rotates. Furthermore, the third spacer causes that the goods fall into the receiving holes of the rotary disk in order for being sold.
- The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.
-
- Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a prior art vendor.

- In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
- Referring to Figs. 3 and 5, the embodiments of the present invention is illustrated. The structure of the present invention will be described herein.
- A
body 10, see Figs. 3 and 5, a lower side of thebody 10 has a good output opening 11 and an lower side of thebody 10 has areceiving chamber 12 for receiving goods. Acover 13 is installed at an upper side of thereceiving chamber 12. - A groove 20 (referring to Figs. 3 and 5) is installed below the
receiving chamber 12.
The good 40 in therotary disk 30 is driven to displace by therotary disk 30 so as to drop out from theoutlet 21 and then moves along thetransfer tube 22 to the output opening 11 so that the customer can take out the good 40 from the output opening 11. - The above-mentioned is like the prior art. However the novelty of the present invention will be described herein.
- Referring to Fig. 2, the present invention further comprises the following goods.
- A first spacer 50 (referring to Figs. 3 and 4) is in the
receiving chamber 12 of thebody 10. Thefirst spacer 50 is installed in the receivingchamber 12. Thefirst spacer 50 is connected to a drivingelement 80. The drivingelement 80 is driven by a driving machine 90 (in the drawing, it is illustrated by a motor). Thereby, thefirst spacer 50 is driven by a driving element 80 (in the drawing, it is illustrated by a linkage) to move upwards and downwards. - A second spacer 60 (referring to Figs. 3 and 4) is fixedly installed in the receiving
chamber 12 and is at an opposite side of thefirst spacer 50. The elevation of thesecond spacer 60 is different from thefirst spacer 50. - By above-mentioned structure, see Fig. 5, by the
first spacer 50 andsecond spacer 60, all the weight of the goods in the receivingchamber 12 will not directly apply to therotary disk 30 so as to reduce the burden of themotor 34 and thus to avoid the destroy of themotor 34 by overheating. Moreover the operation of therotary disk 30 is more successfully and thus the goods are outputted successfully. Furthermore, by using a circuit to properly control the actuation of the drivingmachine 90, the drivingelement 80 will drive thefirst spacer 50 to move upwards and downwards to move the goods in the receivingchamber 12 so that the goods in the receivingchamber 12 will not interfere one another. Thus the goods in the receivingchamber 12 may be fallen into the receivingchamber 12 and then to the receiving holes 33 to be sold. - Referring to Figs. 3 to 5, in the present invention, a
third spacer 70 can be installed on therotary disk 30. Thethird spacer 70 is a right triangular plate which is obliquely installed at an upper edge of thegroove 20 above therotary disk 30 so that thethird spacer 70 shields part of therotary disk 30 and at least partially shields an upper side of theoutlet 21. By the installation of thethird spacer 70, all the weight of the goods will not directly apply upon therotary disk 30 and the burden of themotor 34 as therotary disk 30 rotates. Furthermore, thethird spacer 70 causes that the goods fall into the receiving holes 33 of therotary disk 30 in order for being sold. - The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
