Description

盖板的抗眩目处理方法、抗眩目盖板及显示装置 【技术领域】
本发明涉及光学与显示技术领域,具体涉及一种盖板的抗眩目处理方法、抗眩目盖板及显示面板。
【背景技术】
随着科技的发展和社会的进步,手机已广泛应用于人们的日常生活中。为了避免用户在高亮度环境中观看手机屏幕时受到强光或者鬼影的干扰,业界通常对手机盖板的表面进行抗眩目处理,目前常用的盖板的抗眩目处理方法包括蚀刻法和喷涂法。但是,蚀刻法需要配置适当的酸液,不仅工艺繁琐,而且为了避免蚀刻废液污染环境,还需要对蚀刻废液进行处理,这使得制造成本居高不下,而采用喷涂法形成于盖板上的颗粒附着力不强,易脱落,抗眩目效果较差。
【发明内容】
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种盖板的抗眩目处理方法、抗眩目盖板及显示面板,能够确保抗眩目效果,简化制造工艺,降低成本。
本发明一实施例的盖板的抗眩目处理方法,包括:
在盖板的表面形成一层微米级无机颗粒;
在无机颗粒上形成一层有机物;
对盖板进行高温辊压处理,使得有机物熔融呈粘流态;
对经过高温辊压处理的盖板进行冷却处理,使得无机颗粒被有机物固化形成的膜分散固定于盖板上。
本发明一实施例的抗眩目盖板,包括基材以及覆盖于基材上的抗眩目膜,所述抗眩目膜包括由微米级无机颗粒和有机物依次通过高温辊压处理和冷却处理后形成的凹凸结构,其中所述无机颗粒被有机物固化形成的膜分散固定于基材上。
本发明一实施例的显示装置,其抗眩目盖板包括基材以及覆盖于基材上的抗眩目膜,所述抗眩目膜包括由微米级无机颗粒和有机物依次通过高 温辊压处理和冷却处理后形成的凹凸结构,其中所述无机颗粒被有机物固化形成的膜分散固定于基材上。
有益效果:本发明在高温辊压处理的过程中,有机物熔融呈粘流态,使得无机颗粒不会在熔融的有机物中形成团聚物,从而确保无机颗粒的均匀分布,在冷却处理后,熔融的有机物固化,可以将无机颗粒分散固定于盖板的表面并形成凹凸不平的微结构,改善无机颗粒在盖板表面的附着效果,确保抗眩目效果,本发明无需配置蚀刻酸液及处理蚀刻废液,因此能够简化制造工艺,能够降低成本。

【具体实施方式】
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明所提供的各个示例性的实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。在不冲突的情况下,下述各个实施例及其技术特征可以相互组合。
请参阅图1和图2,为本发明一实施例的盖板的抗眩目处理方法。所述抗眩目处理方法可以包括以下步骤S11~S14。
S11:在盖板的表面形成一层微米级无机颗粒。
所述盖板21可以为设置于电子设备屏幕外侧的透明玻璃基板或透明塑料基板,其所适用的电子设备包括但不限于手机、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,个人数字助理或平板电脑)等移动终端,以及佩戴于肢体或者嵌入于衣物、首饰、配件中的可穿戴设备。
本实施例可以采用喷涂方式在盖板21的表面形成一层无机颗粒22。具体地,将无机颗粒22注入喷头的腔体内,该喷头的顶端可以开设有一个大小可调的缝隙,然后控制盖板21和喷头相对移动,在移动过程中,无机颗粒22从喷头的缝隙中喷出,并均匀涂布在盖板21的表面上。其中,本实 施例可以通过调节所述缝隙的大小来控制无机颗粒22在盖板21表面上的涂布量。
所述无机颗粒22的制造材料包括但不限于玻璃纤维、Al2O3(三氧化二铝,又称氧化铝)中的至少一种。
当然,在执行喷涂无机颗粒22的工艺之前,本实施例可以对盖板21进行清洗,以除去盖板21表面的杂质。例如,对于制造材料为PET(Polyethylene terephthalate,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)或(Polyimide,聚酰亚胺)的盖板21,本实施例可以将盖板21浸没于由硫酸和双氧水按照体积比例为1∶1配置的混合液中,硫酸加速双氧水分解生成大量氧气,大量氧气能够带动杂质从盖板21表面脱离,从而完成快速清洗。
S12:在无机颗粒上形成一层有机物。
本实施例可以采用流延涂布方式形成一层有机物23。具体地,将有机物23注入涂布头的腔体内,该涂布头的顶端开设有一个大小可调的缝隙,然后控制盖板21和涂布头相对移动,在移动过程中,有机物23从涂布头的缝隙中流出,并均匀涂布在无机颗粒22上。其中,本实施例可以通过调节所述缝隙的大小来控制有机物23的涂布量。当然,本实施例也可以采用喷涂方式在无机颗粒22上形成一层有机物23。
所述有机物23的制造材料包括但不限于聚乙烯(polyethylene,PE)、PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)中的至少一种。
S13:对盖板进行高温辊压处理,使得有机物熔融呈粘流态。
高温辊压处理所需的温度大于有机物23的熔融温度(熔点)。以无机颗粒22和有机物23的制造材料分别为玻璃纤维和PMMA为例,玻璃纤维和PMMA的含量分别为60%和40%,鉴于PMMA的熔点为130~140℃,本实施例进行高温辊压处理的温度可以为150℃。
在高温辊压处理的过程中,加热的辊轮24对有机物23进行辊压,有机物23受热熔融并呈粘流态,此时无机颗粒22并未因受热而熔融。基于熔融的有机物23具有流动特性,熔融的有机物23在辊轮24辊压下形成一厚度均匀的层结构,无机颗粒22受到辊轮24辊压的作用会在熔融的有机物23中移动,并最终均匀分布于熔融的有机物23中,在此过程中,基于熔融的有机物23具有一定的粘性,无机颗粒22不会在熔融的有机物23中 形成团聚物,因此能够保证无机颗粒22在有机物23中的均匀分布效果。
S14:对经过高温辊压处理的盖板进行冷却处理,使得无机颗粒被有机物固化形成的膜分散固定于盖板上。
经过冷却处理后,熔融的有机物23固化形成一层膜,无机颗粒22由于有机物23的包裹而使得膜的表面具有凹凸结构,凹凸结构能够对光进行散射,从而实现抗眩目效果。需要说明的是,所述凹凸结构是一种微米级凹凸不平的微结构,熔融的有机物23在辊轮24辊压下并经过固化形成的膜虽然厚度均匀,但是辊轮24的尺寸远大于微米级,辊轮24辊压并不会影响微米级凹凸结构的形成。
相比较于现有技术的喷涂法,本实施例通过熔融的有机物23固化将无机颗粒22固定于盖板21的表面上,能够改善无机颗粒22在盖板21表面的附着效果,使得无机颗粒22不易脱落,耐摩擦,从而确保盖板21具有良好的抗眩目效果。
相比较于现有技术的蚀刻法,本实施例无需配置蚀刻酸液,也无需处理蚀刻废液,因此能够简化制造工艺,能够降低成本。
请参阅图3,为本发明一实施例的抗眩目盖板。所述抗眩目盖板30包括基材31以及覆盖于基材31上的抗眩目膜32。基材31可以为设置于电子设备屏幕外侧的盖板,其具有与图1所示盖板21相同的作用。所述抗眩目膜32包括由微米级无机颗粒321和有机物322依次通过高温辊压处理和冷却处理后形成的凹凸结构,其中无机颗粒321被有机物322固化形成的膜分散固定于基材31上。
在本实施例中,所述高温辊压处理和冷却处理的原理及过程,可参阅前述,此处不再赘述。所述抗眩目盖板30可由图1和图2所述实施例的方法制得,因此具有与其相同的有益效果。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,如图4所示,所述显示装置40包括显示面板41和抗眩目盖板42,抗眩目盖板42设置于显示面板41的出光方向上。显示面板41包括但不限于液晶显示面板、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)显示面板。抗眩目盖板42可以具有与图3所示抗眩目盖板30相同的结构,因此具有与其相同的有益效果。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种盖板的抗眩目处理方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    在盖板的表面形成一层微米级无机颗粒;
    在所述无机颗粒上形成一层有机物;
    对所述盖板进行高温辊压处理,使得所述有机物熔融呈粘流态;
    对经过所述高温辊压处理的盖板进行冷却处理,使得所述无机颗粒被有机物固化形成的膜分散固定于所述盖板上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述有机物的制造材料的折射率和所述无机颗粒的制造材料的折射率相等。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述无机颗粒的制造材料包括玻璃纤维、氧化铝Al2O3中的至少一种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述有机物的制造材料包括聚乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯PMMA中的至少一种。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在盖板的表面形成一层微米级无机颗粒之前,所述方法包括:
    对盖板的表面进行清洗。
  6. 一种抗眩目盖板,其中,所述抗眩目盖板包括基材以及覆盖于所述基材上的抗眩目膜,所述抗眩目膜包括由微米级无机颗粒和有机物依次通过高温辊压处理和冷却处理后形成的凹凸结构,其中所述无机颗粒被有机物固化形成的膜分散固定于所述基材上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的抗眩目盖板,其中,所述有机物的制造材料的折射率和所述无机颗粒的制造材料的折射率相等。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的抗眩目盖板,其中,所述无机颗粒的制造材料包括玻璃纤维、氧化铝Al2O3中的至少一种。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的抗眩目盖板,其中,所述有机物的制造材料包括聚乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯PMMA中的至少一种。
  10. 一种显示装置,其中,所述显示装置包括抗眩目盖板,所述抗眩目盖板包括基材以及覆盖于所述基材上的抗眩目膜,所述抗眩目膜包括由微米级无机颗粒和有机物依次通过高温辊压处理和冷却处理后形成的凹凸结 构,其中所述无机颗粒被有机物固化形成的膜分散固定于所述基材上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述有机物的制造材料的折射率和所述无机颗粒的制造材料的折射率相等。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述无机颗粒的制造材料包括玻璃纤维、氧化铝Al2O3中的至少一种。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述有机物的制造材料包括聚乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯PMMA中的至少一种。
