具体实施方式
一种烤盘悬浮组件,包括有壳体1、设置在壳体1内的烤盘2及发热件3,还包括有连接壳体1和烤盘2的扣件4、把发热件3推向烤盘2的弹性件5。烤盘2用于放置食材,根据食材的不同,烤盘2可以有多种选择,可以是图1中烤面包的烤盘2,也可以是图4中烤华夫饼的烤盘2,还可以是图如4中放置在展开后的上、下两部分的壳体1上的整体式烧烤用的烤盘2。

如图1-图7所示,一种烤盘悬浮组件,烤盘悬浮组件是烹烤装置中的部分结构。其中壳体1可以是包括有可相对旋转的上半部分和下半部分,壳体1的两个部分内均设置有烤盘2、发热件3、扣件4、弹性件5和挡件6,烹烤装置通过盖合的两部分壳体1使得两个烤盘2能够完成面包、三明治、华夫饼等面点类食物的封闭式烘烤,通过两个壳体1的相对旋转展开使得上半部分和下半部分相平齐的方式来完成肉类、蔬菜等食材的开放式烧烤,由于扣件4的设置,烤盘2可以设置为两个分别设置在上半部分和下半部分中的独立盘,也可以是设置为同时覆盖上半部分和下半部分的整体盘,整体盘相对于独立盘能够同时烧烤更多的食物。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种烤盘悬浮组件,包括有壳体(1)、设置在壳体(1)内的烤盘(2)及发热件(3),其特征在于,还包括有连接壳体(1)和烤盘(2)的扣件(4)、把发热件(3)推向烤盘(2)的弹性件(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种烤盘悬浮组件,其特征在于,所述弹性件(5)包括有连接壳体(1)和发热件(3)的压簧/扭簧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种烤盘悬浮组件,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)上设置有套设于压簧外的固定座(11)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种烤盘悬浮组件,其特征在于,所述扣件(4)包括有设置在烤盘(2)上的凹部(41)、设置在壳体(1)上移动嵌入凹部(41)中的凸起(42)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种烤盘悬浮组件,其特征在于,所述凸起(42)通过旋转方式进出凹部(41),壳体(1)上设置有拉动凸起(42)进入凹部(41)的拉簧(43)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种烤盘悬浮组件,其特征在于,所述扣件(4)包括有一端连接凸起(42)的杠杆(44)、推动杠杆(44)另一端使凸起(42)离开凹部(41)的按钮(45)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种烤盘悬浮组件,其特征在于,所述扣件(4)包括有设置在壳体(1)上的定位孔(46)以及设置在烤盘(2)上对应定位孔(46)的定位凸块(47)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种烤盘悬浮组件,其特征在于,包括有控制发热件(3)移动行程的挡件(6)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种烤盘悬浮组件,其特征在于,所述挡件(6)包括有沿弹性件(5)推力方向穿过发热件(3)的导向柱(61),导向柱(61)穿过发热件(3)的一端设置有挡片(62),导向柱(61)的另一端连接壳体(1)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种烤盘悬浮组件,其特征在于,所述发热件(3)包括有朝向弹性件(5)凹陷的凹槽(31),挡片(62)位于凹槽(31)内。
