Abstract

透明性を損なわず、防塵性能を向上させた防塵レンズ及びその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。ガラスレンズの表面に、少なくとも、導電性膜が形成されており、前記導電性膜は、TiO及びTiの少なくとも一方からなる酸化チタンの単層、或いは、前記酸化チタンを50%以上含む混合層で形成されており、前記導電性膜の膜厚は、1nm以上であり、前記導電性膜の面内方向の結晶粒径は、200nm以上である、ことを特徴とする防塵レンズ。

Description

防塵レンズ及びその製造方法
 本発明は、防塵レンズ及びその製造方法に関する。
 一般的に、光学ガラスは、抵抗率が高いため帯電しやすい。このため、光学ガラスを用いたレンズの表面には、塵埃が付着しやすいという問題がある。帯電した塵埃は、レンズ表面に付着すると取れにくく、レンズを用いた光学系により形成される像に、悪影響を及ぼす。
 下記の特許文献には、基板の表面に、不足当量酸化チタン膜を形成してなる、帯電防止性能を有する光学部材が開示されている。
特開2010-243601号公報
 しかしながら、特許文献1に示すように、酸化チタンを、酸素欠損させると、酸化チタン膜は、メタルに近づく。このため、膜の透過率が低下し透明性が損なわれる問題があった。
 本発明は、以上の問題意識に基づいてなされたものであり、透明性を損なわず、防塵性能を向上させた防塵レンズ及びその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。
 本発明の防塵レンズは、ガラスレンズの表面に、少なくとも、導電性膜が形成されており、前記導電性膜は、TiO及びTiの少なくとも一方からなる酸化チタンの単層、或いは、前記酸化チタンを50%以上含む混合層で形成されており、前記導電性膜の膜厚は、1nm以上であり、前記導電性膜の面内方向の結晶粒径は、200nm以上である、ことを特徴とする。
 本発明では、前記ガラスレンズの表面に、前記導電性膜の単層膜が形成されていてもよい。
 本発明では、前記ガラスレンズの表面に、前記導電性膜を含む反射防止膜が形成されており、前記反射防止膜の最外層は、前記ガラスレンズよりも屈折率の低い低屈折率膜で形成されていることが好ましい。
 本発明では、前記ガラスレンズの表面に形成された膜の表面抵抗は、1013(Ω/□)以下であることが好ましい。
 本発明の塵埃レンズの製造方法は、ガラスレンズの表面に、少なくとも、導電性膜を形成する工程、を含み、前記導電性膜を形成する工程では、TiO及びTiの少なくとも一方からなる酸化チタンの単層、或いは、前記酸化チタンを50%以上含む混合層を、1nm以上の膜厚で、面内方向の結晶粒径が200nm以上となるように形成する、ことを特徴とする。
 本発明では、前記導電性膜を蒸着法で成膜する際の基板加熱温度を、250℃以上とすることが好ましい。
 本発明では、前記導電性膜を成膜する際の酸素ガスを、5.0×10-3Pa以上のガス圧にて導入することが好ましい。
 本発明によれば、透明性を損なわず、防塵性能を向上させた防塵レンズ及びその製造方法を提供することができる。

 以下、本発明を実施するための形態(以下、単に「本実施形態」という。)について詳細に説明する。
 従来において、基板表面に成膜される酸化チタン膜を酸素欠損させることで、帯電防止性能を向上させる技術が知られている。しかしながら、酸素欠損は、膜をメタルに近づけることになり、透明性が損なわれ、光学膜として適切に使用することができない。
 そこで、このような技術背景の下、本発明者らは、透明性(透過性能)を損なうことなく導電性に優れた膜を開発するに至った。すなわち、本実施形態における防塵ガラスは、以下の特徴的部分を備えている。
(1)ガラスレンズの表面に、少なくとも、導電性膜が形成されている。
(2)導電性膜は、TiO及びTiの少なくとも一方からなる酸化チタンの単層、或いは、前記酸化チタンを50%以上含む混合層で形成されている。
(3)導電性膜の膜厚は、1nm以上である。
(4)導電性膜の面内方向の結晶粒径は、200nm以上である。
 図1は、本実施形態の防塵レンズの模式図である。図1に示す防塵レンズ1は、基板としてのガラスレンズ2と、ガラスレンズ2の光入射側の表面に形成された導電性膜3と、を有して構成される。
 ガラスレンズ2は、特に限定されるものでないが、例えば、監視カメラや車載カメラ用、及び、プロジェクター用のガラスレンズである。また、導電性膜3が成膜されるガラスレンズ2の表面は、例えば、非球面である。図1のガラスレンズ2は、例えば、負のパワーを有するメニスカスレンズであるが、正のパワーを有するメニスカスレンズであってもよいし、両凸レンズあるいは両凹レンズ等でもよい。ただし、ガラスレンズ2の表面は、非球面以外であってもよい。
 以下、ガラスレンズ2の表面に形成される導電性膜3及び、反射防止膜4について詳述する。
<第1実施形態>
 図2に示す第1実施形態では、ガラスレンズ2の表面に、導電性膜3の単層膜が形成されている。このように、図2では、導電性膜3が、ガラスレンズ2の表面に直接形成され、ガラスレンズ2と導電性膜3のみで構成されている。ただし、導電性膜3とガラスレンズ2と間に、密着性や導電性膜3の結晶性を向上させるための下地層(図示せず)が介在する形態も、第1実施形態に含まれる。
 上記(2)に記載したように、導電性膜3は、TiO(二酸化チタン)及びTi(五酸化三チタン)の少なくとも一方からなる酸化チタンの単層、或いは、酸化チタンを50%以上含む混合層で形成されている。
 酸化チタンは、TiO及びTiの化学式で示され、TiO及びTiは、本実施形態では、化学量論組成として酸素欠損していない酸化チタンと定義される。導電性膜3は、少なくとも、TiOを含むことが好ましい。Tiは、TiOを成膜する際の出発材料として用いることができ、Ti全てが、TiOに入れ替わった状態で成膜されてもよいし(相転移)、膜中にTiの一部が残されていてもよい。酸化チタンの組成分析は、既存の方法を用いることができ、例えば、分光光度計により測定することが可能である。なお、導電性膜3を構成する酸化チタンは、TiO単相、及び、TiOとTiとの混相のほか、Tiの単相で構成されていてもよい。
 また、導電性膜3は、酸化チタンが50%以上100%未満含される混合層であっても、酸化チタンが100%の単層であってもよい。混合層としては、酸化チタン以外の金属酸化物を混ぜたり、或いは、酸化チタン以外に、半導体物質、導電性物質、及び絶縁性物質の少なくともいずれかを混合させることができる。なお、導電性膜3に含まれる酸化チタン以外の材質は、酸化チタンとの混合層において、透明性を保ちつつ、導電性を向上させることが可能な材質であることが必要である。酸化チタン以外の材質としては、SiO、Ta、Nb、ZrO、Al、MgFといった、一般的に蒸着材料として使われる物質が使用可能である。
 導電性膜3が混合層で形成される場合、酸化チタンは80%以上含まれていることが好ましい。
 なお、本実施形態において、含有量である「%」は、「質量%」である。
 上記(3)に記載したように、導電性膜3の膜厚は、1nm以上である。本実施形態において、導電性膜3の膜厚の上限値を限定するものでない。ただし、膜厚の上限値は500nm程度以下であることが好ましい。膜厚は、例えば、縦断面TEM写真(膜厚方向に切断し、その切断面を観察したTEM写真)を用いて測定することができる。なお本実施形態では、導電性膜3の膜厚が上記の範囲となるように制御するが、測定条件等により測定誤差やずれが生じた場合でも、例えば、透明性を保ちつつ、所望の導電性(表面抵抗)を満たすことで、本実施形態の構成を含むものと推測することが可能である。
 導電性膜3の膜厚は、結晶粒径の観点から、5nm以上であることが好ましく、10nm以上であることがより好ましく、30nm以上であることが更に好ましい。また、導電性膜3の膜厚は、透明性の観点から、400nm以下であることが好ましく、300nm以下であることがより好ましく、200nm以下であることが更に好ましい。
 上記(4)に記載したように、導電性膜3の面内方向の結晶粒径は、200nm以上である。本実施形態において、導電性膜3の結晶粒径の上限値を限定するものでない。ただし、結晶粒径の上限値は、1000nm程度以下であることが好ましい。結晶粒径は、膜表面、或いは、横断面(膜厚方向に対する垂直方向の面)のSEM写真を用いて測定することができる。すなわち、導電性膜3の結晶粒径は、面内方向(膜厚方向に対して直交する方向の面)の結晶粒径として定義される。なお、本実施形態では、導電性膜3の結晶粒径が上記の範囲となるように制御するが、測定条件等により測定誤差やずれが生じた場合でも、例えば、透明性を保ちつつ、所望の導電性(表面抵抗)を満たすことで、本実施形態の構成を含むものと推測することが可能である。
 導電性膜3の結晶粒径は、導電性(表面抵抗)の観点から、300nm以上であることが好ましく、400nm以上であることがより好ましい。また、導電性膜3の結晶粒径は、導電性膜3の表面平坦性や機械強度の観点から、900nm以下であることが好ましく、800nm以下であることがより好ましく、700nm以下であることが更に好ましく、600nm以下が最も好ましい。
 導電性膜3の表面抵抗は、1013(Ω/□)以下であることが好ましい。表面抵抗は、5×1012(Ω/□)以下であることがより好ましく、5×1011(Ω/□)以下であることが更に好ましく、1011(Ω/□)以下であることが最も好ましい。
<第2実施形態>
 図3に示す第2実施形態では、ガラスレンズ2の表面に、導電性膜3を含む反射防止膜4が形成されている。反射防止膜4を構成する各膜は、いずれも透明性に優れた材料である。
 反射防止膜4は、例えば、低屈折率膜と高屈折率膜(低屈折率膜よりも屈折率が高い)とを交互に積層した構成とすることができる。このとき、図3に示すように、反射防止膜4の最外層は、ガラスレンズ2よりも屈折率の低い低屈折率膜5で形成される。導電性膜3は、一般的に、ガラスレンズ2の屈折率より高くなるため、導電性膜3は、反射防止膜4の最外層以外に位置する高屈折率膜であることが好ましい。
 図3に示す第2実施形態では、反射防止膜4は、ガラスレンズ2側から、低屈折率膜5、高屈折率膜としての導電性膜3及び、最外層としての低屈折率膜5の順に積層されている。図3では、反射防止膜4を3層構造としたが、層数は、一例に過ぎない。よって、反射防止膜4は、導電性膜3と低屈折率膜5の2層構造としてもよいし、4層以上で構成されてもよい。このとき、高屈折率膜の少なくとも一層に、本実施形態の導電性膜3を用いればよいが、全ての高屈折率膜が、本実施形態の導電性膜3であることが好ましい。すなわち、例えば、反射防止膜4は、低屈折率膜5/導電性膜3/低屈折率膜5/導電性膜3/・・・低屈折率膜5の積層構造で形成される。
 なお、反射防止膜4の層数の上限を限定するものでないが、例えば、15層程度以下、好ましくは、10層程度以下である。反射防止膜4の積層数や、材質は、反射率を抑制する波長領域に基づいて種々選択できる。
 本実施形態では、反射防止膜4を構成する低屈折率膜5の材質を限定するものでないが、例えば、低屈折率膜5は、SiO、Al、及びMgFから選択される単層膜又は2種以上を含む混合膜で形成される。
 反射防止膜4の膜厚を限定するものでないが、反射防止膜4の膜厚(トータル厚)は、50nm~500nm程度である。
 第2実施形態における1層あるいは2層以上の導電性膜3は、夫々、上記に挙げた(2)~(4)の特徴を全て備えている。なお、上記のように、第2実施形態における反射防止膜4の膜厚は、50nm~500nm程度であることが好ましいので、この範囲に収まるように、各導電性膜3の膜厚は調節される。導電性膜3の積層数が多くなるほど、導電性膜3の各膜厚の上限値は、より低い値にて調節される。例えば、第2実施形態では、導電性膜3の層数が4層程度以下であるとき、各導電性膜3の膜厚は、10nm~100nm程度であることが好ましい。
 第2実施形態における反射防止膜4の表面抵抗は、1013(Ω/□)以下であることが好ましい。表面抵抗は、5×1012(Ω/□)以下であることがより好ましく、5×1011(Ω/□)以下であることが更に好ましく、1011(Ω/□)以下であることが最も好ましい。
 上記したように、第1実施形態及び第2実施形態では、導電性膜3の材質、膜厚及び結晶粒径を夫々規定する。
 結晶粒径と抵抗率との関係について考察する。結晶粒径が大きくなると、単位体積当たりに占める結晶粒界の数は少なくなる。結晶粒界は、電子移動を阻害する要因になるため、結晶粒界が少なくなることで、電子移動が起こりやすくなる。また、電子は、結晶粒界に沿って流れる。結晶粒径が大きくなると、単位体積当たりに占める結晶粒界の数は少なくなり、その結果、単位体積当たりに占める結晶粒界のトータル長さは短くなる。このため、結晶粒径が大きいほど電子の流れる距離を短くできる。以上により、結晶粒径が大きくなると、抵抗率は低下するものと考えられる。よって、結晶粒径を大きくすることで、導電性を高めることができる。
 また、本実施形態では、導電性膜3に使用される酸化チタンは、TiO及びTiであり、酸素欠損が生じていない。このため、膜の透明性が損なわれない。また、導電性膜3の膜厚は、適度に薄く形成されており、結晶粒径の成長促進とともに、透明性を適切に、保つことができる。
 以上により、第1実施形態及び第2実施形態における防塵レンズ1は、透明性を損なわず、優れた導電性を得ることができ、防塵性能を効果的に向上させることができる。また、第2実施形態では、防塵性能とともに、優れた反射防止効果を得ることができる。
<防塵レンズの製造方法>
 図2に示す第1実施形態の防塵レンズの製造方法について説明する。図2に示す防塵レンズ1では、ガラスレンズ2の表面に、導電性膜3を成膜する。このとき、導電性膜3を、TiO及びTiの少なくとも一方からなる酸化チタンの単層、或いは、前記酸化チタンを50%以上含む混合層にて、1nm以上の膜厚で成膜する。また、この際、導電性膜3の面内方向の結晶粒径が200nm以上となるように形成する。
 成膜方法を限定するものではないが、例えば、導電性膜3を、イオンビームアシスト蒸着(Ion-beam Assisted Deposition:IAD)法、或いは、電子ビーム(Electron Beam:EB)法により成膜することができる。イオンビームアシスト蒸着法では、真空蒸着中に、イオン銃で、ガスイオンを基板であるガラスレンズの表面に照射する。また、電子ビーム法では、高真空雰囲気の中で、蒸発材料をるつぼに入れ、電子ビームをるつぼに照射し、るつぼ中の蒸発材料を加熱蒸発させる。
 例えば、本実施形態では、蒸着材料としてTiを用い、成膜チャンバ内にて減圧下で、Tiを加熱蒸発させる。蒸発したTiは、基板としてのガラスレンズ2の表面に向かう。このとき、O2と結合し、Tiは、TiOとなってガラスレンズ2の表面に堆積する。したがって、蒸着法を用いて導電性膜3を成膜する場合、導電性膜3は、TiO単相か、或いは、TiOとTiとの混相となりやすい。
 また、本実施形態では、導電性膜3を蒸着法で成膜する際、成膜チャンバ内での基板加熱温度を、250℃以上とすることが好ましい。また、基板加熱温度の上限値を限定するものでないが、例えば、400℃以下に調節することができる。
 また、導電性膜を成膜する際の酸素ガスを、5.0×10-3Pa以上のガス圧にて導入することが好ましい。また、酸素ガスのガス圧を、1.0×10-2Pa~3.0×10-2Pa程度にて調節することがより好ましい。
 このように、基板加熱温度及び酸素ガスのガス圧を調節することで、導電性膜3の面内方向の結晶粒径が200nm以上となるように適切に、制御することができる。
 図3に示す第2実施形態の防塵レンズの製造方法では、ガラスレンズ2の表面に、反射防止膜4を成膜する。このとき、成膜チャンバ内での基板加熱温度を上記のように250℃以上の減圧下で保持したまま、低屈折率膜5及び導電性膜3を順に蒸着法にて成膜する。このとき、反射防止膜4の最外層が低屈折率膜5となるように積層順や積層数を調節する。
 低屈折率膜5及び導電性膜3を蒸着法で成膜する場合、イオンビームアシスト蒸着法を用いることが、各膜間の密着性を高めることができ好ましいが、低屈折率膜5としてMgFを用いる場合、イオンビームアシスト蒸着法を使用できない。したがって、例えば、最外層としてMgFを用い、それ以外の低屈折率膜5にはSiO等の酸化膜を用いる場合は、最外層を除く低屈折率膜5及び導電性膜3を、イオンビームアシスト蒸着法で成膜する。そして、最外層のMgFを電子ビーム法で成膜する。このように、成膜する材質等に応じて、反射防止膜4を2種以上の成膜方法で成膜することができる。
 本実施形態における防塵レンズ1の製造方法では、TiO及びTiの少なくとも一方からなる酸化チタンの単層、或いは、酸化チタンを50%以上含む混合層であり、1nm以上の膜厚を有し、200nm以上の面内方向の結晶粒径を有する導電性膜3を、簡単且つ適切に成膜することができる。このように、従来と異なり、酸化チタンを酸素欠損させずに成膜するため、導電性膜3の透明性を保つことができる。また、導電性膜3を成膜した際、酸化チタンの結晶粒径を200nm以上に大きくできるため、抵抗率を減少させることができる。この結果、導電性膜3の導電性を高めることができ、帯電しにくい膜とすることができる。よって、本実施形態の導電性膜3をガラスレンズ2の表面に有することで、塵埃が付着しにくい防塵ガラスを製造することができる。
 また、第2実施形態では、導電性膜を用いた反射防止膜を成膜することができる。すなわち、反射防止機能を兼ね備えた防塵レンズを製造することが可能である。
 なお、上記した防塵レンズの製造方法では、導電性膜3を、蒸着法にて成膜したが、スパッタ法で成膜することもできる。
 以下、本実施形態を実施例及び比較例を用いてより具体的に説明する。実験では、以下に示す実施例1から実施例6及び比較例1を製造した。
[実施例1]
 実施例1では、以下の表1に示す材料を用い、表1に示す基板加熱温度にて、反射防止膜を成膜し、表1に示す膜厚及び屈折率を有する防塵レンズを得た。なお、ガラスレンズの屈折率nd(d線(588nm)での屈折率)は、1.85135であった。ガラスレンズの屈折率ndは、実施例2から実施例6及び比較例1においても同様である。ここで、各層の屈折率は、膜の反射率から換算して求めた(大気中の膜の屈折率に該当)。具体的には、大気中に取り出した基板を、オリンパス(株)製の顕微鏡型分光測定機(USPM―RU3)にて反射率を測定し、屈折率に換算して求めた。なお、屈折率は、波長550nmにおけるものである。また、膜厚は、例えば、断面TEM写真を用いて測定することができる。上記の屈折率、及び膜厚の測定は、実施例2から実施例6及び比較例1においても同様である。

 実施例1では、基板加熱温度を350℃とし、SiOと導電性膜とを、イオンアシストビーム蒸着法にて、交互に6層まで積層した。導電性膜は、Tiを出発原料として蒸着され、このとき、Tiの全部又は一部が、TiOに入れ替わって成膜されやすい。導電性膜の膜構造は、分光光度計により測定することができる。本実施例では、導電性膜は、TiO単相、Ti単相、或いは、TiO及びTiの混相のいずれかの膜構造であればよい。
 また、導電性膜の成膜の際の、酸素ガスのガス圧を、2.0×10-2Pa程度とした。このガス圧は、実施例2から実施例6及び、比較例1において同様である。
 また、実施例1では、反射防止膜の最外層として、電子ビーム法にて、MgFを成膜した。
[実施例2]
 実施例2では、以下の表2に示す材料を用い、表2に示す基板加熱温度にて、反射防止膜を成膜し、表2に示す膜厚及び屈折率を有する防塵レンズを得た。

 実施例2では、基板加熱温度を250℃とし、SiOと導電性膜とを、イオンアシストビーム蒸着法にて、交互に8層まで積層した。また、実施例2では、反射防止膜の最外層として、MgFを、電子ビーム法にて、成膜した。
[実施例3]
 実施例3では、以下の表3に示す材料を用い、表3に示す基板加熱温度にて、導電性膜を成膜し、表3に示す膜厚及び屈折率を有する防塵レンズを得た。

 実施例3では、基板加熱温度を350℃とし、ガラスレンズの表面に、導電性膜を一層のみ成膜した。
[実施例4]
 実施例4では、以下の表4に示す材料を用い、表4に示す基板加熱温度にて、反射防止膜を成膜し、表4に示す膜厚及び屈折率を有する防塵レンズを得た。

 実施例4では、基板加熱温度を350℃とし、MgFと導電性膜とを、電子ビーム法にて、交互に7層まで積層した。
[実施例5]
 実施例5では、以下の表5に示す材料を用い、表5に示す基板加熱温度にて、反射防止膜を成膜し、表5に示す膜厚及び屈折率を有する防塵レンズを得た。

 実施例5では、基板加熱温度を350℃とし、Alと導電性膜とを、イオンアシストビーム蒸着法にて、交互に6層まで積層した。また、実施例5では、反射防止膜の最外層として、MgFを、電子ビーム法にて、成膜した。
[実施例6]
 実施例6では、以下の表6に示す材料を用いて、反射防止膜を成膜し、表6に示す膜厚及び屈折率を有する防塵レンズを得た。

 実施例6では、基板加熱温度を25℃(無加熱)とし、スパッタ法にて、SiOと導電性膜とを、交互に6層まで積層した。
[比較例1]
 比較例1では、以下の表7に示す材料を用い、表7に示す基板加熱温度にて、反射防止膜を成膜し、表7に示す膜厚及び屈折率を有する防塵レンズを得た。

 比較例1では、基板加熱温度を200℃とし、SiOと導電性膜とを、電子ビーム法にて、交互に7層まで積層した。
[表面抵抗の測定]
 各実施例及び比較例の各膜の表面抵抗を、三菱化学製ハイレスタ-UXを用いて測定した。
[表面抵抗の測定結果]
 実施例1の表面抵抗は、3.84×1010(Ω/□)、実施例2の表面抵抗は、2.00×1010(Ω/□)、実施例3の表面抵抗は、1.80×1010(Ω/□)、実施例4の表面抵抗は、4.00×1010(Ω/□)、実施例5の表面抵抗は、5.00×1011(Ω/□)、実施例6の表面抵抗は、3.50×1012(Ω/□)、比較例1の表面抵抗は、5.00×1014(Ω/□)であった。
 この実験結果から、各実施例は、比較例に比べて、表面抵抗を小さくできることがわかった。
 実験結果に基づいて、本実施例の表面抵抗は、1013(Ω/□)以下が好ましい範囲であると規定した。なお、表面抵抗は、5×1012(Ω/□)以下がより好ましく、5×1011(Ω/□)以下が更に好ましく、1011(Ω/□)以下が最も好ましい範囲と規定した。
 また、実施例3のように、レンズ表面に、導電性膜を単層膜で形成することで、効果的に、表面抵抗を小さくすることができるとわかった。
 また、導電性膜と低屈折率膜とを交互に積層した反射防止膜を、レンズ表面に成膜した形態において、積層数、材質、及び成膜方法を変えても、低い表面抵抗を得ることができるとわかった。
[実施例1と比較例1との結晶粒径の測定]
 図4は、実施例1の膜表面のSEM写真であり、図5は、図4の一部分を模式的に示した模式図である。図6は、比較例1の膜表面のSEM写真であり、図7は、図6の一部分を模式的に示した模式図である。
 図4、図6に示すように、SEM写真に現れる、複数の結晶の長径と短径とを測定した。長径は、各結晶の最も長い径の長さであり、短径は、長径に対して交差する方向であって、長径よりも短い側の径である。
 表8は、実施例1の結晶粒径の測定結果を示し、表9は、比較例1の結晶粒径の測定結果を示す。

 表8及び表9に示すように、結晶粒径(平均値)は、実施例1のほうが比較例1よりも大きくなった。一例ではあるが、実施例1では、比較例1に比べて、10倍以上の大きい結晶粒径が得られた。
 結晶粒径の大きさは、一つには、蒸着の際の基板加熱温度により制御できると考えられる。実施例1では、比較例1よりも基板加熱温度が高い。本実施例では、実験結果に基づいて、導電性膜を蒸着法で成膜する際の基板加熱温度を、250℃以上に制御することが好ましいとした。
 本発明の防塵レンズは、透明性を損なうことなく、高い導電性(低い表面抵抗)を得ることができる。したがって、本発明の防塵レンズは、透明性を保持しつつ、優れた防塵性能を得ることができる。
 また、本発明の防塵レンズは、防塵性能とともに、優れた反射防止効果を得ることもできる。
 したがって、本発明の防塵レンズは、レンズ表面への塵埃の付着を抑制することができ、監視カメラや車載カメラ用、及びプロジェクター用のガラスレンズに好ましく適用することができる。

Claims (7)

  1.  ガラスレンズの表面に、少なくとも、導電性膜が形成されており、
     前記導電性膜は、TiO及びTiの少なくとも一方からなる酸化チタンの単層、或いは、前記酸化チタンを50%以上含む混合層で形成されており、
     前記導電性膜の膜厚は、1nm以上であり、
     前記導電性膜の面内方向の結晶粒径は、200nm以上である、
     ことを特徴とする防塵レンズ。
  2.  前記ガラスレンズの表面に、前記導電性膜の単層膜が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防塵レンズ。
  3.  前記ガラスレンズの表面に、前記導電性膜を含む反射防止膜が形成されており、
     前記反射防止膜の最外層は、前記ガラスレンズよりも屈折率の低い低屈折率膜で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防塵レンズ。
  4.  前記ガラスレンズの表面に形成された膜の表面抵抗は、1013(Ω/□)以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の防塵レンズ。
  5.  ガラスレンズの表面に、少なくとも、導電性膜を形成する工程、を含み、
     前記導電性膜を形成する工程では、TiO及びTiの少なくとも一方からなる酸化チタンの単層、或いは、前記酸化チタンを50%以上含む混合層を、1nm以上の膜厚で、面内方向の結晶粒径が200nm以上となるように形成する、
     ことを特徴とする防塵レンズの製造方法。
  6.  前記導電性膜を蒸着法で成膜する際の基板加熱温度を、250℃以上とすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の防塵レンズの製造方法。
  7.  前記導電性膜を成膜する際の酸素ガスを、5.0×10-3Pa以上のガス圧にて導入することを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6に記載の防塵レンズの製造方法。
