如图2所示,内置中置电机3的自行车车管设为自行车车架的下管2,其下端与后下叉9和座管11的下端连接,另一端与头管1连接,电动自行车的中置电机3与齿轮箱4配合传动,当中置电机3工作时,通过齿轮箱4带动链轮5旋转,从而驱动自行车;齿轮箱4包含传动齿轮和离合装置,中置电机3与齿轮箱4配合传动属于现有技术,其具体结构不再详细描述;中置电机3与齿轮箱4采用一体化设计以保证动力传输的平稳,其中,中置电机3从电机容置腔22的开口侧插入并固定在电机容置腔22内,此时中置电机3完全收纳于管体21内并与管体21融为一体;将齿轮箱4的齿轮中轴41插入五通管23后用中轴螺母42锁紧即可将中置电机3和齿轮箱4固定在管体21上;当需要对中置电机3或齿轮箱4进行维护时,松开中轴螺母42即可将中置电机3和齿轮箱4一同从下管2上取下。
本发明的车管可以使用多种不同的材质制造,例如铝,不锈钢,其他金属或合金材料,还可以用不同系列的塑料型材,比如聚合物或纤维增强塑料来实现,制造车管的工艺可以采用挤压、液压、锻或拉挤等常规方式。
可选的,用于插入并容纳中置电机3的车管可以是具有多个壁面例如四个的扁平管,车管的两端可以具有相同的高度,也可以是容纳中置电机3的车管下端部的高度大于其连接至头管1的另一端的高度。
为使中置电机3安装在电机容置腔22内且不凸出车管,电机容置腔22需要与中置电机3的形状与尺寸相协调。
优选地,中置电机3的中轴与齿轮中轴41平行,齿轮中轴41插入五通管23后两端分别连接左曲柄8和右曲柄7,链轮5经齿轮中轴41与齿轮箱4配合传动,右曲柄7锁紧链轮5,当中置电机3工作时,齿轮箱4将中置电机3的动力传输至链轮5上带动链轮5转动,从而驱动自行车,齿轮箱4设置在车管的外面,由于齿轮箱4外侧有链轮盖遮档,因此不影响整体美观。
优选地,车管上还设置有电池仓24,驱动电动自行车所需的电池可以安装固定在电池仓24内,电池仓24可设置成单侧开口以方便电池放入或取出。可选地,车管上的电池仓24为管体21上侧凹下去的一段与电池形状尺寸相匹配的缺口,管体21承托电池放置并固定在该缺口上,电池与管体21融为一体。
为使自行车的车架具有流线型的美感,自行车车管的外部宽度以小于或等于五通管23的长度为宜,中置电机3需被收纳在自行车车架内,因此中置电机3的宽度相应地不超过车管的宽度。
当车管作为自行车车架的座管11时,其下端与后下叉9和下管2的下端连接,另一端连接后上叉10,此种情形的实施例很容易理解,不再单独图示。
图3和图4分别示出了在安装了中置电机3和齿轮箱4之后的电动自行车车架的左、右侧试图。
图5示出了一种采用本发明的车架制成的电动自行车,将齿轮中轴41插入五通管23后,中置电机3和齿轮箱4安装固定在管体21上,中置电机3整体隐藏在管体21内,齿轮箱4外露于管体21的一侧并被链轮盖所遮挡,齿轮中轴41两端分别连接左曲柄8和右曲柄7可采取人力驱动自行车,链轮5经齿轮中轴41与齿轮箱4配合传动,在图5中被遮挡或未标注的部件可参照图2。
与现有电动自行车车管、车架相比,本发明通过在车管上设置电机容置腔和五通管,使得中置电机完全内置于车管内,既解决了传统中置电机安装费时、费力且不经济的缺陷,还使得电动自行车的外观更接近普通自行车,与传统电动自行车相比更具流线型的美感。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (13)
- 一种内置中置电机的自行车车管,该车管可作为自行车车架的下管或座管,包括:管体(21)、中置电机(3)和齿轮箱(4),所述中置电机(3)和齿轮箱(4)配合传动并集成为一体,其特征在于:所述管体(21)的下端部设置有五通管(23)以及与所述中置电机(3)外轮廓匹配的电机容置腔(22),所述中置电机(3)可拆卸地放置在所述电机容置腔(22)内,所述齿轮箱(4)的齿轮中轴(41)穿过所述五通管(23)后将所述中置电机(3)和齿轮箱(4)锁定在所述车管上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的内置中置电机的自行车车管,其特征在于:所述管体(21)为具有多个壁面的扁平管,所述齿轮箱(4)的齿轮中轴(41)穿过所述五通管(23)后通过与所述五通管(23)端部旋配的中轴螺母(42)将所述中置电机(3)和齿轮箱(4)锁定在所述车管上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的内置中置电机的自行车车管,其特征在于:所述中置电机(3)的中轴和所述齿轮箱(4)的齿轮中轴(41)平行设置;所述电机容置腔(22)单侧开口,其内壁有多条凹槽,所述中置电机(3)的外壁设有与所述电机容置腔(22)内壁凹槽相配合的凸键。
- 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的内置中置电机的自行车车管,其特征在于:所述管体(21)上还设置有电池仓(24),电池可拆卸地放置在所述电池仓(24)内。
- 根据权利要求4所述的内置中置电机的自行车车管,其特征在于:所述电池仓(24)为设置在所述管体(21)上侧向内凹下去的缺口,电池受所述管体(21)的承托可拆卸地放置在所述缺口上。
- 一种内置中置电机的自行车车架,包括:相互连接的头管(1)、下管(2)、座管(11)、后下叉(9)和后上叉(10)以及安装在车架上的中置电机(3)和齿轮箱(4),所述中置电机(3)和所述齿轮箱(4)配合传动并集成为一体,其特征在于:在所述下管(2)或座管(11)的下端部设置有五通管(23)以及与所述中置电机(3)外轮廓匹配的电机容置腔(22),所述中置电机(3)可拆卸地安置在所述电机容置腔(22)内,所述齿轮箱(4)的齿轮中轴(41)穿过所述五通管(23)后将所述中置电机(3)和齿轮箱(4)锁定在所述下管(2)或所述座管(11)上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的内置中置电机的自行车车架,其特征在于:当所述齿轮箱(4)的齿轮中轴(41)插入所述五通管(23)后使用与所述五通管(23)端部旋配的中轴螺母(42)将所述中置电机(3)和齿轮箱(4)锁定在所述下管(2)或所述座管(11)上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的内置中置电机的自行车车架,其特征在于:所述中置电机(3)的中轴和所述齿轮箱(4)的齿轮中轴(41)平行;所述电机容置腔(22)单侧开口,其内壁设置有多条凹槽,所述中置电机(3)的外壁设有与所述电机容置腔(22)内壁凹槽相配合的凸键。
- 根据权利要求8所述的内置中置电机的自行车车架,其特征在于:所述下管(2)或所述座 管(11)为具有多个壁面的扁平管。
- 根据权利要求9所述的内置中置电机的自行车车架,其特征在于:所述下管(2)或所述座管(11)的外部宽度小于或等于所述五通管(23)的长度,所述中置电机(3)的宽度不超过所述下管(2)或所述座管(11)的宽度。
- 根据权利要求9所述的内置中置电机的自行车车架,其特征在于:所述下管(2)或所述座管(11)两端具有相同的高度,或其设置有电机容置腔(22)的下端部的高度大于其上端部的高度。
- 根据权利要求6~11任一项所述的内置中置电机的自行车车架,其特征在于:所述下管(2)或所述座管(11)上还设置有电池仓(24),电池可拆卸地安置在所述电池仓(24)内。
- 一种电动自行车,其特征在于包括如权利要求12所述的内置中置电机的自行车车架,所述齿轮中轴(41)插入所述五通管(23)后,其两端分别连接左曲柄(8)和右曲柄(7),链轮(5)经齿轮中轴(41)与所述齿轮箱(4)配合传动。
