Claims (9)
- 後端に設けられた後端閉止部材と、前端に設けられて前端開口を画定する前端筒状部材とを有するシリンダと、
該シリンダ内に該シリンダの軸線方向で摺動可能にされ、複数のニードルを該前端開口から前方に延出するように保持するニードルホルダ及び該ニードルホルダの後方位置に配置されたピストンを含む、可動エレメントであって、該ピストンは該シリンダ内で該ピストンの後部に形成される前進駆動室に圧搾空気が導入されることにより前方に駆動されて該ニードルホルダにその後方から前方への打撃力を加えるようになされており、該ニードルホルダは該シリンダの内周面に対して密封係合され該軸線方向で摺動可能とされた大径のホルダ本体と、該ホルダ本体から前方に延びて該前端筒状部材の内周面に対して密封係合され該軸線方向で摺動可能とされた小径の筒状部とを有し、該ホルダ本体は、その前端で該筒状部の後端の周りに形成された環状前端面と、該ニードルを該筒状部の内側を前後方向で延びるようにして収納する該軸線方向で貫通するニードル保持孔を有し、該ニードルホルダは、該ピストンの打撃力により前方に駆動されて、該環状前端面が該前端筒状部材の後端部に突き当たる前端位置まで変位可能とされており、該シリンダの内周面は該前端筒状部材の後端の位置から該軸線方向の後方に延び該ホルダ本体の外周面よりも大径で該ニードルホルダの外周面との間に後進駆動室を画定する室画定凹部を有するようになされている、可動エレメントと、
圧搾空気を前記前進駆動室に供給する前進駆動用通路及び該後進駆動室に供給する後進駆動用通路を有し、該前進駆動用通路及び該後進駆動用通路を介して該圧搾空気を該前進駆動室及び該後進駆動室に交番的に供給するための圧搾空気供給通路であって、該後進駆動用通路は、該シリンダを通り、該ホルダ本体の外周面と摺動係合する該シリンダの内周面に開口する後進駆動用シリンダ通路と、該ホルダ本体の外周面及び該外周面と摺動係合する該シリンダの内周面の少なくとも一方に該軸線方向で延びるように設けられ該後進駆動用シリンダ通路に連通している後進駆動用連通凹部とを有し、該ニードルホルダが該前端位置とされたときに該後進駆動用連通凹部が該後進駆動室に連通されて圧搾空気を該後進駆動室に供給するように構成されている圧搾空気供給通路と、
を有する圧搾空気駆動式タガネ。 - 該後進駆動用連通凹部が該ホルダ本体の該外周面に形成され、該ホルダ本体の該外周面における前端と該後進駆動用連通凹部の軸線方向前端との間の部分が該シリンダの該内周面に密封係合している状態では該後進駆動用連通凹部の該後進駆動室との連通を阻止するようにされている請求項1に記載の圧搾空気駆動式タガネ。
- 該後進駆動用連通凹部は該ホルダ本体の該外周面の周方向で延びる環状凹部とされている請求項2に記載の圧搾空気駆動式タガネ。
- 該後進駆動用連通凹部が該シリンダの該内周面に形成され、該後進駆動用シリンダ通路の該開口と該室画定凹部との間に延在し、該ホルダ本体の該外周面は該後進駆動用連通凹部に対して密封係合し該後進駆動用シリンダ通路の該開口よりも前方で該後進駆動用連通凹部に摺動可能とされている密封凸部を有し、該密封凸部は該ニードルホルダが該前端位置にされたときに該後進駆動用連通凹部から前方に離れ、該後進駆動用連通凹部を介して該後進駆動用シリンダ通路を該室画定凹部に連通するようにする請求項1に記載の圧搾空気駆動式タガネ。
- 該ニードル保持孔はそれぞれ該ニードル保持孔の後端近くから該ホルダ本体の後端面に向けて次第に拡径するニードル頭部受け部を有し、該ニードル頭部受け部は該ニードル保持孔に挿通されて保持されるニードルの後端部に設けられる頭部を該頭部の後端が該ニードル頭部受け部から後方に突出するようにして受け入れるようにされており、該ニードルホルダの後端面にその周縁に沿って該突出したニードルの頭部よりも後方に突出した環状突起部を有する請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の圧搾空気駆動式タガネ。
- 該シリンダを同軸状にして収納する筒状のハウジングを有し、
該シリンダの外周面と該ハウジングの内周面との間に該軸線方向で延びるように形成され、該ハウジング内に導入された圧搾空気を該シリンダの外周面に沿って通す圧搾空気供給通路を有し、該後進駆動用シリンダ通路は該シリンダを半径方向で貫通して該圧搾空気供給通路に連通している請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の圧搾空気駆動式タガネ。 - 該圧搾空気供給通路は該シリンダと該ハウジングとの間に形成された筒状の通路とされている請求項6に記載の圧搾空気駆動式タガネ。
- 該可動エレメントは、該ピストンと該ニードルホルダとの間に該軸線方向で変位可能に設けられたアンビルを有し、該アンビルは前方に駆動されたピストンによって後方から打撃されて前方に駆動され該ニードルホルダに該ピストンからの打撃力を伝えるようになされており、
該ニードルホルダはその直径方向中心を軸線方向に貫通する排気通路を有し、該排気通路は該ニードルホルダが該前端位置となったときに該前進駆動室に連通され該前進駆動室内の圧搾空気を該ニードルホルダの前方外部に排出するようにされている請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の圧搾空気駆動式タガネ。 - 該ニードル保持孔のそれぞれに該軸線方向で変位可能に保持され該ニードルホルダから軸線方向前方に延びて該シリンダの該前端開口から前方に延出する該ニードルを更に有し、該頭部が、該ニードル頭部受け部から後方に突出する該後端から前方に向かって次第に縮径する側面を有し、該側面が該ニードル頭部受け部の面に当接するようにされている請求項5に記載の圧搾空気駆動式タガネ。
