Abstract

L'invention concerne un infuseur perfectionné pour boissons alcoolisées, qui comprend un réservoir d'alcool éthylique et une source d'eau qui sont raccordés hydrauliquement à une chambre volumétrique de mélange, un porte-capsules en aval de la chambre volumétrique pour la mise en place de capsules monodose de substances, et des moyens de propulsion de l'alcool et de l'eau issus du réservoir d'alcool et de la source d'eau respectivement, et qui est relié à un système de réfrigération conçu pour refroidir l'alcool issu du réservoir d'alcool, et/ou de l'eau issue de la source d'eau, et/ou du mélange des deux provenant de la chambre volumétrique, qui comprend un moyen de mesure de débit dans les conduites d'alcool, d'eau, et du mélange des deux.
