Description

电梯门锁装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电梯技术领域,特别是涉及一种电梯门锁装置。
背景技术
电梯的普遍使用给人们的生活带来了很大便利,与此同时,电梯的安全性能也日益受到关注。
电梯的门锁装置,其主要功能是为了保证电梯在非平层区时,轿门不能被打开,以确保乘客安全。当轿厢在工作过程中由于停电或者故障停留在非平层区域时,轿厢内的乘客可能会打算通过自己的力量来脱身或者轿厢内的乘客可能在电梯运行的过程中无谓地打开轿厢门。在这种情况下,就可能导致乘客掉落进井道之中或者露面平台上出现人员的安全事故。因此,需要在轿厢中安装门锁装置,保证电梯在非平层区域时,轿厢门不能被打开。
传统的电梯异步门系统都是依靠轿门行程触发轿厢门锁和层门锁的解开,即当电梯到达平层时,轿厢门带动右侧门刀向左移动,右侧门刀与层门锁动滚轮相切,轿厢门继续向左移动,轿厢门锁钩打开;轿厢门继续向左移动使得层门锁动滚轮和层门锁静滚轮相贴,从而层门锁打开,轿厢门继续向左移动,使得层门锁静滚轮与左侧门刀相切,最终左侧、右侧门刀夹紧层门锁静滚轮和层门锁动滚轮,使层门和轿门实现联动打开。但是这种电梯门开启方式,是轿门先开启后解锁轿厢门锁和层门锁,有时会造成轿厢门在开门过程中轿厢门锁钩卡死的问题,造成电梯运行不畅,且存在安全隐患,另外,乘客能够从轿厢内看到层门内壁,缺乏美观。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对传统的电梯轿厢门先开门再解锁,运行不可靠等问题,提供一种安全可靠,符合标准的电梯门锁装置。
上述目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种电梯门锁装置,包括:左系合杆、右系合杆、轿门锁组件、层门锁组件和底座;底座与轿门连接;
左系合杆、右系合杆和轿门锁组件均与底座可转动地连接,且左系合杆和右系合杆相对设置;
层门锁组件安装在层门上,层门锁组件包括滚轮组件,当轿门与层门平层时,滚轮组件位于左系合杆和右系合杆之间;右系合杆在皮带的带动下能够相对于底座在第一位置和第二位置之间往复转动;
右系合杆由第一位置向第二位置运动的过程中,右系合杆推动滚轮组件,使层门锁组件解锁,同时滚轮组件推动左系合杆相对于底座转动,使轿门锁组件解锁。
在其中一个实施例中,电梯门锁装置还包括缓冲机构,缓冲机构设置在轿门上坎内;右系合杆由第一位置向第二位置运动的轨迹的高度逐渐下降;缓冲机构具有缓冲面,右系合杆在第一位置和第二位置之间往复运动的过程中,右系合杆的上端始终与缓冲面接触。
在其中一个实施例中,缓冲机构包括缓冲槽,缓冲槽的槽面形成缓冲面;右系合杆的上端设置有系合滚轮,右系合杆在第一位置和第二位置之间往复运动的过程中,系合滚轮始终与缓冲面接触。

上述电梯门锁装置,电梯到达平层区后,滚轮组件落入左系合杆和右系合杆之间,右系合杆在皮带的带动下向开门方向运动,推动滚轮组件,层门锁解锁,此时轿门未开启,同时滚轮组件推动左系合杆,使轿门锁解锁,皮带继续运动,由于左系合杆和右系合杆夹紧滚轮组件,因此层门和轿门实现联动打开。而当电梯在非平层区时,由于没有滚轮组件,左系合杆始终无法被推动,因此轿门锁始终无法被打开。这样,能够保证电梯的运行安全,且电梯门的开启方式是依次解锁层门锁和轿门锁,最终使轿门和层门联动开启,避免了轿门在开门过程中轿门锁卡死的情况,提高了电梯运行的可靠性,也提高了电梯的美观感。

如图1所示,本发明一实施例的电梯门锁装置,包括:左系合杆100、右系合杆200、轿门锁组件300、层门锁组件400和底座500;底座500与轿门700连接;左系合杆100、右系合杆200和轿门锁组件300均与底座500可转动地连接,且左系合杆100和右系合杆200相对设置;层门锁组件400安装在层门上,层门锁组件400包括滚轮组件410,当轿门700与层门平层时,滚轮组件410位于左系合杆100和右系合杆200之间;右系合杆200在皮带800的带动下能够相对于底座500在第一位置和第二位置之间往复转动,右系合杆200由第一位置向第二位置运动的过程中,右系合杆200推动滚轮组件410,使层门锁组件400解锁,同时滚轮组件410推动左系合杆100,使轿门锁组件300解锁。
上述第一位置为电梯门处于关闭状态下右系合杆200相对于底座500所在的位置,第二位置为电梯门处于开启状态下右系合杆200相对于底座500所在的位置,右系合杆200由第一位置向第二位置运动的过程为电梯门开启的初始阶段电梯门解锁的过程,右系合杆200由第二位置向第一位置运动的过程为电梯门关闭的末阶段电梯门闭锁的过程。本实施例中,水平向左为轿门700打开的方向,水平向右为关闭轿门700的方向。
参见图2至图6,以及图12,其中图12中虚线表示处于解锁状态时各部件的结构关系,实线表示处于非解锁状态时各部件的结构关系。电梯在非平层区时,由于层门滚轮组件410没有落入左系合杆100和右系合杆200之间,即使皮带800向左运动带动右系合杆200由第一位置运动到第二位置,也无法推动左系合杆100,不能解锁轿门,因此无法开启轿门700;电梯到达平层区后,层门上的滚轮组件410落入左系合杆100和右系合杆200之间,右系合杆200在皮带800的带动下由第一位置向第二位置运动,右系合杆200推动滚轮组件410,使滚轮组件410所在的层门解锁,此时层门和轿门700并未开启,同时滚轮组件410靠近左系合杆100,最终推动左系合杆100运动,使轿门解锁。皮带800继续向左运动,由于左系合杆100和右系合杆200夹紧滚轮组件410,因此层门和轿门700实现联动打开。这样,电梯门的开启方式是依次解锁层门锁和轿门锁,最终使轿门和层门联动开启,避免了轿门在开门过程中轿门锁卡死的情况,提高了电梯运行的可靠性,提高了层门和轿门的同步性,也提高了电梯的美观感。
进一步地,电梯门锁装置还包括缓冲机构600,缓冲机构600设置在轿门上坎710内;右系合杆200由第一位置向第二位置运动的轨迹的高度逐渐下降;缓冲机构600具有缓冲面,右系合杆200在第一位置和第二位置之间往复运动的过程中,右系合杆200的上端始终与缓冲面接触。右系合杆200在第一位置和第二位置之间往复运动的过程中,右系合杆200的上 端始终与缓冲面接触,也就是说缓冲机构600的缓冲面能够配合右系合杆200的运动轨迹,使得右系合杆200的运动比较平缓,这样,如果轿厢在非平层区域停电,在轿厢移至平层区域的过程中,右系合杆200在重力作用下发生转动,缓冲机构600的缓冲面能够有效减缓右系合杆200对层门滚轮的撞击速度,避免设备的损坏。并且不论因为任何原因当电梯停在平层区时,想从轿厢内打开轿门700,当采用一定的扒动轿门700时,缓冲机构600的缓冲面会对右系合杆200产生向下的挤压作用力,使得右系合杆200由第一位置向第二位置运动,最终能够联动开启轿门700和层门。这样,相比较传统的电梯,该装置能够保证任何情况下,只要电梯停在开锁区域内就能根据需求从轿厢内打开轿门700,同时能够避免紧急状况时系合杆收缩对滚轮组件410的撞击,免除设备的损坏。
缓冲机构600的结构形式可以有多种,作为一种优选的实施方式,缓冲机构600包括缓冲槽610,缓冲槽610的槽面形成缓冲面;右系合杆200的上端设置有系合滚轮210,右系合杆200在第一位置和第二位置之间往复运动的过程中,系合滚轮210始终与缓冲面接触。当轿门700位于平层区时,正常状况下,皮带800向左运动带动右系合杆200相对于底座500转动,由于缓冲槽610的作用,右系合杆200的运动较为缓慢,最终右系合杆200靠近并推动滚轮组件410,从而能够使轿门700和层门开启。
当轿门700停在平层区时,若发生突发状况,例如门系统断电,右系合杆200在重力作用下由第一位置运动到第二位置,右系合杆200推动滚轮组件410,滚轮组件410推动左系合杆100,最终轿门700和层门开启。若电梯停在平层区,门系统带电,但是皮带800发生故障始终向右张紧,轿门700无法正常开启,此时用力扒轿门700,轿门700有向左运动的趋势,与轿门700连接的底座500也有向左运动的趋势,于是转动连接在底座500上的右系合杆200在缓冲槽610的作用下,开始由第一位置向第二位置运动,最终也能够开启轿门700和层门。
其中,缓冲槽610的形状可以是直线形、折线形,也可以圆弧形,或者是圆弧形与直线形的结合,因此缓冲面可以是平面、折弯面、圆弧面,或者是圆弧面与平面的结合。优选地,缓冲槽610为圆弧形和直线形的结合,缓冲槽610沿着电梯门开启的方向依次为圆弧形槽和直线形槽。缓冲槽610圆弧形槽的槽面即为与系合滚轮210接触的缓冲面,其延伸轨迹为系合滚轮210外圆相对于底座500转动的轨迹。缓冲槽610的直线形槽为沿水平方向延伸的一段。

参见图1和图9,作为一种优选的实施方式,电梯门锁装置还包括限位组件240,限位组件240包括旋转座241、长臂242,旋转座241与底座500转动连接,长臂242的一端与旋转座241连接,另一端设置有卡口243;第一系合臂220与右系合杆200通过转轴221连接;当右系合杆200运动至第二位置时,卡口243能够卡接在转轴221上(如图5所示)。在轿门700开启的初始阶段,当右系合杆200运动至第二位置时,轿门700开启,卡口243卡接在转轴221上,使得右系合杆200能够相对固定不窜动,更好地避免在后续轿门700的开启过程中,右系合杆200在皮带800的带动下发生位移,不能很好地夹紧层门滚轮组件410。
进一步地,限位组件240还包括短臂244,短臂244的一端与旋转座241连接,另一端设置有释放滚轮245;短臂244的质量小于长臂242的质量,短臂244与长臂242呈锐角设置;轿门上坎710内设置有与释放滚轮245配合的释放槽250,释放槽250具有释放面,右系合杆200由第二位置向第一位置运动的过程中,释放滚轮245与释放面接触。其中,释放槽250的结构形成可以有多种,其形状可以是直线形、圆弧形或者直线形和圆弧形的结合等,因此释放面可以是平面、折弯面、圆弧面,或者是圆弧面与平面的结合。例如,释放槽250的形状为直线形和圆弧形的结合,释放槽250沿着电梯门开启的方向依次为直线形槽和圆弧形槽。释放槽250的圆弧形槽的槽面即为用于与释放滚轮245接触的释放面,其延伸轨迹与释放滚轮245运动的轨迹的形状一致。释放槽250的直线形槽为沿水平方向延伸的一段。
在轿门700开启的初始阶段,限位组件240在重力作用下长臂242端自然下垂(如图1所示),抵靠在右系合杆200的左侧,此时释放滚轮245与释放槽250圆弧形槽的下端接触,轿门700继续开启的过程中,限位组件240发生转动,长臂242端的卡口243卡接在转轴221上,而释放滚轮245摆动至圆弧形槽的上端位置处(如图5所示)。在轿门700关闭的末阶段, 释放滚轮245先接触释放槽250圆弧形槽的上端,轿门700继续关闭的过程中,释放滚轮245沿着释放面向释放槽250圆弧形槽的下端运动,使得长臂242端的卡口243脱出转轴221,从而使得右系合杆200能够在皮带800的拉动下开始向关门方向(水平向右)转动,直至轿门700和层门完全关闭,同时,限位组件240转动复位。这样,通过设置限位组件240,使得轿门700和层门在开启和关闭的过程中,均能够很好地能实现联动,进一步提高层门和轿门700的联动性。
参见图1,作为一种优选的实施方式,电梯门锁装置还包括右系合定位组件,右系合定位组件设置在底座500上,用于限定右系合杆200相对于底座500的转动范围在第一位置和第二位置之间。其中,右系合定位组件可包括第一定位部261和第二定位部262,第一定位部261用于阻止右系合杆200由第二位置运动至第一位置时继续相对于底座500朝第一位置的方向转动,例如,第一定位部261可以为定位螺栓,该定位螺栓设置在右系合杆200的右侧,当右系合杆200运动至第一位置时,右系合杆200的右侧边正好与定位螺栓抵接。第二定位部262用于阻止右系合杆200由第一位置运动至第二位置时继续相对于底座500朝第二位置的方向转动,例如,第二定位部262可以为定位块,该定位块设置在右系合杆200的左侧,当右系合杆200运动至第二位置时,定位块可以与第一系合臂220或者第二系合臂230抵接。
通过右系合定位组件,当电梯处于平层区时,电梯门关闭末阶段,第一定位部261可以保证右系合杆200与层门上的滚轮组件410之间的距离合适。电梯门开启初始阶段,第二定位部262可以保证右系合杆200对滚轮组件410的推动的位移合适。
作为一种优选的实施方式,电梯门锁装置还包括左系合定位组件,左系合定位组件设置在底座500上;左系合定位组件包括弹性支撑件131和定位件132,弹性支撑件131与第三系合臂110连接,以提供对左系合杆100的支撑作用力;定位件132位于左系合杆100的上端的上方,以限定左系合杆100向上的位移范围。
其中,弹性支撑件131可以是压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧的一端与底座500连接,另一端与第三系合臂110连接。定位件132可以是定位柱或者螺钉等。当电梯处于平层区时,电梯门开启初始阶段,左系合定位组件可以保证左系合杆100与层门上的滚轮组件410之间的距离合适,电梯门关闭末阶段,弹性支撑件131还能辅助左系合杆100复位至未被滚轮组件410推动的状态。
参见图1和图8,作为一种优选的实施方式,轿门锁组件300包括轿门锁钩310、解锁滚轮320和轿门锁钩轴330,轿门锁钩310通过轿门锁钩轴330可转动地连接于底座500上;轿门上坎710内设置有轿门锁座340,轿门锁座340与轿门锁钩310配合;当轿门锁组件300处于未解锁状态时,轿门锁座340能够限定轿门锁钩310水平运动的位移范围;左系合杆100上设置有驱动挂钩140,驱动挂钩140与左系合杆100之间形成卡槽;解锁滚轮320与轿门 锁钩310连接,且位于卡槽中。
滚轮组件410推动左系合杆100相对于底座500转动,假设左系合杆100由第三位置运动至第四位置,此处需要说明的是,第三位置为电梯门处于关闭状态下左系合杆100相对于底座500所在的位置,第四位置为电梯门处于开启状态下左系合杆100相对于底座500所在的位置。在左系合杆100由第三位置运动至第四位置的过程中,解锁滚轮320在驱动挂钩140的作用下带动轿门锁钩310绕轿门锁钩轴330转动,从而使轿门锁钩310脱离轿门锁座340的锁定范围,实现轿门的解锁。
其中,驱动挂钩140的结构可以为多种,例如驱动挂钩140呈L形,其L形长边与左系合杆100固连,短边与左系合杆100的侧边平行间隔,短边与左系合杆100之间的间隔形成上述卡槽。当左系合杆100被滚轮组件410挤压时,驱动挂钩140短边部分与解锁滚轮320之间形成滚动摩擦推力,从而驱动轿门锁钩310转动。
进一步地,轿门锁钩310具有一个锁钩弯边311,轿门锁钩310通过锁钩弯边311与轿门锁座340配合。其中,轿门锁座340的结构形式可以多种,例如轿门锁座340为限位块结构,限位块设置在轿门锁钩310水平运动的直线行程上。当左系合杆100在滚轮组件410的作用下由第三位置运动至第四位置时,轿门锁钩310绕轿门锁钩轴330转动,锁钩弯边311不与限位块发生干涉,轿门700可以继续向开门方向运动;否则,锁钩弯边311与限位块发生干涉,阻止轿门700继续向开门方向运动。在其他实施例当中,轿门锁座340还可以是环状挂钩的结构,锁钩弯边311穿入挂钩内为上锁状态,否则为解锁状态。
进一步地,轿门锁组件300还包括配重块350,配重块350与轿门锁钩310连接;配重块350与轿门锁钩310分别位于轿门锁钩轴330的两侧。配重块350用于平衡轿门锁组件300,防止轿门锁钩310在重力作用下发生转动,导致轿门700误开启。
进一步地,轿门锁组件300还包括救援绳360,救援绳360的一端与解锁滚轮320连接。救援绳360用于在特殊情况下,例如轿厢未到达平层区时,若有必要开启轿门700,可以向下拉动救援绳360,从而解锁轿门锁组件300,开启轿门700。
参见图1,作为一种优选的实施方式,电梯门锁装置还包括安全回路开关,安全回路开关包括开关主体371和开关触发件372,开关主体371设置在轿门上坎710内,开关触发件372设置在轿门锁钩310上;当轿门锁组件300处于未解锁状态时,开关触发件372与开关主体371接触,以形成导通的轿门闭合安全回路。安全回路开关用于连接或者断开电梯门系统安全回路,以检测电梯轿门700是否完全关闭。具体地,电梯轿门700在关闭的过程中,左系合杆100由第四位置运动至第三位置时,开关触发件372与开关主体371接触,安全回路连通,电梯方可上下运行;反之,只要检测到开关触发件372与开关主体371没有接触,电梯不会开始上下运行。
参见图10和图11,作为一种优选的实施方式,层门锁组件400还包括层门锁钩420和 层门锁钩轴440,层门锁钩420通过层门锁钩轴440可转动地连接于层门上坎内;滚轮组件410转动连接在层门锁钩420上;层门上坎内设置有层门锁座430,层门锁座430与层门锁钩420配合;当层门锁组件400处于未解锁状态时,层门锁座430能够限定层门锁钩420水平运动的位移范围。在右系合杆200由第一位置运动至第二位置的过程中,右系合杆200推动滚轮组件410转动,由于摩擦力的作用,使得层门锁钩420绕层门锁钩轴440转动脱离层门锁座430,实现层门的解锁(如图11中所示的层门锁钩420由实线到虚线的变化状态)。
进一步地,层门锁钩420上开设有豁口,层门锁座430上设置有与豁口配合的卡边,未解锁时,豁口卡在卡边上。当右系合杆200推动滚轮组件410转动时,带动滚轮组件410所在的层门锁钩420转动,使豁口脱离卡边,实现解锁。
进一步地,层门锁组件400还包括门锁底座450,门锁底座450固定在层门上坎内,层门锁钩420通过层门锁钩轴440与门锁底座450转动连接。
其中,门锁底座450上还设置有限位部,限位部用于限定层门锁钩420相对于门锁底座450转动的范围。其中,限位部的结构形式可以有多种,例如,限位部包括限位孔和限位柱,限位孔和限位柱分别设置在层门锁钩420和门锁底座450上,且限位柱沿着限位孔所限定的轨迹范围滑动。
进一步地,滚轮组件410包括第一动轮411和第二动轮412,当轿门700与层门平层时,第一动轮411靠近右系合杆200,第二动轮412靠近左系合杆100。如图10和图11所示,层门未解锁时,第一动轮411的中心与第二动轮412的中心的连线与水平方向的夹角为零,当右系合杆200由第一位置运动至第二位置的过程中,第一动轮411的中心与第二动轮412的中心的连线与水平方向的夹角逐渐增大,直至层门锁钩420不再相对于门锁底座450继续转动。
以下详细描述电梯在不同工况下该电梯门锁装置的工作过程:
a、平层区电动开门
电梯轿厢到达平层区时(如图1),开门信号指令门电机输出力矩开门,电机旋转带动皮带800水平向左运动,随之带动右系合杆200逆时针旋转形成水平向左的分力,从而挤压第一动轮411(如图2),同时层门锁钩420逆时针旋转打开(如图12),同时与第一动轮411同步运动的第二动轮412挤压左系合杆100使其顺时针旋转,带动驱动挂钩140向左推动解锁滚轮320,驱动轿门锁钩310逆时针旋转打开(如图3至图4)。当轿门700刚打开时,限位组件240的释放滚轮245进入释放面,长臂242在重力作用下下坠,当右系合杆200运动至第二位置时,卡口243卡紧转轴221(如图5),之后轿门700与层门同步打开(如图6)。
b、平层区轿内手动开门
参见图1,当轿内人员在门电机通电状态下扒轿门700,即驱动轿门700向左运动,在缓冲槽610的缓冲面对系合滚轮210的挤压作用下,右系合杆200能够克服皮带800对其向右 的拉力,开始逆时针旋转,之后的动作原理同a。当轿内人员在门电机断电状态下拉轿门700,由于堵转力消失(即皮带800对右系合杆200向右的拉力消失),系合滚轮210在重力的作用下已沿缓冲槽610的缓冲面缓慢下落,动作原理同a,过程如图2~图6。
c、平层区厅外开门
当厅外人员用三角匙打开层门锁时,层门锁钩420逆时针旋转,第二动轮412直接推动左系合杆100,带动轿门锁钩310逆时针旋转打开,使层门带动轿门700同步打开(如图4)。
d、非平层区轿内手动开门
当轿厢未达平层,电梯停止,轿内乘客欲扒开轿门700时,右系合杆200的系合滚轮210沿缓冲槽610的缓冲面下落(原理同b),但是由于未达平层,没有第一动轮411和第二动轮412的作用,左系合杆100始终无法被驱动,轿门锁钩310不转动,当施加一定力时,锁钩弯边311与轿门锁座340形成干涉,轿门700无法继续被打开(如图7)。
e、非平层区电动开门
和d情况相似,区别在于右系合杆200由皮带800带动逆时针旋转(例如系统误认平层等情况下),但是由于未达平层,没有第一动轮411和第二动轮412的作用,因此左系合杆100始终无法被驱动,无法开启轿门(如图7)。
f、电梯运行过程中急停
电梯急停,且门系统断电时,门电机堵转力消失(即皮带800对右系合杆200向右的拉力消失),右系合杆200在重力作用下下落,由于缓冲槽610的缓冲面对系合滚轮210的摩擦力作用,使得右系合杆200下落速度比较缓慢(如图13),大大降低右系合杆200对层门锁组件400的冲击速度,从而有效防止右系合杆200撞坏滚轮组件410。
本发明实施例提供的电梯门锁装置,可以适用于各种厢式电梯,从而使得应用该电梯门锁装置的电梯运行可靠,层门和轿门的同步性高,能够保证任何情况下,只要电梯停在开锁区域内就能根据需求从轿厢内打开轿门,同时能够避免紧急状况时门刀对层门锁的撞击,免除设备的损坏。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电梯门锁装置,其特征在于,包括:左系合杆、右系合杆、轿门锁组件、层门锁组件和底座;所述底座与轿门连接;
    所述左系合杆、所述右系合杆和所述轿门锁组件均与所述底座可转动地连接,且所述左系合杆和所述右系合杆相对设置;
    所述层门锁组件安装在层门上,所述层门锁组件包括滚轮组件,当轿门与层门平层时,所述滚轮组件位于所述左系合杆和所述右系合杆之间;所述右系合杆在皮带的带动下能够相对于所述底座在第一位置和第二位置之间往复转动;
    所述右系合杆由所述第一位置向所述第二位置运动的过程中,所述右系合杆推动所述滚轮组件,使所述层门锁组件解锁,同时所述滚轮组件推动所述左系合杆相对于所述底座转动,使所述轿门锁组件解锁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯门锁装置,其特征在于,还包括缓冲机构,所述缓冲机构设置在轿门上坎内;
    所述右系合杆由所述第一位置向所述第二位置运动的轨迹的高度逐渐下降;所述缓冲机构具有缓冲面,所述右系合杆在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间往复运动的过程中,所述右系合杆的上端始终与所述缓冲面接触。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电梯门锁装置,其特征在于,所述缓冲机构包括缓冲槽,所述缓冲槽的槽面形成所述缓冲面;所述右系合杆的上端设置有系合滚轮,所述右系合杆在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间往复运动的过程中,所述系合滚轮始终与所述缓冲面接触。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯门锁装置,其特征在于,还包括相对间隔平行的第一系合臂和第二系合臂,所述第一系合臂的两端分别与所述右系合杆和所述底座铰接,所述第二系合臂的两端分别与所述右系合杆和所述底座铰接;
    以及相对间隔平行的第三系合臂和第四系合臂,所述第三系合臂的两端分别与所述左系合杆和所述底座铰接,所述第四系合臂的两端分别与所述左系合杆和所述底座铰接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电梯门锁装置,其特征在于,还包括限位组件,所述限位组件包括旋转座、长臂和短臂,所述旋转座与所述底座转动连接,所述长臂的一端与所述旋转座连接,另一端设置有卡口;所述短臂的一端与所述旋转座连接,另一端设置有释放滚轮;所述短臂的质量小于所述长臂的质量,所述短臂与所述长臂呈锐角设置;
    所述第一系合臂与所述右系合杆通过转轴连接;当所述右系合杆运动至所述第二位置时,所述卡口能够卡接在所述转轴上;
    所述轿门上坎内设置有与所述释放滚轮配合的释放槽,所述释放槽具有释放面,所述右系合杆由所述第二位置向所述第一位置运动的过程中,所述释放滚轮与所述释放面接触。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电梯门锁装置,其特征在于,还包括右系合定位组件,所述右 系合定位组件设置在所述底座上,用于限定所述右系合杆相对于所述底座的转动范围在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间;
    以及左系合定位组件,所述左系合定位组件设置在所述底座上;所述左系合定位组件包括弹性支撑件和定位件,所述弹性支撑件与所述第三系合臂连接,以提供对所述左系合杆的支撑作用力;所述定位件位于所述左系合杆的上端的上方,以限定所述左系合杆向上的位移范围。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯门锁装置,其特征在于,所述轿门锁组件包括轿门锁钩、解锁滚轮和轿门锁钩轴,所述轿门锁钩通过所述轿门锁钩轴可转动地连接于所述底座上;
    所述轿门上坎内设置有轿门锁座,所述轿门锁座与所述轿门锁钩配合;当所述轿门锁组件处于未解锁状态时,所述轿门锁座能够限定所述轿门锁钩水平运动的位移范围;
    所述左系合杆上设置有驱动挂钩,所述驱动挂钩与所述左系合杆之间形成卡槽;所述解锁滚轮与所述轿门锁钩连接,且位于所述卡槽中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电梯门锁装置,其特征在于,所述轿门锁组件还包括配重块,所述配重块与所述轿门锁钩连接;所述配重块与所述轿门锁钩分别位于所述轿门锁钩轴的两侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯门锁装置,其特征在于,所述层门锁组件还包括层门锁钩、层门锁钩轴和门锁底座,所述门锁底座固定在层门上坎内,所述层门锁钩通过所述层门锁钩轴与所述门锁底座转动连接;所述滚轮组件转动连接在所述层门锁钩上;
    所述层门上坎内设置有层门锁座,所述层门锁座与所述层门锁钩配合;当所述层门锁组件处于未解锁状态时,所述层门锁座能够限定所述层门锁钩水平运动的位移范围。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯门锁装置,其特征在于,所述滚轮组件包括第一动轮和第二动轮,当轿门与层门平层时,所述第一动轮靠近所述右系合杆,所述第二动轮靠近所述左系合杆。
