现有洗衣机在洗涤过程中,没有办法对衣物的领口、袖口等局部位置进行充分清洁,尤其是对于衬衫等类衣服,领口和袖口等普遍比其他位置脏污程度高,一般用户采用手搓洗的方法先对这些局部位置进行预洗,但这样费时费力,平添烦恼。
目前遇到这种情况主要有两种解决方案,分别为在洗衣机上加设毛刷或者加设超声波洗涤。在洗衣机上加设毛刷等相似装置的方式并不能彻底解决洗涤不充分的问题,同时对于衣物本身还格外施加了磨损等伤害。因此往往需要通过加设超声波洗涤来达到目的。
申请号为200520069251.1的中国专利公开了一种带有局部超声波洗涤装置的洗衣机,包括洗衣机机身和超声波洗涤装置,其中超声波洗涤装置由超声波发生器、换能器、装置盒体和换能器底座组成;超声波发生器安装在电脑板里,并与换能器连接;换能器安装在装置盒体内的底座上,由盖板压紧。超声波洗涤装置由一个定位支座固定,通过定位支座安装在洗衣机工作台的后部。本实用新型可以对衣物的袖口或领部进行局部洗涤,减少了人们在洗涤衣物时对袖口或领口要进行手洗或刷子刷的麻烦。但是此种方法中因为超声波洗涤装置设置在洗衣机外部,进行超声洗涤后的衣物若要进行常规洗涤需要从超声波洗涤装置内取出再放入洗衣机内,增加了操作步骤,并且两者分开执行,操作时间上也增加了,用户不好掌握。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种利用超声波对衣物的领口、袖口等局部位置进行清洗的结构及具有该清洗结构的洗衣机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:一种衣物局部清洗结构,所述衣物局部清洗结构可拆卸的设置在洗衣机盘座上,与洗衣机进水水路/洗涤剂盒相连,所述衣物局部清洗结构包括压板和支撑板,所述压板包括超声波换能器,所述支撑板包括一进水空腔,所述压板的形状与支撑板配合,向支撑板方向压紧后,彼此之间形成夹持衣物待洗局 部的细缝,夹持衣物并超声清洗其待洗的局部。
所述衣物局部清洗结构夹持衣物待洗的局部并进行超声清洗,衣物剩余的部分自然垂落在洗涤桶内。
进一步的,所述压板上设置有至少一个超声孔,所述超声波换能器通过超声孔嵌设于压板中,优选的,所述超声孔均匀设置于所述压板上,所述超声波换能器通过超声孔朝向支撑板的方向凸出嵌设于压板中,辅助夹持衣物待洗的局部。防止衣物掉落。
所述压板相对于支撑板可转动安装,绕与盘座的安装端抬起或压紧支撑板,松开或夹持衣物待洗的局部,将衣物待洗的局部放置在支撑板上后压紧压板完成衣物待洗局部的夹持。
所述压板相对于支撑板固定安装,将衣物待洗的局部直接塞进压板与支撑板之间的细缝中完成夹持。
进一步的,所述支撑板包括进水孔、进水空腔,所述进水空腔的上盖上设有至少一个出水孔。
所述支撑板的进水孔与洗衣机进水水路/洗涤剂盒相连,进水经进水空腔后由出水孔流出至压板和支撑板之间的细缝,在压板上的超声波换能器的作用下超声清洗细缝中夹持的衣物待洗的局部。
所述出水孔均匀分布在所述进水空腔的上盖上,优选的,所述出水孔对应所述压板上的超声孔均匀的分布在所述进水空腔的上盖上。
所述超声清洗衣物局部后的清洗水流直接排入洗涤桶内。所述出水孔的出水与超声波换能器共同超声清洗衣物的局部后,产生的清洗水流直接排入洗涤桶内。
所述衣物局部清洗结构还包括排水通道,所述超声清洗衣物局部后的清洗水流通过所述排水通道排出。所述出水孔的出水与超声波换能器共同超声清洗衣物的局部后,产生的清洗水流通过所述衣物局部清洗结构的排水通道排出,不进入洗涤桶内。
进一步的,所述衣物局部清洗结构可转动的设置在洗衣机盘座上的安装口上,优选的,该衣物局部清洗结构与洗衣机盘座的水平面夹角在正负30°之间,更优选的,夹角为0°,即衣物局部清洗结构与洗衣机盘座的水平面平行设置。
本发明还提出一种洗衣机,包括一种衣物局部清洗结构。所述衣物局部清洗结构可拆卸的设置在洗衣机盘座上,与洗衣机进水水路/洗涤剂盒相连,所述衣物局部清洗结构包括压板和支撑板,所述压板包括超声波换能器,所述支撑板包括一进水空腔,所述压板的形状与支 撑板配合,向支撑板方向压紧后,彼此之间形成夹持衣物待洗局部的细缝,夹持衣物并超声清洗其待洗的局部。
所述压板上设置有至少一个超声孔,所述超声波换能器通过超声孔嵌设于压板中,优选的,所述超声孔均匀设置于所述压板上,所述超声波换能器通过超声孔朝向支撑板的方向凸出嵌设于压板中,辅助夹持衣物待洗的局部。所述压板相对于支撑板可转动安装,绕与盘座的安装端抬起或压紧支撑板,松开或夹持衣物待洗的局部。所述压板相对于支撑板固定安装,将衣物待洗的局部直接塞进所述细缝中完成夹持。所述支撑板包括进水孔、进水空腔,所述进水空腔的上盖上设有至少一个出水孔。所述支撑板的进水孔与洗衣机进水水路/洗涤剂盒相连,进水经进水空腔后由出水孔流出至压板和支撑板之间的细缝,在压板上的超声波换能器的作用下超声清洗细缝中夹持的衣物待洗的局部。所述出水孔均匀分布在所述进水空腔的上盖上,优选的,所述出水孔对应所述压板上的超声孔均匀的分布在所述进水空腔的上盖上。所述超声清洗衣物局部后的清洗水流直接排入洗涤桶内。所述超声清洗衣物局部后的清洗水流通过所述衣物局部清洗结构的排水通道排出。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
1、清洗结构设置在洗衣机内,清洗后衣物可直接进入洗涤桶内进行常规洗涤,无需多余操作,操作简单方便;
2、衣物局部的清洗可在洗衣机常规洗涤的进水过程中进行,或者在常规洗涤的进程中同步进行,节省洗涤时间;
3、清洗结构简单,经济性好。
4、清洗结构可转动的设置在盘座上,不需要时可转动到桶壁方向或者拆卸下来,不妨碍洗衣机的常规洗涤。
5、清洗结构设置另外的出水通道,既可以在待洗的衣物局部很脏的情况下可延长清洗的时间并直接将脏水排出桶外,不污染常规洗涤的水,又可以在待洗的衣物局部不太脏的情况下,直接在进水时超声洗涤衣物,出水直接进入洗衣桶内,简单方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的介绍。如图1至图5所示,本发明提供一种衣物局部清洗结构1及洗衣机,所述衣物局部清洗结构1可拆卸的设置在洗衣机盘座2上,与洗衣机进水水路/洗涤剂盒相连,所述衣物局部清洗结构1包括压板11和支撑板12,所述压板11包括超声波换能器13,所述支撑板12包括一进水空腔122,所述压板11的形状与支撑板12配合,向支撑板12方向压紧后,彼此之间形成夹持衣物待洗局部31的细缝,夹持衣物3并超声清洗其待洗的局部。
其中所述洗衣机为顶开式洗衣机,既能进行正常的普通洗涤,又能对衣物3局部例如领口和袖口等易脏部位进行局部超声洗涤,所述正常的普通洗涤与超声洗涤既可以是分开进行的,又可以同时进行。
进行洗涤前,用户可针对衣物待洗局部31的脏污程度进行初步判断,认为通过正常洗涤可以达到洗涤效果的,不必经过衣物局部清洗结构1的超声清洗;若认为脏污程度正常洗涤不可以达到洗涤效果的,要根据脏污程度选择超声洗涤的时间,衣物待洗的局部31越脏,超声洗涤的时间越长。
如图1-图2所示,所述衣物局部清洗结构1包括压板11和支撑板12,所述压板11的形 状与支撑板12配合,向支撑板12压紧后形成细缝,夹持衣物待洗的局部31。所述衣物局部清洗结构1夹持衣物待洗的局部31并进行超声清洗,衣物3剩余的部分自然垂落在洗涤桶内。
如图2-图3所示,所述压板11上设置有至少一个超声孔,所述超声波换能器13通过超声孔嵌设于压板11中,优选的,所述超声孔均匀设置于所述压板11上,所述超声波换能器13通过超声孔朝向支撑板12的方向凸出嵌设于压板11中,辅助夹持衣物待洗的局部31。防止衣物3掉落。所述超声波换能器13将超声波发生器发出的高频振荡信号转换成高频机械振荡而传播到洗涤液中。
如图2所示,所述压板11相对于支撑板12可转动安装,绕与盘座的安装端抬起或压紧支撑板12,松开或夹持衣物待洗的局部31,将衣物待洗的局部31放置在支撑板12上后压紧压板11完成衣物待洗局部31的夹持。
如图2所示,所述压板11相对于支撑板12固定安装,将衣物待洗的局部31直接塞进压板11与支撑板12之间的细缝中完成夹持。
如图2和图5所示,所述支撑板12包括进水孔121、进水空腔122,所述进水空腔122的上盖上设有至少一个出水孔123。
所述支撑板12的进水孔121与洗衣机进水水路/洗涤剂盒相连,进水经进水空腔122后由出水孔123流出至压板11和支撑板12之间的细缝,在压板11上的超声波换能器13的作用下超声清洗细缝中夹持的衣物待洗的局部31。所述出水孔123均匀分布在所述进水空腔122的上盖上,优选的,所述出水孔123对应所述压板11上的超声孔均匀的分布在所述进水空腔122的上盖上。所述出水孔123的形状与超声波换能器13凸出于压板11的部分匹配,优选两者对应设置。
所述超声清洗衣物3局部后的清洗水流4直接排入洗涤桶内。所述出水孔123的出水与超声波换能器13共同超声清洗衣物3的局部后,产生的清洗水流4直接排入洗涤桶内。
所述衣物局部清洗结构1还包括排水通道,所述超声清洗衣物3局部后的清洗水流4通过所述衣物局部清洗结构1的排水通道排出。所述出水孔123的出水与超声波换能器13共同超声清洗衣物3的局部后,产生的清洗水流4通过所述衣物局部清洗结构1的排水通道排出,不进入洗涤桶内。
所述衣物局部清洗结构1可转动的设置在洗衣机盘座2上的安装口上,优选的,该衣物局部清洗结构1与洗衣机盘座2的水平面夹角在正负30°之间,更优选的,夹角为0°,即 衣物局部清洗结构1与洗衣机盘座2的水平面平行设置。所述衣物局部清洗结构1可转动的设置,在所洗衣物3不需要进行局部超声清洗时,可向上或向下转动衣物局部清洗结构1,使其贴近盘座或洗涤桶,避免其影响正常的普通洗涤操作。
本发明还提出一种洗衣机,包括以上所述的一种衣物局部清洗结构1。
实施例一
如图1至图5所示,本实施例中,提供一种洗衣机,该洗衣机包括一种衣物局部清洗结构1,所述衣物局部清洗结构1可拆卸的设置在洗衣机盘座2上,如图1-图2所示,所述衣物局部清洗结构1包括压板11和支撑板12,所述压板11包括超声波换能器13,所述支撑板12包括一进水空腔122,所述压板11的形状与支撑板12配合,向支撑板12方向压紧后,彼此之间形成夹持衣物待洗局部31的细缝,夹持衣物3并超声清洗其待洗的局部。
如图2-图3所示,所述压板11上设置有至少一个超声孔,所述超声波换能器13通过超声孔嵌设于压板11中,优选的,所述超声孔均匀设置于所述压板11上,所述超声波换能器13通过超声孔朝向支撑板12的方向凸出嵌设于压板11中,辅助夹持衣物待洗的局部31。防止衣物3掉落。

所述支撑板12的进水孔121与洗衣机进水水路/洗涤剂盒相连,进水经进水空腔122后由出水孔123流出至压板11和支撑板12之间的细缝,在压板11上的超声波换能器13的作用下超声清洗细缝中夹持的衣物待洗的局部31。所述出水孔123均匀分布在所述进水空腔122的上盖上,优选的,所述出水孔123对应所述压板11上的超声孔均匀的分布在所述进水空腔122的上盖上。所述出水孔123的形状与超声波换能器13凸出于压板11的部分匹配,优选两者对应设置。
所述超声清洗衣物3局部后的清洗水流4直接排入洗涤桶内。所述出水孔123的出水与超声波换能器13共同超声清洗衣物3的局部后,产生的清洗水流4直接排入洗涤桶内,在洗 涤桶内完成普通洗涤后被脱水排出。
进行衣物3洗涤时,首先,观察衣物3的脏污程度,找到需要进行局部超声清洗的脏污程度高又不容易通过普通洗涤清洗的部分,例如衬衫的领子或衣袖;其次,打开洗衣机上盖,抬起压板11,将衣物待洗的局部31放置在支撑板12上,将脏污部分对应压板11上的超声波换能器13放置,压紧压板11,将衣物待洗的局部31夹持在支撑板12和压板11之间;最后,在洗衣机普通洗涤进水的同时开始进行超声清洗或者先于普通洗涤进水进行超声清洗,直到进水结束或者达到超声清洗设定的时间,超声清洗后的水直接流入洗涤桶内。
超声洗涤结束后,被夹持局部的衣物3在打湿后的重力作用下,自动摆脱压板11和支撑板12的夹持落入洗涤桶中;或者在普通洗涤开始后对衣物3未夹持部分的拉力作用下,自动摆脱压板11和支撑板12的夹持落入洗涤桶中;或者打开洗衣机上盖,将被夹持的衣物3取下。
实施例二
如图1至图5所示,本实施例中,提供一种洗衣机,该洗衣机包括一种衣物局部清洗结构1,所述衣物局部清洗结构1可拆卸的设置在洗衣机盘座2上,如图1-图2所示,所述衣物局部清洗结构1包括压板11和支撑板12,所述压板11包括超声波换能器13,所述支撑板12包括一进水空腔122,所述压板11的形状与支撑板12配合,向支撑板12方向压紧后,彼此之间形成夹持衣物待洗局部31的细缝,夹持衣物3并超声清洗其待洗的局部。

进行衣物3洗涤时,首先,观察衣物3的脏污程度,找到需要进行局部超声清洗的脏污程度高又不容易通过普通洗涤清洗的部分,例如衬衫的领子或衣袖;其次,打开洗衣机上盖,抬起压板11,将衣物3待洗的局部放置在支撑板12上,将脏污部分对应压板11上的超声波 换能器13放置,压紧压板11,将衣物待洗的局部31夹持在支撑板12和压板11之间;最后,在洗衣机普通洗涤进水的同时开始进行超声清洗或者先于普通洗涤进水进行超声清洗,直到达到超声清洗设定的时间,超声清洗后的水通过衣物局部清洗结构1的排水通道排出,不进入洗涤桶内。
超声清洗结束后,被夹持局部的衣物3在普通洗涤开始后对衣物3的拉力作用下,自动摆脱压板11和支撑板12的夹持落入洗涤桶中,与其他衣物一起普通洗涤;或者打开洗衣机上盖,将被夹持的衣物3取下。
实施例三
如图1至图5所示,本实施例中,提供一种洗衣机,该洗衣机包括一种衣物局部清洗结构1,所述衣物局部清洗结构1可拆卸的设置在洗衣机盘座2上,如图1-图2所示,所述衣物局部清洗结构1包括压板11和支撑板12,所述压板11包括超声波换能器13,所述支撑板12包括一进水空腔122,所述压板11的形状与支撑板12配合,向支撑板12方向压紧后,彼此之间形成夹持衣物待洗局部31的细缝,夹持衣物3并超声清洗其待洗的局部。

所述超声清洗衣物3局部后的清洗水流4直接排入洗涤桶内。所述出水孔123的出水与超声波换能器13共同超声清洗衣物3的局部后,产生的清洗水流4直接排入洗涤桶内,在洗涤桶内完成普通洗涤后被脱水排出。

  1. 一种衣物局部清洗结构,可拆卸的设置在洗衣机盘座上,与洗衣机进水水路和/或洗涤剂盒相连,其特征在于:所述衣物局部清洗结构包括压板和支撑板,所述压板包括超声波换能器,所述支撑板包括一进水空腔,所述压板的形状与支撑板配合,向支撑板方向压紧后,彼此之间形成夹持衣物待洗局部的细缝,夹持衣物并超声清洗其待洗的局部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物局部清洗结构,其特征在于:所述压板上设置有至少一个超声孔,所述超声波换能器通过超声孔嵌设于压板中,优选的,所述超声孔均匀设置于所述压板上,所述超声波换能器通过超声孔朝向支撑板的方向凸出嵌设于压板中,辅助夹持衣物待洗的局部。

  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种衣物局部清洗结构,其特征在于:所述出水孔均匀分布在所述进水空腔的上盖上,优选的,所述出水孔对应所述压板上的超声孔均匀的分布在所述进水空腔的上盖上。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种衣物局部清洗结构,其特征在于:所述超声清洗衣物局部后的清洗水流直接排入洗涤桶内。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种衣物局部清洗结构,其特征在于:所述衣物局部清洗结构还包括排水通道,所述超声清洗衣物局部后的清洗水流通过所述排水通道排出。
