本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗衣机,通过在洗衣机上设置投放洗涤剂的洗涤剂投放装置和供水的供水组件,并由检测装置检测附近是否存在待洗衣物控制其是否启动,在局部清洗的过程中,打湿衣物和添加洗涤剂的过程能够交替进行,提高对局部位置的清洗效果。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种洗衣机的控制方法,当检测装置检测到待洗衣物靠近的信号持续时间超过一定的设定阈值时,才会生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置或所述供水组件的启动指令,避免洗涤剂投放装置和供水组件被误触发。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种洗衣机,包括盘座,所述盘座具有衣物投放口;还包括:
洗涤剂投放装置,与所述盘座连接,用于向所述衣物投放口喷出洗涤剂;
供水组件,与所述盘座连接,用于向所述衣物投放口供水;
检测装置,被配置为当检测到待洗衣物靠近的信号后生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置或所述供水组件的启动指令。
进一步的,所述检测装置随着检测次数依次交替生成启动所述供水组件或所述洗涤剂投放装置的启动指令。
进一步的,所述检测装置包括:
第一检测单元,被配置为当检测到待洗衣物靠近的信号后生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置的启动指令,当附近检测不到待洗衣物的信号后生成关闭所述洗涤剂投放装置的关闭指令;
第二检测单元,被配置为当检测到待洗衣物靠近的信号后生成启动所述供水组件的启动指令,当附近检测不到待洗衣物的信号后生成关闭所述供水组件的关闭指令。
进一步的,所述检测装置配置为当检测到待洗衣物靠近的信号持续时间超过设定阈值后生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置或所述供水组件的启动指令。
进一步的,所述检测装置检测到待洗衣物靠近的信号后,生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置或所述供水组件的启动指令,经过设定的延时时间后,再生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置的启动指令;
或者,所述检测装置检测到待洗衣物靠近的信号后,生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置的启动指令,经过设定的延时时间后,再生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置或所述供水组件的启动指令。
进一步的,洗衣机还包括:
控制单元,与所述检测装置连接,配置为接收到启动所述洗涤剂投放装置或所述供水组件的启动指令后判断所述洗衣机当前时刻的状态,根据所述洗衣机当前时刻的状态,判断是否执行启动指令。
进一步的,所述控制单元被配置为,
若洗衣机当前时刻处于待机状态,则将启动所述洗涤剂投放装置的启动指令发送至所述洗涤剂投放装置或将启动所述供水组件的启动指令发送至所述供水组件;
若判断所述洗衣机当前时刻的状态处于运行状态,则将启动所述洗涤剂投放装置或启动所述供水组件的启动指令作废。
进一步的,洗衣机还包括:
确认单元,与所述控制单元连接,配置为显示并接收用户确认是否投放洗涤剂或供水的确认信息。
进一步的,所述检测装置为如下中的任意一种:
红外感应单元、位置传感器。

在所述盖体关闭所述开口的状态下,与开口周围的衣物投放口侧壁平滑过渡;
在所述盖体打开所述开口的状态下,所述出液管以及所述供水组件的出水管伸出于所述衣物投放口的侧壁外喷出洗涤剂和水。
作为进一步的可替换的实施方案,洗衣机还包括:
出液头,设置在所述衣物投放口的侧壁上;
切换单元,具有第一入口、第二入口和出口,所述第一入口和所述第二入口一一对应与所述洗涤剂投放装置和所述供水组件连通,所述出口与所述出液头连通,所述切换单元被配置为在所述第一入口和所述第二入口中切换择一与所述出口连通。
进一步的,洗衣机还包括:
联动控制单元,分别与切换单元和检测装置连接,配置为当接收到启动所述洗涤投放装置的启动指令后,控制所述第一入口与所述出口连通,当接收到启动所述供水组件的启动指令后,控制所述第二入口与所述出口连通。

储液容器,设置在所述盘座内;

本发明上述洗衣机的控制方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,检测装置检测到待洗衣物靠近的信号;
S2,判断待洗衣物靠近的信号持续时间是否超过设定阈值,若是,执行步骤S3,若否,待机;
S3,生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置或所述供水组件的启动指令;
S4,获取洗衣机当前时刻的状态,判断洗衣机当前时刻是否处于运行状态,若是,执行步骤S5,若否,执行步骤S6;
S5,将启动所述洗涤剂投放装置或启动所述供水组件的启动指令作废;
S6,将启动所述洗涤剂投放装置的启动指令发送至所述洗涤剂投放装置或将启动所述供水组件的启动指令发送至所述供水组件,清洗待洗衣物;
S7,用户判断待洗衣物是否清洗干净,若是,将待洗衣物远离检测装置,若否,返回执行步骤S1。

S1,检测装置检测到待洗衣物靠近的信号;
S2,判断待洗衣物靠近的信号持续时间是否超过设定阈值,若是,执行步骤S3,若否,待机;
S3,生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置或所述供水组件的启动指令;
S4,获取洗衣机当前时刻的状态,判断洗衣机当前时刻是否处于运行状态,若是,执行步骤S5,若否,执行步骤S7;
S5,判断洗衣机当前时刻是否处于主洗阶段,若是,判断是否收到用户确认喷出洗涤剂或水的确认信息,若是,执行步骤S6,若否,执行步骤S7;
S6,将启动所述洗涤剂投放装置的启动指令发送至所述洗涤剂投放装置或将启动所述供水组件的启动指令发送至所述供水组件;
S7,将启动所述洗涤剂投放装置或启动所述供水组件的启动指令作废。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
1、本发明洗衣机通过在盘座上分别设置喷出洗涤剂和水的洗涤剂投放装置和供水组件,同时由检测装置控制其是否启动,在局部清洗的过程中,打湿衣物和添加洗涤剂的过程可交替进行,提高对局部位置的清洗效果。
2、本发明洗衣机设置检测装置检测附近是否有待洗衣物即可完成对供水组件和洗涤剂投放装置的控制,减少洗衣机的零部件数量,简化装配关系,节约设备成本。
3、本发明检测装置检测到待洗衣物靠近的信号持续时间超过一定的设定阈值时,才会生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置或所述供水组件的启动指令,避免洗涤剂投放装置和供水组件被误触发。
4、本发明分别设置两个检测单元对供水组件和洗涤剂投放装置进行分别控制,提高对供水组件和洗涤剂投放装置的控制的灵活性,更加符合用户的使用习惯,提高用户的使用体验。
5、本发明洗衣机在衣物投放口的侧壁上设置一出液头,而将洗涤剂投放装置以及供水组件均设置在盘座内部,在实现局部清洗目的时使洗衣机比较美观,而且整体结构也较为紧凑。
6、本发明利用洗涤剂投放装置和供水组件在洗衣机的主洗阶段向洗涤桶内进水和洗涤剂,方便用户操作,提高用户使用体验。

本发明的洗衣机以波轮洗衣机为例,但波轮洗衣机并不是对本发明保护范围的限定,其它洗衣机例如顶开式滚筒洗衣机、或者台面具有洗涤盆的洗衣机、再或者前侧门窗具有手洗设备的滚筒洗衣机等均在本发明保护范围内。
如图1至图5所示,本发明提供的一种洗衣机,包括箱体1,箱体1内设置有桶组件,箱体1的上方设置有盘座2。盘座2具有衣物投放口3,且与桶组件的上方桶口对应,盘座2上还设置有开闭所述衣物投放口3的上盖9。
洗衣机还包括洗涤剂投放装置4和供水组件5。洗涤剂投放装置4与盘座2连接,用于投放洗涤剂,供水组件5与盘座2连接,用于供水。
可见,上述洗涤剂投放装置4和供水组件5与常规洗衣机上设置的用于向桶组件内投放洗涤剂的洗涤剂投放装置和供水组件有所不同。常规洗衣机的供水组件直接进水至桶内,洗涤剂投放装置投放的洗涤剂在水槽内与进水混合溶解形成稀释的洗涤液再投放到桶内。
本发明洗涤剂投放装置4和供水组件5不受洗衣机的预设的洗涤程序控制,而是用于在衣物投放口3处局部清洗衣物时,由检测装置6控制洗涤剂投放装置4和供水组件5向该衣物投放口3处的衣物投放洗涤剂和水。
该检测装置6被配置为:检测到待洗衣物10靠近的信号后生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4或所述供水组件5的启动指令。
进一步的,为了使用方便,本发明检测装置6还被配置为:当附近检测不到待洗衣物10的信号后生成关闭所述洗涤剂投放装置4或所述供水组件5的关闭指令。
本发明控制所述洗涤剂投放装置4或所述供水组件5关闭的信号也可以是手动控制或者语音控制。
上述方案通过在盘座2上分别设置投放洗涤剂和水的洗涤剂投放装置4和供水组件5,同时由检测装置6控制其是否启动,在局部清洗的过程中,打湿衣物和添加洗涤剂的过程可交替进行,提高对局部位置的清洗效果。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述检测装置6随着检测次数依次交替生成启动所述供水组件5或所述洗涤剂投放装置4的启动指令。
所述检测装置6依次循环生成启动所述供水组件5的启动指令、关闭所述供水组件5的关闭指令、启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4的启动指令、关闭所述洗涤剂投放装置4的关闭指令。
详细的,在使用过程中,如图2所示,当检测装置6检测到待洗衣物10靠近时,生成启动供水组件5的启动指令,并将启动指令发送至供水组件5,供水组件5接收到启动指令后,向衣物投放口3供水,湿润待洗衣物10。当用户判断衣物被彻底湿润后,将衣物离开检测装置6的检测范围,检测装置6检测不到附近衣物的信号后生成关闭供水组件5的关闭指令,并将关闭指令发送至供水组件5,供水组件5接收到关闭指令后,停止向衣物投放口3供水。如图1所示,当检测装置6再次检测到待洗衣物10靠近时,生成启动洗涤剂投放装置4的启动指令,并将启动指令发送至洗涤剂投放装置4,洗涤剂投放装置4接收到启动指令后,向衣物投放口3喷出洗涤剂,涂抹在待洗衣物10上。当用户判断喷出适当量的洗涤剂后,将衣物离开检测装置6的检测范围,检测装置6检测不到附近衣物的信号后生成关闭洗涤剂投放装置4的关闭指令,并将关闭指令发送至洗涤投放装置,洗涤剂投放装置4接收到关闭指令后,停止向衣物投放口3喷出洗涤剂。
至此,如图3所示,待洗衣物10被润湿且涂抹有洗涤剂,用户揉搓待洗衣物10后,目测已将待洗衣物10的污渍清洗干净后,再次将待洗衣物10靠近检测装置6。当检测装置6检测到待洗衣物10靠近时, 生成启动供水组件5的启动指令,并将启动指令发送至供水组件5,供水组件5接收到启动指令后,向衣物投放口3供水,冲刷待洗衣物10上洗涤剂泡沫。
当洗涤剂泡沫被冲刷干净后,用户目测待洗衣物10的污渍是否被清洗干净,如果清洗干净,将衣物离开检测装置6的检测范围,检测装置6检测不到附近衣物的信号后生成关闭供水组件5的关闭指令,并将关闭指令发送至供水组件5,供水组件5接收到关闭指令后,停止向衣物投放口3供水,用户将待洗衣物10投放入桶组件内。如果还未清洗干净,可再次将衣物靠近检测装置6,当检测装置6再次检测到待洗衣物10靠近时,生成启动洗涤剂投放装置4的启动指令,并将启动指令发送至洗涤剂投放装置4,洗涤剂投放装置4接收到启动指令后,向衣物投放口3喷出洗涤剂,涂抹在待洗衣物10上。当用户判断喷出适当量的洗涤剂后,将衣物离开检测装置6的检测范围,检测装置6检测不到附近衣物的信号后生成关闭洗涤剂投放装置4的关闭指令,并将关闭指令发送至洗涤投放装置,洗涤剂投放装置4接收到关闭指令后,停止向衣物投放口3喷出洗涤剂。
用户可根据实际情况控制衣物是否靠近检测装置6,使供水和喷出洗涤剂交替进行,提高对局部位置的清洗效果。
上述方案中,仅设置一个检测装置6即可完成对供水组件5和洗涤剂投放装置4的控制,减少洗衣机的零部件数量,简化装配关系,节约设备成本。
在设置位置上,检测装置6可设置在供水组件5和洗涤投放装置所控制范围的交叉地带。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述检测装置6包括第一检测单元61和第二检测单元62(参阅图10)。
第一检测单元被配置为当检测到待洗衣物10靠近的信号后生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4的启动指令,当附近检测不到待洗衣物10的信号后生成关闭所述洗涤剂投放装置4的关闭指令。
第二检测单元被配置为当检测到待洗衣物10靠近的信号后生成启动所述供水组件5的启动指令,当附近检测不到待洗衣物10的信号后生成关闭所述供水组件5的关闭指令。
详细的,在使用过程中,当第二检测单元检测到待洗衣物10靠近时,生成启动供水组件5的启动指令,并将启动指令发送至供水组件5,供水组件5接收到启动指令后,向衣物投放口3供水,湿润待洗衣物10。当用户判断衣物被彻底湿润后,将衣物离开第二检测单元的检测范围,第二检测单元检测不到附近待洗衣物10的信号后生成关闭供水组件5的关闭指令,并将关闭指令发送至供水组件5,供水组件5接收到关闭指令后,停止向衣物投放口3供水。当第一检测单元检测到待洗衣物10靠近时,生成启动洗涤剂投放装置4的启动指令,并将启动指令发送至洗涤剂投放装置4,洗涤剂投放装置4接收到启动指令后,向衣物投放口3喷出洗涤剂,涂抹在待洗衣物10上。当用户判断喷出适当量的洗涤剂后,将衣物离开第一检测单元的检测范围,第一检测单元检测不到附近待洗衣物10的信号后生成关闭洗涤剂投放装置4的关闭指令,并将关闭指令发送至洗涤投放装置,洗涤剂投放装置4接收到关闭指令后,停止向衣物投放口3喷出洗涤剂。

当洗涤剂泡沫被冲刷干净后,用户目测待洗衣物10的污渍是否被清洗干净,如果清洗干净,将衣物离开第二检测单元的检测范围,第二检测单元检测不到附近待洗衣物10的信号后生成关闭供水组件5的关闭指令,并将关闭指令发送至供水组件5,供水组件5接收到关闭指令后,停止向衣物投放口3供水,用户将待洗衣物10投放入桶组件内。如果还未清洗干净,可再次将衣物靠近第一检测单元,当第一检测单元检测到待洗衣物10靠近时,生成启动洗涤剂投放装置4的启动指令,并将启动指令发送至洗涤剂投放装置4,洗涤剂投放装置4接收到启动指令后,向衣物投放口3喷出洗涤剂,涂抹在待洗衣物10上。当用户判断喷出适当量的洗涤剂后,将衣物离开第一检测单元的检测范围,第一检测单元检测不到附近待洗衣物10的信号后生成关闭洗涤剂投放装置4的关闭指令,并将关闭指令发送至洗涤投放装置,洗涤剂投 放装置4接收到关闭指令后,停止向衣物投放口3喷出洗涤剂。
用户可根据实际情况控制衣物是否靠近第一检测单元和第二检测单元,使供水和喷出洗涤剂交替进行,提高对局部位置的清洗效果。
上述方案中,设置两个检测单元与供水组件5和洗涤剂投放装置4一一对应分别进行控制,提高对供水组件5和洗涤剂投放装置4的控制的灵活性,更加符合用户的使用习惯,提高用户的使用体验。
在设置位置上,第一检测单元和第二检测单元可分别设置在靠近洗涤投放装置4和供水组件5的位置。
在本发明的一些实施例中,检测装置6可以为红外感应单元、位置传感器、声波传感器中的任意一种,或者也可为语音识别模块。
红外感应单元、位置传感器以及声波传感器可通过感应待洗衣物10距离检测装置6的距离从而发送启动或关闭的信号。
语音识别模块可通过识别例如“启动洗涤剂”“关闭洗涤剂”“启动出水”“关闭出水”等语音控制指令从而发送启动或关闭的信号。
在本发明的一些实施例中,洗衣机还包括控制面板7,控制面板7上设置有程序选择器以及附加功能选择按钮等。控制面板7设置在所述盘座2上,特别地,本发明提供的所述控制面板7上设置有控制按键8,所述控制按键8被配置为控制所述检测装置6是否生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4或所述供水组件5的启动指令。
详细的,如图4所示,由于供水组件5以及洗涤剂投放装置4均设置在盘座2上,因此,用户在向桶组件内投放衣物时势必会经过检测装置6,为避免检测装置6被误触发,本发明在控制面板7上设置一控制按键8,只有当控制按键8处于被选定的状态下,检测装置6才会检测是否有待洗衣物10靠近,否则,检测装置6不会检测是否有待洗衣物10靠近。
上述方案使本发明的洗衣机在控制供水组件5和洗涤剂投放装置4的过程中逻辑更加合理,减少被误触发的可能性。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述洗涤剂投放装置4为泡沫型洗涤剂投放装置。
上述方案中,洗涤剂投放装置4喷出的洗涤剂为泡沫型,使洗涤剂泡沫更加细腻,而且,也省略了用户揉搓产生泡沫的过程,节省时间。
具体的,所述洗涤剂投放装置4包括储液容器、出液管41和泡沫发生装置。储液容器设置在所述盘座2内;出液管41设置在所述衣物投放口3的侧壁上,出液管41的出口伸出盘座2的侧壁位于衣物投放口3内。
泡沫发生装置包括气液混合腔、液体泵、气体泵和驱动机构。气液混合腔与所述出液管41连通;液体泵的一端与所述储液容器连通,另一端与所述气液混合腔连通;气体泵的一端与大气外界连通,另一端与所述气液混合腔连通;驱动机构用于驱动所述液体泵和所述气体泵,被配置为接收启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4的信号。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述衣物投放口3的侧壁上设置有开口,所述出液管41以及所述供水组件5的出水管通过所述开口收纳于所述盘座2内或伸出于所述衣物投放口3的侧壁外。
详细的,如图5所示,当使用洗涤剂投放装置4和供水组件5清洗衣物时,使所述出液管41以及所述供水组件5的出水管通过所述开口伸出于所述衣物投放口3的侧壁外,暴露在衣物投放口3,当不使用时,使所述出液管41以及所述供水组件5的出水管通过所述开口收纳于所述盘座2内,避免所述出液管41以及所述供水组件5的出水管占用衣物投放口3的空间。
进一步的方案中,所述开口设置有枢转连接的盖体,在所述盖体关闭所述开口的状态下,所述盖体的外壁构成所述衣物投放口3的侧壁;在所述盖体打开所述开口的状态下,所述出液管41以及所述供水组件5的出水管伸出于所述衣物投放口3的侧壁外喷出洗涤剂和水。
上述方案中,通过设置盖体,在所述盖体关闭所述开口的状态下,所述盖体的外壁构成所述衣物投放口3的侧壁,增加洗衣机的美观度。
如图6和图7所示,本发明提供的另一种洗衣机,包括箱体1,箱体1内设置有桶组件,箱体1的上方设置有盘座2。盘座2具有衣物投放口3,且与桶组件的上方桶口对应,衣物投放口3的侧壁上设置有出液头42,盘座2上还设置有开闭所述衣物投放口3的上盖9。
洗衣机还包括洗涤剂投放装置、供水组件和切换单元。洗涤剂投放装置设置在盘座2内,用于向所述出液头42提供洗涤剂,供水组件设置在所述盘座2内,用于向所述出液头42提供水。
所述切换单元具有第一入口、第二入口和出口,所述第一入口和所述第二入口分别与所述洗涤剂投放装置和所述供水组件连通,所述出口与所述出液头42连通,所述切换单元被配置为在所述第一入口和所述第二入口中择一与所述出口连通。
可见,上述洗涤剂投放装置和供水组件与常规洗衣机上设置的用于向桶组件内投放洗涤剂的洗涤剂投放装置和供水组件有所不同,而是通过出液头42向衣物投放口3处的待洗衣物提供水或者洗涤剂,用于使用户能够对待洗衣物10上脏污程度较高的局部位置进行清洗。
详细的,在使用过程中,当需要润湿衣物时,将切换单元的第二入口与出口连通,此时,从出液头42流出的为水,用于打湿衣物。当需要涂抹洗涤剂时,将切换单元的第一入口与出口连通,此时,从出液头42流出的为洗涤剂,用于清洁衣物上污渍。
上述方案中,仅在衣物投放口3的侧壁上设置一出液头42,而将洗涤剂投放装置以及供水组件均设置在盘座2内部,使洗衣机比较美观,而且整体结构也较为紧凑。
进一步的方案中,洗衣机还包括检测装置6和联动控制单元。检测装置6被配置为当检测到待洗衣物10靠近的信号后生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置或所述供水组件的启动指令,当附近检测不到待洗衣物10的信号后生成关闭所述洗涤剂投放装置或所述供水组件的关闭指令。联动控制单元分别与切换单元和检测装置6连接,配置为当接收到启动所述洗涤投放装置的启动指令后,控制所述第一入口与所述出口连通,当接收到启动所述供水组件的启动指令后,控制所述第二入口与所述出口连通。
上述方案通过在盘座2内分别设置提供洗涤剂和水的洗涤剂投放装置和供水组件,同时由检测装置6控制其是否启动,在局部清洗的过程中,打湿衣物和添加洗涤剂的过程可交替进行,提高对局部位置的清洗效果。
另外,联动控制单元可根据检测装置6生成的信号控制切换单元的通路,实现自动控制水或洗涤剂从出液头42流出,提高局部清洗的自动化程度,简化用户操作步骤,提高用户使用体验。
在本实施方案中,所述洗涤剂投放装置为泡沫型洗涤剂投放装置。
上述方案中,洗涤剂投放装置提供的洗涤剂为泡沫型,使洗涤剂泡沫更加细腻,而且,也省略了用户揉搓产生泡沫的过程,节省时间。
具体的,所述洗涤剂投放装置包括储液容器和泡沫发生器,储液容器设置在所述盘座2内。
泡沫发生器包括气液混合腔、液体泵、气体泵和驱动机构。气液混合腔与所述切换单元的第一入口管连通;液体泵的一端与所述储液容器连通,另一端与所述气液混合腔连通;气体泵的一端与大气外界连通,另一端与所述气液混合腔连通;驱动机构用于驱动所述液体泵和所述气体泵,被配置为接收启动所述洗涤剂投放装置的信号。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述供水组件包括出水管和电磁阀。
所述出水管设置在所述盘座2内,其一端与洗衣机的进水阀的连通,另一端与所述第二入口连通。
所述电磁阀设置在所述出水管上,被配置接收启动/关闭所述供水组件的信号控制所述出水管的通断。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述检测装置6随着检测次数依次交替生成启动所述供水组件或所述洗涤剂投放装置的启动指令。
所述检测装置6依次循环生成启动所述供水组件的启动指令、关闭所述供水组件的关闭指令、启动所述洗涤剂投放装置的启动指令、关闭所述洗涤剂投放装置的关闭指令。

当洗涤剂泡沫被冲刷干净后,用户目测待洗衣物10的污渍是否被清洗干净,如果清洗干净,将衣物离开检测装置6的检测范围,检测装置6检测不到附近衣物的信号后生成关闭供水组件的关闭指令,并将关闭指令发送至电磁阀,电磁阀接收到关闭指令后,控制出水管断开,停止向衣物投放口3供水,用户将待洗衣物10投放入桶组件内。如果还未清洗干净,可再次将衣物靠近检测装置6,当检测装置6再次检测到待洗衣物10靠近时,生成启动洗涤剂投放装置的启动指令,并将启动指令发送至驱动机构和联动控制单元,驱动机构接收到启动指令后,将洗涤剂由液体状态转换为泡沫状态,同时,联动控制单元控制切换单元的第一入口与所述出口连通,至此,泡沫型的洗涤剂通过出液头42向衣物投放口3喷出。当用户判断喷出适当量的洗涤剂后,将衣物离开检测装置6的检测范围,检测装置6检测不到附近衣物的信号后生成关闭洗涤剂投放装置的关闭指令,并将关闭指令发送至驱动机构,驱动机构接收到关闭指令后,停止向衣物投放口3喷出洗涤剂。
用户可根据实际的洗涤效果控制湿润衣物-涂抹洗涤剂的循环次数。如果待洗衣物10的局部位置脏污程度较低,循环一次或两次即可达到理想的洗涤效果。如果待洗衣物10的局部位置脏污程度较高,循环三次或四次即可达到理想的洗涤效果。
上述方案中,用户可根据实际情况控制衣物是否靠近检测装置6,使供水和喷出洗涤剂交替进行,提高对局部位置的清洗效果。而且,仅设置一个检测装置6即可完成对供水组件和洗涤剂投放装置的控制,减少洗衣机的零部件数量,简化装配关系,节约设备成本。
在设置位置上,检测装置6可设置在出液头42附近,例如在出液头42的四周。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图10所示,所述检测装置6包括第一检测单元61和第二检测单元62。
第一检测单元61被配置为当检测到待洗衣物10靠近的信号后生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置的启动指令,当附近检测不到待洗衣物10的信号后生成关闭所述洗涤剂投放装置的关闭指令。

在设置位置上,第一检测单元61和第二检测单元62可分别设置在出液头42的两侧。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述衣物投放口3的侧壁上设置有开口,所述出液头42连接有导液管43,并随着导液管43通过所述开口收纳于所述盘座2内或伸出于所述衣物投放口3的侧壁外。
详细的,当使用洗涤剂投放装置和供水组件清洗衣物时,使所述导液管43以及出液头42通过所述开口伸出于所述衣物投放口3的侧壁外,暴露在衣物投放口3,当不使用时,使所述导液管43以及出液头42通过所述开口收纳于所述盘座2内,避免所述导液管43以及出液头42占用衣物投放口3的空间。
进一步的,本发明检测装置6被配置为检测到待洗衣物10靠近的信号持续时间超过设定阈值后生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4或所述供水组件5的启动指令。
由于用户在向桶组件内投放衣物时势必会经过检测装置6,为避免检测装置6被误触,本发明对检测装置6检测到信号的持续时间做了限定,只有当持续时间超过设定阈值的前提下,检测装置6才会生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4或所述供水组件5的启动指令,否则,检测装置6不会生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4或所述供水组件5的启动指令。
上述方案通过在盘座2上分别设置喷出洗涤剂和水的洗涤剂投放装置4和供水组件5,同时由检测装置6控制其是否启动,在局部清洗的过程中,打湿衣物和添加洗涤剂的过程可交替进行,提高对局部位置 的清洗效果。而且,只有当待洗衣物10靠近的信号持续时间超过设定阈值时才会生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4或所述供水组件5的启动指令,增加了对洗涤剂投放装置4和供水组件5控制的安全性。
上述方案使本发明的洗衣机在控制供水组件5和洗涤剂投放装置4的过程中逻辑更加合理,减少被误触发的可能性。
在本发明的一些实施例中,洗衣机还包括控制单元,所述控制单元与所述检测装置6连接,配置为接收到启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4或所述供水组件5的启动指令后判断所述洗衣机当前时刻的状态,若洗衣机当前时刻处于待机状态,则将启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4的启动指令发送至所述洗涤剂投放装置4或将启动所述供水组件5的启动指令发送至所述供水组件5。
详细的,为进一步增强洗涤剂投放装置4和供水组件5的安全性,本发明在收到启动洗涤剂投放装置4或供水组件5的信号后,并不立即启动洗涤剂投放装置4或供水组件5,而是判断洗衣机目前所处的状态,如果洗衣机目前所处的状态为待机状态,即桶组件没有执行洗涤任务时,确认此时使用洗涤剂投放装置4或供水组件5是安全时才会将启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4的启动指令发送至所述洗涤剂投放装置4或将启动所述供水组件5的启动指令发送至所述供水组件5。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如果洗衣机目前所处的状态为运行状态,即洗涤桶在执行洗涤任务,这时如果使用洗涤剂投放装置4或供水组件5有可能出现一些安全隐患,例如,待洗衣物10随着洗涤桶一起旋转,或者出水量太多导致洗涤桶内水位超过最高水位出现溢流等。
此时,控制单元即使接收到启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4或启动所述供水组件5的启动指令,也不应将启动指令发送至洗涤剂投放装置4或供水组件5,而是应将启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4或启动所述供水组件5的启动指令作废。
在本发明的另外一些实施例中,所述检测装置6包括第一检测单元和第二检测单元。
第一检测单元被配置为当检测到待洗衣物10靠近的信号持续时间超过设定阈值后生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4的启动指令。
第二检测单元被配置为当检测到待洗衣物10靠近的信号持续时间超过设定阈值后生成启动所述供水组件5的启动指令。
所述控制单元还被配置为若判断所述洗衣机当前时刻处于主洗阶段,则将所述第一检测单元生成的启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4的启动指令发送至所述洗涤剂投放装置4或将所述第二检测单元生成的启动所述供水组件5的启动指令发送至所述供水组件5。
详细的,当洗衣机处于运行状态下,用户想要向洗涤桶内继续进水或者洗涤剂时,如果直接用盆接水倒入洗涤桶内或者直接向洗涤剂桶内直接添加洗涤剂,显然操作并不便利,还有可能使水倒在洗涤桶的外部,造成溢水现象,本发明可利用对局部位置进行清洗的洗涤剂投放装置4和供水组件实现上述目的。
当控制单元接收到启动指令后,判断洗衣机当前时刻所处的洗涤阶段,如果处于主洗阶段,则可认定用户触发检测装置6的目的是向洗涤桶内额外进水或者洗涤剂。此时,控制单元将启动洗涤剂投放装置4和/或供水组件5的启动指令发送至洗涤剂投放装置4和/或供水组件5。
需要说明的是,启动一次洗涤剂投放装置4喷出的洗涤剂的量可预设在洗衣机的控制单元中,例如,一次喷出5ml的洗涤剂。同理启动一次供水组件5喷出的水的量也可预设在洗衣机的控制单元中,例如,一次喷出1L的水。
另外,可以理解的是,上述主洗阶段不包括漂洗阶段和脱水阶段。
或者,洗衣机还包括确认单元,与控制单元连接,当检测到洗衣机处于主洗阶段时,可在洗衣机的确认单元上显示用于使用户确认是否喷出洗涤剂或水的确认信息,当用户确认后,在将启动洗涤剂投放装置4和/或供水组件5的启动指令发送至洗涤剂投放装置4和/或供水组件5。
进一步的,在用户确认的过程中也可显示需要用户设定的喷出洗涤剂的量或者水的量,当用户设定了 喷出洗涤剂或水的量后,洗涤剂投放装置4和供水组件5按照设定量进行投放。
可以理解的是,在上述的实施方案中,洗涤剂投放装置4或供水组件5应设置有投放量的控制器,例如流量计、定量泵等。
与上述实施例不同的是,在本发明的另外一些实施例中,仅设置一个检测单元,所述检测装置6检测到待洗衣物10靠近的信号后,生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4或所述供水组件5的启动指令,经过设定的延时时间后,再生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4的启动指令。
或者,所述检测装置6检测到待洗衣物10靠近的信号后,生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4的启动指令,经过设定的延时时间后,再生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4或所述供水组件5的启动指令。
即投放一次洗涤剂和一次水为一个流程,当此次流程结束之后,如需继续投放洗涤剂和水还需再次将衣物靠近检测装置6。
上述方案中,通过在控制单元中设定相应的程序利用一个检测装置6同时控制洗涤剂投放装置4和供水组件5,简化用户的操作,也可降低洗衣机的成本。
综上,如图8所示,本发明的洗衣机的控制流程可包括如下步骤:
S1,检测装置6检测到待洗衣物10靠近的信号;
S2,判断待洗衣物10靠近的信号持续时间是否超过设定阈值,若是,执行步骤S3,若否,待机;
S3,生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4或所述供水组件5的启动指令;
S4,获取洗衣机当前时刻的状态,判断洗衣机当前时刻是否处于运行状态,若是,执行步骤S5,若否,执行步骤S6;
S5,将启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4或启动所述供水组件5的启动指令作废;
S6,将启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4的启动指令发送至所述洗涤剂投放装置4或将启动所述供水组件5的启动指令发送至所述供水组件5,清洗待洗衣物10;
S7,用户判断待洗衣物10是否清洗干净,若是,将待洗衣物10远离检测装置6,若否,返回执行步骤S1。
或者,如图9所示,本发明的洗衣机的控制流程可包括如下步骤:
S1,检测装置6检测到待洗衣物10靠近的信号;
S2,判断待洗衣物10靠近的信号持续时间是否超过设定阈值,若是,执行步骤S3,若否,待机;

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述检测装置随着检测次数依次交替生成启动所述供水组件或所述洗涤剂投放装置的启动指令。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述检测装置包括:第一检测单元,被配置为当检测到待洗衣物靠近的信号后生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置的启动指令,当附近检测不到待洗衣物的信号后生成关闭所述洗涤剂投放装置的关闭指令;第二检测单元,被配置为当检测到待洗衣物靠近出水口的信号后生成启动所述供水组件的启动指令,当附近检测不到待洗衣物的信号后生成关闭所述供水组件的关闭指令。

- 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述控制单元被配置为,若洗衣机当前时刻处于待机状态,则将启动所述洗涤剂投放装置的启动指令发送至所述洗涤剂投放装置或将启动所述供水组件的启动指令发送至所述供水组件;若判断所述洗衣机当前时刻的状态处于运行状态,则将启动所述洗涤剂投放装置或启动所述供水组件的启动指令作废。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,还包括:确认单元,与所述控制单元连接,配置为显示并接收用户确认是否投放洗涤剂或供水的确认信息。
- 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述检测装置为如下中的任意一种:红外感应单元、位置传感器。

- 根据权利要求13所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述衣物投放口的侧壁上设置有开口,所述出液管以及所述供水组件的出水管通过所述开口可伸缩地收纳于所述盘座内或伸出于所述衣物投放口的侧壁外。
- 根据权利要求14所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述开口设置有枢转连接的盖体,用于开闭所述的开口;在所述盖体关闭所述开口的状态下,与开口周围的衣物投放口侧壁平滑过渡;在所述盖体打开所述开口的状态下,所述出液管以及所述供水组件的出水管伸出于所述衣物投放口的侧壁外喷出洗涤剂和水。
- 根据权利要求10-12任意一项所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,还包括:出液头,设置在所述衣物投放口的侧壁上;切换单元,具有第一入口、第二入口和出口,所述第一入口和所述第二入口一一对应与所述洗涤剂投放装置和所述供水组件连通,所述出口与所述出液头连通,所述切换单元被配置为在所述第一入口和所述第二入口中切换择一与所述出口连通。
- 根据权利要求16所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,还包括:联动控制单元,分别与切换单元和检测装置连接,配置为当接收到启动所述洗涤投放装置的启动指令后,控制所述第一入口与所述出口连通,当接收到启动所述供水组件的启动指令后,控制所述第二入口与所述出口连通。
- 根据权利要求16或17所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂投放装置包括:储液容器,设置在所述盘座内;泡沫发生器,包括:气液混合腔,与所述第一入口连通;液体泵,一端与所述储液容器连通,另一端与所述气液混合腔连通;气体泵,一端与大气外界连通,另一端与所述气液混合腔连通;驱动机构,用于驱动所述液体泵和所述气体泵,被配置为接收启动/关闭所述洗涤剂投放装置的信号。
- 根据权利要求16-18任意一项所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述供水组件包括:出水管,设置在所述盘座内,一端与洗衣机的进水阀的连通,另一端与所述第二入口连通;电磁阀,设置在所述出水管上,被配置接收启动/关闭所述供水组件的信号控制所述出水管的通断。
- 一种洗衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,应用于如权利要求1-19任一所述的洗衣机,包括以下步骤:S1,检测装置检测到待洗衣物靠近的信号;S2,判断待洗衣物靠近的信号持续时间是否超过设定阈值,若是,执行步骤S3,若否,待机;S3,生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置或所述供水组件的启动指令;S4,获取洗衣机当前时刻的状态,判断洗衣机当前时刻是否处于运行状态,若是,执行步骤S5,若否,执行步骤S6;S5,将启动所述洗涤剂投放装置或启动所述供水组件的启动指令作废;S6,将启动所述洗涤剂投放装置的启动指令发送至所述洗涤剂投放装置或将启动所述供水组件的启动指令发送至所述供水组件,清洗待洗衣物;S7,用户判断待洗衣物是否清洗干净,若是,将待洗衣物远离检测装置,若否,返回执行步骤S1。
- 一种洗衣机的控制方法,其特征在于,应用于如权利要求1-19任一所述的洗衣机,包括以下步骤:S1,检测装置检测到待洗衣物靠近的信号;S2,判断待洗衣物靠近的信号持续时间是否超过设定阈值,若是,执行步骤S3,若否,待机;S3,生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置或所述供水组件的启动指令;S4,获取洗衣机当前时刻的状态,判断洗衣机当前时刻是否处于运行状态,若是,执行步骤S5,若否,执行步骤S7;S5,判断洗衣机当前时刻是否处于主洗阶段,若是,判断是否收到用户确认喷出洗涤剂或水的确认信息,若是,执行步骤S6,若否,执行步骤S7;S6,将启动所述洗涤剂投放装置的启动指令发送至所述洗涤剂投放装置或将启动所述供水组件的启动指令发送至所述供水组件;S7,将启动所述洗涤剂投放装置或启动所述供水组件的启动指令作废。
