优选的,门体包括门框和安装在门框上的凹槽状观察窗,观察窗的凹槽部探入洗涤筒开口处,洗涤剂存储单元与门框相固定连接,洗涤剂暂存单元设置在观察窗上,并且位于观察窗靠近洗涤筒开口的一侧。
进一步,所述观察窗竖直设置使凹槽部开口朝向水平方向,观察窗凹槽部的顶部向下凹陷形成洗涤剂暂存单元;洗涤剂暂存单元的一端与门框相连接,另一端横向延伸至观察窗靠近洗涤筒开口一侧的最外端,并与洗涤筒内部相连通。
优选的,洗涤剂暂存单元顶部敞口设置,以令洗涤剂存储单元内的洗涤剂和洗涤水通过顶部敞口流入洗涤剂暂存单元内。
进一步优选的,洗涤剂暂存单元的底部自连接端向延伸端方向逐渐向下倾斜。
进一步,所述出液口设置在门框上,出液口位于洗涤剂暂存单元的上方,使自出液口流出的洗涤剂受重力作用而流入洗涤剂暂存单元内。
优选的,门框包括环状外、内框,内框位于门体靠近洗涤筒开口的一侧,观察窗的外周被夹持在外框和内框之间;洗涤剂暂存单元的顶部敞口一端与内框相连接,另一端延伸至观察窗靠近洗涤筒开口一侧的最外端,出液口设置在内框上,并位于洗涤剂暂存单元顶部敞口的上方,洗涤液自出液口沿着内框通过顶部敞口流入洗涤剂暂存单元内。
进一步优选的,内框呈自外周向内周逐渐向中心倾斜的锥台形,出液口位于锥台形内框的竖直中轴面上。
进一步,所述洗涤剂存储单元内部中空,夹持在内框与外框之间,并位于门框的上侧。
优选的,内框与外框之间还设有抽液泵,抽液泵分别与洗涤剂存储单元和出液口相连通。
进一步优选的,门框靠近洗涤筒开口一侧的顶端还设有与洗涤剂存储单元相连通、用于向内投放洗涤剂的投液口。
进一步,所述门体上设有进水单元和出水口,洗涤水经进水单元自出水口流入洗涤剂暂存单元内,以将洗涤剂暂存单元内的洗涤剂冲入洗涤筒内。
进一步,所述出水口设置在内框上,并位于出液口和洗涤剂暂存单元的上方,洗涤水自出水口沿着内框流入洗涤剂暂存单元内。
优选的,出水口和出液口均位于洗涤剂暂存单元的中轴面上。
进一步优选的,洗涤剂暂存单元的轴线位于门体的中轴面上,出水口和出液口均位于门体的中轴面上。
进一步,进水单元包括进水水路,进水水路设置在门体内部,进水水路的一端穿出门体并与衣物处理设备的进水装置相连通,另一端与出水口相连通。
优选的,进水水路设置在外框和内框之间,进水水路的一端经门体一侧的门铰链穿出门体;出水口处设有喷嘴,喷嘴与进水水路相连通。
进一步,所述门体上设有两个相互独立的洗涤剂存储单元,分别为第一存储单元和第二存储单元。
优选的,第一存储单元和第二存储单元沿着门框周向分布在出液口的两侧,抽液泵设置在第一存储单元与第二存储单元之间,并分别与第一存储单元、第二存储单元和出液口相连通;门框的顶端还设有分别与第一存储单元、第二存储单元相连通的第一投液口和第二投液口。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种衣物处理设备,其上装有上述任一所述的一种衣物处理设备门体。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
1、通过设置相互独立的洗涤剂存放单元和洗涤剂暂存单元,使得门体集成了自动投放功能,并且洗涤剂可在洗涤剂暂存单元内被洗涤水溶解后再流入洗涤筒内,避免了高浓度洗涤剂对洗涤筒内衣物的损坏,提高了洗涤质量。
2、通过在门体上设置进水单元,洗涤水可通过进水单元将洗涤剂暂存单元内的洗涤剂冲入洗涤筒内,一方面可在洗涤剂暂存单元内将洗涤剂初步溶解,避免高浓度的洗涤剂直接接触衣物导致衣物损害,另一方面,可完全将洗涤剂暂存单元内的洗涤剂完全冲入洗涤筒内,避免洗涤剂残留在洗涤剂暂存单元内和观察窗上,从而导致洗涤剂投放量不足,洗涤不彻底。
3、通过设置洗涤剂存储单元,用户可在洗涤剂存储单元内预先填充能够使衣物处理装置进行多次洗涤程序的预设定的量的洗涤剂,从而能够消除每次进行洗涤程序时需将洗涤剂投放至衣物处理设备内的不便。
4、通过在门体上设置洗涤剂暂存单元和出水口,衣物处理设备可在进水过程的同时向洗涤筒内投放洗涤剂,避免了洗涤剂滞留在外筒的底部,提高了洗涤剂的利用率。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1至图2所示,本发明实施例中介绍了一种衣物处理设备门体100,门体100上设有相互独立的洗涤剂存储单元2和洗涤剂暂存单元1,以使洗涤剂经由洗涤剂存储单元2投放到洗涤剂暂存单元1后,洗涤水将洗涤剂暂存单元1内的洗涤剂冲入衣物处理设备的洗涤筒内。通过设置相互独立的洗涤剂存放单元和洗涤剂暂存单元,使得门体集成了自动投放功能,并且洗涤剂可在洗涤剂暂存单元内被洗涤水溶解后再流入洗涤筒内,避免了高浓度洗涤剂对洗涤筒内衣物的损坏,提高了洗涤质量。
本发明实施例中还介绍了一种衣物处理设备,其上装有上述一种衣物处理设备门体100,衣物处理设备还包括设有开口的箱体。衣物处理设备门体100通过设在门体一侧的门铰链与衣物处理设备箱体相连接,门体100可绕着门铰链竖直方向进行旋转以开闭箱体开口,在衣物处理设备洗涤过程中,也就是门体100关闭的状态下,门体100可以起到密封和观察的功能。
本发明实施例中,衣物处理设备还包括设置在箱体内的盛水桶,盛水桶用于盛放洗涤用水,盛水桶内装有利用电机驱动的洗涤装置,洗涤装置包括用于盛放衣物的洗涤筒、搅拌波轮和/或搅拌柱等,以利用电机驱动的洗涤装置带动洗涤筒内衣物翻转,以达到清洁衣物的目的。
如图1和2所示,本发明实施例中,该门体100朝向衣物处理设备箱体的一侧设有与箱体上的门锁卡槽适配的门钩6,当门体100处于关闭状态时,门体100上的门钩6伸入门锁卡槽内,以将门体100固定在箱体上;当需要打开门体100时,门锁将门钩6顶出,从而将门体弹出。门钩6和门铰链分别位于门体的左右两侧,用于将门体100与箱体进行固定连接。
实施例一
如图1至图2所示,本实施例中介绍了一种衣物处理设备门体100,门体100上设有相互独立的洗涤剂存储单元2和洗涤剂暂存单元1,以使洗涤剂经由洗涤剂存储单元2投放到洗涤剂暂存单元1后,洗涤水将洗涤剂暂存单元1内的洗涤剂冲入衣物处理设备的洗涤筒内。
本实施例中,洗涤剂存储单元2与门体100相固定连接,洗涤剂暂存单元1设置在门体100靠近洗涤筒开口的一侧,洗涤剂暂存单元1与洗涤筒内部相连通;门体100上设有出液口23,洗涤剂存储单元2内的洗涤剂经出液口23流入洗涤剂暂存单元1内;储存在洗涤剂存储单元2内的洗涤剂流入洗涤剂暂存单元1后,通过洗涤水从洗涤剂暂存单元1内冲入至洗涤筒内。
本实施例中,门体100包括门框4和安装在门框4上的凹槽状观察窗5,凹槽状观察窗5的凹槽部51探入洗涤筒开口,门框4包括位于远离洗涤筒开口一侧的外框和位于靠近洗涤筒开口一侧的内框41,凹槽状观察窗5的边缘插入外框和内框41之间,并分别与外框和内框相固定连接。
本实施例中,凹槽状观察窗5为一圆形内凹玻璃,凹槽状观察窗5竖直设置使凹槽部51开口朝向水平方向,其边缘有一圈向外翻折的环状翻边,类似于帽子的形状,该环状翻边分别与外框和内框相固定连接。
本实施例中,洗涤剂存储单元2与门框4相固定连接,洗涤剂暂存单元1设置在观察窗5上,并且位于观察窗5靠近洗涤筒开口一侧。
本实施例中,凹槽状观察窗5竖直设置使凹槽部51开口朝向水平方向,观察窗5凹槽部51的顶部向下凹陷形成洗涤剂暂存单元1;洗涤剂暂存单元1的一端与门框4相连接,另一端横向延伸至观察窗5靠近洗涤筒开口一侧的最外端,并且延伸端与洗涤筒内部相连通。
本实施例中,洗涤剂暂存单元1顶部敞口设置,以令洗涤剂存储单元2内的洗涤剂和衣物处理设备的洗涤水通过顶部敞口流入洗涤剂暂存单元1内,从而使得洗涤剂经由洗涤剂暂存单元1被洗涤水冲入洗涤筒内。
本实施例中,洗涤剂暂存单元1的底部自连接端向延伸端方向逐渐向下倾斜,以使得洗涤剂在重力作用下流入洗涤筒内,避免了洗涤剂残留在洗涤剂暂存单元1内。
本实施例中,出液口23设置在门框4上,并位于洗涤剂暂存单元1的上方,使自出液口23流出的洗涤剂受重力作用而流入洗涤剂暂存单元1内。
本实施例中,门框4包括环状外框和环状内框41,内框41位于门体100靠近洗涤筒开口的一侧,观察窗5的外周被夹持在外框和内框41之间;洗涤剂暂存单元1的顶部敞口一端与内框41相连接,另一端延伸至观察窗5靠近洗涤筒开口一侧的最外端,出液口设23置在内框41上,并位于洗涤剂暂存单元1顶部敞口的上方,洗涤液自出液口23沿着内框41通过顶部敞口流入洗涤剂暂存单元1内;内框41呈自外周向内周逐渐向中心倾斜的锥台形,出液口23位于锥台形内框41的竖直中轴面上。
实施例二
如图1至图2所示,本实施例中,门体100上设有进水单元3和出水口32,洗涤水经进水单元3自出水口32流入洗涤剂暂存单元1内,以将洗涤剂暂存单元1内的洗涤剂冲入洗涤筒内。通过在门体上设置进水单元,洗涤水可通过进水单元将洗涤剂暂存单元内的洗涤剂冲入洗涤筒内,一方面可在洗涤剂暂存单元内将洗涤剂初步溶解,避免高浓度的洗涤剂直接接触衣物导致衣物损害,另一方面,可完全将洗涤剂暂存单元内的洗 涤剂完全冲入洗涤筒内,避免洗涤剂残留在洗涤剂暂存单元内和观察窗上,从而导致洗涤剂投放量不足,洗涤不彻底。
本实施例中,出水口32设置在内框41上,并位于洗涤剂暂存单元1的正上方,出水口32设置在内框41上,并位于出液口23和洗涤剂暂存单元1的上方,洗涤水自出水口32沿着内框41经洗涤剂暂存单元1顶部敞口流入洗涤剂暂存单元1内。
本实施例中,出水口32和出液口23均位于洗涤剂暂存单元1的中轴面上。
本实施例中,洗涤剂暂存单元1的轴线位于门体的中轴面上,出水口32和出液口23均位于门体的中轴面上。
本实施例中,出水口处设有喷嘴33,喷嘴33与进水水路31相连通,进水水路31中的洗涤水经喷嘴33喷出至洗涤剂暂存单元1内。
本实施例中,进水单元3包括进水水路31,进水水路31设置在门体100内部,进水水路31的一端穿出门体100并与衣物处理设备的进水装置相连通,另一端与门体100上的出水口32相连通,进水装置中的洗涤水经过进水水路31从出水口32排出,以将洗涤剂暂存单元1中的洗涤剂冲入洗涤筒内。
本实施例中,门框4包括位于远离洗涤筒开口一侧的外框和位于靠近洗涤筒开口一侧的内框41,观察窗5被夹持在外框和内框41之间;进水水路31设置在外框和内框41之间,进水水路31的一端经门体100一侧的门铰链穿出门体100。
实施例三
如图1至图2所示,本实施例中,洗涤剂存储单元2与门框4相固定连接,门框4上设有与洗涤剂存储单元2相连通的出液口26,洗涤剂存储单元2内的洗涤剂经出液口26流入至洗涤剂暂存单元内。通过设置洗涤剂存储单元,用户可在洗涤剂存储单元内预先填充能够使衣物处理装置进行多次洗涤程序的预设定的量的洗涤剂,从而能够消除每次进行洗涤程序时需将洗涤剂投放至衣物处理设备内的不便。
本实施例中,洗涤剂存储单元2内部中空,用于存储洗涤剂,洗涤剂存储单元2与门框4相固定连接,门框4上设有与洗涤剂存储单元2相连通的出液口23,洗涤剂存储单元2内的洗涤剂经出液口23流入洗涤剂暂存单元1内,继而被洗涤水冲入洗涤筒内部。
本实施例中,洗涤剂存储单元2夹持在内框41和外框之间,并且与洗涤剂暂存单元1一同位于门框4的上侧,出液口23设置在内框41上,并位于洗涤剂暂存单元1的上方。
本实施例中,内框41和外框之间还设有抽液泵7,抽液泵7分别与洗涤剂存储单元2和出液口23相连通,出液口23位于出水口32的正下方,洗涤剂存储单元2内的洗涤剂经抽液泵7抽出,继而通过出液口23流入洗涤剂暂存单元1内。
本实施例中,门框4靠近洗涤筒开口一侧的顶端还设有与洗涤剂存储单元2相连通、用于向内投放洗涤剂的投液口24。
本实施例中,门体100上设有两个相互独立的洗涤剂存储单元2,分别为第一存储单元21和第二存储单元22,第一存储单元21和第二存储单元22内可分别存放洗涤剂和柔顺剂等不同功效的洗涤用品;第一存储单元21和第二存储单元22沿着门框4周向分布在出液口23的两侧,抽液泵7设置在第一存储单元21与第二存储单元22之间,并分别与第一存储单元21、第二存储单元22和出液口23相连通;门框4的顶端还设有分别与第一存储单元21、第二存储单元22相连通的第一投液口25和第二投液口26。
实施例四
如图1至图2所示,本实施例中还介绍了一种衣物处理设备,其上装有上述实施例一至三中任一所述的一种衣物处理设备门体100,该门体100上设有洗涤剂存储单元1和洗涤剂暂存单元2;衣物处理设备门体100通过设在门体一侧的门铰链与衣物处理设备箱体相连接,门体100可绕着门铰链竖直方向进行旋转以开闭箱体开口。
本实施例中,在衣物处理设备正常运行前,用户可预先通过投液口23向洗涤剂存储单元2内投放洗涤剂;用户可通过第一投液口25向第一存储单元21内投放洗涤剂,可通过第二投液口26向第二存储单元22内投放柔顺剂。
本实施例中,当衣物处理设备开始进行洗涤程序时,洗涤剂存储单元2通过抽液泵7向洗涤剂暂存单元1内喷射预定量的洗涤剂,同时衣物处理设备的洗涤水通过进水水路31和喷嘴33将洗涤剂暂存单元1内的洗涤剂初步溶解并将涤剂暂存单元1内所有的洗涤剂均冲入至洗涤筒内;第一存储单元21通过抽液泵7向洗涤剂暂存单元1内喷射预定量的洗涤剂,继而衣物处理设备的洗涤水通过进水水路31和喷嘴33将洗涤剂暂存单元1内的洗涤剂初步溶解并将涤剂暂存单元1内所有的洗涤剂均冲入至洗涤筒内;第二存储单元22通过抽液泵7向洗涤剂暂存单元1内喷射预定量的柔顺剂,继而衣物处 理设备的洗涤水通过进水水路31和喷嘴33将洗涤剂暂存单元1内的柔顺剂初步溶解并将涤剂暂存单元1内所有的柔顺剂均冲入至洗涤筒内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理设备门体,其特征在于,所述门体上设有相互独立的洗涤剂存储单元和洗涤剂暂存单元,以使洗涤剂经由洗涤剂存储单元投放至洗涤剂暂存单元后,洗涤水将洗涤剂暂存单元内的洗涤剂冲入衣物处理设备的洗涤筒内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理设备门体,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂存储单元与门体相固定连接,洗涤剂暂存单元设置在门体靠近洗涤筒开口的一侧,洗涤剂暂存单元与洗涤筒内部相连通;门体上设有出液口,洗涤剂存储单元内的洗涤剂经出液口流入洗涤剂暂存单元内;
    优选的,门体包括门框和安装在门框上的凹槽状观察窗,观察窗的凹槽部探入洗涤筒开口处,洗涤剂存储单元与门框相固定连接,洗涤剂暂存单元设置在观察窗上,并且位于观察窗靠近洗涤筒开口的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种衣物处理设备门体,其特征在于,所述观察窗竖直设置使凹槽部开口朝向水平方向,观察窗凹槽部的顶部向下凹陷形成洗涤剂暂存单元;洗涤剂暂存单元的一端与门框相连接,另一端横向延伸至观察窗靠近洗涤筒开口一侧的最外端,并与洗涤筒内部相连通;
    优选的,洗涤剂暂存单元顶部敞口设置,以令洗涤剂存储单元内的洗涤剂和洗涤水通过顶部敞口流入洗涤剂暂存单元内;
    进一步优选的,洗涤剂暂存单元的底部自连接端向延伸端方向逐渐向下倾斜。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种衣物处理设备门体,其特征在于,所述出液口设置在门框上,出液口位于洗涤剂暂存单元的上方,使自出液口流出的洗涤剂受重力作用而流入洗涤剂暂存单元内;
    优选的,门框包括环状外、内框,内框位于门体靠近洗涤筒开口的一侧,观察窗的外周被夹持在外框和内框之间;洗涤剂暂存单元的顶部敞口一端与内框相连接,另一端延伸至观察窗靠近洗涤筒开口一侧的最外端,出液口设置在内框上,并位于洗涤剂暂存单元顶部敞口的上方,洗涤液自出液口沿着内框通过顶部敞口流入洗涤剂暂存单元内;

  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的一种衣物处理设备门体,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂存储单元内部中空,夹持在内框与外框之间,并位于门框的上侧;
    优选的,内框与外框之间还设有抽液泵,抽液泵分别与洗涤剂存储单元和出液口相连通;
    进一步优选的,门框靠近洗涤筒开口一侧的顶端还设有与洗涤剂存储单元相连通、用于向内投放洗涤剂的投液口。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的一种衣物处理设备门体,其特征在于,所述门体上设有进水单元和出水口,洗涤水经进水单元自出水口流入洗涤剂暂存单元内,以将洗涤剂暂存单元内的洗涤剂冲入洗涤筒内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种衣物处理设备门体,其特征在于,所述出水口设置在内框上,并位于出液口和洗涤剂暂存单元的上方,洗涤水自出水口沿着内框流入洗涤剂暂存单元内;
    优选的,出水口和出液口均位于洗涤剂暂存单元的中轴面上;
    进一步优选的,洗涤剂暂存单元的轴线位于门体的中轴面上,出水口和出液口均位于门体的中轴面上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种衣物处理设备门体,其特征在于,进水单元包括进水水路,进水水路设置在门体内部,进水水路的一端穿出门体并与衣物处理设备的进水装置相连通,另一端与出水口相连通;
    优选的,进水水路设置在外框和内框之间,进水水路的一端经门体一侧的门铰链穿出门体;出水口处设有喷嘴,喷嘴与进水水路相连通。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一所述的一种衣物处理设备门体,其特征在于,所述门体上设有两个相互独立的洗涤剂存储单元,分别为第一存储单元和第二存储单元;
    优选的,第一存储单元和第二存储单元沿着门框周向分布在出液口的两侧,抽液泵设置在第一存储单元与第二存储单元之间,并分别与第一存储单元、第二存储单元和出液口相连通;门框的顶端还设有分别与第一存储单元、第二存储单元相连通的第一投液口和第二投液口。
  10. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,其上装有上述权利要求1至9任一所述的一种衣物处理设备门体。
