由于观察窗上的泡沫多数是在衣物甩干时溅到观察窗上的, 如果衣物甩干后再进水 冲洗观察窗将会将衣物再次打湿, 从而丧失了甩干的意义。 而且现有的方案不能对窗垫 密封圈进行冲洗, 尤其是窗垫密封圈的褶皱位置, 根本没有相应的清洗方法, 导致污垢 堆积及细菌的滋生, 严重影响洗衣效果。
此外, CN200720038617.8公开了一种增设清洗喷淋装置的滚筒洗衣机分水器, 具体 为在滚筒洗衣机分水器的柔软剂腔中加入可以冲洗残留洗涤剂与泡沫的冲洗水道, 冲洗 水道形成一股为分水器柔软剂腔中提供冲洗的水流, 一股经喷淋出水口为窗口玻璃、 门 窗垫密封圈冲洗残留洗涤剂与泡沫的水流。 但根据申请文件的记载, 其给出的实际技术 方案根本无法起到有效清洗观察窗和窗垫密封圈的目的。
有鉴于此特提供本发明。 发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于为洗衣机专门增加清洗观察窗及窗垫密封圈的装置, 以清洁 洗涤环境。 为实现第一目的, 采用如下技术方案:
一种用于清洗观察窗及窗垫密封圈的装置, 所述的装置包括依次连接的电磁阀、 进 水管及三通, 所述的电磁阀与洗衣机程控器相连, 所述的三通通过两分路进水管分别连 接清洗观察窗的喷淋嘴 A及清洗窗垫密封圈的喷淋嘴 B。 所述的窗垫密封圈设置在洗衣机门体结合部及外筒结合部之间, 并在外筒结合部的 前方侧面弯曲形成一个凹槽状褶皱, 所述的喷淋嘴 B穿过窗垫密封圈并设置在窗垫密封 圈正上方的褶皱内。
所述的喷淋嘴 B左右两侧设置开口, 洗涤水从窗垫密封圈的正上方沿凹槽状褶皱的 两侧喷出, 对窗垫密封圈进行清洗后从窗垫密封圈底部的排水口排出。 所述的喷淋嘴 B为末端封闭的水管, 所述水管的一端直接与三通相连, 末端在管身 沿窗垫密封圈的左右两侧钻取 4-8个喷水口, 所述喷水口的直径为 1-3毫米。 所述的喷淋嘴 A穿过窗垫密封圈, 并设置在窗垫密封圈正上方靠近观察窗顶部的位 置, 使喷淋嘴 A喷淋的水能够全面清洗观察窗。 所述的喷淋嘴 A的开口朝向观察窗与窗垫密封圈表面, 使洗涤水喷出后沿观察窗流 下。
所述的喷淋嘴 A横截面为 L型, 其开口为喇叭口状或扁平状扇形, 使水流呈扩散状 的扇面喷出, 扇面的角度为 30° -150° 。 所述的扇面的角度为 75° 、 90° 、 105° 或 120° 。 本发明的第二目的在于提高一种清洗观察窗及窗垫密封圈的方法, 在每次洗涤程序 结束后都能及时清洗存留在观察窗及窗垫密封圈内的残留污垢, 保障用户的洗衣环境。 为了实现第二目的, 本发明采用如下技术方案: 在洗衣机程控器中设置观察窗及窗垫密封圈的清洗程序, 所述程序由用户自行选择 执行; 选择清洗程序后, 程控器打开电磁阀, 洗涤水经由喷淋嘴 A及喷淋嘴 B喷出对观 察窗及窗垫密封圈进行清洗。 具体为, 在常规的洗涤程序中额外增设一个观察窗及窗垫密封圈的清洗程序, 并在 控制面板上设置相应的选择按钮。 该程序由用户自行选择执行, 该程序可以在洗涤程序 开始前或者结束后, 或者在洗涤程序进行中两个操作阶段之间执行。 用户在控制面板上 按下清洗按钮后,洗衣机自动对观察窗及窗垫密封圈进行清理。此时程控器打开电磁阀, 洗涤水经由喷淋嘴 A及喷淋嘴 B喷出对观察窗及窗垫密封圈进行清洗, 清洗结束后, 洗 衣机断电, 洗涤程序结束。 所述的洗涤程序包括衣物的洗涤周期及观察窗及窗垫密封圈 的清洗程序。 优选在每一次衣物洗涤并甩干后, 洗衣机自动执行所述清洗观察窗及窗垫密封圈的 程序; 程控器打开电磁阀, 洗涤水经由喷淋嘴 A及喷淋嘴 B喷出对观察窗及窗垫密封圈 进行清洗, 清洗结束后, 洗衣机断电, 洗涤程序结束。 所述的洗涤程序包括衣物的洗涤 周期及观察窗及窗垫密封圈的清洗程序。
所述的清洗时间为 5_20s。 优选所述的清洗时间为 10s。 本发明的第三目的在于提供一种具有上述装置的洗衣机。 所述的洗衣机包括洗衣机 本体及用于清洗观察窗及窗垫密封圈的装置。 以下结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细介绍: 本发明是针对滚筒洗衣机观察窗及窗垫密封圈积留的洗涤剂、 泥沙、 线屑等污物难 以清除导致对衣物的二次污染问题, 提出的一种专门用于清洗观察窗及窗垫密封圈的装 置。该装置包括依次连接的电磁阀、进水管及三通, 所述的电磁阀与洗衣机程控器相连, 进水管经由三通后分成两分路, 所述的两分路分别连接清洗观察窗的喷淋嘴 A及清洗窗 垫密封圈的喷淋嘴 B。 电磁阀打开后, 洗涤水进入进水管, 经三通分流后从喷淋嘴 A及 喷淋嘴 B喷出, 专门对观察窗及窗垫密封圈进行清洗。 现有技术中, 滚筒洗衣机的进水口通常设于窗垫密封圈的左上方或者右上方, 其开 口朝向内筒, 使洗涤水能够直接喷淋在内筒中的待洗衣物上, 迅速打湿衣物, 此时虽然 有一部分洗涤水能够流经观察窗, 但是并不能全面或者有效地冲洗观察窗上的残留物。 有鉴于此, 本发明在窗垫密封圈上额外设置一个喷淋嘴 A对观察窗进行清洗。 本发明喷淋嘴 A 穿过窗垫密封圈后设置在窗垫密封圈正上方靠近观察窗顶部的位 置, 使喷淋嘴 A能够直接将洗涤水喷至观察窗, 对其进行全面清洗。 喷淋嘴 A的开口方向对清洗效果起到关键影响, 本发明中所述的喷淋嘴 A的开口朝 向观察窗与窗垫密封圈表面, 因此, 从喷淋嘴喷出的洗涤水直接喷至观察窗对其进行清 洗, 而不会进入滚筒内部打湿或污染衣物。 喷淋嘴 A的具体结构可以为现有技术公开的多种喷淋嘴结构, 本发明优选所述的喷 淋嘴 A横截面为 L型, 其开口为喇叭口状或扁平状扇形, 使水流呈扩散状的扇面喷出, 扇面的角度为 30° -150° , 优选扇面的角度为 75° 、 90° 、 105° 或 120° 。 更优选扇 面的角度为 120° 。 此时, 水流从喷淋嘴 A喷出后扩散并可以清洗整个观察窗, 获得最 佳的洗涤效果。 现有技术中, 滚筒洗衣机窗垫密封圈设置在洗衣机门体结合部及外筒结合部之间, 并在外筒结合部的前方侧面弯曲形成一个凹槽状褶皱, 以获得更好的密封及缓冲效果。 由于衣物洗涤过程中洗涤水能够进入窗垫密封圈的褶皱内, 并且一部分洗涤水是经由窗 垫密封圈底部位于褶皱内的排水口排出的, 因此, 该褶皱部很容易残留洗涤剂、 线屑和 泥沙等, 并且由于该褶皱部位长期处于潮湿状态, 也容易滋生细菌, 对衣物造成二次污 染。 本发明设置喷淋嘴 B对上述窗垫密封圈进行清洗, 所述的喷淋嘴 B穿过一部分窗垫 密封圈并设置在窗垫密封圈正上方的褶皱内。 本发明中喷淋嘴 B可采用现有技术的任一种能实现喷淋的喷淋嘴结构, 如全方位喷 淋的喷淋嘴, 或者带自动旋转功能的双向喷嘴等。 优选所述的喷淋嘴 B在其左右两侧设 置开口 (即喷水口), 洗涤水从窗垫密封圈的正上方沿凹槽状褶皱的两侧喷出, 对窗垫密 封圈进行清洗后从窗垫密封圈底部的排水口排出。 此时, 洗涤水能够充分将残留在窗垫 密封圈褶皱内的污物冲刷掉, 完成窗垫密封圈的清洗。
本发明中, 三通与喷淋嘴 A、 喷淋嘴 B之间可以以水管相连, 这是本领域技术人员 能理解的。 所述的喷淋嘴 A、 喷淋嘴 B即可以是单独的喷淋装置, 也可以仅将上述水管 远离三通的一端通过改进结构变成具有喷淋作用的喷淋嘴。 如将末端设成封闭式, 再在 水管末端钻取若干个直径为 0. 5-10毫米不等的喷水口,利用水压将水从喷水口喷出,实 现喷淋效果。 具体地, 本发明采用如下技术方案来实现观察窗及窗垫密封圈的清洗: 在常规的洗涤程序中额外增设一个观察窗及窗垫密封圈的清洗程序, 并在控制面板 上设置相应的选择按钮。 该程序由用户自行选择执行, 该程序可以在洗涤程序开始前或 者结束后, 或者在洗涤程序进行中两个操作阶段之间执行。 用户在控制面板上按下清洗 按钮后, 洗衣机自动对观察窗及窗垫密封圈进行清理。 此时程控器打开电磁阀, 洗涤水 经由喷淋嘴 A及喷淋嘴 B喷出对观察窗及窗垫密封圈进行清洗, 清洗结束后, 洗衣机断 电, 洗涤程序结束。 所述的洗涤程序包括衣物的洗涤周期及观察窗及窗垫密封圈的清洗 程序。 作为一种优选的实施方式, 本发明在每次洗涤周期结束后自动执行上述清洗程序。 具体为每次衣物洗涤并甩干后, 洗衣机自动执行所述观察窗及窗垫密封圈的清洗程序; 程控器打开电磁阀, 洗涤水经由喷淋嘴 A及喷淋嘴 B喷出对观察窗及窗垫密封圈进行清 洗, 清洗结束后, 洗衣机断电, 洗涤程序结束。 上述的清洗时间为优选 5-20s, 更优选所述的清洗时间为 10s。此时, 能够以最低的 水量获得最理想的清洗效果。 本发明还要求保护具有上述装置的洗衣机, 所述的洗衣机在现有洗衣机结构中增设 一电磁阀及两个喷淋嘴组件即可完成观察窗及窗垫密封圈的清洗, 避免对衣物的二次污 染。 本发明无需对现有洗衣机作出结构改进, 生产成本低廉, 此外, 本发明所述清洗装 置结构简单, 清洗方法简单易行, 适宜推广普及。 附图说明 图 1 本发明实施例 1清洗观察窗及窗垫密封圈装置的结构示意图 图 2 本发明实施例 1装置的局部结构示意图 图 3 本发明实施例 1装置的局部结构示意图 主要元件说明 1 电磁阀; 2 进水管; 3 三通; 4 观察窗; 5 窗垫密封圈; 6 喷淋嘴 B; 7 喷淋嘴 A 。 具体实施方式 实施例 1 如图 1所示的用于清洗观察窗 4及窗垫密封圈 5的装置, 该装置包括依次连接的电 磁阀 1、进水管 2及三通 3, 其中电磁阀 1与洗衣机程控器相连, 三通 3通过两分路进水 管分别连接清洗观察窗的喷淋嘴 A7及清洗窗垫密封圈的喷淋嘴 B6。 电磁阀 1打开后, 洗涤水进入进水管 2, 经三通 3分流后从喷淋嘴 A7及喷淋嘴 B6喷出, 专门对观察窗 4 及窗垫密封圈 5进行清洗。 如图 3所示, 喷淋嘴 A7穿过窗垫密封圈 5, 并设置在窗垫密封圈 5上方靠近观察窗 4的位置, 使喷淋嘴 A7喷淋的水能够全面清洗观察窗 4。
如图 2所示, 本实施例中喷淋嘴 A7横截面为 L型, 其开口为喇叭口状, 使水流呈扩 散状的扇面喷出, 扇面的角度为 75 ° 或 120° 。 此时, 水流从喷淋嘴 A喷出后扩散并可 以清洗整个观察窗,获得最佳的洗涤效果。喷淋嘴 A7的开口方向对清洗效果起到关键影 响, 本实施例中喷淋嘴 A7的开口朝向观察窗 4 (背向滚筒), 因此, 从喷淋嘴 A7喷出的 洗涤水直接喷至观察窗 4对其进行清洗, 使洗涤水喷出后沿观察窗 4流下, 而不会进入 滚筒内部打湿或污染衣物。 同时, 洗涤水还能有效冲刷窗垫密封圈 5的表面。 窗垫密封圈 5设置在洗衣机门体结合部及外筒结合部之间, 并在外筒结合部的前方 侧面弯曲形成一个凹槽状褶皱,所述的喷淋嘴 B6穿过窗垫密封圈 5并设置在窗垫密封圈 5正上方的褶皱内。
本实施例中喷淋嘴 B6左右两侧设置开口,使洗涤水直接从窗垫密封圈 5的正上方沿 凹槽状褶皱的两侧喷出,对窗垫密封圈 5进行清洗后从窗垫密封圈 5底部的排水口排出。 此时, 洗涤水能够充分将残留在窗垫密封圈 5褶皱内的污物冲刷掉, 完成窗垫密封圈 5 的清洗。 上述清洗装置结构简单, 仅在现有洗衣机结构中增设一电磁阀及两个喷淋嘴组件即 可完成观察窗及窗垫密封圈的清洗, 避免对衣物的二次污染。 本发明无需对现有洗衣机 作出结构改进, 生产成本低廉, 实用性高, 适宜推广使用。 实施例 2 与实施例 1相比, 区别点仅在于: 本实施例中, 喷淋嘴 A7横截面为 L型, 其开口为 扁平状扇形, 使水流呈扩散状的扇面喷出, 扇面的角度为 30° 、 90° 或 105 ° 或 150° 。 本实施例中喷淋嘴 B6为在窗垫密封圈 5正上方居中设置全方位喷淋的喷淋嘴,洗涤 水从喷淋嘴喷出后, 向周围喷散, 其中部分喷至窗垫密封圈 5前后壁的洗涤水被截流流 向两侧, 最终汇集成两股液流沿凹槽状褶皱的两侧喷出, 对窗垫密封圈 5进行清洗后从 窗垫密封圈 5底部的排水口排出。 实施例 3
与实施例 1相比, 区别点仅在于: 本实施例中喷淋嘴 B6为末端封闭的水管, 该水管 的一端直接与三通相连, 另一端 (末端) 在管身钻取 4-8个喷水口, 该喷水口的直径为 1-3 毫米。 喷水口分布在其左右两侧, 使水从喷水口喷出后能直接沿凹槽状褶皱的两侧 喷出, 对窗垫密封圈 5进行清洗。本实施例中喷淋嘴 B6结构简单, 无需额外设置喷淋装 置, 仅在水管末端钻取喷水口即可完成喷淋操作, 进而有效清洗窗垫密封圈 5。
实施例 4 清洗方法
本实施例采用如下技术方案来实现观察窗及窗垫密封圈的清洗:
本实施例在常规的洗涤程序中额外增设一个观察窗及窗垫密封圈清洗的程序, 该程 序在每一次洗涤过程中执行。 当衣物洗涤并甩干后, 程控器控制打开电磁阀, 洗涤水从 进水管进入, 经三通分流后经由喷淋嘴 A及喷淋嘴 B喷出对观察窗及窗垫密封圈进行清 洗, 清洗结束后, 洗衣机断电, 洗涤程序结束。
上述的清洗时间为为 10s。 此时, 能够以最低的水量获得最理想的清洗效果。 该清 洗方法简单易行, 适宜推广普及。
实施例 5 清洗方法
本实施例采用如下技术方案来实现观察窗及窗垫密封圈的清洗:
本实施例在常规的洗涤程序中额外增设一个观察窗及窗垫密封圈的清洗程序, 并在 控制面板上设置相应的选择按钮。 该程序由用户自行选择执行, 该程序可以在洗涤程序 开始前或者结束后, 或者在洗涤程序进行中两个操作阶段之间执行, 优选在每一次洗涤 过程中执行以保障洗衣环境卫生。 更优选在最后一次漂洗结束后或甩干结束后执行清洗 程序。用户在控制面板上按下清洗按钮后,洗衣机自动对观察窗及窗垫密封圈进行清理。 此时, 程控器控制打开电磁阀, 洗涤水从进水管进入, 经三通分流后经由喷淋嘴 A及喷 淋嘴 B喷出对观察窗及窗垫密封圈进行清洗, 上述的清洗时间为为 5s、 12s或 20s。 实施例 6 洗衣机 一种设有如实施例 1所述用于清洗观察窗 4及窗垫密封圈 5的装置的洗衣机。 所述 的洗衣机在现有洗衣机结构中增设一电磁阀及两个喷淋嘴组件即可完成观察窗及窗垫密 封圈的清洗。 上述实施例中的实施方案可以进一步替换, 且实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施例 进行描述, 并非对本发明的构思和范围进行限定, 在不脱离本发明设计思想的前提下, 本领域中技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种变化和改进, 均属于本发明的保护范 围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种用于清洗观察窗及窗垫密封圈的装置, 其特征在于: 所述的装置包括依 次连接的电磁阀、 进水管及三通, 所述的电磁阀与洗衣机程控器相连, 所述的三通通 过两分路进水管分别连接清洗观察窗的喷淋嘴 A及清洗窗垫密封圈的喷淋嘴 B。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的装置, 其特征在于: 所述的窗垫密封圈设置在洗衣机 门体结合部及外筒结合部之间, 并在外筒结合部的前方侧面弯曲形成一个凹槽状褶 皱, 所述的喷淋嘴 B穿过窗垫密封圈并设置在窗垫密封圈正上方的褶皱内。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的装置, 其特征在于: 所述的喷淋嘴 B左右两侧设置开 口, 洗涤水从窗垫密封圈的正上方沿凹槽状褶皱的两侧喷出, 对窗垫密封圈进行清洗 后从窗垫密封圈底部的排水口排出。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的装置, 其特征在于: 所述的喷淋嘴 B为末端封闭的水 管, 所述水管的一端直接与三通相连, 末端在管身沿窗垫密封圈的左右两侧钻取 4-8 个喷水口, 所述喷水口的直径为 1-3毫米。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其特征在于: 所述的喷淋嘴 A穿过窗垫密封圈, 并设置在窗垫密封圈正上方靠近观察窗顶部的位置, 使喷淋嘴 A喷淋的水能够全面清 洗观察窗。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 4所述的装置, 其特征在于: 所述的喷淋嘴 A的开口朝向 观察窗与窗垫密封圈表面, 使洗涤水喷出后沿观察窗流下。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 5所述的装置, 其特征在于: 所述的喷淋嘴 A横截面为 L 型, 其开口为喇叭口状或扁平状扇形, 使水流呈扩散状的扇面喷出, 扇面的角度为 30
° -150° 。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于: 所述的扇面的角度为 75° 、 90° 、 105° 或 120° 。
9、 一种使用权利要求 1所述的装置对清洗观察窗及窗垫密封圈的方法, 其特征 在于: 在洗衣机程控器中设置观察窗及窗垫密封圈的清洗程序, 所述程序由用户自行 选择执行; 选择清洗程序后, 程控器打开电磁阀, 洗涤水经由喷淋嘴 A及喷淋嘴 B喷 出对观察窗及窗垫密封圈进行清洗。
10、 一种使用权利要求 1所述的装置对清洗观察窗及窗垫密封圈的方法, 其特征 在于: 衣物洗涤并甩干后, 洗衣机自动执行所述观察窗及窗垫密封圈的清洗程序; 程 控器打开电磁阀, 洗涤水经由喷淋嘴 A及喷淋嘴 B喷出对观察窗及窗垫密封圈进行清 洗, 清洗结束后, 洗衣机断电, 洗涤程序结束。
11、 根据权利要求 9或 10所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述的清洗时间为 5_20s。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述的清洗时间为 10s。
13、 一种设有权利要求 1所述装置的洗衣机。
