衣物处理设备端面进水结构及衣物处理设备
本申请要求申请日为2019年9月23日、申请号为201910900539.5的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及衣物处理设备技术领域,例如涉及一种衣物处理设备端面进水结构及衣物处理设备。
背景技术
普通的衣物处理设备通过水洗或干洗对衣物进行处理,此种处理方式会导致衣物变形,手感变差,衣物越洗越旧。
为此,厂家推出了蒸汽洗的衣物处理方式,利用蒸汽进行衣物洗涤,整个过程耗时短,节能效果明显,清新去味,除皱褶效果好,对衣物无损伤。
衣物处理设备在蒸汽洗模式下的工作过程为,通过进水阀向外筒内注水,当水位到达预设水位时,停止进水,开启加热管加热,产生足量的蒸汽,同时内筒低速旋转,衣物在充满蒸汽的内筒中翻滚,可将异味溶于蒸汽中,同时蒸汽润潮衣物,异味消除润湿完成后,通过烘干系统向内筒吹热风烘干衣物,达到去除衣物皱褶目的。
相关技术中的衣物处理设备中,在向外筒内部注水时,水会滴落溅射到内筒中,不符合内筒无水浸泡的蒸汽洗特殊要求,阻碍蒸汽洗的进行,影响蒸汽洗的效果。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种衣物处理设备端面进水结构及衣物处理设备,能够有效避免在蒸汽洗时,注水流入内筒。
一种衣物处理设备端面进水结构,包括:
内筒,所述内筒包括内筒体和设置于所述内筒体开口端的内法兰,所述内法兰上设置有内放衣口;
外筒,套设于所述内筒的外侧,所述外筒包括外筒体和设置于所述外筒体开口端的外法兰,所述外法兰上设置有外放衣口和进水口,所述外放衣口正对 所述内放衣口设置,所述外法兰分为位于所述外放衣口上方的上部区以及围绕所述外放衣口侧方和下方的U形区,从所述进水口进入所述外筒内的水流能够被所述U形区内侧的所述内法兰阻挡并沿所述内法兰流至所述外筒的底部。
一种衣物处理设备,包括上述的衣物处理设备端面进水结构。

本申请中,进水口24的设置位置,使得在向外筒2内注水时,水流会被U形区200内侧的内法兰12所阻挡,然后沿内法兰12流至外筒2的底部,保证被内法兰12所阻挡的水流不经过内放衣口13,使得在蒸汽洗时,从进水口24进入外筒2内的注水,被可靠地阻挡和导流,有效避免了在注水过程中,注水流入内筒1中,保证了蒸汽洗时内筒1无水浸泡的要求。
可选择地,进水口24开设于U形区200上,从而使得从外界注入的水流直接被U形区200内侧的内法兰12阻挡和导流。
在本实施例中,U形区200可划分为位于外放衣口23下方的第一区和位于外放衣口23侧方对称设置的两个第二区。其中,进水口24开设于第一区时,被导入的水流无需经过内放衣口13可以直接流向外筒2的底部,使得注水作业更加安全可靠。
可选择地,进水口24还可以开设于上部区100上,此时为避免水流经内放衣口13流入内筒1中,进水口24的内侧出口端延伸至U形区200的内侧,从而使得从进水口24注入的水流可以绕过内放衣口13后被U形区200内侧的内法兰12阻挡和导流。
当进水口24开设于上部区100上时,进水口24的内侧出口端除自身延伸外,还可以通过连接软管,使得软管的出水端延伸至U形区200的内侧,从而能够降低进水口24的加工设置成本,保证注水的可靠导流。
可选择地,内法兰12包括环状结构121和端部结构122,环状结构121的第一端连接于内筒体11的开口端,环状结构121的第二端连接于端部结构122,内放衣口13设置于端部结构122上,从与内筒体11的连接端到与端部结 构122的连接端,环状结构121的直径逐渐减小。通过设置外侧面为锥面的环状结构121,使得在注水时,溅射至内筒1侧方的水滴可以被环状结构121导流至端部结构122处,之后沿端部结构122流至外筒2的底部。
可选地,在U形区200上,沿外法兰22的径向,进水口24的开设范围为从贴靠外放衣口23的切线到于外筒体21筒壁之外贴靠筒壁的切线(如图3中D所示的双向箭头所指示的范围),在此区域中设置进水口24,能够保证被内法兰12所阻挡的水流不经过内放衣口13。
