Description

一种砖坯批量高效成型机 技术领域
本发明涉及砖瓦机械,具体涉及一种砖坯的批量高效成型机。
背景技术
中国的建筑业发达,砖的需求量尤为庞大,现有砖产量不高,主要在于砖坯成型装置的生产效率不高。
开发新式的砖坯成型装置进一步提高砖坯的生产效率迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明克服背景技术的不足提供了一种砖坯批量高效成型机,发明目的:加料方便,结构紧凑,本技术方案能进一步的提高砖坯的生产效率。
本发明提供了下述技术方案:一种砖坯批量高效成型机,包括机架、安装于所述机架的砖坯成型组件,所述砖坯成型组件包括装料铁箱、盖体、液压缸、成型压模,所述装料铁箱的开口设有直线凸条,所述盖体设有凹槽,所述直线凸条与所述凹槽轨道连接,所述成型压模由铁板焊接组成,所述成型压模通过铁板围成矩阵分布的长方体开放式的成型腔,所述成型腔的数目至少
50~60只,所述成型腔与所述液压缸的运动柱塞连接,液压缸与盖体固定连接。所述机架设有销轴,所述装料铁箱设有销孔,所述销轴与所述销孔插接,所述砖坯批量高效成型机还包括含有第一板、第二板、激振电机、弹簧的激振台组件,所述第一板通过所述弹簧与所述第二板连接,所述激振电机与所述第一板的下表面固定连接。
本发明的有益效果:所述成型腔8位于装料铁箱2内,所述运动柱塞9伸长,成型压模5下压,将物料填充至成型腔8内,完成填充后如图3所示将砖坯成型组件在图1基础上旋转180度,使得成型腔8的开口向上,物料不会掉出。静置1~2小时,使得物料预凝固,开启激振电机13,物料在振动的作用下与成型压模5脱离,滑动打开盖体3,将与所述运动柱塞9连接的成型压模5取下,对成型压模5内的物料轻松脱模。所述成型压模5通过铁板围成矩阵分布的长方体开放式的成型腔8,所述成型腔8的数目至少50~60只,每次 能生产至少50~60只砖坯。因此本发明加料方便,结构简单紧凑,本技术方案能进一步的提高砖坯的生产效率。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图与具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
图1、2、3、4中:机架1、装料铁箱2、盖体3、液压缸4、成型压模5、直线凸条6、凹槽7、成型腔8、运动柱塞9、销轴10、第一板11、第二板12、激振电机13、弹簧14。
一种砖坯批量高效成型机,包括机架1、安装于所述机架1的砖坯成型组件,所述砖坯成型组件包括装料铁箱2、盖体3、液压缸4、成型压模5,所述装料铁箱2的开口设有直线凸条6,所述盖体3设有凹槽7,所述直线凸条6与所述凹槽7轨道连接,如图2所述为盖体3与所述装料铁箱2通过凸条6和凹槽7的轨道滑动错开状态,物料可从两者错开的开口中向内投入,实现加料。完成加料后反方向沿着装料铁箱2滑动盖体3实现装料铁箱2的封闭。
所述成型压模5由铁板焊接组成,所述成型压模5通过铁板围成矩阵分布的长方体开放式的成型腔8,所述成型腔8的数目至少50~60只,每次能生产至少50~60只砖坯。所述成型腔8与所述液压缸4的运动柱塞9连接,液压缸4与盖体3固定连接。所述成型腔8位于装料铁箱2内,所述运动柱塞9伸长,成型压模5下压,将物料填充至成型腔8内,完成填充后如图3所示将砖坯成型组件在图1基础上旋转180度,使得成型腔8的开口向上,物料不会掉出。静置1~2小时,使得物料预凝固,开启激振电机13,物料在振动的作用下与成型压模5脱离,滑动打开盖体3,将与所述运动柱塞9连接的成型压模5取下,对成型压模5内的物料轻松脱模。
所述机架1设有销轴10,所述装料铁箱2设有销孔,所述销轴10与所述销孔插接,所述砖坯批量高效成型机还包括含有第一板11、第二板12、激振电机13、弹簧14的激振台组件,所述第一板11通过所述弹簧14与所述第二板12连接,所述激振电机13与所述第一板11的下表面固定连接。

  1. 一种砖坯批量高效成型机,包括机架(1)、安装于所述机架(1)的砖坯成型组件,其特征在于,所述砖坯成型组件包括装料铁箱(2)、盖体(3)、液压缸(4)、成型压模(5),所述装料铁箱(2)的开口设有直线凸条(6),所述盖体(3)设有凹槽(7),所述直线凸条(6)与所述凹槽(7)轨道连接,所述成型压模(5)由铁板焊接组成,所述成型压模(5)通过铁板围成矩阵分布的长方体开放式的成型腔(8),所述成型腔(8)的数目至少50~60只,所述成型腔(8)与所述液压缸(4)的运动柱塞(9)连接,液压缸(4)与盖体(3)固定连接,所述机架(1)设有销轴(10),所述装料铁箱(2)设有销孔,所述销轴(10)与所述销孔插接,所述砖坯批量高效成型机还包括含有第一板(11)、第二板(12)、激振电机(13)、弹簧(14)的激振台组件,所述第一板(11)通过所述弹簧(14)与所述第二板(12)连接,所述激振电机(13)与所述第一板(11)的下表面固定连接。
