一种汽车门框的滚压矫正材料装置
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零配件生产研究领域中的一种辅助装置,特别是一种汽车门框的滚压矫正材料装置。
背景技术
门框上条、导轨使用的生产工艺为滚压,将成卷铁料按滚轮的形状拉动成型,因产品形状复杂,需由多组滚轮逐步成型达到最终产品所需形状。现生产过程中,铁料直接穿过滚轮,在穿过不同组滚轮时,会因不同滚轮的尺寸精度及成型速度精度偏差,造成铁料往前成型时出现方向偏移,铁料在穿过下一段滚轮时边沿会与滚轮面干涉,发生大量摩擦,对滚轮的寿命造成严重的影响,另外对产品的品质精度也有较大的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种汽车门框的滚压矫正材料装置,其通过顶料轮,防止生产过程中铁料往一侧跑偏造成滚轮磨损,提升滚轮的使用寿命。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:一种汽车门框的滚压矫正材料装置,包括安装在滚轮架一侧或者两侧的矫正单元,所述矫正单元包括顶料轮、固定在滚轮架上的矫正基座、安装在矫正基座上的高度调节块以及安装在高度调节块上的安装座,所述顶料轮通过调节单元安装在安装座上。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述调节单元包括安装在安装座内的调节螺杆、安装在调节螺杆一端的调节手柄以及套装在调节螺杆上的移动块,所述顶料轮通过竖向转轴铰接在移动块上。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述移动块移动的方向与滚轮架上滚轮的轴线平行。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述矫正单元为两个,两个矫正单元分布在滚轮架的两侧,两个矫正单元中的两个顶料轮相对且两个顶料轮之间形成矫正空间。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述顶料轮的外表面布置有用于环状的导向槽。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述矫正基座上布置有两排第一调整孔,所述高度调节块上布置有两排与第一调整孔匹配的第二调整孔,所述高度调节块通过螺栓穿过第一调整孔和第二调整孔后安装在矫正基座上。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过顶料轮,防止生产过程中铁料往一侧跑偏造成滚轮磨损,提升滚轮的使用寿命;约束铁料位置后,滚压位置稳定,提升产品品质及稳定性;提升滚压稳定性后,可提升滚压成型速度,提高生产效率。

参照图1~图2,一种汽车门框的滚压矫正材料装置,包括安装在滚轮架1一侧或者两侧的矫正单元,所述矫正单元包括顶料轮5、固定在滚轮架1上的矫正基座2、安装在矫正基座2上的高度调节块3以及安装在高度调节块3上的安装座4,所述顶料轮5通过调节单元安装在安装座4上。
通过顶料轮5,防止生产过程中铁料往一侧跑偏造成滚轮磨损,提升滚轮的使用寿命;约束铁料位置后,滚压位置稳定,提升产品品质及稳定性;提升滚压稳定性后,可提升滚压成型速度,提高生产效率。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述调节单元包括安装在安装座4内的调节螺杆6、安装在调节螺杆6一端的调节手柄7以及套装在调节螺杆6上的移动块8,所述顶料轮5通过竖向转轴铰接在移动块8上,通过转动调节手柄7,使得调节螺杆6旋转,而安装在调节螺杆6上的移动块随着调节螺杆的旋转前后移动,调整顶料轮5的位置,进而防止生产过程中铁料往一侧跑偏造成滚轮磨损,提升滚轮的使用寿命。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述移动块8移动的方向与滚轮架1上滚轮的轴线平行,保证两者的平行度,进而保证铁料输送的准确度。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述矫正单元为两个,两个矫正单元分布在滚轮架1的两侧,两个矫正单元中的两个顶料轮5相对且两个顶料轮5之间形成矫正空间,通过铁料经过矫正空间,防止生产过程中铁料往一侧跑偏造成滚轮磨损,提升滚轮的使用寿命。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述顶料轮5的外表面布置有用于环状的导向槽,导向槽呈内凹状,导向槽的内凹底部与铁料的边缘接触。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述矫正基座2上布置有两排第一调整孔,所述高度调节块3上布置有两排与第一调整孔匹配的第二调整孔,所述高度调节块3通过螺栓穿过第一调整孔和第二调整孔后安装在矫正基座2上,通过第一调整孔和第二调整孔调整调节单元的安装高度。
在实际使用过程中,铁料穿过滚轮时,在铁料一侧或两侧增加可约束铁料生产过程中偏移的矫正单元。安装方式如下:
(1) 将矫正铁料装置固定到滚轮架1上;
(2) 通过高度调节块3来调整顶料轮5的高度,使顶料轮5的导向槽与铁料平齐;
(3) 再通过旋转调节手柄7,使顶料轮5前后移动,将顶料轮5的导向槽底部与铁料接触。

  1. 一种汽车门框的滚压矫正材料装置,其特征在于:包括安装在滚轮架一侧或者两侧的矫正单元,所述矫正单元包括顶料轮、固定在滚轮架上的矫正基座、安装在矫正基座上的高度调节块以及安装在高度调节块上的安装座,所述顶料轮通过调节单元安装在安装座上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车门框的滚压矫正材料装置,其特征在于:所述调节单元包括安装在安装座内的调节螺杆、安装在调节螺杆一端的调节手柄以及套装在调节螺杆上的移动块,所述顶料轮通过竖向转轴铰接在移动块上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车门框的滚压矫正材料装置,其特征在于:所述移动块移动的方向与滚轮架上滚轮的轴线平行。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的汽车门框的滚压矫正材料装置,其特征在于:所述矫正单元为两个,两个矫正单元分布在滚轮架的两侧,两个矫正单元中的两个顶料轮相对且两个顶料轮之间形成矫正空间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车门框的滚压矫正材料装置,其特征在于:所述顶料轮的外表面布置有用于环状的导向槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车门框的滚压矫正材料装置,其特征在于:所述矫正基座上布置有两排第一调整孔,所述高度调节块上布置有两排与第一调整孔匹配的第二调整孔,所述高度调节块通过螺栓穿过第一调整孔和第二调整孔后安装在矫正基座上。
