Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de poinçonnage automatique de bande d'étanchéité d'intérieur d'automobile qui comprend un transporteur (1), une poinçonneuse (3) et un robot. Le transporteur (1) comprend une base de transport (10), un moteur de transport, une roue de transport principale, une roue de transport auxiliaire et une courroie transporteuse en circulation, la courroie transporteuse en circulation étant pourvue d'une pluralité de positions de pose par serrage de la bande d'étanchéité. La poinçonneuse (3) est pourvue d'une matrice de poinçonnage (30), la matrice de poinçonnage (30) est pourvue d'un premier trou de poinçonnage, d'un deuxième trou de poinçonnage, d'un troisième trou de poinçonnage et d'un quatrième trou de poinçonnage, et un capteur de position est disposé à l'intérieur du premier trou de poinçonnage, du deuxième trou de poinçonnage, du troisième trou de poinçonnage et du quatrième trou de poinçonnage. Le robot comprend une base (2), une première base rotative (20), un premier bras d'axe (21) et un second bras d'axe (22), l'extrémité du second bras d'axe (22) étant équipé d'une griffe de préhension qui tourne à 360°.
