技术领域
本发明涉及卷带技术领域,具体涉及一种卷带物料引料机及卷带物料的引料方法。
背景技术
卷带物料在生产线上,向后续工位运转时,目前市场主要由引料辊组进行引料。
引料辊组包括上下分布的滚轮,卷带进入上、下滚轮之间,在滚轮的滚动摩擦作用下,卷带移动而被输送至下一工位。至于卷筒上的卷带如何能够进入上、下滚轮之间,目前通常采用的方案是,由人工手动拉取卷带进入的方式进行主动引料。
这样的方式引料缓慢,不但降低了整条生产线的效率,而且浪费了人力物力,危险系数也较大。
有鉴于此,如何改进引料进入引料辊组的方式,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种卷带物料引料机,该卷带物料引料机使得卷带能够更为高效地引入引料辊组内。
本发明提供的卷带物料引料机,包括底座,设于所述底座上的引料辊组,还包括引料部,所述引料部迎合所述卷带的伸出段,以使导向所述伸出段沿所述引料部进入所述引料辊组内。
该卷带物料引料机,设有引料部,引料部能够迎合伸出段,以导向伸出段进入引料辊组内,相较于现有技术中的人工引入方式,显然效率得以提升,节约人力物力,也提高了操作人员的安全系数。
可选地,所述引料部与所述底座铰接,能够进行俯仰调节调整角度,以迎合所述伸出段。
可选地,所述引料部包括夹持组件,所述夹持组件包括第一拾取板和第二拾取板,二者能够张合而夹持卷带,以便将所述卷带的伸出段引入所述引料辊组内。
可选地,还包括驱动所述夹持组件相对所述底座俯仰的俯仰驱动装置。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请参考图1,图1为本发明所提供卷带物料引料机第一种具体实施例的结构示意图。
该实施例中的卷带物料引料机,设置了引料部,引料部具体包括夹持 组件,夹持组件包括第一拾取板401和第二拾取板402,图1中,第一拾取板401和第二拾取板402上、下分布,二者能够张开或闭合。第一拾取板401和第二拾取板402张开时,卷带50进入二者之间后,两个拾取板再闭合即可夹住卷带50,从而便于将卷带50引入引料辊组301内,图1中引料辊组301包括位于上方的两个滚轮和位于下方的一个滚轮。
另外,该卷带物料引料机还包括驱动夹持组件相对底座10俯仰的俯仰驱动装置。本实施例中,夹持组件以及引料辊组301均设置于引料箱体30,引料辊组301位于引料箱体30内,有助于保护引料辊组301,夹持组件的大部分位于引料箱体30之外,便于卷带50进入。另外,引料箱体30则设置于滑台20之上,滑台20滑动连接于底座10。
此时,俯仰驱动装置(图中未示出)驱动整个引料箱体30相对于滑台20俯仰,则引料箱体30及其上的夹持组件相对于底座10实现俯仰,根据相对关系,底座10相对卷筒60保持特定位置,则夹持组件相对于卷筒60实现俯仰。此时,引料箱体30与滑台20铰接,俯仰驱动装置可以是油缸、气缸等部件。
夹持组件设置为能够相对卷筒60俯仰,则夹持组件能够根据卷带50的实际状态,主要是卷带50伸出段501(被输送的起始端)的伸出角度、卷曲程度、具体位置及其伸出轨迹等,调整夹持组件的俯仰角度,使其达到能够迎合卷带50伸出段501的姿态,便于卷筒60转动时,其伸出段501逐渐进入第一拾取板401和第二拾取板402之间。
请继续查看图2-5,图2为图1中卷带物料引料机进行上取料而引入卷带50的结构示意图;图3为图2中卷带50引入后由引料辊组301进行 输送时的结构示意图;图4为图1中卷带物料引料机进行下取料而引入卷带50的结构示意图;图5为图4中卷带50引入后由引料辊组301进行输送时的结构示意图。
如图2所示,进行上取料时(卷筒60转动过程中,伸出段501位于上侧),俯仰驱动装置驱动引料箱体30向上倾斜,则夹持组件斜向上朝向卷带50伸出段501的位置,伸出段501进入第一拾取板401和第二拾取板402之间;
如图3所示,伸出段501进入后,闭合两个拾取板,俯仰驱动装置驱动引料箱体30复位至水平位置,夹持组件以及引料辊组301呈水平状态,则伸出段501继续伸出而进入引料辊组301之间后被水平向后输送,进入下一工位。
图4、5表示下取料(卷筒60转动过程中,伸出段501位于下侧),其过程与上取料原理一致,区别仅在于引料箱体30向下倾斜,其上的夹持组件相应地斜向下而朝向卷带50的伸出段501。
该实施例中夹持组件的两个拾取板能够张合,其张开角度能够调整,从而便于拾取卷带50的伸出段501,例如,当卷带50伸出后向上或向下翘曲的程度偏大,通过张开角度的调整,依然可以将卷带50引入,使引料机具有较好的环境适应性,无需人工手动调整。
具体在本实施例中,第一拾取板401和第二拾取板402一端铰接,还设置安装于引料箱体30的第一张合驱动件403和第二张合驱动件404,第一张合驱动件403驱动第一拾取板401俯仰,第二张合驱动件404驱动第二拾取板402俯仰。即,夹持组件类似于“剪刀”结构,实现张合控制。 这里的第一张合驱动件403和第二张合驱动件404可以是液压缸、气缸等常规驱动部件。此种张合结构,张开过程中,张开的角度可以增加较多,使得引入伸出段501变得更加容易。
可以理解,第一拾取板401和第二拾取板402并不限于上述组合方式,例如,两个拾取板上下平行分布,并可相互远离或靠近,也可以引入伸出段501。此种迎合方式仅依赖于俯仰调整,显然,上述“剪刀”式结构使得引入变得更加灵活,与整个夹持组件的俯仰角度调整配合,能够满足更多状态下的伸出段501的自动引入。而且,“剪刀”式结构的夹持组件在闭合过程中,会起到缓慢导向的作用,更有利于使伸出段501逐渐向引料辊组301位置移动。
实际上,仅设置两个“剪刀”式的拾取板理论上也可以起到拾取夹持的作用,例如,上取料时,两个拾取板均上仰,只是第一拾取板401上仰角度,下取料时,两个拾取板均下俯,只是第二拾取板402下俯角度更大。当然,图2中整体式俯仰和拾取板的开合控制适应性更广,更可靠。
需要说明的是,文中所述的夹持组件,并不意味着要将卷带50夹紧,其目的主要是轻微地夹住,以起到导向作用,使卷带50能够沿夹持组件引导的方向向后面的引料辊组301移动,即主要起到导向作用,但并不限制卷带50的可移动性。一旦卷带50进入引料辊组301后,夹持组件可以松开,使卷带50仅在引料辊组301的驱动下向下游输送。
本实施例中,设置了引料箱体30,将引料辊组301设于其内,起到保护作用,并且驱动引料箱体30俯仰,而实现夹持组件的俯仰控制。可以理解,仅驱动夹持组件俯仰也是可以的。从整体上而言,整个引料箱体30 俯仰,使得夹持组件的俯仰幅度更大,对于卷带50伸出段501的迎合范围也就更大,便于实现夹持。另外,引料箱体30整体俯仰,则俯仰角度变化时,不影响夹持组件与引料箱体30内引料辊组301的位置关系,从而更易于将卷带50引入至引料箱体30内部的引料辊组301,不需要复杂的控制。
上述实施例中,之所以将引料箱体30恢复至水平状态,主要针对下游工位处于水平位置的设置,以便引料辊组301引出的卷带50能够顺利地进入下一工位。可以理解,下游工位具有其他引出角度需求时,引料箱体30并不限于恢复至水平位置,可以是其他适应性角度。
本方案中,第一拾取板401和第二拾取板402形成的夹持中线与引料辊组301的夹持中线O重合设置。如图3所示,针对上述“剪刀”式的夹持组件,第一张合驱动件403和第二张合驱动件404可以对称地布置在夹持组件两侧,图3中驱动件一端连接在引料箱体30,另一端的伸缩杆连接在拾取板上,第一张合驱动件403和第二张合驱动件404行程一致,可以保证夹持中线与引料辊组301的夹持中线O始终重合,伸出段501只要进入夹持组件之间即可进入引料辊组301内。显然,夹持中线的重合更有利于卷带50顺利进入引料辊组301中,可以理解,二者的夹持中线存在一定的角度偏差,也是可以的。
另外,上述的引料箱体30安装于滑台20,滑台20安装于底座10,且滑台20能够相对底座10滑动,以沿卷带50的径向靠近或远离卷带50。则滑台20可以带动引料箱体30及其上的夹持组件远离或靠近卷带50。应知,卷筒60的筒径大小不一,卷筒60卷绕卷带50后,径向尺寸也存在型号大小区别,这里设置滑台20以调整与卷筒60的距离,有利于根据卷绕 有卷带50的卷筒60的实际尺寸进行位置调整,以便夹持组件在俯仰调整以及张合角度调整后,能够迎合而引入卷带50的伸出段501。
实际上,按照上述方式,在获得卷带50的伸出段501位置后,可以根据出料时的角度、卷筒60的直径等参数,计算出滑台20应当与卷筒60相距的距离,以及引料箱体30、夹持组件的俯仰角度,包括夹持组件的张开角度,从而实现卷带50与引料机的自动对接,实现智能化操作,无需人工调试。
对比图2、3,或者图4、5可看出,滑台20向滚筒60靠近以便夹持卷带50的伸出段501,然后滑台20再向远离卷带50的方向移动,以便卷带50的伸出段501能够平顺地过渡成与夹持中线O一致的趋势,并由引料辊组301驱动向下游输送。
迎合卷带50的伸出段501,以便将其引入引料辊组301之间的引料部,并不限于上述夹持组件,还可以是其他结构。请继续参考图6-7,图6为本发明所提供卷带物料引料机第二种具体实施例的结构示意图,示出上取料工况时引入卷带50;图7为图6中卷带物料引料机进行下取料而引入卷带50的结构示意图。
该实施例中,引料部具体包括引料舌板702,可以设置俯仰驱动装置(图中未示出)实现引料舌板702相对底座10俯仰,以调整角度迎合卷带50,以便卷带50沿引料舌板702的上表面或下表面引入引料辊组301内。
与上述夹持组件的实施例相似,本方案也设置有安装引料辊组301的引料箱体30以及相对底座10滑动连接的滑台20,引料箱体30安装于滑台20,引料箱体30以及滑台20所起的作用相同,此处不再赘述。
引料舌板702在该具体实施例中与基板701配合。如图6所示,基板701固定于引料箱体30内,相对引料辊组301位置固定,而基板701和引料舌板702均呈三角状设置,二者的底部相对且铰接,则基板701和引料舌板702均具有上导向斜面和下导向斜面。进行上引料时,如图7所示,在俯仰驱动装置作用下,引料舌板702向上倾斜,倾斜的角度能够满足引料舌板702的上导向斜面与伸出段501的角度大致相当。基板701的上导向斜面和下导向斜面沿引料辊组301的夹持中线O对称设置,则引料舌板702的上导向斜面和基板701的上导向斜面配合,形成坡度渐缓的导向斜面,从而便于卷带50的伸出段501沿该导向斜面逐渐进入引料辊组301内。
同理,进行下引料时,如图6所示,引料舌板702向下倾斜,则引料舌板702的下导向斜面和基板701的下导向斜面配合,形成坡度渐缓的导向斜面。
当然,在引料舌板702进行引导时,在引料舌板702的上、下侧均可以配设滚轮,以助力卷带50的伸出段501沿上述导向斜面向引料辊组301移动,避免单侧导向的不稳定性。相较于本实施例,上述夹持组件实施例的夹持导向更为可靠,且自适应范围更广。
图6中引料舌板702配设基板701,从而实现坡度渐缓的导向斜面设置,使得导向引料较为平顺。可知,不设置基板701也是可以的;另外,引料舌板702的形状也不限于三角状,例如,其上、下表面均可以是内凹面,也能够起到导向的作用。引料舌板702在引导伸出段501进入引料辊组301后,可以撤除,例如从侧面移出。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 卷带物料引料机,包括底座(10),设于所述底座(10)上的引料辊组(301),其特征在于,还包括引料部,所述引料部迎合所述卷带(50)的伸出段(501),以导向所述伸出段(501)沿所述引料部进入所述引料辊组(301)内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的卷带物料引料机,其特征在于,所述引料部与所述底座(10)铰接,能够进行俯仰调节调整角度,以迎合所述伸出段(501)。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的卷带物料引料机,其特征在于,所述引料部包括夹持组件,所述夹持组件包括第一拾取板(401)和第二拾取板(402),二者能够张合而夹持卷带(50),以便将所述卷带(50)的伸出段(501)引入所述引料辊组(301)内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的卷带物料引料机,其特征在于,还包括驱动所述夹持组件相对所述底座(10)俯仰的俯仰驱动装置。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的卷带物料引料机,其特征在于,还包括引料箱体(30),所述引料箱体(30)安装于所述底座(10),所述引料辊组(301)设于所述引料箱体(30)内,所述夹持组件安装于所述引料箱体(30),所述俯仰驱动装置驱动所述引料箱体(30)相对所述底座(10)俯仰。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的卷带物料引料机,其特征在于,所述第一拾取板(401)和所述第二拾取板(402)一端铰接于所述引料箱体(30),还包括安装于所述引料箱体(30)的第一张合驱动件(403)和第二张合驱动件(404),所述第一张合驱动件(403)驱动所述第一拾取板(401)俯仰,所述第二张合驱动件(404)驱动所述第二拾取板(402)俯仰。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的卷带物料引料机,其特征在于,所述第一拾取板(401)和所述第二拾取板(402)形成的夹持中线与所述引料辊组(301)的夹持中线(O)重合。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的卷带物料引料机,其特征在于,所述引料部包括引料舌板(702),所述引料舌板(702)相对所述底座(10)俯仰,所述引料舌板(702)的上表面和下表面形成导向面,所述引料舌板(702)的上表面或下表面导向所述伸出段(501)进入所述引料辊组(301)内。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的卷带物料引料机,其特征在于,还包括基板(701),所述基板(701)相对所述引料辊组(301)位置固定,所述基板(701)和所述引料舌板(702)均呈三角状设置,上表面和下表面均为斜面,所述基板和所述引料舌板底部铰接;
    所述引料舌板(702)俯仰,以使所述引料舌板(702)和所述基板(701)的上表面配合,或二者的下表面配合,形成与所述伸出段(501)相配合的导向面。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的卷带物料引料机,其特征在于,还包括引料箱体(30),所述引料箱体(30)安装于所述底座(10),所述引料辊组(301)设于所述引料箱体(30)内,所述基板(701)和所述引料舌板(702)安装于所述引料箱体(30),所述引料舌板(702)相对所述引料箱体(30)俯仰。
  11. 如权利要求9或10所述的卷带物料引料机,其特征在于,还包括滑台(20),所述滑台(20)安装于所述底座(10),所述引料箱体(30)安装于所述滑台(20),所述滑台(20)能够相对所述底座(10)滑动,以 沿靠近或远离所述卷带(50)。
  12. 如权利要求5所述的卷带物料引料机,其特征在于,还包括滑台(20),所述滑台(20)安装于所述底座(10),所述引料箱体(30)安装于所述滑台(20),所述滑台(20)能够相对所述底座(10)滑动,以沿靠近或远离所述卷带(50)。
  13. 卷带物料的引料方法,其特征在于,
    在卷带物料引料机的底座(10)上设置引料部;
    卷带(50)出料,形成卷带(50)的伸出段(501);
    调整引料部的角度,迎合伸出段(501),导向所述伸出段(501)沿所述引料部进入所述底座(10)的引料辊组(301)内。
