Abstract
Description
内容物の劣化抑制のため、PTPの形成材料である樹脂フィルムには、水蒸気に対するバリア性が求められる。また、一般的に、PTPは深絞り成形により製造されるため、PTPの形成材料である樹脂フィルムには、良好な成形性が求められる。例えば、特許文献1及び2には、水蒸気に対するバリア性を向上させるため、フッ素系樹脂フィルムを積層した積層体が記載されている。
本発明は、上記事情に鑑みてなされたものであって、積層時に剥がれがなく、水蒸気透過率が低く、成形性が良好な積層体、該積層体を用いたブリスター容器及びプレス・スルー・パッケージ、並びに積層体の製造方法を提供することを課題とする。
[1]基材層と、中間層と、フッ素系樹脂層とをこの順で有する積層体であって、前記基材層が、ポリオレフィン系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂、又はビニル系樹脂のいずれか1種以上を含み、前記中間層が、ポリエチレン樹脂と変性ポリエチレン樹脂とを含み、前記中間層の厚みが、5μm以上50μm以下であることを特徴とする積層体。
[2]前記フッ素系樹脂層の前記中間層が形成されている面とは反対の面上に、第2の中間層と、第2の基材層とをさらにこの順で有する、[1]に記載の積層体。

≪第1実施形態≫
本発明の積層体の第1実施形態について、図1を参照して説明する。
図1に示す本実施形態による積層体1は、基材層12と、中間層10と、フッ素系樹脂層11とがこの順で積層されている。中間層10は、接着剤層として機能し、中間層10を介して基材層12とフッ素系樹脂層11とが積層されている。
本実施形態の積層体1は、基材層12と、中間層10と、フッ素系樹脂層11との3層構造である。3層構造の積層体は、複雑な工程を経ずに製造することができ、また、積層体の各層の均一性がより向上するため好ましい。
以下、本発明を構成する各層について説明する。
本実施形態において、基材層12を形成する材料は、ポリオレフィン系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂、又はビニル系樹脂のいずれか1種以上である。
ポリオレフィン系樹脂としては、ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹脂、ポリメチルペンテン樹脂などが挙げられる。
ポリエステル系樹脂としては、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリエチレンイソフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレートなどが挙げられる。
ビニル系樹脂としては、ポリ酢酸ビニル系樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂などが挙げられる。
本実施形態においては、ポリエステル系樹脂が好ましく、ポリエチレンテレフタレートがより好ましい。
上記の上限値及び下限値は任意に組み合わせることができる。
本実施形態において、中間層は、ポリエチレン樹脂と変性ポリエチレン樹脂とを含む。
ポリエチレン樹脂としては、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、中密度ポリエチレン(MDPE)、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)が挙げられ、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンであることが好ましい。
酸変性方法としては、有機過酸化物や脂肪族アゾ化合物等のラジカル重合開始剤の存在下で、ポリエチレン樹脂と酸官能基含有モノマーとを溶融混練するグラフト変性が挙げられる。
カルボキシ基を有する酸官能基含有モノマー(カルボキシ基含有モノマー)としては、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、マレイン酸、ナジック酸、フマル酸、イタコン酸、シトラコン酸、クロトン酸、イソクロトン酸、テトラヒドロフタル酸、エンド−ビシクロ[2.2.1]−5−ヘプテン−2,3−ジカルボン酸(エンディック酸)などのα,β−不飽和カルボン酸モノマーが挙げられる。
カルボン酸無水物基を有する酸官能基含有モノマー(カルボン酸無水物基含有モノマー)としては、無水マレイン酸、無水ナジック酸、無水イタコン酸、無水シトラコン酸、無水エンディック酸などの不飽和ジカルボン酸無水物モノマーが挙げられる。
これらの酸官能基含有モノマーは、中間層を構成する成分において1種類を単独で用いてもよく、2種類以上を併用してもよい。
酸変性に用いた酸官能基含有モノマーの一部が未反応である場合は、未反応の酸官能基含有モノマーによる接着力の低下を防ぐため、予め未反応の酸官能基含有モノマーを除去したものを用いることが好ましい。
本実施形態においては、中間層にポリエチレン樹脂と変性ポリエチレン樹脂との混合材料を用いることにより、フッ素系樹脂層と基材層との間の密着性を向上することができる。このため、層間剥離が生じにくい積層体を提供することができる。
本実施形態において、中間層の厚みを上記下限値以上とすることにより、密着性を向上させ、層間剥離を防止することができる。また、中間層の厚みを上記上限値以下とすることにより、厚膜化に起因する成形性の劣化を防止することができる。
フッ素系樹脂層に用いられるフッ素系樹脂材料としては、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、テトラフルオロエチレン・パーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテル共重合体(PFA)、テトラフルオロエチレン・ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体(FEP)、テトラフルオロエチレン・ヘキサフルオロプロピレン・パーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテル(EPA)、テトラフルオロエチレン・エチレン共重合体(ETFE)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)、ポリクロロ三フッ化エチレン(PCTFE)、クロロトリフルオロエチレン・エチレン共重合体(ECTFE)、及びこれらの1種又は2種以上の混合物などを用いることができ、ポリクロロ三フッ化エチレン(PCTFE)が好ましい。
上記上限値及び下限値は任意に組み合わせることができる。
本実施形態においては、フッ素系樹脂層の厚みを上記下限値以上とすることにより、積層体の水蒸気透過率を低くすることができ、例えば、医薬品用のプレス・スルー・パッケージに用いた際に、高い防湿性を発揮し、水蒸気に起因する内容物の劣化を防止することができる。
本実施形態においては、フッ素系樹脂層の厚みを上記上限値以下とすることにより、生産コストを削減することができる。
本発明の積層体の第2実施形態について、図2を参照して説明する。
図2に示す本実施形態の積層体1は、基材層12と、中間層10と、フッ素系樹脂層11と、第2の中間層13と、第2の基材層14とがこの順で積層されている。
5層構成の積層体は、積層体の強度が高まるため好ましい。また、5層構成の積層体は、積層構成両面側で対称となることにより、カールが生じにくくなるため好ましい。
本実施形態における、基材層、中間層、及びフッ素系樹脂層を構成する各材料については、前記第1実施形態において説明した各材料と同様である。
基材層に対する第2の基材層の厚みが、0.5倍~1.1倍であることが好ましく、0.9倍~1.1倍であることがより好ましく、0.95倍~1.05倍であることが特に好ましい。
中間層に対する第2の中間層の厚みが、0.9倍~1.1倍であることが好ましく、0.95倍~1.05倍であることがより好ましい。
また、本実施形態の積層体の水蒸気透過率は0.5g/m2/24時間以下であることが好ましく、0.4g/m2/24時間以下であることがより好ましく、0.3g/m2/24時間以下であることが特に好ましい。
本実施形態のブリスター容器及びプレス・スルー・パッケージは、前記本発明の第1又は第2実施形態の積層体を深絞り成形することによって製造される。
前記本発明の第1実施形態の積層体1を用いる場合、フッ素系樹脂層11が外側となるように成形する。
本実施形態のプレス・スルー・パッケージは、例えば、錠剤やカプセル剤の個包装に用いられる。 前記本発明の積層体は、水蒸気透過率が低いため、錠剤やカプセル等の内容物の劣化を防止することができる。
本発明の積層体は、前記基材層の原料となる樹脂と、前記中間層の原料となる樹脂と、前記フッ素系樹脂層の原料となる樹脂と、を同時に溶融押出成形することにより製造することが好ましい。
また、第2実施形態の積層体は、前記基材層の原料となる樹脂と、前記中間層の原料となる樹脂と、前記フッ素系樹脂層の原料となる樹脂と、前記第2の中間層の原料となる樹脂と、前記第2の基材層の原料となる樹脂と、を同時に溶融押出成形することにより製造することが好ましい。
≪実施例1~8、比較例1~2≫
基材層と、中間層と、フッ素系樹脂層とをこの順で有する3層構成の積層体を製造した。表1に示す各層の原料となる樹脂をそれぞれ別々に加熱溶融したものを、共押出多層成形が可能な押出機を用いて多層製膜を行い、基材層と、中間層と、フッ素系樹脂層とをこの順で有する3層構成の積層体を得た。
・PET:ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂。三菱化学(株)製NOVAPEXI4を使用。
・PCTFE:ポリクロロ三フッ化エチレン樹脂。ダイキン工業(株)製DF0050−C1を使用。
・中間層1~7:下記表2に示す中間層1~7。表2中における各材料の比率は質量比(%)である。
実施例1~8及び比較例1~2の各積層体について、以下の各試験を行った。
上述の<3層構成の積層体の製造>に従って得られた積層体について、JIS K7129:2008(A法)に準じて、水蒸気透過度計(Systech Instruments社製、製品名「L80−5000」を使用し、セル温度40℃、相対湿度差90%RHの条件下にて測定した。水蒸気透過率は、24時間に透過した面積1平方メートル当たりの水蒸気のグラム数[g/m2/24h]で表す。
上述の<3層構成の積層体の製造>に従って得られた積層体について、積層体の層間剥離を目視で観察した。また、積層体を深絞り成形し、成形後の各層の層間剥離の有無を目視で観察し、下記の基準で評価した。
◎;深絞り成形前、深絞り成形後のいずれも、中間層とフッ素系樹脂層との界面、及び基材層と中間層との界面で、層間剥離が見られず良好であった。
○;深絞り成形前は層間剥離が見られず、深絞り成形後にも、中間層とフッ素系樹脂層との界面、及び基材層と中間層との界面で、層間剥離がほとんど見られなかった。
△;深絞り成形前は層間剥離が見られなかったが、深絞り成形後、中間層とフッ素系樹脂層との界面、もしくは基材層と中間層との界面で層間剥離が見られた。
×;深絞り成形前、深絞り成形後のいずれにおいて、中間層とフッ素系樹脂層との界面、もしくは基材層と中間層との界面で層間剥離が見られた。
積層体成形性は、プレス・スルー・パッケージを成形した際の成形不良の有無を目視で観察し、下記の基準で評価した。
◎;深絞り部分の偏肉、深絞り後の形状保持が非常に良好であった。
○;深絞り部分の偏肉、深絞り後の形状保持がおおむね良好であった。
△;深絞り部分がわずかに偏肉し、もしくは深絞り後の形状保持ができていないものがあった。
×;深絞り部分が偏肉し、もしくは深絞り成形後に深絞り部分の形状が保持できていなかった。
実施例1~8及び比較例1~2の各積層体を用いてプレス・スルー・パッケージを製造し、パッケージ内に内容物試験用薬剤(潮解性のある)を入れ、内容物の劣化を下記の基準で評価した。この時、積層体のフッ素系樹脂層が外側となるようにプレス・スルー・パッケージを製造した。
○;内容物の劣化が見られなかった。
△;内容物の劣化がわずかに見られた。
×;内容物が著しく劣化していることが確認された。
≪実施例9~24、比較例3~4≫
基材層と、中間層と、フッ素系樹脂層と、第2の中間層と、第2の基材層とをこの順で有する5層構成の積層体を製造した。表4に示す各層の原料となる樹脂をそれぞれ別々に加熱溶融したものを、共押出多層成形が可能な押出機を用いて多層製膜を行い、基材層と、中間層と、フッ素系樹脂層と、第2の中間層と、第2の基材層とをこの順で有する5層構成の積層体を得た。
比較例5:ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(膜厚:200μm)を用いた。
比較例6:ポリクロロ三フッ化エチレンフィルム(膜厚:200μm)を用いた。
・PET:ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂。三菱化学(株)製NOVAPEXI4を使用。
・PP:ポリプロピレン樹脂。サンアロマー株式会社製PS522Mを使用。
・PVC:ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂。
・PCTFE:ポリクロロ三フッ化エチレン樹脂。ダイキン工業(株)製DF0050−C1を使用。
・ECTFE:クロロトリフルオロエチレン・エチレン共重合体。
・中間層1~7:上記表2に示す中間層1~7。
実施例9~24及び比較例3~6の各積層体について、上記と同様の方法により、水蒸気透過率、層間剥離、成形性、及び内容物の劣化について評価した。その結果を表6及び7に記載する。
Claims (15)
- 基材層と、中間層と、フッ素系樹脂層とをこの順で有する積層体であって、
前記基材層が、ポリオレフィン系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂、又はビニル系樹脂のいずれか1種以上を含み、
前記中間層が、ポリエチレン樹脂と変性ポリエチレン樹脂とを含み、
前記中間層の厚みが、5μm以上50μm以下であることを特徴とする積層体。 - 前記フッ素系樹脂層の前記中間層が形成されている面とは反対の面上に、第2の中間層と、第2の基材層とをさらにこの順で有する、請求項1に記載の積層体。
- 前記フッ素系樹脂層が、ポリクロロ三フッ化エチレンを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の積層体。
- 前記中間層に含まれるポリエチレン樹脂が、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンである、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の積層体。
- 前記中間層の厚みが、10μm以上30μm以下である、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の積層体。
- 前記中間層に含まれる変性ポリエチレン樹脂が、無水マレイン酸変性ポリエチレンである、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の積層体。
- 前記基材層に対する前記第2の基材層の厚みが、0.5倍~1.1倍である請求項2~6のいずれか1項に記載の積層体。
- 前記中間層に対する前記第2の中間層の厚みが、0.9倍~1.1倍である請求項2~7のいずれか1項に記載の積層体。
- 前記積層体の水蒸気透過率が、0.5g/m2/24時間以下である、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の積層体。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の積層体を含むブリスター容器。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の積層体を含むプレス・スルー・パッケージ。
- 請求項1に記載の積層体の製造方法であって、
前記基材層の原料となる樹脂と、前記中間層の原料となる樹脂と、前記フッ素系樹脂層の原料となる樹脂と、を同時に溶融押出成形する工程を備える、積層体の製造方法。 - 請求項2に記載の積層体の製造方法であって、
前記基材層の原料となる樹脂と、前記中間層の原料となる樹脂と、前記フッ素系樹脂層の原料となる樹脂と、前記第2の中間層の原料となる樹脂と、前記第2の基材層の原料となる樹脂と、を同時に溶融押出成形する工程を備える、積層体の製造方法。 - 前記フッ素系樹脂層が、ポリクロロ三フッ化エチレンを含む、請求項12又は13に記載の積層体の製造方法。
- 前記中間層に含まれるポリエチレン樹脂が、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンである、請求項12又は13に記載の積層体の製造方法。
