L'invention concerne un système d'encouragement d'assistance destiné à encourager une personne apportant une assistance à assister une personne à assister, comprenant: une unité de réception d'adhésion de personne apportant une assistance destinée à affecter des informations d'identification unique de personne apportant une assistance à un demandeur d'adhésion et à inscrire le demandeur en tant que personne apportant une assistance; une unité de conversion d'action destinée à stocker des informations de score d'action d'assistance qui associent une action d'assistance à un score affecté à l'action d'assistance, à acquérir des informations concernant une action d'assistance effectuée par une personne apportant une assistance et des informations d'identification de personne apportant une assistance relatives à la personne apportant une assistance, et à déterminer un score à affecter à la personne apportant une assistance pour l'action d'assistance en se référant aux informations de score d'action d'assistance; une unité de gestion de date/d'heure d'affectation destinée à déterminer une date/heure d'affectation en spécifiant la date/l'heure d'affectation à laquelle une gratification sera affectée pour une action d'assistance par une personne apportant une assistance; une unité de totalisation de score destinée à calculer des valeurs totales de score en totalisant pour chaque personne apportant une assistance les scores affectés à la personne apportant une assistance jusqu'à la date/l'heure d'affectation; et une unité de détermination de gratification destinée à déterminer une personne apportant une assistance à laquelle affecter une gratification et la gratification à affecter à la personne apportant une assistance, sur la base de la valeur totale de score à la date/l'heure d'affectation.
