     支援者の支援行動に対して特典を与える還元日時を設定し、前記還元日時を判断する還元日時管理部と、
     前記還元日時まで、前記支援者に付与するスコアを前記支援者毎に積算し、前記スコアの積算値を算出するスコア積算部と、
     前記還元日時における前記スコアの積算値に基づいて、特典を与える支援者と該支援者に与える特典を決定する特典決定部と、を有する支援奨励システム。
