本申请涉及数据对象信息处理技术领域,特别是涉及数据对象信息处理方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
O2O(Online To Offline,线上到线下),是指将线下的商务机会与互联网结合,让互联网成为线下交易的平台。随着服务性电子商务模式的升级,完善了商品(服务)、下单、支付等流程,把之前简单的电商模块,转移到更加高频和生活化场景中来。由于传统的服务行业一直处在一个低效且劳动力消化不足的状态,因此,在新模式的推动下,出现了O2O的狂欢热潮,于是上门送餐(俗称“外卖”)、上门生鲜、上门化妆等各种O2O模式开始层出不穷。
其中,生鲜类商品对象对应的线下店铺可以称为“超市”,在实际应用中,超市内可以开设多个档口,例如,可以包括水果档口、海鲜档口等等。各个档口中的具体货品可以是预先采购进入超市的。与快餐类商品对象不同的是,生鲜类的商品对象通常不能够按照“餐盒”等标准化的包装工具提前进行打包。例如,商品是苹果,消费者在下单时,可能会指定购买的公斤数,超市在收到订单后,通常需要先进行称重,之后,再进行打包等操作。也就是说,对于生鲜类商品对象,通常都是在收到订单之后,再根据订单指定的规格进行“加工制作”,所谓的“加工制作”的过程可以包括货品的称重等操作。加工制作完成之后再进行打包,并等待配送。
可见,对于生鲜等类别的商品,在接收到线上的订单之后,进行线下的拣货、打包、配送等操作时,通常会需要耗费更多的时间,在配送时效上往往很难保证。因此,如何提高线下操作的效率,提升配送时效,成为需要本领域技术人员解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请提供了数据对象信息处理方法、装置及系统,能够提高第一操作以及第二操 作的效率,可以更好的保证配送时效。
本申请提供了如下方案:
一种数据对象信息处理系统,包括:
订单处理子系统,用于按照预置的规则,将符合条件的多个订单合并为同一波次;
第一操作任务生成子系统,用于将同一波次的各个订单中包含的数据对象,按照对应货品所在第一操作区域的不同进行分类,根据分类结果生成多个第一操作任务,并分配到对应的第一操作执行子系统;
所述第一操作执行子系统,用于接收到当前第一操作任务完成,并已将第一操作容器挂至悬挂链上的消息后,将所述当前第一操作任务的任务标识,以及所属波次的波次标识通知到悬挂链输送子系统;所述第一操作容器中收纳有所述当前第一操作任务对应的货品;
所述悬挂链输送子系统,部署于线下店铺内,所述线下店铺内包括多个第一操作区域,以及多个第二操作区域,所述悬挂链输送子系统包括控制组件以及输送轨道,其中,所述输送轨道用于连接第一操作区域以及第二操作区域;所述控制组件,用于接收到所述第一操作执行子系统的通知消息后,按照所述波次标识进行第二操作区域的分配,其中,同一波次的各个第一操作任务对应同一第二操作区域,按照分配结果,向所述输送轨道发送输送指令,以将所述第一操作容器输送至对应的第二操作区域。

根据本申请提供的具体实施例,本申请公开了以下技术效果:
通过本申请实施例,可以将线下店铺中从第一操作、到输送、再到第二操作,可以有机的串联起来,通过悬挂链子系统,可以自动将第一操作产出的容器输送到第二操作区域。并且,同一波次的不同第一操作任务还可以合流到同一个第二操作区域,从而提高第一操作以及第二操作的效率,可以更好的保证配送时效。
另外,本申请实施例还提供了故障管理子系统,可以对第一操作任务的状态、第二 操作区域的分配情况等进行跟踪,一旦某波次的部分第一操作任务没有按时到达预订的第二操作区时,可以通过该故障管理子系统进行查询,定位异常出现的原因,从而避免整个波次作业的停滞。
当然,实施本申请的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
在本申请实施例中,为了便于提高拣货及配送效率,可以在线下店铺内部署一悬挂链输送系统,该悬挂链输送系统包括输送轨道以及悬挂链等自动化输送设备,这样,在接收到订单并完成第一操作(例如,拣货等操作)后,可以通过悬挂链以及输送轨道,输送至预置的第二操作区域处(例如,打包等操作)。其中,如果线下店铺内包括多个第一操作区域,也即,多个“档口”,则每个“档口”都可以具有能够输送到统一的第二操作区域处的输送轨道,每个输送轨道上都可以配有悬挂链。也即,悬挂链可以有多 条,每条悬挂链的输送起点与一个第一操作区域所在的位置对应,终点为一个第二操作区域。在接收到加第一操作任务后,某个档口在对对应的货品进行称重等操作后,可以装入预置的包装袋等容器中,并挂到悬挂链上。之后,对应的输送轨道就可以自动将装有对应货品的容器输送到第二操作区域,在第二操作区域进行打包等第二操作,再由派送员进行派送。这样,第一操作员只需要进行称重、将货品悬挂到悬挂链上等操作即可,而不需要将货品从第一操作区域送到第二操作区域,因此,可以提高工作效率。
在小型的线下店铺中,或者订单数量较少的情况下,第二操作区域可以为一个,也即,所有的第一操作产出的第一操作容器都可以合流到同一个第二操作区域进行打包操作。但是,考虑到随着用户数量的增多,订单的并发数也在不断增加,在这种面对大量订单的情况下,通过同一个第二操作区域执行第二操作,则可能仍然会造成操作效率的瓶颈。因此,为了进一步提高第一操作、第二操作等操作的效率,以保证配送时效,本申请实施例还可以将第二操作区域置为多个。也就是说,在线下店铺中,可以包括多个第一操作区域,以及多个第二操作区域,其中,所谓的多个第一操作区域,也即多个“档口”,每个第一操作区域用于存放同一类的货品,相应的,该类货品的第一操作(例如,主要可以是指拣货操作)也是在该第一操作区域进行。第二操作区域是指用于执行打包等操作的区域。也就是说,第一操作以及第二操作都可以分散在多个不同的区域来同步执行,以此提高第一操作以及第二操作的效率。
另外,由于经常会出现大量订单并发的情况,也即,在很短的时间内收到多个订单,如果每个订单执行一次配送,则显然会占用大量的配送资源,并且在配送资源有限的情况下,会降低配送时效。因此,本申请实施例还可以对订单进行合单操作,也就是说,将多个订单合并成同一个配送波次,同一个配送波次的各个订单,可以由同一个配送员同时配送,这样可以避免对配送资源造成浪费,并且,也更好的保障各个订单的配送时效。其中,在进行合单时,可以预先制定一些合单规则,例如,可以考虑配送地址、要求的送达时间等因素,将配送地址比较接近且要求的送达时间也比较接近的订单,合并为同一波次,等等。
在通过上述合单操作生成配送波次的情况下,同一配送波次中所涉及到的数据对象(例如,商品对象等)就需要打包在一起,由同一个配送员进行配送,因此,在拣货时,也可以同时进行第一操作(例如,拣货操作)。而同一个波次中包括多个订单,这样就使得同一波次中可能包括多种不同的数据对象,并且这些数据对象对应的货品可能位于不同的第一操作区域。因此,还可以将将同一波次的各个订单中包含的数据对象,按照 对应货品所在第一操作区域的不同进行分类,根据分类结果生成多个第一操作任务。也就是说,在将订单执行合单操作,生成波次后,在执行第一操作任务之前,还可以将同一波次拆解成多份第一操作任务,分别由所涉及到的每个第一操作区域的工作人员完成一份第一操作任务。
每个第一操作任务完成后,都可以通过悬挂链系统输送至第二操作区域。而在本申请实施例中,第二操作区域为多个。其中,具体实现时,可以是多个打包区域,或者,同一个打包区域包括多个“道口”,不同道口对应的打包员负责该道口上的打包操作。由于这种同一打包区域、多个“道口”的情况在实质上也是将打包区域划分为多个子区域,每个子区域内独立工作,因此,在本申请实施例中,统一称为多个第二操作区域。在这种存在多个第二操作区域的情况下,在通过悬挂链系统进行对第一操作任务的执行结果进行输送的过程中,还可以进行控制,将同一波次的各个第一操作任务的执行结果(也即,收纳有同一第一操作任务关联的各货品的容器,如包装袋等)合流到同一第二操作区域。
也就是说,在本申请实施例中,可以首先进行订单的合并,生成波次,然后,将波次拆解为多个第一操作任务,然后,再将同一波次中各个第一操作任务的执行结果合流到同一第二操作区域,通过这种自动控制,可以提高第一操作以及第二操作的效率,有利于保障配送时效。
具体实现时,关于线下店铺内悬挂链系统的具体部署方式可以有多种,只要能够使得每个第一操作区域与每个第二操作区域之间都存在通路,并且,在输送过程中能够控制具体的输送路径即可。例如,在其中一种实现方式下,悬挂链系统的部署方式可以如图1所示。其中,假设线下店铺内有三个第一操作区域,两个第二操作区域,在部署悬挂链系统的输送轨道时,为了节省空间,也避免输送轨道太多、中间交织在一起的部分容易造成混乱等情况,可以将输送轨道分为主干线101以及第一支线102、第二支线103,其中,主干线101可以只有一条,属于轨道的公用部分,第一支线102可以有多条,每条第一支线的第一端可以与一个第一操作区域相对应,另一端与主干线101接驳;类似的,第二支线103也可以有多条,每条第一支线的第一端可以与一个第二操作区域相对应,另一端与主干线101接驳。这样,使得输送轨道可以延伸至每个第一操作区域、第二操作区域,同时又不会出现多条轨道交织等情况。其中,在具体实现时,可以在将输送轨道“吊设”在线下店铺的天花板上,第一操作的操作员可以将容器悬挂至输送轨道上进行输送。通过这种方式,可以节省线下店铺的空间,避免由于输送轨道的存在,导 致店铺中操作区域的面积受到限制。另外,为了防止在输送过程中,容器从轨道上掉落等情况,还可以在轨道下方设有“安全网”,这样,如果容器从轨道上掉落,也会掉落到“安全网”上,避免伤到线下店铺中的人,或者,使得容器中的物品被摔伤。当然,在其他实现方式下,输送轨道也可以通过其他方式进行铺设,这里不进行限定。
在通过上述方式部署了输送轨道的情况下,上述输送轨道可以是在自动化驱动设备等输送执行部件的控制下不断的沿着从第一操作区域到第二操作区域的方向运动。每一操作区域的操作员在完成一次第一操作任务后,就可以将收纳有相应物品的容器104悬挂在对应的支线102上,由输送轨道将其运送至第二操作区域。其中,容器104可以是包装袋等形式,并且,为了便于操作,每个容器104上都可以连接有或者自带有挂钩等部件(图中未示出),通过这种挂钩,可以将容器104悬挂到输送轨道支线102上。
另外,由于在本申请实施例中,涉及到对同一波次中的不同第一操作任务的处理结果,合流到同一第二操作区域的问题,因此,在具体实现时,还可以进行以下处理:首先可以在容器104的外表面提供唯一性标识(编码等),并且可以通过条形码、二维码等图形码的方式来进行呈现。另外,在每个第一操作区域,都可以提供扫码器,在第一操作区域的操作员完成一次第一操作任务,并将操作的执行结果收纳至容器104中之后,可以通过扫码的方式,获取到该容器的标识信息。之后,第一操作区域的终端设备,可以将此次第一操作任务的任务标识、该第一操作任务对应的波次标识,以及该容器的容器标识,这三者之间的对应关系,提供给悬挂链系统中的控制组件(也即,悬挂链系统中可除了包括输送轨道等硬件结构,还可以通过软件的方式实现对具体输送路径的控制),这样,控制组件可以根据波次标识进行第二操作区域的分配,并且,将同一波次下各个不同的第一操作任务分配到同一个第二操作区域,也即,此时在控制组件中记录的信息包括:波次标识、第一操作任务标识、容器标识以及第二操作区域,这四者之间的对应关系。之后,上述容器就会被悬挂至轨道支线102上,之后又会被传送至轨道主干线101上。而在到达轨道主干线101与支线103的接驳处时,由于支线103有多条,因此,为了能够确定接下来的输送路径,还可以在主干线101与支线102的接驳处,部署扫码设备105,当某容器被传送至该扫码设备105的扫描范围内时,该扫码设备可以自动对其外表面上的图形码等进行扫描,然后,将扫描结果中的容器标识提供给控制组件。这样,控制组件就可以获知是哪个容器已经到达了主干线与第二支线的接驳处,之后,控制组件就可以根据之前已经记录的对应关系信息,确定出该容器应该被输送至哪个第二操作区域。进而,控制组件就可以向输送执行部件发送控制指令,使得该容器被 送至对应的第二支线103上,并最终输送至对应的第二操作区域。如图1可见,来自两条不同第一支线102上的两个容器104,都会通过主干线进行输送,之后会被输送到同一第二支线103上,进而被送到同一个第二操作区域,从而实现“合流”。
总之,通过上述方式,第一操作区域的操作员在完成第一操作任务后,直接将容器悬挂至对应的轨道支线上即可,不需要进行输送轨道的选择等操作,后续的过程都可以通过自动化控制的方式来完成,因此,对于提高操作效率存在很大帮助。
当然,上述图1仅是用于对具体的实现方案进行举例说明,在实际应用中,还可以采用其他的实现方案,例如,在每个第一操作区域与第二操作区域之间都分别部署一条输送轨道,在悬挂之前进行具体轨道的分配,然后再将容器悬挂至对应的轨道上,输送至对应的第二操作区域,等等,这里不再一一详述。
需要说明的是,在通过上述方式执行第一操作、输送以及第二操作的过程中,可能会出现网络、硬件异常或者任务操作失误(如第二操作区域分配错误等)等情况,导致第一操作容器滑入异常第二操作区域,或者第一操作任务本身未完成等等,最终导致整个波次作业停滞。为此,在本申请实施例中,还可以提供异常管理系统,悬挂链系统的分配结果等信息都可以提供给该异常管理系统,这样,异常管理系统就可以对具体波次的具体第一操作任务的执行状态等进行跟踪,如果发现某波次的某第一操作任务存在异常时,可以通过该异常管理系统进行查询,确定造成异常的可能原因,等等。这样,就可以快速定位异常原因,进一步保障配送时效。
下面对从多种不同的角度对本申请实施例的实现方案进行介绍。
实施例一
首先,参见图2,该实施例一首先从整体上提供了一种数据对象信息处理系统,该系统具体可以包括:
订单处理子系统201,用于按照预置的规则,将符合条件的多个订单合并为同一波次;
具体的,订单处理子系统201可以位于销售平台云端,由云端统一对各个线下店铺中的订单进行合单等操作处理。或者,也可以直接部署在线下店铺中,每个线下店铺对各自的订单执行合单处理操作。关于具体的合单规则,可以有多种具体的实现方式,包括根据配送地址的距离,配送时间的相近程度,将符合条件的订单合并成同一波次,等等,这里不再详述。其中,具体在生成一个波次之后,可以为该波次生成波次标识,例如,波次ID等。
第一操作任务生成子系统202,用于将同一波次的各个订单中包含的数据对象,按照对应货品所在第一操作区域的不同进行分类,根据分类结果生成多个第一操作任务,并分配到对应的第一操作执行子系统203;
其中,该第一操作任务生成子系统202同样既可以位于云端,也可以位于线下店铺内部,该子系统中可以对线下店铺中的第一操作区域的详情信息预先进行保存,在获得具体的波次信息后,可以根据波次中关联的各个数据对象,以及各自所在的第一操作区域,拆解成多个不同的第一操作任务。类似的,在生成每个第一操作任务后,还可以生成第一操作任务标识,包括第一操作任务的id等。并且,可以建立波次id与各个第一操作任务id之间的关联关系。
所述第一操作执行子系统203,用于接收到当前第一操作任务完成,并已将第一操作容器挂至悬挂链上的消息后,将所述当前第一操作任务的任务标识,以及所属波次的波次标识通知到悬挂链输送子系统204;所述第一操作容器中收纳有所述当前第一操作任务对应的货品;
其中,该第一操作执行子系统203可以位于线下店铺内,可以分别在各个第一操作区域部署计算机等设备,或者,为各个第一操作区域的工作人员配备移动终端设备,在这种计算机设备或者移动终端设备中,可以安装第一操作执行子系统203对应的应用。相应的,在接收到来自第一操作任务生成子系统202分配的第一操作任务后,就可以提示相应的工作人员执行对应的任务。另外,该第一操作执行子系统203还能够与悬挂链输送子系统204之间进行信息传递。在工作人员按照具体的第一操作任务执行完拣货等操作后,可以将相应的货品放置在包装袋等容器中,并挂至输送轨道上,此时,就可以通过该第一操作执行子系统203,通知悬挂链输送子系统,该第一操作任务已经执行完成,同时可以将对应的波次标识、第一操作任务标识等信息提供给悬挂链输送子系统204。其中,如果容器的外表面存在图形码等信息,则该第一操作执行子系统203还可以外接有扫码器,或者,内置有扫码功能等,在容器被悬挂到输送轨道之前,还可以进行扫码操作,这样,在向悬挂链输送子系统204提供信息时,除了波次标识、第一操作任务标识,还可以包括容器标识。
所述悬挂链输送子系统204,部署于线下店铺内,所述线下店铺内包括多个第一操作区域,以及多个第二操作区域,所述悬挂链输送子系统204包括控制组件以及输送轨道,其中,所述输送轨道用于连接各第一操作区域与各第二操作区域;所述控制组件,用于接收到所述第一操作执行子系统的通知消息后,按照所述波次标识进行第二操作区 域的分配,其中,同一波次的各个第一操作任务对应同一第二操作区域,按照分配结果,向所述输送轨道发送输送指令,以将所述第一操作容器输送至对应的第二操作区域。
其中,悬挂链输送子系统204部署在线下店铺中,分为硬件部分以及软件部分,其中,硬件部分可以包括具体的输送轨道、驱动设备等物理上的传送结构,软件部分可以是一个控制组件,实现对输送轨道输送容器过程中的自动化控制。并且,该控制组件还可以根据第一操作执行子系统203发送的通知消息,进行第一操作任务与第二操作区域之间对应关系的控制,具体的,可以将同一波次的不同第一操作任务,合流到同一第二操作区域,从而实现第一操作以及第二操作效率的提高。
在实际应用中,该系统还可以包括第二操作执行子系统,此时:
悬挂链输送子系统204还可以用于,将波次标识与第二操作区域标识之间的对应关系提供给第二操作执行子系统;
相应的,所述第二操作执行子系统可以用于,根据所述波次标识生成第二操作任务,并提供对应的第二操作区域标识提示信息。
其中,第二操作执行子系统可以部署于打包员等工作人员的移动终端设备中,或者,打包间的计算机设备中,在接收到有相关的第一操作容器被输送到某第二操作区域的消息时,就可以生成相应的第二操作任务,在该任务中,可以将对应波次的信息,该波次下包括的各个第一操作任务的相关信息,以及各第一操作任务对应的数据对象信息、该波次关联的各订单的详情信息,等等,提示给具体的打包员等工作人员,由这种工作人员执行打包等第二操作。之后,就可以等待配送员以波次为单位进行配送。
如前文所述,在具体实现时,如果所述第一操作容器的外表面可以带有图形码标识,则所述第一操作执行子系统203,还可以用于对所述图形码标识进行扫描识别,获得容器标识,建立波次标识、第一操作任务标识与容器标识之间的对应关系,并提供给所述悬挂链输送子系统204,由所述悬挂链输送子系统的控制组件按照所述波次标识进行第二操作区域的分配后,保存波次标识、第一操作任务标识、容器标识与第二操作区域之间的对应关系。
具体实现时,所述输送轨道可以包括主干线、多条第一支线以及多条第二支线,其中,所述每条第一支线的一端位于其中一个第一操作区域,另一端与所述主干线接驳,每条第二支线的一端位于其中一个第二操作区域,另一端与所述主干线接驳;
此时,所述悬挂链输送子系统中还可以包括扫码设备,所述扫码设备位于主干线与 各条第二支线的接驳处,所述扫码设备用于:对进入到扫描范围的第一操作容器外表面的图形码进行扫描,并识别出容器标识后提供给所述控制组件;所述控制组件根据所述识别出的容器标识,确定该容器标识对应的第二操作区域,并向所述输送轨道发送控制指令,由输送轨道将该容器传送至该第二操作区域对应的第二支线。
具体实现时,所述悬挂链输送子系统204中的控制组件,还可以用于将波次标识、第一操作任务标识、容器标识与第二操作区域之间的对应关系,提供给前述第二操作执行子系统;此时,所述第二操作执行子系统,还可以用于对输送至所述第二操作区域的第一操作容器的图形码进行扫描,通过扫描结果确定对应的波次标识以及第一操作任务标识,以用于对该波次下的该第一操作任务进行已完成确认。
之后,所述第二操作执行子系统,还可以用于在对同一波次下的各个第一操作任务均完成确认后,生成出库信息。
另外,所述系统中还可以包括异常管理子系统;
此时,所述悬挂链输送子系统204中的控制组件,还可以用于在按照所述波次标识进行第二操作区域的分配后,将波次标识、第一操作任务标识、容器标识与第二操作区域之间的对应关系,提供给所述异常管理子系统进行保存;所述第二操作执行子系统还可以用于如果某波次下的某目标第一操作任务对应的第一操作容器未在预置的时间内输送至该第二操作区域,则向所述异常管理子系统发送异常查询请求。所述异常管理子系统,具体用于在接收到针对所述异常查询请求时,根据所述保存的分配结果,提供查询结果。
具体实现时,所述异常管理子系统具体可以用于,如果所述分配结果中不存在所述目标第一操作任务对应的第二操作区域分配信息,则在所述查询结果中提示第一操作任务未完成。
或者,所述异常管理子系统具体也可以用于,如果所述分配结果中存在所述目标第一操作任务对应的第二操作区域分配信息,但与该目标第一操作任务所属波次的其他第一操作任务对应的第二操作区域不同,则在所述查询结果中提供该目标第一操作任务对应的第二操作区域。
总之,通过本申请实施例提供的上述系统,可以将线下店铺中从第一操作、到输送、再到第二操作,可以有机的串联起来,通过悬挂链子系统,可以自动将第一操作产出的容器输送到第二操作区域。并且,同一波次的不同第一操作任务还可以合流到同一个第二操作区域,从而提高第一操作以及第二操作的效率,可以更好的保证配送时效。
另外,本申请实施例还提供了故障管理子系统,可以对第一操作任务的状态、第二操作区域的分配情况等进行跟踪,一旦某波次的部分第一操作任务没有按时到达预订的第二操作区时,可以通过该故障管理子系统进行查询,定位异常出现的原因,从而避免整个波次作业的停滞。
实施例二
该实施例二是与前述实施例一相对应的,从第一操作任务生成子系统的角度,提供了一种数据对象信息处理方法,参见图3,该方法可以包括:
S301:第一操作任务生成子系统接收待操作的波次信息,其中,符合预置条件的多个订单合并为同一波次;
S302:将同一波次的各个订单中包含的数据对象,按照对应货品所在第一操作区域的不同进行分类;

S501:悬挂链输送子系统接收第一操作执行子系统提供的通知消息,所述通知消息为:第一操作任务已完成,并已将第一操作容器挂至输送轨道上;所述悬挂链输送子系统,部署于线下店铺内,所述线下店铺内包括多个第一操作区域,以及多个第二操作区域,所述悬挂链输送子系统包括控制组件以及输送轨道,其中,所述输送轨道用于连接各第一操作区域以及各第二操作区域;

具体实现时,可以是在接收到第一操作执行子系统提供的通知消息后,可以确定该通知消息相关的第一操作任务所属的波次标识,然后判断该波次标识是否已分配第二操作区域,如果已分配,则按照已分配的结果确定当前第一操作任务对应的第二操作区域;否则,可以为该波次分配第二操作区域,并保存该波次标识与该第二操作区域标识之间的对应关系。
另外,为了能够对异常情况进行跟踪,在按照所述波次标识进行第二操作区域的分配后,还可以将分配结果信息提供给异常管理子系统进行保存,在出现异常时,通过所述异常管理子系统进行异常原因的查询。

第二确定子单元,用于如果未分配,为该波次分配第二操作区域,并保存该波次标识与该第二操作区域标识之间的对应关系。

分配结果提供单元,用于在按照所述波次标识进行第二操作区域的分配后,将分配结果信息提供给异常管理子系统进行保存,在出现异常时,通过所述异常管理子系统进行异常原因的查询。

    所述第一操作执行子系统,用于接收到当前第一操作任务完成,并已将第一操作容器挂至悬挂链上的消息后,将所述当前第一操作任务的任务标识,以及所属波次的波次标识通知到悬挂链输送子系统;所述第一操作容器中收纳有所述当前第一操作任务对应的货品;

    所述输送轨道包括主干线、多条第一支线以及多条第二支线,其中,每条第一支线的一端位于其中一个第一操作区域,另一端与所述主干线接驳,每条第二支线的一端位于其中一个第二操作区域,另一端与所述主干线接驳;
    所述悬挂链输送子系统中还包括扫码设备,所述扫码设备位于主干线与各条第二支线的接驳处,所述扫码设备用于:对进入到扫描范围的第一操作容器外表面的图形码进行扫描,并识别出容器标识后提供给所述控制组件;所述控制组件根据所述识别出的容器标识,确定该容器标识对应的第二操作区域,并向所述输送轨道发送控制指令,由输送轨道将该容器传送至该第二操作区域对应的第二支线。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统中还包括第二操作执行子系统;
    所述悬挂链输送子系统中的控制组件,还用于将波次标识、第一操作任务标识、容器标识与第二操作区域之间的对应关系,提供给第二操作执行子系统;
    所述第二操作执行子系统,用于对输送至所述第二操作区域的第一操作容器的图形码进行扫描,通过扫描结果确定对应的波次标识以及第一操作任务标识,以用于对该波次下的该第一操作任务进行已完成确认。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的系统,其特征在于:
    所述第二操作执行子系统,还用于在对同一波次下的各个第一操作任务均完成确认后,生成出库信息。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统中还包括异常管理子系统、第二操作执行子系统;
    所述悬挂链输送子系统中的控制组件,还用于在按照所述波次标识进行第二操作区域的分配后,将波次标识、第一操作任务标识、容器标识与第二操作区域之间的对应关系,提供给所述异常管理子系统进行保存;
    所述第二操作执行子系统,还用于如果某波次下的某目标第一操作任务对应的第一操作容器未在预置的时间内输送至该第二操作区域,则向所述异常管理子系统发送异常查询请求;
    所述异常管理子系统,用于在接收到针对所述异常查询请求时,根据所述保存的分配结果,提供查询结果。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于:
    所述异常管理子系统具体用于,如果所述分配结果中不存在所述目标第一操作任务 对应的第二操作区域分配信息,则在所述查询结果中提示第一操作任务未完成。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于:
    所述异常管理子系统具体用于,如果所述分配结果中存在所述目标第一操作任务对应的第二操作区域分配信息,但与该目标第一操作任务所属波次的其他第一操作任务对应的第二操作区域不同,则在所述查询结果中提供该目标第一操作任务对应的第二操作区域。
  10. 一种数据对象信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第一操作任务生成子系统接收待操作的波次信息,其中,符合预置条件的多个订单合并为同一波次;
    将同一波次的各个订单中包含的数据对象,按照对应货品所在第一操作区域的不同进行分类;
    根据分类结果生成多个第一操作任务,并分配到对应的第一操作执行子系统,由所述第一操作执行子系统接收到第一操作任务完成,并已经将第一操作容器挂至悬挂链上的消息后,将当前第一操作任务的任务标识,以及所属波次的波次标识通知到悬挂链输送子系统,由所述悬挂链输送子系统将同一波次的各个第一操作任务对应的第一操作容器输送到同一第二操作区域;其中,所述悬挂链输送子系统,部署于线下店铺内,所述线下店铺内包括多个第一操作区域,以及多个第二操作区域,所述悬挂链输送子系统包括控制组件以及输送轨道,其中,所述输送轨道用于连接各第一操作区域以及各第二操作区域。

    按照分配结果,向所述输送轨道发送输送指令,以便将所述第一操作容器输送至对应的第二操作区域。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述按照所述第一操作任务所属的波次标识进行第二操作区域的分配,包括:
    接收到所述通知消息后,确定该通知消息相关的第一操作任务所属的波次标识;
    判断该波次标识是否已分配第二操作区域;
    如果已分配,则按照已分配的结果确定当前第一操作任务对应的第二操作区域;
    否则,为该波次分配第二操作区域,并保存该波次标识与该第二操作区域标识之间的对应关系。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在按照所述波次标识进行第二操作区域的分配后,将分配结果信息提供给异常管理子系统进行保存,在出现异常时,通过所述异常管理子系统进行异常原因的查询。
  16. 一种数据对象信息处理装置,其特征在于,应用于第一操作任务生成子系统,包括:
    波次信息接收单元,用于接收待操作的波次信息,其中,符合预置条件的多个订单合并为同一波次;

    任务接收单元,用于接收第一操作任务,所述第一操作任务为同一波次中拆解出的多个第一操作任务之一,同一波次对应多个符合条件的订单;
    通知单元,用于接收到第一操作任务完成,并已经将对应的第一操作容器挂至悬挂链上的消息后,将所述第一操作任务的任务标识,以及所属波次的波次标识通知到悬挂链输送子系统,由所述悬挂链输送子系统将同一波次的各个第一操作任务对应的第一操作容器输送到同一第二操作区域;其中,所述悬挂链输送子系统,部署于线下店铺内,所述线下店铺内包括多个第一操作区域,以及多个第二操作区域,所述悬挂链输送子系统包括控制组件以及输送轨道,其中,所述输送轨道用于连接各第一操作区域以及各第二操作区域。
  18. 一种数据对象信息处理装置,其特征在于,应用于悬挂链输送子系统,包括:
    通知消息接收单元,用于接收第一操作执行子系统提供的通知消息,所述通知消息为:第一操作任务已完成,并已将第一操作容器挂至输送轨道上;所述悬挂链输送子系统,部署于线下店铺内,所述线下店铺内包括多个第一操作区域,以及多个第二操作区 域,所述悬挂链输送子系统包括控制组件以及输送轨道,其中,所述输送轨道用于连接各第一操作区域以及各第二操作区域;
    区域分配单元,用于按照所述第一操作任务所属的波次标识进行第二操作区域的分配,其中,同一波次的各个第一操作任务对应同一第二操作区域;所述同一波次对应符合条件的多个订单,并被拆解为多个第一操作任务;
    输送指令发送单元,用于按照分配结果,向所述输送轨道发送输送指令,以便将所述第一操作容器输送至对应的第二操作区域。
