Abstract

一种3D多维弧面多层夹胶玻璃基板制备方法,是一种在平板玻璃基础之上通过切裁、磨边、热弯、钢化、加热夹胶后制作出的一种具有多维多曲面特征的多层夹胶玻璃基板。其制备方法包括:采用厚度在0.1mm-12mm即引上法平板玻璃、平拉法平板玻璃和浮法玻璃原片,即引上法平板玻璃分有槽/无槽两种,经过全自动电脑数控精密切裁成规则或指定尺寸,数控双边磨机器进行指定参数精密曲磨边、抛光,往复式弯钢化炉进行多维弧面造型热弯和风冷钢化,数控加热夹胶机进行多层玻璃夹胶并修边。制备出的3D多维弧面多层夹胶玻璃不仅有着多维弧面和曲面异形特征,同时此基板双面玻璃耐划伤、抗冲击、易清洁,适合各种需要曲面造型的产品和工艺搭配使用。

Description

一种3D多维弧面多层夹胶玻璃基板的制作方法 技术领域
本发明型专利公开一种3D多维弧面多层夹胶玻璃基板制作方法,是一种新的工艺制作技术。
背景技术
目前市场上3D多弧面材质装饰基板多以亚克力、钢板、铝合金或再生铝塑板等材料为主,因以上几种材料容易达到设计和消费者需求的造型结构从而致使该几种材料已经在家电、家居、装饰装潢、建筑装饰等行业使用多年;但是由于亚克力、钢板、铝合金、再生铝塑板有不耐磨、容易变形、不容易清理等众多特征从而导致消费者在使用方面有很多不便。3D多弧面多层夹胶玻璃基板的发明,成功解决了以上问题点,并且质量、价格、性能都优于以上各种材质,作为一种新的技术型材料在装饰面板上展现其特有的实用和优异性。
发明内容
技术问题:为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种3D多维弧面多层夹胶玻璃基板的制备方法,本发明制备出的3D多维弧面多层夹胶玻璃不仅有着多维弧面和曲面异形特征,同时此基板双面玻璃耐划伤、抗冲击、易清洁,适合各种需要曲面造型的产品和工艺搭配使用。
技术方案:本发明是一种以厚度在0.1mm-12mm的即引上法平板玻璃(分有槽/无槽两种)、平拉法平板玻璃和浮法玻璃为原片,经过全自动电脑数控精密切裁成规则或指定尺寸,数控双边磨机器进行指定参数精密曲磨边、抛光,往复式弯钢化炉进行多维弧面造型热弯和风冷钢化,数控加热夹胶机进行多层玻璃夹胶并修边,最后制作出一种3D多维弧面多层夹胶玻璃基板。
该玻璃基板的制备方法为:
步骤1:选用厚度在0.1mm-12mm的即引上法平板玻璃(分有槽/无槽两种)、平拉法平板玻璃或浮法玻璃原片;
步骤2:全自动电脑数控精密切裁成规则或指定尺寸,该基板玻璃精密切裁要求误差达到±0.2mm之内;
步骤3:数控双边磨机器进行指定参数精密磨边、抛光,经过精密磨边误差达到±0.2mm;
步骤4:往复式弯钢化炉进行多维弧面造型热弯和风冷钢化,经过往复式弯钢炉进行0-1000摄氏度热弯和14000pa风压钢化;钢化破碎颗粒度≥60粒,抗冲击可达到530克钢球从1000mm高度自由落体冲击不碎;
步骤5:数控加热夹胶机进行多层玻璃夹胶并修边。
其中:
所述选用的玻璃为普通有色玻璃或超白玻璃,玻璃级别为建筑级、汽车级、制镜级。
所述的多维弧面基板玻璃指:玻璃的弧曲面包含大于等于二曲面以上的所有多曲面,其中弧面半径R≥120mm、弦长XC≥180mm、直线边长度L≤1900mm。
该基板玻璃使用的夹胶为pvb胶片,成份为:甲基丙烯酸甲酯、二丁酯,夹胶的温度0-1000摄氏度,其中夹胶为透明、蒙砂、布纹、石纹、丝状等各种肌理纹理。
所述3D多维弧面多层夹胶玻璃基板是一块完整的多层夹胶玻璃,其中的多层指大于或等于两层以上的所有层数,其中夹胶的厚度任意,不受玻璃的厚度和层数影响;所述多维弧面指的是玻璃的弧曲面包含大于等于二曲面以上的所有多曲面。
有益效果:本发明的3D多维弧面多层夹胶玻璃基板可用于在家电(冰箱、洗衣机、空调、厨具、酒柜、微波炉、烤箱等家用电器类装饰面板面板)、家居(餐桌、鱼缸、浴盆、灯具、餐盘等生活用品)、装饰装潢(墙角护具、墙面装饰板、玻璃瓷砖等装饰材料)、建筑装饰(曲面装饰幕墙、曲面遮阳雨挡等建筑装饰材料)等行业使用,达到其他材质无法实现耐划伤、抗冲击、易清洁、环保、抗热胀冷缩应力等效果。

具体实施方式
本发明是一种3D多维弧面多层夹胶玻璃基板的,最终制作出来的玻璃基板是3D多 维弧面多层夹胶结构玻璃或3D多维弧面异形多层夹胶结构玻璃,玻璃基板正反面可以进行制作、搭配层叠状涂层工艺。其中搭配的工艺有:喷涂、彩色溅射镀膜层、热转印、水转印、贴膜、网印、激光雕刻、高温烧结、UV转印、滚涂等,经过搭配工艺后的产品,其3D多维弧面多层夹胶玻璃造型不会发生变化,表面或玻璃基板内部会根据工艺不同呈现金属质感、蒙砂、凹凸、气泡、折光、反射、七彩变色、石纹、木材、布纹等效果。
制备的方法为:选厚度在0.1mm-12mm即引上法平板玻璃(分有槽/无槽两种)、平拉法平板玻璃和浮法玻璃原片,全自动电脑数控精密切裁成规则或指定尺寸,数控双边磨机器进行指定参数精密曲磨边、抛光,往复式弯钢化炉进行多维弧面造型热弯和风冷钢化,数控加热夹胶机进行多层玻璃夹胶并修边。
制备的具体步骤为:
原片玻璃先用厚度为0.1mm-12mm的即引上法平板玻璃(分有槽/无槽两种)、平拉法平板玻璃和浮法玻璃,此玻璃原片为普通玻璃(有色)或超白玻璃,玻璃级别为建筑级、汽车级、制镜级。
该基板玻璃精密切裁可以按照指定要求误差达到±0.2mm之内;经过数控双边磨机器进行指定参数精密曲磨边误差可以达到±0.2mm;经过往复式弯钢炉进行0-1000摄氏度热弯和14000pa风压钢化,可达到钢化破碎颗粒度≥60粒,抗冲击可达到530克钢球从1000mm高度自由落体冲击不碎。
该基板玻璃裁切使用的设备为全自动电脑数控切割机,其中刀头是金钢石材料;磨边使用的设备数控双边磨边机,其中磨轮材质是金刚轮和树脂轮;往复式热弯钢化炉使用的瓷辊为高级陶瓷、石墨、合金等材质。
该基板玻璃使用的夹胶为pvb胶片(成份:甲基丙烯酸甲酯、二丁酯),夹胶的温度0-1000摄氏度,其中夹胶为透明、蒙砂、布纹、石纹、丝状等各种肌理纹理。
该3D多维弧面多层夹胶玻璃基板是一块完整的多层夹胶玻璃,其中的多层指大于或等于两层(二)以上的所有层数,其中夹胶的厚度任意,不受玻璃的厚度和层数影响;其中指出的3D是区别于平板的二维玻璃,是一种立体造型的玻璃基板,同时多维弧面指的是玻璃的弧曲面包含大于等于二(双)曲面以上的所有多曲面。
该制作方法工艺技术制作出来的3D多维弧面多层夹胶基板玻璃参数为:多维弧面指:玻璃的弧曲面包含大于等于二(双)曲面以上的所有多曲面,其中弧面半径R≥120mm、弦长XC≥180mm、直线边长度L≤1900mm。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种3D多维弧面多层夹胶玻璃基板的制备方法,其特征在于:该玻璃基板的制备方法为:
    步骤1:选用厚度在0.1mm-12mm的即引上法平板玻璃(分有槽/无槽两种)、平拉法平板玻璃或浮法玻璃原片;
    步骤2:全自动电脑数控精密切裁成规则或指定尺寸,该基板玻璃精密切裁要求误差达到±0.2mm之内;
    步骤3:数控双边磨机器进行指定参数精密磨边、抛光,经过精密磨边误差达到±0.2mm;
    步骤4:往复式弯钢化炉进行多维弧面造型热弯和风冷钢化,经过往复式弯钢炉进行0-1000摄氏度热弯和14000pa风压钢化;钢化破碎颗粒度≥60粒,抗冲击可达到530克钢球从1000mm高度自由落体冲击不碎;
    步骤5:数控加热夹胶机进行多层玻璃夹胶并修边。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的3D多维弧面多层夹胶玻璃基板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述选用的玻璃为普通有色玻璃或超白玻璃,玻璃级别为建筑级、汽车级、制镜级。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的3D多维弧面多层夹胶玻璃基板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的多维弧面基板玻璃指:玻璃的弧曲面包含大于等于二曲面以上的所有多曲面,其中弧面半径R≥120mm、弦长XC≥180mm、直线边长度L≤1900mm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的3D多维弧面多层夹胶玻璃基板的制备方法,其特征在于:该基板玻璃使用的夹胶为pvb胶片,成份为:甲基丙烯酸甲酯、二丁酯,夹胶的温度0-1000摄氏度,其中夹胶为透明、蒙砂、布纹、石纹、丝状等各种肌理纹理。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的3D多维弧面多层夹胶玻璃基板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述3D多维弧面多层夹胶玻璃基板是一块完整的多层夹胶玻璃,其中的多层指大于或等于两层以上的所有层数,其中夹胶的厚度任意,不受玻璃的厚度和层数影响;所述多维弧面指的是玻璃的弧曲面包含大于等于二曲面以上的所有多曲面。
