Abstract
Description
本願は、2017年1月13日に日本に出願された特願2017-004715号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
特許文献8は、式(9)または(10)で表される化合物を開示している。
本発明の課題は、耐熱性に優れ、発光特性に優れる、ジシアノN-ヘテロ環化合物、発光材料およびそれを用いた発光素子を提供することである。
〔1〕 式(I)で表される化合物。
〔2〕 前記電子供与基が、置換基を有する有するフェニル基であり、前記置換基は、置換若しくは無置換の少なくとも2つの芳香族環が縮合したヘテロ環、又は、置換若しくは無置換のジアリールアミノ基である、〔1〕に記載の化合物。
〔3〕 R3が式(d1)~式(d4)で表される基からなる群から選ばれる少なくともひとつである〔1〕又は〔2〕に記載の化合物。
〔5〕 前記〔4〕に記載の発光材料を含有する発光素子。

無置換アリール基としては、フェニル基、1-ナフチル基、2-ナフチル基、アズレニル基、インダニル基、テトラリニル基などを挙げることができる。
置換アリール基としては、4-フルオロフェニル基、4-クロロフェニル基、2,4-ジクロロフェニル基、3,4-ジクロロフェニル基、3,5-ジクロロフェニル基、2,6-ジフルオロフェニル基、4-トリフルオロメチルフェニル基、4-メトキシフェニル基、3,4-ジメトキシフェニル基、3,4-メチレンジオキシフェニル基、4-トリフルオロメトキシフェニル基、4-メトキシ-1-ナフチル基、ジフェニルアミノフェニル基、カルバゾリルフェニル基、アクリジニルフェニル基、フェノキサジニルフェニル基などを挙げることができる。
これらの中でも、置換アリール基としては、ジフェニルアミノフェニル基、カルバゾリルフェニル基、アクリジニルフェニル基、フェノキサジニルフェニル基など、置換基として、少なくとも2つの芳香族環が縮合した多環ヘテロアリール基(好ましくは、カルバゾリル基、アクリジニル基、フェノキサジニル基等の含窒素縮合三環ヘテロアリール基)又はジアリールアミノ基を有する、アリール基が好ましく、ジフェニルアミノフェニル基、カルバゾリルフェニル基、アクリジニルフェニル基、又はフェノキサジニルフェニル基がより好ましい。
無置換ヘテロアリール基としては、ピロリル基、フリル基、チエニル基、イミダゾリル基、ピラゾリル基、オキサゾリル基、イソオキサゾリル基、チアゾリル基、イソチアゾリル基、トリアゾリル基、オキサジアゾリル基、チアジアゾリル基、テトラゾリル基などの5員環のヘテロアリール基;ピリジル基、ピラジニル基、ピリミジニル基、ピリダジニル基、トリアジニル基などの6員環のヘテロアリール基;インドリル基、ベンゾフリル基、ベンゾチエニル基、ベンゾイミダゾリル基、ベンゾオキサゾリル基、ベンゾチアゾリル基、キノリル基、イソキノリル基、キノキサリニル基、カルバゾリル基、アクリジニル基、フェノキサジニル基などの少なくとも2つの芳香族環が縮合した多環ヘテロアリール基などの7~40員ヘテロアリール基;などを挙げることができる。
ここで、「R1、R2、R4、R5又はR6が、各々、複数置換するとき」とは、a又はbが2~4のいずれかの整数を表す時、cが2を表す時、及び/又は、dが2~5のいずれかの整数を表す時を意味する。例えば、aが2を表す時、2つのR1は、同一の置換基であっても、異なる置換基であってもよい。
次に、「隣接する2つの置換基」とは、R1とR2の組み合わせ、R1とR4の組み合わせ、R2とR4の組み合わせ、又は、R5とR6の組み合わせを意味する。例えば、R1とR2とR1が繋がる炭素原子とR2が繋がる炭素原子とが一緒になって環を形成してもよい。あるいは、aが2を表す時、2つのR1は、2つのR1が各々繋がる炭素原子と共に環を形成してもよい。
一方、用語「置換(substituted)」は、母核となる基のいずれかの水素原子が、母核と同一または異なる構造の基で置換されていることを意味する。従って、「置換基」は、母核となる基に結合した他の基である。置換基は1個であってもよいし、2個以上であってもよい。2個以上の置換基は同一であってもよいし、異なるものであってもよい。
「置換基」となり得る基の具体例としては、以下の基を挙げることができる。
フルオロ基、クロロ基、ブロモ基、イオド基などのハロゲノ基;

例えば、式(I)で表される化合物は、下式のように、ジアミノマレオニトリルや4,5-ジアミノフタロニトリルに、ジアセチル化合物を反応させることによって得ることができる。
本発明の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子の一実施形態における構造としては、基板上に、順次、陽極、正孔注入層、正孔輸送層、電子阻止層、発光層、正孔阻止層、電子輸送層、陰極からなるもの、また、電子輸送層と陰極の間にさらに電子注入層を有するものを挙げることができる。これらの多層構造においては有機層を何層か省略することが可能であり、例えば基板上に順次に、陽極、正孔輸送層、発光層、電子輸送層、電子注入層、陰極とすることや、陽極、正孔輸送層、発光層、電子輸送層、陰極とすることもできる。本発明の発光材料は、発光層のみならず、正孔注入層、正孔輸送層、電子阻止層、正孔阻止層、電子輸送層、または電子注入層にドープさせてもよい。
必要に応じて設けられる正孔輸送層として、トリアゾール誘導体、オキサジアゾール誘導体、イミダゾール誘導体、カルバゾール誘導体、インドロカルバゾール誘導体、ポリアリールアルカン誘導体、ピラゾリン誘導体、ピラゾロン誘導体、フェニレンジアミン誘導体、アリールアミン誘導体、アミノ置換カルコン誘導体、オキサゾール誘導体、スチリルアントラセン誘導体、フルオレノン誘導体、ヒドラゾン誘導体、スチルベン誘導体、シラザン誘導体、アニリン系共重合体、導電性高分子オリゴマーなどを挙げることができる。より具体的に、m-カルバゾリルフェニル基を含有する化合物、N,N’-ジフェニル-N,N’-ジ(m-トリル)-ベンジジン(以後、TPDと略称する)、N,N’-ジフェニル-N,N’-ジ(α-ナフチル)-ベンジジン(以後、NPDと略称する)、N,N,N’,N’-テトラビフェニリルベンジジンなどのベンジジン誘導体、1,1-ビス[(ジ-4-トリルアミノ)フェニル]シクロヘキサン(以後、TAPCと略称する)、種々のトリフェニルアミン3量体および4量体やカルバゾール誘導体などを挙げることができる。これらは、1種単独でまたは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。正孔輸送層は、単層構造の膜であってもよいし、積層構造の膜であってもよい。また、正孔の注入・輸送層として、ポリ(3,4-エチレンジオキシチオフェン)(以後、PEDOTと略称する)/ポリ(スチレンスルフォネート)(以後、PSSと略称する)などの塗布型の高分子材料を用いることができる。これらの材料は蒸着法の他、スピンコート法やインクジェット法などの公知の方法によって薄膜形成を行うことができる。
ホスト材料を用いた場合、発光層に含有させることができる本発明の発光材料の量は、下限が、好ましくは0.1質量%、より好ましくは1質量%であり、上限が、好ましくは50質量%、より好ましくは20質量%、さらに好ましくは10質量%である。
1H NMR測定で測定された化合物のケミカルシフト値 (δ) は1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) : δ 8.22 (dd, J = 7.6, 1.6 Hz, 1H), 8.18 (d, J = 1.6 Hz, 1H), 8.06 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 1H), 7.98 (d, J = 8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.75 (td, J = 7.6, 1.2 Hz, 1H), 7.62 (dd, J = 8.4, 2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.53 (t, J = 7.6 Hz, 1H) であった。1H NMR測定により、化合物Bであることを確認した。
1H NMR測定で測定された化合物のケミカルシフト値 (δ) は1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) : δ 9.30 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 1H), 9.24 (d, J = 7.2 Hz, 1H), 8.91 (s, 1H), 8.78 (d, J = 8.0 Hz, 1H), 8.12 (dd, J = 8.0 Hz, 1.2 Hz, 1H), 8.08 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 2H), 8.00 (t, J = 7.2 Hz, 1H), 7.89 (t, J = 6.8 Hz, 1H), 7.63 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 2H), 6.68 (m, 6H), 6.20 (d, J = 8.8 Hz, 2H) であった。1H NMR測定により、化合物Dであることを確認した。
前記化合物Cは、WO2015/080183の第[0098]段落~[0101]段落に記載の方法に従い調製されたものを使用した。
1H NMR測定で測定された化合物のケミカルシフト値 (δ) は1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) : δ 9.31 (d, J = 8.8 Hz, 1H), 9.24 (dd, J = 8.0 Hz, 1.2 Hz, 1H), 8.90 (d, 1.6 Hz, 1H), 8.78 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 1H), 8.13 (dd, J = 8.4 Hz, 1.6 Hz, 1H), 8.05 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 2H), 8.00 (td, J = 7.2 Hz, 1.6 Hz 1H), 7.89 (td, J = 7.2 Hz, 1.2 Hz 1H), 7.57 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 2H), 6.69 (m, 6H) 6.06 (dd, J = 8.0 Hz 2.0 Hz, 2H) であった。1H NMR測定により、化合物1(Px-CNBQx)であることを確認した。
1H NMR測定で測定された化合物のケミカルシフト値 (δ) は1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) : δ 8.25-8.20 (m, 2H), 8.17 (d, J = 1.6 Hz, 1H), 8.11 (d, J = 8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.73 (td, J = 8.0, 1.6 Hz, 1H), 7.63 (dd, J = 8.4, 1.6 Hz, 1H), 7.54 (dd, J = 8.8, 2.0 Hz, 2H), 7.49 (td, J = 7.6, 0.8 Hz, 1H), 7.13-7.05 (m, 10H), 2.35 (s, 6H)であった。1H NMR測定により、化合物Fであることを確認した。
前記化合物Eは、特開2008-291011の第[0141]~[0142]段落に記載の方法に従い調製されたものを使用した。
1H NMR測定で測定された化合物のケミカルシフト値 (δ) は1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) : δ 9.16 (t, J = 8.4 Hz, 2H), 8.76 (d, J = 1.6 Hz, 1H), 8.70 (d, 8.4 Hz, 1H), 8.01 (dd, J = 8.8 Hz, 2.0 Hz 1H), 7.96 (td, J = 8.4 Hz, 1.2 Hz, 1H), 7.84 (td, J = 8.4 Hz, 1.2 Hz, 1H), 7.66 (dt, J = 8.8 Hz, 2.0 Hz 2H), 7.19-7.10 (m, 10H), 2.36 (s, 6H) であった。1H NMR測定により、化合物2(Da-CNBQx)であることを確認した。
1H NMR測定で測定された化合物のケミカルシフト値 (δ) は1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) : δ 8.34 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 2H), 8.26 (dd, J = 7.6, 1.2 Hz, 1H), 8.19 (d, J = 8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.96 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 2H), 7.81-7.75 (m, 2H), 7.55-7.48 (m, 5H), 7.01-6.96 (m, 4H), 6.35 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 2H) 1.72 (s, 6H) であった。1H NMR測定により、化合物Hであることを確認した。
前記化合物Gは、WO2015/080183の第[0092]段落~[0095]段落に記載の方法に従い調製されたものを使用した。
1H NMR測定で測定された化合物のケミカルシフト値 (δ) は1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) : δ 9.32 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 1H), 9.25 (dd, J = 8.0, 1.3 Hz, 1H), 8.95 (d, J = 1.6 Hz, 1H), 8.82 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 1H), 8.18 (dd, J = 8.8, 1.6 Hz, 1H), 8.09 (dd, J = 6.4, 2.0 Hz, 2H), 8.02 (td, J = 8.0 Hz, 1.2 Hz, 1H), 8.90 (td, J = 8.0 Hz, 0.8 Hz, 1H), 7.57 (d, J = 8.8 Hz, 2H), 7.51 (dd, J = 8.0 Hz, J = 1.6 Hz, 2H), 7.05-6.96 (m, 4H), 6.40 (dd, J = 8.0, 1.2 Hz, 2H), 1.74 (s, 6H)であった。1H NMR測定により、化合物3(Ac-CNBQx)であることを確認した。
1H NMR測定で測定された化合物のケミカルシフト値 (δ) は1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) : δ 8.34 (d, J = 8.0 Hz, 1H), 8.32 (d, J = 1.2 Hz, 1H), 8.26 (dd, J = 7.6, 1.2 Hz, 1H), 8.20-8.17 (m, 3H), 7.95 (dd, J = 6.8, 2.0 Hz, 2H), 7.81-7.76 (m, 4H), 7.55-7.43 (m, 5H), 7.35-7.31 (m, 2H) であった。1H NMR測定により、化合物Jであることを確認した。
前記化合物Iは、WO2013/180097の第[0346]段落~第[0347]段落に記載の方法に従って調製されたものを使用した。
1H NMR測定で測定された化合物のケミカルシフト値 (δ) は1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) : δ 9.32 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 1H), 9.25 (dd, J = 10.8, 2.8 Hz, 1H), 8.94 (d, J = 2.0 Hz, 1H), 8.80 (d, J = 8.8 Hz, 1H), 8.20-8.16 (m, 3H), 8.07 (dd, J = 8.8, 2.4 Hz, 2H), 8.01 (td, J = 8.8, 1.6 Hz, 1H), 7.89 (td, J = 7.2, 1.2 Hz, 1H), 7.81 (dd, J = 8.4, 2.0 Hz, 2H), 7.55-7.52 (m, 2H), 7.47 (dd, J = 7.2, 1.2 Hz, 2H), 7.36-7.31 (m, 2H) であった。1H NMR測定により、化合物4(Cz-CNBQx)であることを確認した。
発光特性の評価は、ソースメータ(ケースレー社製:2400シリーズ)、半導体パラメータ・アナライザ(アジレント・テクノロジー社製:E5273A),光パワーメータ測定装置(ニューポート社製:1930C)、光学分光器(オーシャンオプティクス社製:USB2000)、分光放射計(トプコン社製:SR-3)、およびストリークカメラ(浜松ホトニクス社製:C4334型)を用いて行った。
アルゴン雰囲気のグローブボックス中で、Px-CNBQx(化合物1)のトルエン溶液、Da-CNBQx(化合物2)のトルエン溶液、Ac-CNBQx(化合物3)のトルエン溶液、およびCz-CNBQx(化合物4)のトルエン溶液をそれぞれ調製した。これらの溶液について340nm励起光による発光スペクトルおよび吸収スペクトルをそれぞれ測定した。さらに、バブリングを実施しないトルエン溶液(air)と窒素ガスでバブリングしたトルエン溶液(N2)について、フォトルミネッセンス法により、量子収率(φPL)を測定した。その結果を図1および2ならびに表1に示す。
蒸着源として、Px-CNBQx、Da-CNBQx、Ac-CNBQxまたはCz-CNBQxをそれぞれ用い、真空度10-4Pa以下の条件にて、石英基板上に蒸着させて、厚さ100nmの薄膜(neat film)を有する有機フォトルミネッセンス素子をそれぞれ得た。これら有機フォトルミネッセンス素子について吸収スペクトルを測定した。結果を図3に示す。
蒸着源として、CBPと、Px-CNBQx、Da-CNBQx、Ac-CNBQxまたはCz-CNBQxとの組み合わせをそれぞれ用い、10-4Pa以下の条件にて、石英基板上に蒸着させて、Px-CNBQx、Da-CNBQx、Ac-CNBQxまたはCz-CNBQx濃度6.0重量%、厚さ100nmの薄膜を有する有機フォトルミネッセンス素子を得た。これら有機フォトルミネッセンス素子について340nm励起光による発光スペクトルと吸収スペクトルをそれぞれ測定した。さらに、バブリングを実施しないトルエン溶液(air)と窒素ガスでバブリングしたトルエン溶液(N2)について、フォトルミネッセンス法により、量子収率(φPL)を測定した。結果を図4ならびに表2に示す。図4に示す結果より、発光強度が発光強度ピークの半値の時の波長幅である半値全幅FWHM(μm)、及び発光強度が発光強度ピークの半値の時のエネルギー幅である半値全幅FWHM(eV)を得た。
膜厚110nmのインジウム・スズ酸化物(ITO)からなる陽極が形成されたガラス基板上に5nm厚のHAT-CN層、45nm厚のTAPC層、5nm厚のTCTA層、15nm厚の発光層および60nm厚のB3PYMPM層をこの順で真空蒸着法(5.0×10-4Pa以下)によって積層させた(図5参照)。
発光層のドープ材料としてPx-CNBQx、Da-CNBQx、Ac-CNBQxまたはCz-CNBQxをそれぞれ用いた。ドーブ材料濃度を6.0重量%に設定した。
次いで、1nm厚の8-ヒドロキシキノリトリチウム膜、および80nm厚のアルミニウム膜をこの順で真空蒸着法にて積層させることにより陰極を形成させて、有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子を得た。
有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子の特性を測定した。図8に発光スペクトルを示す。図7に電圧-電流密度-発光強度特性を示す。図6に電流密度-外部量子効率特性を示す。図8に示す結果より、発光強度が発光強度ピークの半値の時の波長幅である半値全幅FWHM(μm)及び発光強度が発光強度ピークの半値の時のエネルギー幅である半値全幅FWHM(eV)を得た。また、図7に示す結果より、発光開始電圧(Vmax)と最大輝度(Lmax)を得た。図6に示す結果より、外部量子効率(EQE)、最大外部量子効率(EQEmax)、最大電流効率(CEmax)、及び最大発光効率(PEmax)を得た。結果を表3に示す。
300 mLの三ツ口フラスコに化合物D (0.30 g, 0.64 mmol)、4,5-ジアミノフタロニトリル (0.12 g, 0.77 mmol)、エタノール40 mL、THF 40 mL、12Mの塩酸1 mLを加え、反応系内を40℃にして18時間加熱攪拌させた。
析出した固体をろ取し、水、メタノールで洗浄後、乾燥した。得られた固体をゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーで精製し、濃赤色固体を得た (収量 : 0.20 g、収率 : 53%)。
1H NMR測定で測定された化合物のケミカルシフト値 (δ) は1H NMR δ 9.45 (d, J = 8.5 Hz, 1H), 9.38 (dd, J = 8.0, 1.2 Hz, 1H), 8.84 (d, J = 1.6 Hz, 1H), 8.80 (d, J = 2.0 Hz, 2H), 8.71 (d, J = 8.0 Hz, 1H), 8.10 (dt, J = 8.0, 1.8 Hz, 3H), 7.98-7.92 (m, 1H), 7.88-7.82 (m, 1H), 7.63 (dt, J = 8.7, 2.0 Hz, 2H), 6.78-6.57 (m, 4H), 6.21 (d, J = 8.5 Hz, 1H), 6.17-6.08 (m, 3H) であった。1H NMR測定により、化合物5(Px-CNBPz)であることを確認した。
300 mLの三ツ口フラスコに化合物F(1.00 g, 2.1 mmol)、4,5-ジアミノフタロニトリル (0.40 g, 2.5 mmol)、エタノール40 mL、THF 40 mL、12Mの塩酸1 mLを加え、反応系内を40℃にして15時間加熱攪拌させた。析出した固体をろ取し、水、メタノールで洗浄後、乾燥した。得られた固体を昇華精製で精製し、赤色固体を得た (収量 : 0.94 g、収率 : 75%)。
1H NMR測定で測定された化合物のケミカルシフト値 (δ) は1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ 9.34 (m, 2H), 8.77 (m, J = 2.8 Hz, 2H), 8.71 (d, J = 1.6 Hz, 1H), 8.65 (d, J = 8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.98 (dd, J = 8.4, 1.6 Hz, 1H), 7.94-7.90 (m, 1H), 7.83-7.79 (m, J = 7.6, 1.0 Hz, 1H), 7.68 (dt, J = 9.4, 2.4 Hz, 2H), 7.19 (dt, J = 9.2, 2.4 Hz, 2H), 7.16-7.07 (m, 8H), 2.37 (s, 6H) であった。1H NMR測定により、化合物6(Da-CNBPz)であることを確認した。
300 mLの三ツ口フラスコに化合物H (0.80 g, 1.6 mmol)、4,5-ジアミノフタロニトリル (0.31 g, 2.0 mmol)、エタノール40 mL、THF 40 mL、12Mの塩酸1 mLを加え、反応系内を40℃にして18時間加熱攪拌させた。析出した固体をろ取し、水、メタノールで洗浄後、乾燥した。得られた固体をゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーで精製し、黄色固体を得た (収量 : 0.77 g、収率 : 34%)。
1H NMR測定で測定された化合物のケミカルシフト値 (δ) は1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ 9.48 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 1H), 9.41 (dd, J = 8.0, 1.2 Hz, 1H), 8.89 (d, J = 1.6 Hz, 1H), 8.85 (d, J = 2.4 Hz, 2H), 8.74 (d, J = 7.8, 1H), 8.14 (dd, J = 8.4, 1.6 Hz, 1H), 8.10 (dt, J = 8.8, 2.2 Hz, 2H), 8.00-7.92 (m, 1H), 7.87-7.94 (m, 1H), 7.56 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 2H), 7.53-7.48 (m, 2H), 7.06-6.91 (m, 4H), 6.41 (dd, J = 8.0, 1.2 Hz, 2H), 1.74 (s, 6H) であった。1H NMR測定により、化合物7(Ac-CNBPz)であることを確認した。
アルゴン雰囲気のグローブボックス中で、化合物5(Px-CNBPz)のトルエン溶液、化合物6(Da-CNBPz)のトルエン溶液、及び化合物7(Ac-CNBPz)のトルエン溶液をそれぞれ調製した。これらの溶液について340nm励起光による発光スペクトル、吸収スペクトル、および量子収率(φPL)をそれぞれ測定した。その結果を図21および22ならびに表4に示す。
蒸着源として、化合物5(Px-CNBPz)、化合物6(Da-CNBPz)、又は、化合物7(Ac-CNBPz)をそれぞれ用い、真空度10-4Pa以下の条件にて、石英基板上に蒸着させて、厚さ100nmの薄膜(neat film)を有する有機フォトルミネッセンス素子をそれぞれ得た。これら有機フォトルミネッセンス素子について吸収スペクトルを測定した。また、最高被占軌道(HOMO)と最低空軌道(LUMO)の準位を光電子収量分光測定および吸収スペクトル測定から求め、HOMO-LUMOエネルギーギャップ(Eg)を得た。結果を図23及び表4に示す。
蒸着源として、CBPと、化合物5(Px-CNBPz)、化合物6(Da-CNBPz)、又は、化合物7(Ac-CNBPz)との組み合わせをそれぞれ用い、10-4Pa以下の条件にて、石英基板上に蒸着させて、化合物5(Px-CNBPz)、化合物6(Da-CNBPz)、又は、化合物7(Ac-CNBPz)濃度6.0重量%、厚さ100nmの薄膜を有する有機フォトルミネッセンス素子を得た。これら有機フォトルミネッセンス素子について340nm励起光による発光スペクトルを測定した。結果を図24に示す。
膜厚110nmのインジウム・スズ酸化物(ITO)からなる陽極が形成されたガラス基板上に5nm厚のHAT-CN層、45nm厚のTAPC層、5nm厚のTCTA層、15nm厚の発光層および60nm厚のB3PYMPM層をこの順で真空蒸着法(5.0×10-4Pa以下)によって積層させた。
発光層のドープ材料として化合物5(Px-CNBPz)、化合物6(Da-CNBPz)、又は、化合物7(Ac-CNBPz)をそれぞれ用いた。ドーブ材料濃度を6.0重量%に設定した。
次いで、1nm厚の8-ヒドロキシキノリトリチウム膜、および80nm厚のアルミニウム膜をこの順で真空蒸着法にて積層させることにより陰極を形成させて、有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子を得た。
有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子の特性を測定した。図27に発光スペクトルを示す。図26に電圧-電流密度-発光強度特性を示す。図25に電流密度-外部量子効率特性を示す。図27に示す結果より、発光強度が発光強度ピークの半値の時の波長幅である半値全幅FWHM(μm)及び発光強度が発光強度ピークの半値の時のエネルギー幅である半値全幅FWHM(eV)を得た。また、図26に示す結果より、発光開始電圧(Vmax)と最大輝度(Lmax)を得た。図25に示す結果より、外部量子効率(EQE)、及び最大電流効率(CEmax)、及び最大発光効率(PEmax)を得た。さらに、色度(CIE色度座標)は電流密度10 mA cm-2時のELスペクトルより得た。結果を表5に示す。
Claims (5)
- 前記電子供与基が、置換基を有する有するフェニル基であり、前記置換基は、置換若しくは無置換の少なくとも2つの芳香族環が縮合したヘテロ環、又は、置換若しくは無置換のジアリールアミノ基である請求項1に記載の化合物。
- R3が式(d1)~式(d4)で表される基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一つである請求項2に記載の化合物。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の化合物を含む発光材料。
- 請求項4に記載の発光材料を含有する発光素子。
