　本発明は、道具を誤って手から落としたような場合において、当該道具が地面まで落下することを防止するよう保持する道具保持上着及び上着に関する。
　ビル又は住宅内での配電工事、及び送電線の架設工事等の電気工事などにおいては、工具類等の道具を入れた工具袋をベルトに固定し、ここから工具を取り出したり、各作業現場において必要とする工具をベルトに係留したりして作業を行なうことが行なわれる。
例えば、図８に示すような工具を肩から吊り下げて保持するベルトＡを用いることが行なわれている。このようなベルトＡを用いれば、手から工具を落としても、工具は肩から吊り下げられた状態より下に落ちることがない。
　しかしながら、図８に示すようなベルトは別途用意する必要があり、作業現場等に持ってくることを忘れると使用することはできない。また、作業にはカッター、ドライバー、メジャー、ニッパー等多数の軽量の工具を併用する場合も多いが、図８に示すようなベルトは主として、一つの重量のある工具を保持するためのものである。
　本発明は、このような問題に鑑みて、持ってくることを忘れることを防止できるとともに、複数の道具の保持にも好適な道具保持手段を提供することを目的とする。
　上記課題を解決するために、本発明は次のような構成を有する。
　本発明の第１の態様(aspect)は、上着と、前記上着の腕の付け根近傍で且つ腕以外の範囲に基端が固定され、作業時に先端が少なくとも想定される使用者の伸ばした手に届く長さを有し、該先端に所定の道具を取り付け可能な係合構造が形成される紐体とを有する道具保持上着である。
　前記道具保持上着において、前記紐体は２以上設けられてもよい。

　以下、本発明の実施形態について図面を用いて詳細に説明する。
　本実施形態において、道具保持上着は上着と紐体とを備えている。道具保持上着は、紐体が固定されていない場合は上着と呼ぶ。

　次に、以上のような構造を有する道具保持上着Ｘの使用方法について説明する。使用者は、まず上着１０を着て、図４に示すように、図７Ａ及び図７Ｂに一例として示す紐体２０の先端に係合構造体２２を用いて道具Ｔを固定する。次に、各道具Ｔを上着１０の胸ポケットや腰ポケット、ズボンのベルトに固定した工具袋などに収納し図５のような状態とする。この状態で作業現場に立ち、必要に応じて使用する道具Ｔを取り出して作業を行う。この際、紐体２０の長さが腕の長さより若干長い程度なので、紐体２０は作業時に腕に沿うことで邪魔にならない。そして、万が一道具Ｔを落としても道具Ｔは紐体２０にぶら下げられることとなり、下まで落下しない。また、上着１０の帯体１１が固定されている部分は強化されているので、道具Ｔがある程度の重量物であった場合や、工具を何かに引っ掛けた場合でも上着１０が破損することが抑制される。そして、帯体１１は上下にずれて配置されるので、上下に位置する紐体２０同士や係合構造体２２同士を重ならないように配置することができる。
　なお、上記実施形態では、上着１０の紐体保持部として両端を固定した帯体を例示したが、図６Ａに示すように帯体１１ａの両端を一致させてリング状にしたものや、図６Ｂに示すようにシート体に切れ込みを入れることで実質的に両端が固定された帯体１１ｂを形成するものや、図６Ｃに示すように金属リング１１ｃをぶら下げるように固定したもの等、種々の変形が可能である。
　また、上着１０の紐体保持部の固定位置は脇の下に限られず、腕の付け根近傍であれば、図６Ｄに示すように肩回り等に固定することもできる。つまり、腕の付け根近傍とは、図３及び図６Ａ～図６Ｃに示す脇の下の他に、図１の太線Ａで示すように肩回り等を含む、腕の付け根の周囲をいう。近傍とは、図２に示すように、脇の下から下では、脇の下から距離ｍまでの範囲、脇の下を除く腕の付け根の周囲では、腕の付け根回りから距離ｎまでの範囲である。距離ｍの好ましい範囲は、腕の付け根からひじまでの長さｐ以下、より好ましくはｐ／２以下の距離である。距離ｎの好ましい範囲は、腕の付け根からｐ／２以下、より好ましくはｐ／４以下の距離である。距離ｍ、ｎをこのような範囲とすることで、道具を手で持ったときに紐体がよりスムーズに腕に沿って動くようになる。
　さらに、上着１０の紐体保持部が固定される部分を強化する方法として、上記実施形態では強化のための補強シート１２を表面に縫いつけているが、これは裏面に縫い付けてもよく、また紐体保持部が固定される部分の素材自体を変える等種々の方法が採用でき、また、補強シートの形状も図６Ｄに示すように肩から脇の下を通るベルト１２ａにする等、適宜変更が可能である。さらに、図６Ａに示すように、前身頃と後ろ身頃の合わせ目の重なった部分等予め強い部分に紐体保持部を固定するようにしてもよい。
　前身頃と後ろ身頃の合わせ目の重なった部分等の予め強い部分に紐体保持部を固定する場合に、図６Ｅに示すように、帯（belt）状の紐体保持部１１ｄを、前身頃と後ろ身頃の合わせ目の重なった部分を中心として複数の縫い目１３で上着１０の布地の表面に固定することができる。縫い目と縫い目との間は紐体保持部１１ｄと上着１０の布地との間に空間が生じ、紐体２０の係合構造体２２が紐体保持部１１ｄに取り付け可能となっている。縫い目と縫い目との間のピッチｈは一定でも一定でなくともよい。
紐体保持部１１ｃの先端を袖と胴体との縫製時に袖と胴体との間に挟み込むように縫製時することでより強度を上げることできる。紐体保持部１１ｃは図６Ｅでは袖と胴体との縫い合わせ部から上着１０の裾まで延びているが、裾まで延びていなくてもよい。脇の下から距離ｍまでの範囲で紐体２０の基端が固定され、距離ｍの好ましい範囲が、腕の付け根からひじまでの長さｐ以下、より好ましくはｐ／２以下の距離であるため、紐体保持部１１ｃが裾まで延びるように設けなくともよいからである。
　そして、上記実施形態では紐体２０の紐本体２１は単純な一本の紐により形成されているが、図７Ａに示すように紐本体２１をリール２３に巻くこともできる。リール２３は、紐本体２１を内部に巻き取るボビンが偏平な中空円柱状のケース内に収められたものであり、ケースの外周面に設けられた穴から紐本体２１が先端側から引き出し可能に表出している。前記ホビンはゼンマイばねによって巻き取られる方向に付勢されるとともに、ロック機構によりホビンの回転が固定されており、ケース前面中央のボタンを押すことでロックを解除して、紐本体２１の引き出し、及び紐本体２１のゼンマイばねによる自動巻取りが可能に形成されている。このようなリール２３に紐本体２１を収納すると、紐本体２１を任意の長さに調節できるので道具を使用しないときは紐本体２１を巻いて短くし、使用するときは紐本体２１をリール２３から繰り出して使用することができる。また、図７Ｂに示すように紐本体２１ａをベルト状として送りカン２４を用いて長さを調節可能としてもよい。これによって、作業者の腕の長さに応じて適宜紐本体２１ａの長さを調節することができる。
　さらに、紐体２０の係合構造体２２も種々の方式が採用でき、図７Ａに示すように輪２２ａに紐本体２１を通すようなものや、フック、なすカン等、種々のリング状部分に固定できる構造を採用することができる。
　また、本実施形態に係る道具保持上着は作業現場に好適であるが、釣りにおいて釣り用小道具を保持したり、登山においてストックを保持したり、老人が杖を保持したり等、種々の場面で使用可能である。
　以下本実施形態の道具保持上着の効果について説明する。
　本実施形態の道具保持上着は、所定の道具を紐体の先端に取り付けることで、道具を落としても落下することを防ぐことができるとともに、上着に直接固定するので現場等に持ってくることを忘れるということがない。また、腕の付け根近傍に紐体の基端を固定することで、道具を手で持ったときに紐体が腕に沿うので、紐体の長さを適当なものとすることで道具を使用する際に紐体が邪魔にならない。そして、紐体の基端が上着に固定される構造であるので、多数の紐体を容易に上着に設けることが可能であるので、紐体を増やすことで複数の道具を保持することができる。より、具体的な効果としては、梱包作業において、作業者がチェックの為のペンなどの筆記具を梱包用の箱に落として一緒に梱包してしまうことが防ぐことができる。また、梱包作業や解体作業において、使用するカッターナイフ（box-cutter又はutility knifeともいう）などの比較的軽く、無くしやすい工具、落としやすい工具、落としても気づきにくい工具の紛失を防ぐことができる。また、作業中、不注意によって道具を紛失したりすることを防ぐことができる。
　本実施形態の道具保持上着は、紐体は１つでもよいが、紐体を２以上設けることで使用する複数の道具の落下を防止することができる。
　本実施形態の道具保持上着は、上着の紐体が固定されている部分を強化することで重い道具を吊り下げても、上着の紐体が固定されている部分が避けて上着が破損することを抑制することができる。
　本実施形態の道具保持上着は、紐体をリールに巻きつけることで道具を使用しないときに紐体を短く収納することができる。
　本実施形態の道具保持上着は、リールの固定位置を自在に変えることができるようにすることで、使用状況に応じて柔軟に紐体の長さを調節することができる。
　本実施形態の道具保持上着は、紐体を着脱可能とすることで、道具や使用状況に応じて紐体を変えたり、複数の紐体がある場合には、道具の数に応じて不要な紐体を取り外したりすることができる。また、すべての紐体を外すことで上着を、単純に上着として使用することができる。
　本実施形態の道具保持上着は、上着と紐体の連結構造を簡易に形成でき、コストの低減、製造の簡易化に資することができる。
　本実施形態の道具保持上着は、紐体保持部が前後にずれた部分において紐体の基端部を前後にずらして固定できるので釣り下がる紐体同士を重ならないように配置することができる。
　本実施形態の道具保持上着は、基端部に前記紐体保持部に固定可能な係合構造を有し、先端に所定の道具を取り付け可能な係合構造が形成される十分な長さの紐体を用意すれば、上記効果を有する道具保持上着を形成することができる。
　以上、本発明の代表的な実施形態について説明したが、本発明は、本願の請求の範囲によって規定される、その精神または主要な特徴から逸脱することなく、他の種々の形で実施することができる。そのため、前述した各実施形態は単なる例示にすぎず、限定的に解釈されるべきではない。本発明の範囲は特許請求の範囲によって示すものであって、明細書や要約書の記載には拘束されない。さらに、特許請求の範囲の均等範囲に属する変形や変更はすべて本発明の範囲内のものである。

Claims (10)

  1. 　上着と、
    　前記上着の腕の付け根近傍で且つ腕以外の範囲に基端が固定され、作業時に先端が少なくとも想定される使用者の伸ばした手に届く長さを有し、該先端に所定の道具を取り付け可能な係合構造が形成される紐体と
    を有する道具保持上着。
  2. 　前記紐体は２以上設けられる請求項１に記載の道具保持上着。
  3. 　前記上着の前記紐体の基端が固定される部分は、引き裂く力に対する耐性が他の部分の当該耐性の平均値よりも強く形成される請求項１又は２に記載の道具保持上着。
  4. 　前記紐体はリールに巻きつけられて保持される請求項１から３のいずれか１項に記載の道具保持上着。
  5. 　前記リールは任意の巻き取り位置で回動を解除し、また、固定できるよう形成される請求項４に記載の道具保持上着。
  6. 　前記紐体は前記上着に対して、基端側で着脱可能に形成される請求項１から５のいずれか１項に記載の道具保持上着。
  7. 　前記上着の前記紐体の基端側が固定される部分にはリング体又は両端が固定された紐状体がからなる紐体保持部が設けられ、前記紐体の基端側には前記紐体保持部に固定可能な係合構造が形成される請求項６に記載の道具保持上着。
  8. 　前記紐体保持部は脇の下部分に複数並んで配置されるものであって、少なくとも一部は前後にずれて配置されるものである請求項７に記載の道具保持上着。
  9. 　作業時に先端が少なくとも想定される使用者の伸ばした手に届く長さを有し、該先端に所定の道具を取り付け可能な係合構造が形成される紐体が固定可能な上着であって、
    　前記紐体の固定箇所は、前記上着の腕の付け根近傍で且つ腕以外の範囲であり、
    　前記紐体の固定箇所に、前記紐体の係合構造が係合される紐体保持部を有する上着。
  10. 　前記紐体保持部は脇の下部分に複数並んで配置されるものであって、少なくとも一部は前後にずれて配置されるものである請求項９に記載の上着。
