Definitions
- the present invention relates to a shoe that has a structure that is comfortable to wear and that can efficiently convert an impact at landing to a propulsive force when kicking, and is suitable for running and walking.
- conventional running shoes and walking shoes (hereinafter simply referred to as shoes) disperse and reduce the impact on the soles at the time of landing, and obtain flexibility and propulsive force when kicking.
- the cushion material 24 is disposed over the entire 20 soles 22.
- a shoe having such a configuration for example, a configuration disclosed in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-85104) is known.
- Patent Document 2 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2010-162318.
- the hard tread plate 31 and the hard ground plate 32 are joined to each other by a joint 34 of the heel part (rear foot part) with an appropriate gap 33 so that the gap 33 is obtained.
- a leaf spring 35 having a restoring force to return to the original gap 33 is formed, and this leaf spring 35 is attached to the bottom of the shoe with a forefoot portion of a rigid stepping plate 31. It is a shoe of composition.
- Patent Document 1 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-85104
- Patent Document 2 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2010-162318
- an object of the present invention is to provide a shoe that is lightweight, can improve the cushioning properties and the propulsive force obtained at the time of kicking without impairing the comfort, and can be easily mass-produced with a simple configuration.
- the present invention covers a shoe body portion into which a foot is inserted and a required range in the length direction of the bottom surface side of the shoe body portion, and is fixed to the bottom surface side of the shoe body portion only at a required position in the front foot portion. And a cushion material attached to at least both end positions in the length direction of the hard plate on the ground contact surface side.
- the required range is preferably the entire length direction of the shoe main body. Thereby, the choice of the attachment position of a cushion material can be increased.
- the required range is a range from the forefoot part to the buttocks part excluding the toe part. Accordingly, it is possible to improve the flexibility of the shoe main body when kicking and the followability of the hard plate to the shoe main body.
- the cushion material is attached to the position of the toe portion on the bottom surface side of the shoe main body portion. Therefore, it is possible to improve the comfort when kicking and increase the repulsive force.
- the hard plate is formed in a curved shape protruding toward the ground surface side at the position of the forefoot part. This makes it easier for the hard plate to follow the shoe body when kicking, and the distance to disengage from the heel of the shoe body (the distance that separates) is shortened, so the moment of inertia of the shoe is reduced, and during running It can reduce foot fatigue and burden.
- the cross-sectional shape in the width direction of the hard plate is preferably formed in a corrugated shape.
- the hard plate is formed so that the bending resistance in the range of the forefoot portion is smaller than the bending resistance in the range of the middle foot portion to the heel portion. As a result, the flexibility of the shoe during traveling can be ensured, and the repulsive force obtained during kicking can be increased.
- the hard plate and the cushion material protrude to the rear side of the shoe main body. This promotes the dispersion and mitigation of impact during landing.
- the cushion material can be disposed on the grounding surface side of the hard plate is widened, options for the attachment position of the cushion material can be increased, and the cushion material can be disposed according to the user's preference.
- the cushioning material can be locally disposed on the ground contact surface of the hard plate without impairing the comfort. Since the hard plate is fixed to the bottom side of the shoe body only at the required position on the forefoot, the shoe body is separated from the heel (rear foot) of the shoe body when the kick plate is kicked off. The bendability can be maintained. By disposing cushioning materials at both ends (toe or forefoot and heel) in the length direction of the ground plane side of the hard plate, there is no need to place cushioning material on the middle foot, Weight reduction is possible.
- the cushion material by locally disposing the cushion material on the ground contact surface of the shoe, the amount of deformation of the cushion material increases, and the cushioning properties and repulsive force are improved. That is, the impact when landing during running is absorbed by the cushion material of the buttocks and forefoot, and the cushion material of the buttocks is restored along with the weight shift, so that the user wearing the shoes is pushed up and the forefoot part The cushion material will be further compressed. Therefore, the hard plate and the shoe main body are inclined forward, and the return of the shoe can be promoted. Furthermore, when the kicking is started, the compressed cushion material of the forefoot part is restored, so that the body of the user wearing the shoes is pushed upwards and the propulsive force is generated. As described above, it is possible to efficiently convert the energy stored by deforming the cushion material at the time of landing to the propulsive force at the time of kicking. Furthermore, since the configuration can be simplified, shoes that are lightweight and suitable for mass production can be provided.
- the shoe 10 in the present embodiment includes a shoe main body 1 into which the foot F is inserted, a hard plate 2 having a size that covers a required range in the length direction of the bottom surface of the shoe main body 1, A cushion material 3 attached to the grounding surface side of the hard plate 2 is provided.
- the hard plate 2 is disposed over the entire range in the length direction on the bottom surface side of the shoe body 1.
- a light material having high mechanical strength is suitable.
- the hard plate 2 is formed of carbon fiber resin, but the material forming the hard plate 2 is not limited to carbon fiber resin.
- the hard plate 2 is formed in a curved shape that protrudes toward the ground surface side at the position of the forefoot when viewed from the side.
- the hard plate 2 is fixed to the bottom surface of the shoe main body 1 only in a required length range (a required position in the forefoot) including the boundary portion between the ribs and the metatarsals.
- the hard plate 2 is not fixed in the range from the middle foot portion to the heel portion (rear foot portion) on the bottom surface side of the shoe main body 1, and the hard plate 2 is in contact with and separated from the bottom surface of the shoe main body 1. It is possible to move.
- FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the hard plate 2 as viewed from below.
- the hard plate 2 is provided with a plurality of ridges 2a with a required interval in the width direction of the hard plate 2.
- the concave strip 2b is formed between the convex strips 2a. That is, on the upper side surface of the hard plate 2, the portion of the ridge 2 a shown in FIG. 2 becomes the concave ridge 2 b, and the concave ridge 2 b on the lower side of the hard plate 2 becomes the ridge 2 a, and the hard plate 2
- the cross-sectional shape in the width direction is formed in a corrugated shape. By making the cross-sectional shape in the width direction corrugated, it is advantageous in that the strength (bending strength) in the length direction of the hard plate 2 can be improved while reducing the weight of the hard plate 2.
- the height of the convex body 2a (depth of the concave body 2b) is formed so that the depth in the middle foot portion and the heel portion is deeper than the depth in the forefoot portion.
- the bending resistance (bending strength) of the hard plate 2 in the range of the forefoot part can be made smaller than the bending resistance (bending strength) in the range of the middle foot part to the heel part.
- the hard plate 2 can also have an upper surface and a lower surface formed on flat surfaces.
- cushion materials 3 are respectively attached to the forefoot portion and the heel portion, which are both end portions in the length direction of the ground plane side (lower surface side) of the hard plate 2. That is, as is clear from FIG. 1, the cushion material 3 is not attached to the portion corresponding to the middle foot portion of the hard plate 2, and when the shoe 10 is simply placed on the ground surface, the cushion material is provided. The portion 3 is grounded to the ground plane, but the portion corresponding to the middle leg portion of the hard plate 2 is separated from the ground plane.
- the cushion material 3 is disposed at the positions of the forefoot portion and the heel portion on the ground contact surface side of the hard plate 2 (at least both end positions in the length direction on the ground contact surface side of the hard plate 2).
- a material excellent in flexibility and elasticity such as EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) foam is suitably used.
- EVA Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate
- the impact at the time of landing can be more efficiently taken into the cushion material 3 as elastic energy (repulsive energy).
- the repulsive energy when the elastic deformation of the cushion material 3 is restored can be applied in the kicking direction as a driving force. Dashi is possible.
- the shoe 10 in the present embodiment is different from the shoe 10 in the first embodiment in the arrangement range of the hard plate 2 to the shoe body 1 and the attachment position of the cushion material 3.
- the hard plate 2 is disposed in the length range from the forefoot portion to the heel portion excluding the toe portion on the bottom surface side of the shoe main body portion 1. That is, the toe portion of the shoe 10 in the present embodiment is a non-arranged portion of the hard plate 2.
- the hard plate 2 is attached to the bottom surface side of the shoe body 1 only at a required length portion (a required position at the forefoot) including a boundary position between the ribs and the metatarsals at the forefoot.
- the bending angle of the shoe 10 can be set with the boundary portion between the disposed portion and the non-arranged portion of the hard plate 2 as the bent portion. Can be larger.
- the cushion material 3 is additionally disposed on the toe portion which is the non-arranged portion of the hard plate 2 on the bottom surface side of the shoe main body portion 1.
- the cushion material 3 disposed on the toe portion is added independently from the cushion material 3 attached to both end portions in the length direction on the grounding surface side of the hard plate 2, and the side view shape has a triangular shape. There is no.
- the maximum thickness dimension of the cushion material 3 at the toe portion is formed to be equal to the maximum thickness dimension of the cushion material 3 disposed on the ground contact surface side of the hard plate 2.
- the shoe 10 according to the present embodiment is in a state in which the non-arranged portion of the hard plate 2 is covered with the cushion material 3 of the front foot portion.
- the forefoot cushion material 3 and the toe portion cushion material 3 in the second embodiment are integrated.
- the cushion material 3 attached to the collar part of the hard plate 2 and the hard plate 2 in this embodiment has the protrusion part 4 which protrudes back rather than the rear end of the shoe main-body part 1 as shown in FIG. Forming.
- Providing such a projecting portion 4 is advantageous in that it can improve shock absorption at the time of landing and can reduce the burden on the foot.
- the present invention has been described in detail above based on the embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments.
- the shoe 10 in the embodiment described above is described as a running shoe, it can also be suitably used as a walking shoe.
